We have had Bill Fenwick Plumbing out to do several jobs in our home, from drain cleaning, toilet repair, to garbage disposal and faucet installation. They are our go to for any type of plumbing repair, service or installation in our home. They are not the cheapest, but the work they do is stellar and is done correctly and professionally. I know when I call them out to do something in my home, they stand behind their work and it will not need to be done again.Earlier this year, our garbage disposal ate itself one evening. Before that, my kitchen sink never drained properly from the date our home was built in 2013 . We called Fenwick out to install a new one. When they got there, they discovered that the pipes under my sink were not installed properly and fixed that in addition to installing a new disposal. Since then, my sink has drained properly and the disposal works flawlesslyOn this most recent visit to install a new kitchen faucet, Nick with Fenwick was amazing! I have two dogs who were barking in another room when he arrived. I asked if he minded if I let them out and he was fine with that. He did a fantastic job removing and then installing my new kitchen faucet, including cleaning up where the prior deck plate had been. By the time he was finished, I think my dogs liked him better than they liked me! :) I would have Nick and everyone else at Fenwick work on anything in my home again! He was kind, very professional and did a superb job!

My Service tech was Craig. He arrived earlier than expected ready to go. Did his survey, gave me a quote that we agreed on and he got right to work. My water was back on with no leaks sooner than I thought it thought. He was an utmost professional and answered my many questions. From my Wife and I we thank you. Also a big thank you to the dispatcher, she was very kind and sympathetic with my situation and setting up my appointment window.

I had a 7 year old tankless hot water system that started leaking from an internal sensor. The company that installed it no longer install/serviced tankless systems. After doing some research I called Bill Fenwick Plumbing, because of their positive reviews. Called them on Monday morning 03/06/2023. They had a technician at my house Monday afternoon. After the technician, Patrick, opened up the unit, I decided to replace it. Patrick laid out the cost and the time frame for the repair. He returned the next morning, Tuesday 03/07/2023 and after about 4 hours the new system was up and running. This time the descaling (flushing) valves were installed to allow for yearly maintenance. Patrick was very courteous and knowledgeable. He even indulged me in conversation that wasn't directly pertinent to the task at hand. He made me feel at ease about how he would relocate the system to another wall away from my air condition air handler. I am very pleased with Bill Fenwick Plumbing, especially, their technician, Patrick.

I have a double vanity in the master bathroom with granite countertops and undermount sinks. Several years ago one of the sinks detached from the granite. I called Bill Fenwick and they sent out two guys to repair it. They put some new adhesive on the sink and propped it back up with a couple of boards underneath. Told me to leave the boards up for about a week. Later, when I tried to take the boards out the sink started to detach again. So I left the boards in place and just used the sink.About three weeks ago the other sink came off and I contacted Angie's List who put me in touch with Bill Fenwick. Repair guy came out, took a look at the job and told me that it was a major job, because the sink is usually mounted when the granite is cut and not installed. His computer quoted a price of almost $3500 per sink, but he felt that was unreasonable and said they could do both for that price. Told him I would think about it. Went on Google, found a video on how to do it yourself, correctly, and did the whole job with 4 hours of labor and less than $100, including new pop up drains. Save yourself a lot of money and make sure it is done correctly by doing the yourself!

Matthew came out to replace a shut-off valve in our bathroom. He was on-time, totally professional and knowledgeable. At the end of the service, he explained everything including the above and beyond additional piping and tightening to ensure the toilet would be leak-free. Charges and fees were clear. Finally, as he was going, he asked if there was anything else he could check for me. We have just recently moved into the (older) home and noticed a water softener set up on the side of the house. Matthew checked this out for us (at no extra charge). He noted several problems with the old unit and put it into by-pass for us to prevent any potential damage to our plumbing system. Before he left our driveway, I received an e-mail with my requested quote for a replacement system. No pressure to buy NOW, just information. Fenwick will definitely be my preferred service company in the future.

Gas bill was outa sight - gas company said get someone to check for gas leaks. Andrew did that, thoroughly testing each gas appliance, plus the entire system. Andrew answered all my questions and took time to explain what each test was for. He suggested the gas company could check out the meter. Gas company came out and found his diagnosis was correct. Now we have a new gas meter, and the knowledge that there were no gas leaks. All is good. I have used Fenwick in the past and will do so again, if needed.

Called Fenwick for a repair in a gas line leak in the wall of my house. Propane gas companies do not handle this. From the phone call request to the completion of the job was an extremely pleasant experience. Brendan thoroughly explained what they were doing and what needed to be done. They rechecked everywhere to make sure that there were no other leaks and then asked if there was anything else that within the scope of plumbing, I might need help with. OMG! We had a leak coming through our hallway this morning apparently due to a broken pipe in the attic. We have used Fenwick for years and have always been more than happy with their work, ALWAYS! But today, to say that this outstanding company went above and beyond is an understatement. We were both very concerned with the water coming through the ceiling and hoping for a miracle. I called about 10:45 am and, seriously, by 11:00am, our tech Joshua was here at the house and hard at work in the attic. Fifteen minutes later, he identified the problem, explained what needed to be done and completed the entire project by 12:30! The price was extremely reasonable, and the quick response by Fenwick saved us thousands in repair costs. We are forever grateful to Fenwick, specifically the dispatcher and the tech Joshua. We've used Fenwick Home Services for years, primarily for all our plumbing repairs/needs. They've installed new fixtures for us, found the leak in one of our showers and made all necessary repairs, installed and service our Rinnia water heater. They are my first call when I have a plumbing project that I can't tackle myself. And they always seem to have an opening on their schedule to have a technician(s) onsite in a reasonable amount of time, often times the next day. Technicians are knowledgeable and will explain the situation in detail if needed, as well as offering best practices to avoid situations in the future that could lead to a bigger problem.

