The incompetent staff including the managers are deceiving customers.
They were hired to repair and add plumbing to a kitchen that had no drywall and easy access to all plumbing. They caused more damage than I can explain please see the pictures.

I called this company at 7am on a Saturday because all the drains were clogged in one of my rental properties. Customer support (Brandon) sent a plumber at 8am to the property and notified the tenant for arrival timeframe. The plumber Steve arrived on-site, was VERY professional with the tenants and immediately restored water flow to the property after identifying the main issue. I then get a call from Samantha from the finance department to explain the findings and collect payment. Since then, I have been calling this company for every plumbing/drain cleaning problem I have with my rental properties. I am impressed by the quality of work and personalized attention they provide to clients. Super satisfied with this company. Would recommend 100% for any plumbing work needed.

I had the unfortunate experience of losing hot water in my home. I called Mr Rooter and was pleasantly surprised by the person who answered the phone. She was courteous and professional and was able to get someone to my home within an hour. Bruce was the gentleman that arrived at my home. He looked over my water heater thoroughly and recommended replacing it versus repairing it due to the age of the water heater. I wasn’t surprised as it worked flawlessly for 22 years. Bruce gave me a price on the spot and said he could have it installed on the same day. He didn’t pressure me and offered me an opportunity to think it over and call back when I made my decision. There was NO calling back, when your wife wants a hot shower you get it done!!! Bruce left to pick up the water heater and parts needed. He came back in a timely manner and completed the job. Bruce was professional, courteous, and attentive to detail. It was obvious that he takes great pride in his work. Bruce far exceeded my expectations. I wouldn’t hesitate to call Mr Rooter for any future repairs, of course I would request Bruce to come back to my home. He is a credit to his profession and refreshing to see someone with his work ethic. Overall a bad situation turned into a positive pleasant experience from start to finish. Allen came out to do an estimate and listened well to the drainage problem we had been having for 2 years with no resolution. He and Steve came out to do the cleaning and were very methodical, professional, and thorough to ensure our problems were addressed. After 2 years of problems, our drainage issues are SOLVED!!! Highly recommend!

I had Steve come out a few days ago to look at my water valve for the refrigerator and my outdoor faucet. He was very nice and knowledgeable about the repairs, even made some suggestions for me to take care of in the future to save me down the line. The price was definitely agreeable, the quote I got from the other guys was ridiculous, so Mr. Rooter definitely has my business from now on.

Allen and David were friendly and very professional. Allen assessed the problem with a toilet, presented a couple of options for repair or replacement, and offered ways to save on the installations. I decided, without sales pressure, to replace both of my home toilets with taller, more efficient ones I had been considering anyway. I was offered their 3-year Advantage Plan which I purchased that includes yearly inspections of home plumbing. Steve arrived on time, and worked hard to unclog my toilet drain. He walked me through his process and showed me the clogs on his camera system. This company was by far the best in solving my drain problem. About three other plumbers had tried and failed, but Mr. Rooter kept working till they found and eliminated the blockage. I plan to call them with any type of plumbing related issue from now on.

Mr Austin Wright was the best plumber i have ever met. He can out and had to dig to China to reveal all of my plumbing in the back yard. His experience and professionalism saved me thousands of dollars and a headache down the road. Mr Wright was honest, dependable, and very direct with what needed to be done. I called because I noticed slow drainage. When he came he knew there was a more serious problem. He told me that before ge started. Mr Wright dug up my whole yard in record time to find my pipes collapsing. He repaired in a timely manner and helped me save thousands. He returned the following day to perform a checkup. Mr Rooter's plumber arrived on time, evaluated the issue and explained what services could be performed to resolve the problem. We discussed the cost of these services and came to agreement. He went and picked up my replacement toilet selection, removed the old toilet and put in the new one, cleaned up the floor, and hauled away the old toilet. The work was quick, he was courteous and professional, and the results were quite satisfactory. I would definitely call Mr Rooter again for help with plumbing issues.

I had recently replaced my countertops and needed all of the connections redone for the new sink, including new drains. In addition, the installers had broke one of the valves, so I needed everything done. They showed up promptly for the appointment, had a quick and reasonable quote ready after looking at the project and quickly got to work. I’m pretty handy, but after seeing the work he did I know it was a project that was bigger than my skill/frustration level. Will definitely use them again.
My drains in this house I bought were just god awful! And my technician Austin Wright came out and unclogged it, but also shared with me tons of information that I greatly appreciate. Also had to have him come back out and cut out part of my main drain line in the spare bathroom and he did an incredible job! No clogs, and no draining issues as of yet ? Austin was always on time, and did everything he said he would do which is what I appreciate the most. Thanks for all your hard work. I will definitely be using Mr rooter in the future if I I have other plumbing issues.
Had some major issues with septic system. Mr. Rooter sent out tech Austin Wright to work the problem and WORK he did! Over a 3 day period, Austin was nothing short of excellent with the knowledge and experience you want in someone when you call for help in any situation. He repaired the problems that caused the situation and while also fixing other things that were never done correctly by the contractor when things were installed over 13 years ago. And his manager Mr. Leonetti also had a hand in helping me with things during a very difficult time. Mr. Rooter employees showed me the gold standard when it comes to home plumbing service and repairs. A big thanks to all.

