EDIT: Travis did it again!! I had them come back because I ended up having a leak in a splitter that my husband had put in the line so I could have hot and cold water to another little washer on the other side of the laundry room. Travis took the time to figure things out and which way would be the best and most economical for me to have everything taken care of. Another great price and another outstanding job! So happy! I have one more batch of projects and I know who I'm calling again next time!!************************I could not be happier than I am with Roto-Rooter and Travis who did my repairs today. I live in an old trailer and had a leak in my drain pipe to my washing machine. I was sure it was going to cost a lot of money and take a lot of time and was worried that it could even be repaired at all. Travis got everything figured out and fixed in no time at an outstanding price!!. So nice, so polite, so thorough. I won't be calling anyone else if I ever need any kind of plumbing done. 5 stars for Travis who completed the repair. 1 star for dispatch (originally, but they made it right). Travis was great to deal with and made the circumstances much easier to deal with based on his attitude and professionalism. I would recommend him highly.The dispatch messed up and sent someone to an address that’s about 3 hours from us after I’d already been waiting a couple hours for someone. The bigger problem is that I had to move my staff out of the office because sewer was backing up into the office and I could not attend to my customers since I was waiting for the plumber to show up.However, when it was realized that this happened they quickly and professionally got Travis to our office to help resolve our issues.

We had an issue at our business that needed immediate attention. They were there within 30 minutes and took care of our issue immediately. They gave us a great price for the repair. Very professional. Walked me through what was going on step by step to make sure I knew what was wrong and what he had to do to fix the issue. Could not be more happy with the service we received. John Barr at Roto-Rooter was one of the nicest and most knowledgeable plumbers I have ever met, and I've had to deal with a lot of them as a carpenter. John was quick, and easy going. Strange experience. First of all the price is apprently highly negotiable. After a quick survery of the issue, I was quoted a *very* high price ($485) just to unclog a drain. I said I cant afford that and I'd have to wait, so he asked what I would be willing to pay. After telling him he quoted me almost half the initial charge. While that was a positive in That it was so much cheaper of course, its odd practice for a large business like that I think. I'd prefer things to be a little more cut and dry, and it just felt off.The second and most upsetting thing is the employee SLAMMED the door to my home twice going in and out. It was so loud and aggressive something fell off of a shelf near the door one of the times. He did not seem upset or angry so I don't know what it was about. If I was a less patient person that whole interaction could have gone south very quickly with him being so disrespectful of my home.Positives: The clog was fixedNegatives: worker missed out on the Proper door opening & closing techniques training portion of orientation.Haggled for price.

The technician (Jonny) that came out to a new rental here that had major plumbing issues was amazing.. he was very determined to take care of some seemingly very old clogs and overcame obstacles to get the job done with patience and professionalism. Great work!

I wanted to stop by and give a huge THANK YOU TO ROTO-ROOTER!! My garbage disposal had not been working for some time and it had started to drain slowly and stop up. Well it turned out that my garbage disposal needed a simple reset ....the technician that came out RJ37100A was super professional and explained to me exactly what the issue was and how I could actually reset it myself in the future if it ever happened again. Before I called I was thinking I would be out hundreds of dollars, I had actually gotten another company to come by before and they were trying to install a whole new garbage disposal!!! I'm so glad that I called Roto Rooter! This is a company and staff with integrity and that goes a VERY long way with me as a single mother! Called Rooto-Rooter due to my high water alarm on my sump pump going off. They were the only company I called thay was able to get a technician out to me in less than an hour (called 6 others, 4 day wait at minimum).The technician, Rich, arrived quickly. He was very professional and helpful. He quickly diagnosed the issue, quoted a fair price, and got to work right away. Rich went above and beyond fixing the pump, and even gave the sump a through cleaning. He also gave me tips on how to prevent this issue in the future. Honestly, I will be calling Roto-Rooter again whenever I have a plumbing issue because of Rich’s quality of work and positive attitude.Overall, I couldn’t be more pleased with the service. I called a week ago and was told someone would call in two hrs. A week later and I still never got a call so, I tried again. I was told someone would call soon and they made an appt for Mon. They arrived at my doorstep with no warning days sooner than expected (which for me was a relief becuase I didn't want to wait that long).Ross discussed pricing options and was very patient with me. It was nearly $600 to auger my toilet, which really sucked ?.... but he was clean, professional, knowledgable, and even had a few good stories he shared with me as I watched him work. My toilet now flushes without spewing water. He did a thorough job cleaning up after himself. Minus the price?; I am happy with everything. I would definitely call Ross or Roto-Rooters for any future repairs.