Horrible Customer Service, Bill Fenwick company is more about the money than good customer service, was quoted for a Sink Stoppage and when the Technician came out, he wanted me to pay double what I was quoted and when I did not want to pay, he called his supervisor and turned down the job even though the rep quoted me the price for a sink stoppage. We had just moved into a condo we bought and we kept getting water on the floor after showers. First thought was shower curtain not closed right but that wasn't it. We called Fenwick Service and they sent Michael Underwood out to take a look. He investigated and found that we had a leak from the tiles that was eventually flowing to the floor. He explained out options clearly and we opted to convert from tub/shower to walk in shower and Michael has been great! I put two faucets in for my mom.One sink started to have a leak in the hose.I tried to fix with flex seal didn’t work. Turned water off but it still leaked. The second faucet was put in correctly but after a second try to run water the inflow quit.Called Bill Fenwick and they were good about coming out next day. The technician fixed one hose with a shark bite and the second faucet he cleared the flow valve.All the work was less than an hour. They charged $641.00 dollars. They clearly took advantage of an elderly women living in a modular home raising two great grandchildren. $641 can you believe that???? Crazy all the other work was done except two little problems. Calling management in the morning.Used them in the best and completely disappointed ☹️

I wanted an overall view inspection of my entire home. They really didn’t do much. didn't run the water to check anything, didn’t get into the crawlspace to inspect the pipes. I have three bathrooms and I’ve discovered since the inspection that I have multiple issues that need attention and what he suggested wasn’t even the source of the problem. So basically payed $100 for nothing.

Please note, Fenwick does not apply the trip charge or fuel surcharge to the cost of the repair. I think some other companies do! You may wish to shop around.

We had been told by previous plumbers that going tankless would require a installation outside our garage which was right beside our front door! Patrick examined the venting and was able to install the tankless inside the garage in the same area where the tank heater had been. Very pleased with the Fenwick service!

I have been pleasantly impressed with Fenwick since they installed my brand new AC/Heater in July 2020. They offered a special maintenance and tune up service for a really good discount. Yesterday, Ryan the technician came out for servicing and was extremely knowledgeable, followed COVID safety protocols and , was accommodating in wearing shoe covers on my beige carpet. He gave advice on tips I can do between the six month SL check up, was extremely professional and diligent and resolved the AC issue quickly and completely. Rafael came to repair a leak under a bathroom sink that required replacing almost all pipping under the sink including part of an old pipe in the wall. I used the online chat feature to contact the company on the company website. I was called promptly by the dispatch team and an appointment was scheduled later that same day. My issue was that my kitchen faucet was leaking. Anticipating that I would need a new faucet, I ran to Loew's and purchased a replacement faucet. The technician arrived on time. I showed him where the faucet was leaking and showed him the faucet I had purchased. He then pulled out his iPad and told me the cost to replace the faucet would be $700+ ( cannot remember the exact figure because I was in shock). He then said but I can give you a $300 discount on that and your final Price will be $500+, again I cannot remember the exact figure. I then asked the technician how long would it take to to replace this faucet. He responded that it would take him 45 minutes to an hour. Dumbfounded and now mad about the apparent gouging that Fenwick Plumbing seems to get away with, I asked the technician to leave. He then said I owed an $89 service fee and $20 fuel charge. I absolutely refused to pay him and he left. I then called the company to inquire if that was actually the right quote to replace the faucet. First, I had to file a formal complaint to speak to someone in management so I did, A couple of hours later I did receive a call from one of the owners who proceeded to tell me that was the correct price. He further asked if the technician explained that they would replace all the parts that went from the faucet and under the sink. I told him no but you cannot justify that price for replacing a minimal amount of parts since I had purchased the replacement faucet already. I told that I refused to pay his service fee and he acknowledged that and said I did not have to pay it. I cannot urge people enough DO NOT CALL Fenwick Plumbing.

Found the source of the leak via a methodical assessment process, and was able to remedy the problem in the same visit. Really a very positive service experience.