Late on Friday the kitchen drain became clogged (after hours) so I reached out to three companies and the only one to respond was Mr. Rooter. I booked them for first thing that Monday and also had them install a new faucet. They came in did the job and cleaned up after they were finished and the new faucet looks and works great and my drain is clear.
Mike did a fantastic job fixing issues with my pump house plumbing and he replaced an outside faucet. Every technician they've set to my home over the past year have been top notch.

Mr. Allen Martin was at my house within an hour of me calling after hours. They waved the service fee because we choose to go with their quote which was reasonable compared to what the other company quoted me. He was super friendly and personable. Will ask for him again. He was in and out and I was back to business as usual.
Highly recommend this company and AUSTIN WRIGHT! He was professional, courteous and went out of his way to minimize inconvenience to our family despite it being a major job in the middle of the holidays! He communicated constantly without being intrusive and did outstanding work. Truly appreciate his hard work and customer service.
The plumber who showed up to do the work quickly diagnosed the issues and completed the work in less than an hour. The only reason why I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because he did not have any options but to charge for a full replacement of the shower faucet when it was really just to fix a bad previous repair. I appreciated the fact that he did not charge for anything beyond that, so it kept my total costs as minimal as possible.

Mike Fanelli did a very professional job in clearing a my bathroom plumbing problem. I have been plagued with a clogged plumbing line for years. Other rooters have tried to accomplish it but never did succeed. Mike knew what he was doing and after much work, he succeeded and now I am free of this clogged pipe. Mike is a credit to his Mr Rooter company and I will be asking for him for my next plumbing problem, because he wont stop until he gets the job done right.Thank you Mr Rooter for hiring this competent individual.
The job was done well. However, it was too expensive for the task at hand. Unfortunately, due to the size of the fee for the assessment, we had to go through with the service. This was a good lesson to get a ballpark estimate before requesting an assessment.

Prompt response to an emergency plumbing issue. Jay W. was at my residence within an hour of my call. Evaluated the problem throughly, explained the problem and in no time resolved the issue with overpricing, even gave military/front line nurse discount that we can all appreciate now. I called Mr. Rooter because I wanted to swap out a utility sink. The plumber came out to the house and gave my wife an estimate for $700.00 dollars. I came home from a 8 month deployment the next day and swapped the sink out in 15 min. I feel that the plumber was trying to take advantage of my wife. This place was very quick to respond and get someone to my house very professional while they were here. I had a clog in my sink and the guy came out and had it fixed within about an hour. They block out their times in 3 hour windows, but may show up early if they can(they will call first). They were a little bit on the pricey side I think. It cost about $380 to fix a clog about 30-40 feet down the pipe. This was a bit of a blow because I gave up trying myself after I hit the end of my 25 foot snake. Either way they were a very professional and knowledgeable company with great customer service, I would highly recommend them!

These guys were pros from start to finish.On 2/2/2018, Mr. Allen Martin and his awesome crew came out to my house in Mandarin to diagnose and fix a ruptured fresh water line under my front yard.They did a SUPERB job for us and far exceeded our expectations in terms of pricing, timing and quality of their work. The job was complicated due to unusually cold weather, tree roots and landscaping but these gentlemen made it look like easy work. They worked diligently without taking breaks and I was floored by how they finished the job in one day. I will recommend them to anyone needing plumbing help. These guys are the REAL DEAL. Look no where else for your plumbing needs.
They unclogged the stoppage and cleaned the vent. This was the 2nd company to come out. The 1st company could not unclog the drains. The tech advised what he was going to do and gave me the estimate before he started. Very professional and courteous. I definitely would recommend Mr.Rooter to any one who has a clogged drain.

Had sewage backing up into the showers and toilets overflowing on New Years eve! Technician Jay Wade showed up within an hour. He had to unclog the sewer line both inside and outside. We had a issue with a leaking pipe behind the wall in the shower. After calling several different companies and getting outrageous rates, Robert and Carlos from Mr. Rooter came out and fixed the problem at an affordable rate and did a phenomenal job! They were professional, explained the problem and what they would do to repair the issue. All done within a reasonable time and a much lower rate than the other companies quoted. I highly recommend Mr. Rooter! They were very responsive, and came within an hour of calling them! Our pipes froze overnight, and began working as we were testing them. Even though they came all the way out and assessed the problem, they didn’t even charge us. Great customer service, and we will absolutely be using them for future plumbing issues!

I had a water main burst during the cold front and Mr. Rooter was the only company who would answer the phone or give an estimated time to come fix the issue. Jerome was on the scene within 30 minutes and within the next 20 minutes, located the leak, dug up the pipe, and replaced the broken joint. I don't know much about plumbing pricing, but I thought the rate was reasonable, especially considering the prompt service. I would call Mr Rooter again.