Jonny cleaned our drains and was amazingly professional. He was punctual and very efficient getting our toilets working perfectly! You will not find a better plumbing company.

Called because the pipe that the washer drains into is backing up. Was told on phone no charge for tech to come out. Tech named Carlos came out around lunch time 11/28 and just asked if I wanted him to snake it for $424. Wouldn't even look at it without me agreeing to pay for snake. Then tried to snake for awhile, but it wouldn't advance. Finally said he was done, told me to pay him and left. Water still backing up. Called RotoRooter back and was promised a manager would call me back within 2 hours and that a tech would be back by 1930. No callback from manager. Tech showed up around 9pm. Had difficulty snaking the pipe and thought he got it stuck. Finally got it out and said it appeared to have been in dirt, which means the pipe is broken. Said he would talk to office/manager and have someone come back out, but that I needed to be home because they may have to cut out walls or floors. I said I could be home on Friday. Someone called on Thursday and left a message to say they were coming out, but I was working and unable to answer. No further calls from RotoRooter or tech. Now 12/2 and my plumbing issue hasn't been resolved and I'm out $424.Would have left 0 stars if I could.

Excellent service from start to finish. Appointment scheduled online and all followups were made via text until the technician (Jonny) arrived explained everything and completed the job. All went smooth.

We had a major clog and Jonny worked for 5 hours trying to clear it. He even took the time to find our clean out which had been buried by previous owner(s). He never gave up!My husband and I have a 4 year old and a 5 month old and staying in a home without plumbing/water just wasn’t an option and we were looking at other places to stay for the night. But thankfully, because of Jonny’s commitment to helping us, we didn’t need to.

We are so greatfull to Johnnywe have a Pre School and a child flushed a toy in the Toilet. A very difficult task and it could have cost us thousand of dollars, but he flushed those pipes with patience and love and got it fixed. I had a backed up drain, they came said it was not a main line , had to pull my toilet up to get to the drain they placed my toilet back but initially didn’t secure it back in place, than I called and had them come put it back, the technician that was supposed to secure the toilet came about an hour later that the provided 2 hour time frame and I had no phone call to let me know that this guy was on his way and or was going to be late, when he got here he tried to charge me another $600 to fix the error that the company made, when I refused to pay that the technician yai yai I believe his name was quick to leave, I called roto rooter and they had the branch manager call me said he he would do some investigation into what happened and the next day they had a four hour window left open to have the original guy come fix the issue they caused. come to find out yai yai had given me someone else’s quote for their issue. Only reason I gave 2 stars is as far as I can tell they so far they fixed whatever it was that was causing my issue,I recommend you stay away from Roto nightmare.

we operate a busy restaurant in Florida. We used Roto router to clear a clogged drain line that had filled with grease. They were very responsive and quick to resolve. The problem will definitely use them again in the future.

I call these people to replace a pipe in the bathroom that had absolutely nothing wrong with it in the end all he did was put in a stopper and punch the pin hole in my. This cost me $400 and did absolutely nothing. My mistake for calling him

I was worried the toilet was clogged. I did get it corrected but still have RR come out to clean the main pipe. It cleared it well. The septic tank drain field seemed to be the problem as the continued service the next day video showed the tank was full of water. I just had it pumped 3 weeks prior. I put an additive into the tank and it helped the drain field issue. Hopefully it will stay operable

I accidentally hit the hot water heater with my car and needed to get it fixed ASAP. Called and within the hour had Justin onsite. He was extremely professional and courteous and fixed the issue immediately. 5 stars!