Called Fenwick when our family's AC system went down. They came out and the tech immediately launched into why we had to buy a new $18K system and that ours would cost nearly $2000 to fix, including $653 for a new thermostat. This tech, Jesse, clearly had ZERO interest in helping us to restore our AC, and 100% interest in trying to line his own pockets with a fat commission on a new AC system. I was out of town on business at the time. He left us without AC and a $300 bill to show for it. When I returned home, I found our old thermostat in the garage, took out the Nest thermostat that had malfunctioned, and within 20 minutes had our system blowing ice-cold air again. This guy clearly tried to create a ridiculously high repair estimate hoping we would then buy a new system. $653 for a thermostat? They can be purchased at Home Depot for $20-30 for a simple one, and a 10-year-old could install it! This kind of immoral and unethical behavior in the HVAC industry should cost people their licenses! DO NOT USE FENWICK!!

My technician, Frank, arrived on time. He listened to my concerns and got to work replacing a drain valve. Then, at my request, he looked into the expansion tank, found it to be faulty and offered me the choice to get one myself to save some money on the install of a new one. When, after driving to several stores I was unable to find one, he still worked with me to save me some money, and so that I could have all my issues fixed in one day. After a few hours, my new drain valve was installed, and the new expansion tank was as well. Through all of it, Frank was professional, courteous, friendly and hard-working.I am glad I gave Fenwick a second chance, since my prior (and only other) experience with them... left a lot to be desired. But it goes to show, they do have competent people and they work hard to do good work.

I noticed it was getting a bit hot, but I didn't think much of it since my 5 year old and I were just running around playing. Later, I noticed it was still really hot when I realized it was 80 degrees and climbing! We have a 1 month old baby at our house. The last thing we needed was our A/C unit going out. I called Fenwick and the service dept. forwarded me to dispatch. Kia was absolutely phenomenal at getting the on-call tech over. Instead of 8am-12pm the next day, I would get someone that night. I called at 6:20pm. Someone was at my house at 7:12pm! I know that can't always be the case, but when you need someone in that special situation, its nice to know Fenwick was able to have my back. William came out and got it fixed before the hottest parts of the summer! We didn't have to go a night without A/C with my new baby. Thank you. I definitely want someone to see this and give Kia, William, and the lady that transferred me to Kia (sorry I didn't get your name!) props for helping me out. You all were a blessing!

Zachary was our Technician for this job. He was well versed on what had to be done. He and his helper had to tear out the sewage lines and replace them. The job took the better part of the day under the house, he took pictures of the clogs and briefed me on what he was going to do to cure the problems. My house was built in the 1960's so the cast iron pipes were in sad shape. Zachary did a fine job and we are very happy with his work. He has all the pictures if they can be added to the review.

I called to schedule service. We needed our kitchen sink unhooked for a new countertop and sink to arrive. Then we needed them to return to rehook it up and install a new faucet. They said that it would cost $89 each time the truck is dispatched and that IS NOT deducted from the total cost. So, we were looking at $178 before any work was done. Since when do you have to pay for the workers to drive to your location. I can understand the charge if it is only for a consultation and then if you didn't end up hiring them. This is ridiculous!

We moved into the house 2 weeks ago. We have been Presented with a number of challenges associated with owning an older home. When the need for a plumbing repair was needed I recalled the distinct commercial for Bill Fenwick. I gave them a call, I was told that I was just outside of the service area but they were willing to make the travel and evaluate the issue.In my industry, I am called to evaluate a problem with a piece of equipment, once the repair are determined I submit a repair quote to the Owner or maintenance repair manager. It is then and only then when the approval is given for the repair do I facilitate the need. In my case, I had 4 other companies waiting to provide a quote for the repair I needed. It was the alarming phone call I received from one of the other plumbers waiting to evaluate my concern that caused concern. I was read the riot act by the waiting company stating I should have called them to cancel the service call if I elected someone to conduct the repair. As you can imagine this caught me off guard as I didn't give authorization to have the repairs done. Well unfortunately 1 1/2 hours elapsed and an invoice was given to me for an exuberant amount. $650 to resolve a leak under the sink. My complaint submitted and I waited 3 days for a response. I called back and wanted to speak to someone regarding my experience. Low and behold the sound of the voice was recognized from the commercials, Mr Fenwick and I spoke he advised That there was a calculated error in the prices and a refund (small) was issued. I was grateful for the conversation but still not satisfied with how things were handle not the price I paid for the work received. Well 24 hours elapsed and wouldn't you know it, more water leaking from the same area. Licking my wounds from the previous experience, I wasn't ready for another kick in the shorts from this company. a local fella was recommended and this time I got what I expected. A professional evaluation and quote was give within minutes of the service tech being on site. He advised me that the repair was cause by the newly installed components. It was in his opinion that the sweated joint was damaged by the actions of the previous technician. Well that is disappointing I thought but I knew I had to get things repaired regardless. The new repair tech said it would cost me $150.00 to resolve the concern. I immediately approved the quote. The tech was there for 3.5 hours to resolve the issue. I asked are you sure that the quote was fair? His reply was absolutely and thank you for your service to our country, I didn't even ask for a military discount but it was given out of courtesy because of conversations that were had during the repair process.Mr Fenwick if you read these reviews, understand that the way you are conducting business should change. You got me once out of ignorance to your industry standards. You will not get me ever again. Word of mouth advertising is a great tool, I wish you luck in the future.
