Jason is very professional and knowlegeable; he knew exactly what to do to address our plumbing concerns; He was meticulous and after completing work made sure to check that everything was functioning properly and that I was satisfied with work completed. I am very happy to had found this company and will be hiring them again to do some bathroom remodeling and they will be my go to for any future plumbing issues.

Bill the plumber was knowledgeable, professional and his courteous customer service is a real asset to Kimball plumbing company. The experience with Kimball company was top notch and nothing short of my expectation for plumbing services from the phone call with the female who answered and who was nothing short of recognizing my issue to accommodate for scheduling to the time the job was completed.

We had a leak behind the wall in our master bath shower that was causing some damage to the drywall outside the shower door. Getting companies to give us an estimate was a struggle but we finally did get three firms to come and look at what we had and give us a proposal.We liked Van immediately. He was professional, friendly, and obviously knew what he was talking about. His proposal met all of our needs and was what we considered reasonably priced. There was a three week wait time between accepting the proposal and start of work which we thought was reasonable.The day his workers were scheduled to begin the tear-out they called to say they were on their way. When they arrived, they first looked at the location of our bathroom and then placed runners from the front door, all the way to the shower. They began work and worked steadily through the day with only a short break for lunch. They completed the initial tear out the same day, Friday, and allowed the bare studs to dry over the weekend. This also allowed me to spray the black mold thoroughly with a mold and mildew killer. They completely cleaned up their mess at the end of the day and left our bathroom in a useable condition while we waited for the next phase of the job.This job required removal of the old pan, installation of a new one, and inspection by the County. ACP&T pulled the required permit and scheduled the inspector. They blocked the drain hole and filled the new pan with water to show the inspector that it did not leak. Inspection was completed a few days later and the tile crew arrived with the now expected courtesy call beforehand.The tile crew worked with the same ethic and neatness, arriving after a courtesy call and working steadily through the day with only a short lunch break. Again they used runners to cover our carpet from the front door to the shower. The work took several days and they cleaned up their work area each day.The tile work is first rate and the completed job is beautiful. We are very pleased with Atlantic Coast Plumbing and Tile and would recommend them to anyone needing their services.

Fast, courteous, and responsive - All the things you want in a plumber. We had an issue that other plumbers were unable to fix. The owner was gracious enough to come out and solve it himself. They truly stand by their work! Would use again and recommend to anyone.

I had a pipe spring a leak at the worst possible time.....late at night. I put in three calls to other plumbers and Nolan had the pipe fixed before any of the other plumbers even called! They were friendly, professional and easy to work with. Highly recommend.

This company is terrible and unprofessional and lacks customer service skills they cancel your appointment and the last minute without proper notice such terrible customer service I highly DO NOT recommend.

We had Steve install a new water heater and water softener/filtration system in our home. Steve was very knowledgeable and took his time to answer all of our questions and explain the operation of our new system. He was transparent in his pricing and very professional. One of the most important things we look for in customer service is when things go wrong what is their availability and willingness to stand by their product. We had a small gasket go on our filtration system (not Steve's fault) and he promptly came out and replaced the part under warranty. Overall, my experience with Steven's plumbing has been superb and I would recommend him without any reservations.

Shane has worked as a Plumber for many years. He knows his profession inside and out. If I need anything, Plumbing wise, this is who I would call.

This company came in to fix the water heater in one of the restrooms in the home supposedly. Mind you there was absolutely nothing wrong with my second bathroom. After this company left my toilet it the bathroom with the water pressure issue started spraying water everywhere and over flowing, the water will not drain out of the shower. Not to mention they gutted out the tile wall and duck tape it. They also cut panels of my wall in the living room leaving holes for animals and insects to enter my home. Also in the one bathroom that didnt have a problem now the pressure not working at all . Me and my kids have been unable to take showers or baths in or home due to backed up sewage . The company keep giving me the run around about fixing the issue after being paid over 4 grand to completely demolish the bathrooms . Horrible service

Great plumbing company. Gene Rover and team are true pros. On time, does great work, cleans up, all for a fair price. B&G does a lot of charitable work too in giving back to city. I've worked closely with them on many projects over many years. They're consistently top notch.