It was my son-in-law's house that they went to to do well pump or Well Repair the man did not know what he was doing diagnosed and said that the tank was bad and the pump was bad this was indeed not the facts charge them $1,200 and still did not do the repair they have a free flowing well known as Artesian the checked valve in front of the pump between the well and the pump had gone bad and it was backflowing down the well try to make them buy a new pump new tank and there was nothing wrong with their it was a $5.65 repair that I came down and helped him do took us 30 minutes this company rip them off try to make them buy a new pump and tank on top of it which would have put them around a $3,000 repair for $5 then will not even speak to them about refunding their money because they did a wrong diagnosis did not do the repair tells me they are a shoddy rip-off company just like every other Shady company out there think 10 times before dialing this number

The technician was very professional. The dispatcher, on the other hand, needs to find another line of work. I called in the morning and was told they would be there in 2 hours. She called me several times with the same story. The tech told me he had only 2 calls that day when he showed up at 10 at night.

The faucets in the master bathroom and guest bathroom were bad and Jonny replaced both of the faucets. This technician was very respectful, courteous and introduced himself when he arrived at my front door. He informed me of what the job entails and the agreement I had to sign prior to the commencement of the work. Highly recommended to any homeowner!

Ross fixed a backup in our new house and was fast, kind, and skilled in clearing the problem. He came out right away on a Saturday morning. Because of the nature of the backup, we qualified for a camera scope of our sewer line. Tyler arrived and did a fast, professional job finding an additional, unrelated problem. At the end of the day, it cost way more than expected but the problem was huge and we would not have known about it until more damage had been done. This team was excellent and I am so grateful for their work and professionalism during a very stressful situation. 1,000% recommend this company. Always a great experience!

Alex was great! Very polite and professional. Our toilet was not flushing properly and our home warranty service sent another company out to repair. After failing to fix the issue, we called Roto-Rooter. Alex listened as I explained what was happening, and he was able to quickly assess and fix the issue. Now we know who to call first!

I can't give much feedback for this Co and Technician as to begin with, he didn't come within the 2 hr time frame as scheduled and the technician, Dexter wasn't very knowledgeable of being able to do our sewer pipe clean out as we thought that he could and said that he'd have to do it by pulling our toilet up and snaking it out that way and with the Co. charging $598 to do that and that's way too expensive and we know that our pipes could be cleaned out with an electric snake without doing that and as we've had it done before and way more reasonable. He more less told us to contact our last plumber that did that and we respected that.

I contacted Roto-Rooter for help when after showering, the water would not shut off. As the water continued to rain down, I attempted to do what I could to troubleshoot the problem on my own with no success. Upon speaking with the very kind associate over the phone, she was able to set up an appointment for me and Stephen the technician was at the door within the hour ready to remedy the situation! Stephen and later Alex were able to educate me about the problem and the steps necessary to fix things. Both gentlemen were very kind, courteous and professional. I truly appreciate the service I received from the RotoRooter Team!

Job wasn't complete and could not repair. Still tried charging me $250 but agreed on less which was still high enough for the problem to still exist. Told me to contact another contractor so this told me Roto wasn't qualified enough to unclog a drain.

Daniel and Elijah were the technicians who came to assist me and they were awesome. Their friendliness and professionalism really helped calm me down. Eduardo was the water restoration project manager that helped me. He was friendly and calm. He answered all my questions and explained things to me. Their service was stellar. I would definitely recommend them. I will review again once the water restoration is completed.

Plumber showed up on time and was very professional. The problem was much bigger than what he could fix due to broken pipes.

Avoid at all costs!UPDATE: The handle is on at an incorrect orientation, it doesn't turn completely off still, and the tech bought and up charged me for a unit that doesn't even match. Only installed a portion of the new assembly and didn't mention any of the changes (some of which are unacceptable at any price) until after the work was done and the bill written.I would have been angry but left it alone if my shower was actually fixed, but the problem is now worse! Over a 100% mark up on parts at retail price at any big box. Over 200% cost compared to retail for parts alone. Is this acceptable or price gouging?UPDATE 2: Dallas came to my home today and he was great! He explained different things to me, fixed the issue created by the previous tech and also my initial problem. Great guy. I'll ask for him personally next time because he is a good guy. Took forever to get a tech out, but once he, Alex, was here, he was very thorough and kind. He listened and addressed every single concern. I have 4 stars only because of the wait...it went into the next day after it should have been same day serviceUpdate*** use them if you like waiting and not being serviced when they say they will. As it took forever to get a tech out, I was supposed to get another tech to come out and camera the lines. They never called like they were supposed to. So I waited close to 4-5 days before I called and the office said we will have the tec call you right away. Still waiting on that call 2 weeks later.

