We had an emergency pipe/faucet break outside but the valves were in the side of our living room wall. The operator was great and got a serviceman out here but didn’t charge us an emergency fee. Dustin was kind, thorough and helpful.

Russell called to let me know he was on the way. My kitchen sink was clogged. He determined the problem was in the pipes and cleared it quickly. He was careful to keep the work area clean and dry. He even asked if I had a broom and dishpan to clean up.Russell was very professional and took time to answer all our questions.I will use Swift Brothers Plumbing in the future and recommend them to others.

They installed 2 new AC units and that all went fine and we were happy about it as it came with a 10 year warranty and free service for a year. 6 months later we called for our service and they said no longer do HVAC and stopped responding to us. Highly recommend you go with anyone other than them.

We lost hot water and, being new to the area, didn't have a plumber. I spent a frustrating time trying to find someone who could / would service a tankless water heater. When I finally called Swift Brothers Samantha was friendly and helpful, finding an option for service the same day. Brian was our plumber - timely, professional, and friendly, even when our problem proved vexing. He persisted and was able to restore hot water service. I will male Swift Brothers my first call when I need plumbing services in the future.Carl

Brian seems honest and competent. He provided good advice that aligned with other teams we asked to provide estimates, but didn't try to oversell services. Job results look great. Will definitely reach out here first the next time we have plumbing questions.

Was given a window of 0800-1200 tech did not show up until 1330 then sat in driveway for 30 minutes before coming to the door. I was not called and informed that they were not going to be in the window I was given. Tech did not know that I had a leak that needed repaired. They fixed an issue with pulsing shower but after the cold water in shower was hot and visa versa. Called the next day to speak with someone about the issue, they are sending the tech back but I got essentially a, “Sorry nothing we can do about the time and professionalism.”

Brian and James arrived promptly and finished job on time. Both were friendly and knowledgeable. I liked that they kept me informed with each step and let me see what was being done. I recommend them highly

Brain was a nice person who gave me a fair deal on the correction of a poor installation. My only recommendation is to contact the customer when you are going to be later than the committed time frame.

Update:After my prior review relating to the trip charge, Nikki from Swift Brothers reached out to me and tried to earn my business so I'd thought I'd give them a try. They seemed eager to earn my business and I appreciated that.They had a next day opening which would have been great, but I had a scheduling conflict so got a slot the day after next between 12pm and 4pm. I was surprised when I got an automated email then a call from the plumber around 9:30 am letting me know they were on the way and 20 minutes out. No worries, fortunately I was home, and better to have an early plumber than a late one or a no-show!Plumber arrived, was polite & professional, and ready to work. I explained the job, received and accepted the on-site estimate which was explained clearly, and work got under way. I was very pleased so far and Swift Brothers would have earned a five star review had it not been for two things.First, when moving the new toilet into the bathroom, the plumber cornered the toilet too hastily, hitting the tile wall and breaking a corner tile on the doorway. My heart instantly sank. Accidents do happen, it wasn't intentional, and I did receive a verbal apology - however it doesn't change the fact that my vintage 1958 bathroom with original tile which was in good condition and survived intact since Dwight D. Eisenhower was President is now damaged in an obvious spot for no good reason. So now I have the new unwanted project plus the added expense of trying to source a replacement corner tile of matching color and finish, and then finding a tile contractor to extract the broken tile and install the new one in order to bring my vintage bathroom back to its full glory. That is, assuming I'm ever able to find a replacement corner tile that matches. I almost expected a discount due to the damage, but in reality no discount would of really made up for the time and cost I will expend fixing this.The other issue and reason why I cannot give a more positive review, is that I noticed the toilet would run about every 60 seconds. I wasn't sure if this repetitive drain/fill cycle was a due to defective toilet or an installation issue. Before leaving, the plumber tested many flushes, but never waited very long between each flush. I called Kohler, the maker of my toilet, they are sending a replacement canaster thinking it was defective. Not wanting to wait almost a week over a holiday weekend with a constantly running toilet, I pulled out the installation instructions I saved and started investigating the inside to the toilet to see if there was anything I could do in the interim. Ended up that the inside components needed to be tuned and adjusted properly. I needed to adjust the float to match the canaster fill line and adjust the lever chain to be correct length so the rubber seal on the canaster makes contact where the water drains out. After I did those two things, the toilet stopped draining and refilling on its own. Simple enough and easy fix, but not something I'd expect to have to do after just having a toilet professionally installed.Overall, this ended up being a mixed bag. I really wanted to end up writing a better review but unfortunately that isn't how it panned out.=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=Original Review:Sent a request for bids on another platform providing details of job. Outdoor spigot leaking and I and a neighbor could not get the house/ water valve to shut off. No inside of the house damage. Technician Dustin was great! Replaced spigot hook up and new shut off pipes with a box cover. My experience with Swift Brothers was good. My only issue was the bill seemed high and I did not receive a breakdown pricing for services. Actually need that for my records

