We had a big leak in old galvanized pipe. As always called Roto-rooter and the sent our preferred technician Mika, Tech 791 who did a great job fixing it in outstanding professional manner. Thank you Sam and Roto - Rooter for sending Mika.

2nd company called today usually I go through what my insurance provider assigned to me but I had no luck had to wait until Monday got this number from simply googling plumbing near me I thank God we did called them at 4:12 spoke with Don Charles by 4:30 had a nice professional tech at my doorstep (No Lie) I was so surprised myself can't read his signature on the invoice but ...so far everything is working well I couldn't take a shower or use my toilet...hopefully it's fixed but if I ever need any other job done I'll definitely call you guys first Thank you... God bless..

I needed a complete re-plumbing of my home after another leak underneath my slab. Apex came out the next day and gave me an affordable quote. They were at my house working a day later. All of the staff were friendly and took care to not make a mess. I couldn't be happier with Apex.

*** NEVER SHOWED UP FOR APPOINTMENT OR CALLED BACK *** Scheduled an appointment for 1/4 at least 3 weeks ago. I have a small leak in my kitchen. On 12/23, I called and left a message for a water heater issue but went with someone else due to urgency. Cesar called me back and I told him I had someone else but I confirmed the 1/4 appointment. On 1/4, I called and left two messages prior to 10a regarding the appointment and arrival time (scheduled for 8a-10a). No response and never showed up!

Requested their service for plumbing inspection with extra service « camera inspection «  : the whole result being a joke. No camera recording proving the job has been done, 450$ charged though. And the worse part being : first step in the house, I flushed the toilet and got to find a leak absolutely everywhere, with main line being completely clogged.
Lier and unresponsive to all my requests upon that events. Please save your money and choice one of other many reliable plumbing company in the area