We’ve been having an issue for over a month with our kitchen sink,toilet and a main pipe that was leaking at the back of the house we just moved into. Alex came by and helped us remove our broken water heater and replace it with a new one. I scheduled the appointment at about 1:00 AM after we found out our water heater was leaking. The window for our service time was that same day from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM. We got a text at 8:05 AM that Alex was on the way, and he arrived shortly after. Alex was quick, courteous, professional, and all around awesome. Roto-Rooter is awesome, and so are their employees. I will definitely reach out to them again if the need arises.

I spent $150 for them to do nothing. They tried to run a snake through my drain but after 3 attempts (2of which by the in training person) they gave up and instead of $424 I paid $150. Meanwhile the guy who was suppose to be training was telling his wife on the phone he’d be done shortly… yet they hadn’t been there but 20 minutes or so … seemed like they wanted to leave then do the job. I wouldn’t recommend them for anything. Go with an actual master plumber not this company. Btw my husband (non plumber) fixed the clog. We purchased a $300 snake from Harvor Freight with the extension. One time with the extension and it cleared.

Jonny was professional, thorough, and immediately located a major foundational issue. My house had a mysterious leak that seemed to be coming from an unknown source. Jonny was able to locate the leak efficiently and give effective information of the problem and it’s resolutions. This project is going to require reconstructive work and without his diligence, this issue would have been overlooked. Called to get an estimate on a repipe job. Told that there was someone in my area that could be there within the hour. 2 hours later I called them, after spending 30minutes on hold. I got told they would have to call me back. They called back to say they need to send a different type of technician even tho we were very clear what we wanted in the initial call. My water shutoff valve for the toilet was broken and steadily leaking water. After calling many providers, Roto-rooter was able to schedule me, same day. Although they were understandably running behind, the end result was a professional and courteous technician, knowing exactly what to do and fixed the problem at hand. The technician was personable and also showed me what he was doing, providing advice and knowledge on the system in the event I needed future work.

Just moved into rental home less than 3 weeks ago. Landlord maintenance people left me hanging after 8hrs of no call no show and me calling and pleading for help all day with 3 bathrooms backed up and unusable. Called Roto Rooter on a Sunday evening at 8:30pm. Dallas was at the door an hour and a half later. Very professional, friendly and answered questions. Didn't waste time. Problem seems to be a much bigger project but not my call to order the work. Headache but at least I know it's nothing I've done wrong. Mr. Tun was on time, very polite, removed his shoes and left the work area clean. The problem was not able to be resolved in his visit as a new toilet with a larger glazed trap was recommended. I took away 1 star because the service call costs seemed much higher than average ($302) to diagnose the issue and the quote to install a new toilet ($450) far exceeded the two other quotes I received ($190 and $300) and that was with me providing the toilet.

The technician Daniel was courteous and professional. The price is on the higher end of other companies, but not by much. Considering they do not charge to come out and make an assessment, it's better than being locked in to 70-100 dollars, just to have a company come look at the issue.

We called a rep out because the sink was leaking and he came out a looked at the sink and told us it would be over 300 to fix the leak. He never touch anything and stayed about 10 to 15 min. He charged us 126.00 for the service call .I realize that maybe that is the normal service call price but WOW how much would he have charged it he actually did something LOLFYI find out the price of the service call before you call this company to come out!!We ended calling the maker of the sink Moen and they sent us a new sink and instructed us how to put it in for free.

Dallas was great took his time and done a great job, had to go out for parts and came back and fixed the leak. Could not ask for a better job very efficient cleaned every thing up afterwards and it looks like it drains out a lot better. I will ask for Dallas when ever I need a plumber.

Repair persons were very polite and professional! And efficiently fixed the problem!