Tech came back a day after accidentally reversing shower valve cartridge during a service. If only he remembered that he reversed the cartridge… instead, he sat in my bathroom for an hour turning the water mixture dial back and forth, thinking that it was going to change anything. Frustrated, I took to google and found after a few minutes that a reversed valve cartridge could be the culprit. I mentioned this to the tech and was not taken seriously. After a phone call requesting for help, the tech went back out to their vehicle. Fed up, I took the cartridge out and reversed it to the correct position. Tech comes back in and acts like he knew that’s what it was and was about to fix it LOL. Might be putting in an application at Swift Brothers because these guys hire anyone.

James and Trey could not have been better representatives for their company; they came in and quickly evaluated my drainage issue and provided a quote for repair right on the spot! Very polite and professional. They scheduled my service to occur for the following day. This is the go to plumber if you want quick response and professional service.

Our plumber was Mr. Mulholland. He was great. We had another Tech come the day before we were not happy with his findings so we called your company very glad we did. Mr. Mulholland was on time told us exactly what the problem was came back the next day and fixed the problem. Thank you so very much we are very pleased.

We needed emergency plumbing help tonight (a Sunday night of course!) and Swift was the only one who answered and had a tech able to come out. Miguel was on time and professional and explained everything as well as the options to unclog our drain. We couldn’t ask for better service, seriously amazing thank you so much! I called on Sunday morning and they had someone at my house by 1:30 pm. Our service technician David was very professional and knowledgeable. The work was performed very efficiently and in a timely manner. I would recommend David and Swift Brothers to anyone needing service.

I received a call from the scheduler for Swift Brothers at about 9 pm on a Friday! Not that's responsive. They had a plumber available for Saturday morning but my problem was not an emergency. The work was set for Monday morning. The plumber, James Russel, was on time and immediately started to work. I was not present so James kept me informed via text and pictures. He took no action without my approval. When he finished, he sent pics of the repairs and everything was first class. I don't know if prices were competitive but I can say it was well worth the cost. I am confident James did the work properly and cut no corners. He even found another water leak problem and sent me pictures that I could use to ask for repairs from another expertise. I plan to keep Jame's contact info and seek him out the next time I have need of a plumber. I understand Swift Brother's also works on HVAC. I assure you if I ever need HVAC work, Swift Brothers is my choice for all work. I highly recommend them.

Toilet repair. It was missing a bolt and the toilet was not centered. Brian removed it and checked everything out and added new bolts. Perfect!

Miguel, was professional, pleasant, he wore a mask and paper booties before entering my home. Miguel diagnosis the problem, explain the issues and answered all my questions and concerns. The problem was the faucet. Overall, service was great. However I do feel the price charged for the replacement of a faucet I had purchased was too much. Otherwise no complaints. They were prompt at showing up and billing. They got paid right away because they have a link in their email which is VERY NICE. The only issue, we emailed them with a couple of questions and never received any reply. Would have been 5 stars if they would have replied.

Had some drain line and water main issues that were in desperate need of repair and called Swift Bros plumbing to do the job. Not only did they come back with a reasonable estimate the tech Miguel was very professional and explained everything in detail! The only concern was that our guy didn't have any help until the third day. All in all a great place to do business with.

I am new to the area and just purchased my home. My sinks were taking days to drain. I started googling plumbers near me. I found one with fantastic reviews so I gave them a call, no one ever answered the phone and I called 12 or more times nor did I get a response to my voicemails. After 3 days I began the search again for a plumber I found Swift Brothers plumbing and I can tell you I will never have the need to search for a plumber again. I called and the woman who answered the phone was extremely nice and she got me on the schedule 24 hours later. James came out the next day and was unable to clear my lines but suggested that he could come back and run a camera down the line to assess the issue. I agreed then asked what I needed to pay today and he said no ma'am don't worry about today I will come back and we will get this taken care of. He was just back today and after 2 months I can finally use my kitchen sink, laundry sink and dishwasher. Thank you James

I ordered two high-end commodes with bidet and need them installed. I called this company and asked how much an installation would be. The receptionist said that she couldn't give me a price b/c it varies, which I understood. So I asked if she could give me a low end and high end so I could have an idea, she refused.She said that they have to come out and look at the toilets and give me a price, and they CHARGE me $60 just to give me a price, but that the $60 would go towards the service. So I said, What if I don't like the price and decline service? She replied, You still have to.pay the $60.I cannot believe that they want me to pay them $60 just to tell me how much they'll charge!! Shysters, that's what you are! Awful, awful manner in which you treated me. ?