I am a previous employee for this company the company is shady.they lie to there employees change pay without reason or cause. Pull jobs off you if it is a good paying job and send it to another tech of there choosing for example I was sent a slab leak got to the customer house and verified that they had a leak. I already had parts and tools to fix the issue and yet they pulled me off the job and sent me a toilet repair without any explanation.then when u finally give up and quit the company they will refuse to give you your last check and you will have to contact the labor board before they will pay you what is owed I am highly disappointed in the operations and would recommend never to apply with this company or do business with such a shady company

Bad experience, had my whole yard wet from a leakage so I decided to call them at night when I first found out there was something wrong. I had to leave that same morning out of state and I wanted to get it done before I left, the guy was rude. When the guy arrived He said “don’t call a plumber at night”, I guess they’re not 24/7 like they claim to be. The guy said I had a slab leak and that I needed to repipe the entire house. Note that before a short conversation he said he had 22 years of experience in plumbing. I had the issue fix for less than 50 dollars and I fixed it myself but he wanted to charge 7,000 to repipe the entire house. Do not recommend calling them. Bad customer service

Having 2 properties and using company for several big jobs, call to get on schedule and even move back a day because of availability only to be told “Oops sorry nobody called you but or tech is on the way to another job”. Keep in mind that I purposely scheduled first appointment so this wouldn’t happen. Was told basically that they didn’t know what happened but then came back and said sorry it was an emergency and we don’t know when but we will get someone as soon as we can to you. Bad business for sure.

I have called them for my motel Gas Piping work.They come and give me estimate total of 3489.21 with break up2061.00 Labor1428.21 MaterialWhen I told them I am going to buy material then after one week i.e. today they called me and told if I am going to buy material then labor going to cost me $200 more as they are saving time for ordering and trip to plumbing supply.Actually material cost only $ 437.68So, I will not advising to any one use them if you are using them please dont give contract with material just try to screw you.

Emergency call for lawn man fracturing connection to neighbors home. Completed work in an hour and 15 minutes Lawn man argued with technician regarding price, so he contacted supervisor. Supervisor would not call lawn man for payment stating he would just argue with him too. Said I either had to pay for repair or the work would be removed by technician.

Disappointed in the fact the technician was not willing to try and repair a back-flow preventer valve. Instead he said it could not be repaired and instantly quoted $700+ to replace. The company I went with said it may be possible to repair and if they couldn’t fix It then they would replace It. Turns out It was repairable and only cost $100 to do so.
I recommend this company for unclogged drain services what I got that service a month ago.
Specially Mr. Wade is professional.He explained everything what I asked and after that what I need to maintain. I highly recommend this company.

Toilet backed up had get on roof an repair
Showed up on time, very professional and courteous. Price to get on roof was a bit of a shock but offered a solution. Would use again.
Professional, fast, and cleaned up after themselves. Very easy to work with and pleased with the service provided. 10/10 recommend!
They did a very good job, But I thought the price was way to high, over $400.00 dollars to unclog kitchen sink and bathroom shower , took maybe 30 minutes

they don't even deserve one starmost ridiculous and rip off company I ever deal with ,I called in and askedfor someone with camera can look in 2 pipe .and cindy (receptionist) told me she will send technician for free estimate .I told her we did snake and its not working I need price for someone with camera to see whats going on,she said np we will send a technician for free estimate.next day technician showup and keep telling me he wants to do snake to see whats going on and I told him its not going to work we need camera .he convince me he will get it open he knows whats his doing other companies did it wrong.after 10 min from roof he telling me he can only go in 10ft and then he tells me his camera its not going to fit the pipe lol (why did he come then )total waste of time and money yes money he charge me $160 for showing up and trying to do snake when I told him 100 times its not going to work...stay way from mr rooter we will report them for business bureau and there facebook and online all over …..and then his telling me it will cost $3200 for running new 12' to outside wall.I got few othercompanies told me $400-750 max ...

Corroded deposits heavily built up on hot water hose connection. Plumbers repaired the buildup & replaced worn hoses and structures.

This is a customer service review not for services performed; I wasnt allowed to get that far due to the agent that took my call hung up on me 3 times. My 4th call & an online inquiry later I finally spoke to another associate that never called me back for scheduling. ??
Over all I highly recommend them. they got my problem fixed and swept themselves out of the building! it was a vary good experience. I will be working with them again.
Best plumber I have ever had was able to solve my problem in minutes. So fast in fact that I had not even finished explaining that 2 others before him couldn't find it.

Had an emergency at 5:15pm on a Friday (pipe going between pump house to the house broke after husband drove his HE MAN truck over it to get 5' closer to pump house to unload salt)Mr Rooter will not work on plumbing that has anything to do with a well we were told

A good quality job done on time.
We had a pipe burst in our house. Once we were ready to fix the pipe, Mr. Rooter was out the next day, offered a competitive price, and the pipe was fixed within 10 minutes. There was an issue that arose (nothing to do with the job itself) and the company reached out and went above and beyond to rectify the issue. We were very impressed with how everything was handled. Would definitely use them again.
I called Mr rooter and after a brief conversation about my main sewer line being stuck. They did everything they could to get someone over to me late at night. Allen showed up promptly and reassured me the problems will be solved in less then minutes. Mr Allen was right. He’s not just a plumber and speaks volumes for his company. I will be using Mr rooter in the future.