My parents had a clogged toilet early in the evening so I had to call the 24-hour service to come to their house and I met the plumber there. I explained that this toilet had to be thundering since my parents were elderly and they responded within 30 to 45 minutes. He also explain what steps you can do and the prices for each service before he began. He asked if I would like for him to mask himself I said yes for the sake of my parents and he did so. He unclogged the toilet and diagnosed the issues with it. And left notes for the future technician to come and repair if I so desired. Very professional service. I would recommend them. Jonny was my technician on call for that night.

Holiday weekend so thrilled that they even came out! Got our clogged situation finished in about 40 minutes. Technician was good. Only negative comment I have, it was quite expensive!

We had a crazy stubborn grease clog We tried everything on YouTube videos and did the ice trick and worked on it hard for 3 days and Johnny came and had it done in 30 minutes, He was very professional and fun to work with and gave us some really good pointers and we will definitely work with him again!!

Nathan came out for an emergency leak. He was very pleasant and helpful. He suggested that I speak with someone in sales to discuss replacing the entire plumbing system in my home. We discussed an estimate but he stated that a salesperson would come by to give me more details and finalize the deal. The salesperson was supposed to call the same day but I missed the call. When I called back the dispatchers were extremely rude, so I canceled the service. I’ll find a different company.

Even though it was raining, Dallas came and did a great job. He worked until 10pm, and he didn't mind it was a Saturday. He is a very friendly person and he seems to love what he does.

Our shower handle snapped off leaving no way to pull out the Moen valve cartridge. Alex tried to pull it but had same luck as me since the stem was broke. He ended up having to cut out some drywall to replace the diverter quickly and cleanly in a tight spot. Happy to have a shower again.

First of all, Daniel with Roto Rooter was top notch!I had him install a brand new hookup for a stackable ventless washer/dryer in my existing salon. They were less expensive than other quotes- and the most professional and efficient plumbers I’ve ever worked with!They literally came and gave me the quote and had it all completed in 3-4 days!! Called at 9:30 pm after discovering that our hall toilet was overflowing onto hardwood floors. Technician arrived at 10:30 and quickly assessed the situation. Our kitchen sink was clogged on both sides and we could not get the water to drain. When I called Roto-Rooter they were very friendly and set us up with an appt very quickly, even on a Saturday afternoon. They were at our house within a few hours on the same day. The technician addressed the issue and got the sink unclogged. The tech was also very knowledgeable with information about what happened and tips to help avoid this in the future. I would definitely use them again.

Daniel was great! Our problem was solved quickly and efficiently. Unfortunately the dispatching and communication system is a disaster! We were told they would come the day before and they cancelled at the last minute.Today we received a text, not a phone call , to confirm the morning arrival. I texted back, but not within the TWO MINUTE time allotment. I was expecting a phone call and did call before 8:00am. To confirm but could not reach them. The 2 women we spoke to were rude. One said she called, but that did not happen. Not sure if this will work in the future, which is unfortunate, as their technicians are great.

Great customer service! We had a clogged up drain/sewer line on a Saturday night with stopped up toilets and sinks. Called the business number and they sent someone to my house right away. Jonny was very professional and explained his technique on what he was going to do step by step… the prices were a little higher than expected, but coming out at 10pm on a weekend I didn’t care. After unsuccessfully running the snake up the clean out valve, he removed our toilet and ran a snake down over and over until the drain pipes were unclogged. When I called, I gave details that 3 bathrooms were flooding from under the toilet. Not over the top. They said it sounded like a sewer blockage. I feel cheated because with that description I learned from the city that Roto-Rooter is well informed and experienced on the City Utility Company's process. The City will come out any time of the day or night to diagnose the issue for free. Then if they feel its not their responsibility they will recommend that you call a plumber. Then if the plumber comes a finds it is indeed the city's responsibility then the city will come back out and start repairs for free. Also, by taking these steps, the city will reimburse the plumbing bill which was atrocious. They could have shared this. Because they were called prior to the City, the city won't reimburse. It seems to me they don't want to chance not getting the $$$$ . They win but they will never be called by me again. They should have done the right thing. The plumber was amazing, my problem is with communication, administrative process and management resolution.

Hi! I called Roto Rooter Sunday morning and they arrived the same day. I had tried to snake the drain but couldn’t unstuck it might self. Glad I called them as they needed an industrial snake to remove construction debris from deep down in the drain. Shame on the construction company but shower can now drain thanks to Dexter and Roto Rooter.