When I called the office was very helpful and personable. They arrived as promised and I was so appreciative as I had a leak in my cabinet. Dustin quickly repaired the leak under my sink and replaced the valve. The pricing was reasonable and I am very satisfied with their service and will definitely use them again!

I was out of town when my son notified me the toilets had overflowed and there was brown water on the floors and coming up in both showers.I placed a call to Swift plumbing, within 30 minutes received a phone call from Joel to advise he would be there shortly. He called and gave me a estimate of the charges and proceeds to unclog the drain. He calls again to explain he was going to have to work on the bathrooms inside to solve the problem and what the cost would be. I can't believe how hard he worked at solving the problem, kept me updated start to finish.Also, when I called I spoke to Haley, she was very efficient on setting up an account for me, taking my payment information and assured me we would receive a call shortly that someone was on their way.Plumbing work is always a unexpected expense so I really appreciated the estimate and the call back when price increased.

The best service I've ever used! I was in an emergency situation where I couldn't shut the water off. I called other plumbers and was told it wouldn't be till tomorrow before they could come out. I called Swift and the lady that answered the phone was like sure we have someone who can come, got a little info from me and a min after hanging up I received a text of who my plumber would be and about a min after that James called and said he was five minutes away! From the time of the phone call till he came was no more than 10 minutes! Where can you find service like that? That was amazing! Thank you so much!

Was in need of a new water heater. Purchased one at Home Depot and was told Swift Brothers would reach out to me to schedule. Nobody ever called so I had to call them. I went from a standard hot water heater to a tankless. They told me I would need a permit and charged me for one. They never pulled a permit for the job. I have had nothing but issues since the installation not to mention it looks like my 5 yr old installed it. I have left multiple messages for a manager to call me, it’s been weeks. Next step is BBB

I was given a quote for future work. An estimate. I will schedule them next week. Work involved including opening up my wall to put a new shower stem and valve configuration. I’m am so ecstatic with the service provided by Miguel! He located the leak, repaired the valve, installed a new line to toilet. He also was honest about the valve in my bathtub. Wasn’t valve at all, only the handle. The last plumber quoted me over $1200 and wanted to cut hole in my wall and replace something that was not needed! SWIFT PLUMBING is honest, professional, did the job in a timely “swift” manner. All while being personable and with a great attitude! I will use them from now on for ALL of my plumbing needs! I had a major water leak according to my OUC bill. I searched google for plumbers in my area and Swift Brothers were Google Approved. Crystal set me up with an appointment, then I found leak and she got her team out to me within hours of my urgent call. Joe was able to repair my pipe and I could use water again without waste. Well, I wanted to use Swift Brothers plumbing, as I’ve recently moved into a new home and I have lots of jobs for them! So I called this past Wednesday, and they set me up for an appointment the very next day, with an appointment window of 12:00pm to 5:00pm.That’s kind of a long window, but I was so thankful to get the appointment, I figured it was worth it.But then they just never showed. They did not call, did not come by during my appointment window, and they still have not contacted me to try and reschedule. BUT, I’ve received two texts and emails now, asking me to provide a review for them.So, ok then! I’m afraid I have to give a negative review, which I really try to avoid. But even though the receptionist was great on the phone when I called to schedule, I wasted 5 hours of my time here at the holidays, waiting for a plumber that never showed up - and it doesn’t even seem like they’ve noticed that they left me hanging, since they keep sending me review requests.Anyway, they could be great at their services, if you can get them to show up!!

Aaron was extremely thorough in his installation of the new water heater. He explained the features and answered all my questions about how the unit functions. He was able to do the job within a few hours. I am very pleased with his service and expertise.

I paid for the technician to come out and tell me what I already knew. I did not use the service. $833.00 I am on a limited income. I guess with prices these days I should know better. Will next time. Not recommending.