Had a leak in the outside of our house from the main utility. I tried to find it myself, but was unable too. Called Roto-Rooter on a Saturday afternoon. They came out promptly the same day. Set an expectation and follow-up was great. Ross was the plumber that came out. Within an hour, he found the leak. Explained exactly what he needed to do. Technician Jonny came out to our home on a Sunday afternoon to fix clogged toilets as he was told was issue. I gave him a little background in regards to all the plumbing issues that led up to this day which in short was the home had almost completely flooded and septic tank had been drained approximately 3 weeks prior. No one actually found source of leak in home but same company came to inspect leak and pump tank. I would say Jonny definitely went above and beyond what he was called out to home to look at and fix. After snaking the toilet with no success he didn’t just stop there. He took a look at breaker box and then decided to check the box outside home that gives electricity to the septic pump. He quickly realized that there was no power to that box therefore the septic pump couldn’t be running and thus this could be reason as to why there was a back up in home. I believe after almost nearly 3 weeks he found the reason behind all of the plumbing issues we have been experiencing. Awaiting an electrician to fix box in back and go from there. He was on time if not early for appointment, he was informative, friendly and efficient. Thanks to him actually “caring” and going the extra mile…. I do believe he has found the answer to this nightmare we have been living. I give him 5 stars!

Great and timely service. They aren’t the least expensive out there but you get what you pay for and they warranty their work. Ross recently visited a house I own and quickly diagnosed the issue, gave me pricing options, and did a really great/clean job with the repair.

I had an emergency drain blockage on a Sunday morning and called Roto-Rooter. They answered the call within two rings and within 2 hours I had Jonny Barr show up. What a professional, knowledgeable and pleasant person! He discussed what the issue might be and immediately started to address the issue. He showed us what he was doing and in about two hours the problem was solved. He discussed some recommended preventative maintenance tips to follow. I don’t think I’ll have any more issues. I called Rolland Reash and Premier Plumbing and left messages. 4 hours later I received one call back. Roto Rooter answered my call and had a technician out within an hour.As I couldn't flush any toilets since it was backing up into the shower, I was desperate. The technician, Gordon was nothing short of amazing. I had no idea where my main sewer cleanout valve was, he had to search for it. He was very persistant and finally found it next to the decorative palm tree. Thank you Roto Rooter for responding quickly and having such as amazing technician as Gordon!

To have a plumbing issue the day after Thanksgiving was a drab until Roto-Rooter answered my call. Plumber, Jon Barr, literally saved the day. Had Ms. Lee out on Saturday to clear my main drain. She was at my home for three hours trying to snake the issue. My roommate was home at the time of her performing the work. I arrived at the completion of the job and asked some questions. She stated that it would be $595 for everything and I requested a military discount which brought my total to $495. I asked her if everything was fine now and she said no, she wasn’t able to clear the blockage and I’d have to wait for a camera to find the issue. She said my problem will come back immediately, but said that if any new charges arise I could apply my $495 towards that. So I still do not have an operational bathroom. I called today to schedule the camera, I was informed by the dispatcher that the camera is a follow up procedure. Just to ensure the job was performed accurately. I stated that the technician admitted to not being able to remedy the issue, and she said okay well the camera tech will come and see what’s going on. So I mentioned that the technician stated I could apply my payment to any new charges since she didn’t do anything, and the dispatcher stated she was not in charge of money and I would have to ask the new technician if that was possible. I don’t know why I paid the initial technician for literally doing nothing. If the camera technician cannot remedy my issue, or refuses to apply my credit I will seek legal action. An updated review will be in place upon a satisfactory job on Roto-Rooters part.Update: I had the camera technician out the day before Christmas Eve, he put the small and large cameras down my main drain and main toilet. He stated he would need a medium camera and could return the next day. I never heard from him. I called his number to find Brian was on vacation. So I called the company number cause my line was backing up again. They sent out an older man and a female to clear my line. They were unsuccessful and told me I would need to wait for the camera guy to return and also I may need a pump added to my line to help flush down the sewage. I called Brian back to see if I could get him out. I left a message for him and got no return call. So I called the business line again and the lady that answered had no clue what was going on and had me repeat everything that has happened. She said she would put in a ticket for a camera tech to reach out. At this point I’ve paid $500 for my issue to get WORSE and all I get are excuses. I need this issue remedied immediately by whatever means necessary and the amount applied towards repairs like I was promised by the initial technician. OR I need my money back so I can contact a more experienced and trustworthy company.

We received service the same day we called. They called throughout the day to keep us updated on when our service person would arrive. Very professional and friendly. And - went the extra mile to take care of a slow drain, that wasn’t even on our service call.

Fantastic experience with Roto Router! Woke up on the first day of 2022 with water damage in my kitchen. Was not the best way to kick off the year. Due to having laminate throughout the kitchen I had to take action the most I could do was towel dry as much as possible, this was a job for professionals. I called Roto Router! It was the best day one decision and I met the wonderful Christine! She is a powerhouse! She came to the house and blew my mind with setting up the house professionally with hot air blowers and fans, drilling and cutting out the ceiling to release trapped water and pulling up the floor to follow the water to prevent mold setting in. I had a main sewer line clog and none of the plumbing in my house could be used (showers, toilets, etc). I called two other local plumbing companies prior to Roto Rooter who informed me they could not get to my issue unless it was done in the evening/night with an after hours up charge. I called Roto Rooter and was helped right away on their call line. They put my service call in and within less than 15 minutes I received the text alert that my tech Rosendo was on the way. I would say they got here within 30 minutes of my call with customer service. They were kind, professional and followed safety precautions by wearing masks. Ross thoroughly explained the issue, the process to resolve and ways to help prevent future issues. He also ensured I was aware of the price before the work started. They got to work quickly and resolved the issue. I couldn’t be happier with the service, price and professionalism of their techs Ross and Kaylee. Our toilets continued to “gurgle” when we ran our showers and sinks. We assumed it was ventilation but it turned out to be a clog in our pipes. Ross was here for over 2 and a half hours working nonstop. He was so respectful, kind and considerate of our home and offered tips and advice as we are first home owners. I thought I had a clogged toilet but Dexter was able to identify the calcium build up that clogged the jets and prevented a good flush. He explained it clearly what the issue was and how he was going to treat it. Service was great, quick and efficient.

I'm so glad that I called Rotor Rooter! My kitchen sink and bathroom sink were not draining. They had been like that for a while. I was hesitant to call them. I thought it would be more than I could afford and started to call someone else but after reading the reviews, I decided to go with them. Gary was the plumber that came out. Same day service for a clogged sewer line was greatly appreciated (first place I called had a 5 day wait). They rotored through two lines and cleared them so problem resolved for now. Camera check later will determine if there’s a bigger issue. Professional but friendly guys who worked efficiently but thoroughly.

This was 2nd guy because the young man yesterday was unable to unclog drain even though he really tried. Jerry came in and asked issue then put tarp down before bringing in equipment. He was able to clear clog in half the time and was very pleasant. Kudos to him!!The other young man was pleasant and tried very hard to resolve the issue. I realize Jerry was more experienced. But I believe you gotta start somewhere so I am sure he will get to that point eventually. My sink was pretty bad and I bought the stuff they recommend for maintenance. Nate came out the same day I had another plumber come out. The other plumber couldn't even get my facilities unclogged to make them usable. Plumber 1 comes out to snake our drains. Has some issues with snake hitting a block. Then try to snake from another point. Said it was fixed. This entire process took 3 hours. They leave and it backs up again .Call again and had to wait till past midnight for another plumber out who says they can't do it for free.Called David Grey and they sent out a plumber who fixed the issue in 5 minutes for half the price.

Was originally told a technician would be at my house by 4 p.m. the day I called for service. After 6 p.m. and not hearing from anyone who wasn’t trying to sell me water cleanup service, I called and asked if I could schedule an appointment for the following day.Other than the initial scheduling issue, technicians were friendly and clean. The job was finished fairly quickly. A little costly, but we needed the work done ASAP so that’s the price we were willing to pay.

I was not made aware of the $250 diagnostic fee, until it was performed. When I called I was not made aware of, nor when gentlemen came he did not make me aware. Lesson learned, I will make sure I know up front. Being a large well know company I would have thought their customer service team would have made this clear upfront. I did not use. I did not want to be subject to surprise fees.

Gary came to my mother's house at 8am sharp... He did a professional clean up of her bathroom... Which was previously destructed due to the sewer pipes that was rerouted through out the house; the plumbers did amazing job... However, they did a lazy job on mom's bathroom floor and input the tub incorrectly... The concrete and tub wasn't level, the faucet wasn't lined up correctly with the tub and the list goes on... I must say after speaking to Adam (Manager) he hired Gary and his associate to do a phenomenal job! Thanks for being prompt and professional! Me and my mom was very pleased with the work!

I woke up yesterday and had a river flowing through my garage. I thought a pipe had burst in the wall, so quickly turned off the water and called the first “emergency plumber” listed on google. Fran, who answered my call, was thorough in questioning to identify the problem and reassured me someone would be out in the morning. I received two-three phone calls informing me of when a technician would be available. The plumber (Ernie, I believe) arrived within 90minutes..Once there, he quickly identified my water heater had burst. He was very professional and thorough in his job of replacing it. Highly recommend.

I was using another company for my plumbing issues but today I decided to call Roto Rooters. Excelent Customer Service and excelent service. Technician came and in 20 mins he was done. The only thing is that the bill was way expensive. Way more than the previous plumbers I used. Too bad.

Jerry came out he was very helpful,he saved me thousands of dollars. He sold me a drain cleaner that worked wonders and it was only 80 bucks!?

My kitchen sink had a clog in it. I thought it was something simple that i could do (clog where there is a divider just past garbage disposal. The clog was actually outside the house walls closer to the main. My tech was there for about an hour and fixed the problem. He explained that there was alot of grease buildup and in the Wknter it happens to freeze more i. a glib and block the pipe, therefore he recommended a solution they carry that you use as a maintenance throughout the year to prevent from happening in the future!

Ryan Alderson #2265 was my plumber. I had a major issue with backed up drains in both my kitchen sinks and into my dishwasher. Ryan came out immediately and assisted with trying to unclog the drain. The pipe that was clogged was an old 60 year old cast iron pipe that needed replacing. When contacted the second time to repair the pipe he was onsite within 2 hours and did an excellent job. I am so glad I picked Roto-Rooter and Ryan is an exceptional asset to your company. Very professional and responsive.

Supervisor took my name and number and then went home for the day without calling me back.I have to go with another company to fix the damages directly caused by Roto-Rooter. Avoid at all costs!

I'm giving a 5-star rating because your technicians were on-time, professional and completed the job in a timely manner. However, $400 for a new faucet knob is a little pricey. Normally, we would get several quotes and make a decision then, however, due to the current pandemic, we wanted to limit the # of people we allow in our home, so we went with you all. Also, I encourage you to have your techs complete an itemized invoice so the customer knows exactly what they're paying for.

Called to get a quote for some rough in installation of a shower I'm installing. Shower fixture, rain head, wall mount hand wand and drain relocate (about 24). Quote was for $3626. $568 was in mount the fixture which involves 4 screws into a 2x4. $700 was to plumb the fixture, rain head and shower wand. $585 to install the drain. $1773 to cut up some concrete so they can install the $585 drain. Unreal. We're talking about 4 hours worth of work, MAX! Even at $200/hour, that's only $800. Sorry Roto-Rooter, you'll never again get my business. And I'll be sure to refer others to someone else as well. $500-$800 would be high but reasonable. But $3626.00? NOPE!

They came on the appointment day. They fixed the garbage disposal. However, it cost twice as much as having a toilet replaced from a competitor. (The product was more, and the labor was much more.) Maybe garbage disposals are just more labor intensive?

I advise there was an issue with my sump pump however he looked at my water pump and tried to convince me that was my sump pump. This was after he blew through the four hour window and I called the company 30 after the window asking for an update on when the technician would arrive. Considering he didn’t know the difference between the water pump and sump pump I just told him never mind. Had a feeling he was just running behind and decided since I was a female and ‘stupid’ I didn’t know the difference.

Dallas did a great job, works long hours and professional. I would use his services again.