From my first phone message to the office until the completion of the project the entire experience was handled very courteously, efficiently, and professionally.Brydon arrived almost @ 12:15. We were scheduled in the 12-5 PM range.He immediately evaluated the situation, explained options, proceeded to Home Depot to purchase a new faucet assembly. He sent me a picture of the system before he purchased it to be sure it was what we wanted. He returned from HD in less than an hour. He replaced the faucet and our ballroom was functional in barely 2 hours from start to finish, including the trip to HD for the system by Moen that I requested.While completing the installation he discovered a dysfunctional water valve and subsequently repaired this also.Brydon provided stellar service. I would highly recommend and request him again for other plumbing situations.Additionally, I requested no doorbell ringing or knocking. My request was honored and we were notified by phone when Brydon arrived.I truly believe this was the best service experience I have had in quite a long a longtime.

We were very happy with the work and it was at a reasonable cost. Our only complaint was the communication between the office and Bryson and the office and us. They did not keep us updated on the time of service, which was 7 hours late. We had to keep calling the office for updates. But we were so happy with Bryson that we will use them again, we will just prepared for the wait/miscommunication.

James and the other young man that came to fix the clogged main line were great. They worked hard to remedy the problem and fixed it efficiently. Much appreciate them working in the rain and not one complaint. Will definitely recommend this company again.

I don’t think it’s as much Terrance as it is with the company communications systemsz. When I tried to initially cal into progressive /swift bro I was transferred 4 times to different locations. I finally was able to make an appointment.Terrance an another person came out to review my hot water heater system. The advertisement, since I was going through Home Depot was to be free. Terrance told me it was going to be $150-$180 for a fire a Diagnosis but then charged me $200. All at a moments notice.The cost of the part to Fix the problem was $45. The cost to fix the Water Heater was verbally quoted to be between $400 - $450. Terrance was to order the part and schedule a time to return and repair. I did not hear from him for two weeks so I called him. He had not ordered the part. I asked him if the price had been settled. He said he did not see the repair on his work list. I also had asked for a quote to replace the tankless water heater and I asked him again for that quote ( me purchasing and his company purchasing).I received the quote two days later but no follow up with The plumbing co.I tried to get in touch w the company and Terrance twice each and no answer from Terrance and was hung up on Tice when I called the company number.Steve Robinson404-694-0778m

Dakota from Swift Brothers Plumbing was tasked with installing 4 new chair height toilets in our new home. He notified us before arrival, and actually arrived early to the appointment, much to our delight. Singlehandedly, he installed the 4 toilets on three floors of our home and removed the old ones. He was careful to protect the house and the new toilets during the entire process. Dakota was professional and precise in his performance. We were quite comfortable with him in our home. We had an issue with one of the lines on a toilet, due to the uneven flooring, not due to any of Dakota's work. He returned promptly and fixed the line. We could not be more pleased with Dakota or with Swift Brothers. I highly recommend Dakota and Swift Brothers without reservation.

I will not use their services as I was totally disappointed with their service. I will seek the services of another company to install my water heater. I waited all day for two technicians to show up to install only to have a different technician arrive and say he couldn’t install and gave me an estimate 350 dollars higher than the previous estimate. So thank you for your effort but I’ll not need your services!

This company was very responsive which is key when dealing with an HOA. The techs were very knowledgeable and after the repair, they thoroughly checked everything to ensure the problem had been completely fixed. I’m very pleased and will certainly use them again!!

Water main broke due to inproper installation by DR Horton plumbers. Obviously was just good enough to get past the warranty. Swift Brothers was out within 6 hours. With how busy the holidays can be we appreciate the quick response and professional work. Thank you!

We needed a commercial plumber, I saw Swift Brothers and gave them a call. Jessica is very helpful and on top of things. James was great! He checked everything and explained everything as he was telling me what was wrong. I highly recommend Swift Brothers for your plumbing needs.

Work was excellent, the worker were professional, butThe scheduling of their times to arrive was awful.We ask that worker come early in mornings to uninstall toilet, they arrived the afternoon.as a result, a job that could have been done in two days lasted 4 days.I would say that was very poor cooperation. our floor install was most surely left out to dry. Well I was a bit upset when I talked to the plumber when he said he was 8 mins away and I was asking if he would be able to tell me what was wrong and what he would do to fit it and he responded that the 59$ was just for him to came and tell the toilets are backed up and no resolution to the problem. Then he responds that to unclog the toilets it would 400 and something $ to unclog it and I told him that the last time it happened they had to snake it from on top of the roof and he said oh that is additional 89$ for that. Well needless to say I waited all day from (930am6pm) to hear this smh very very disappointing. Now I am not sure if those were the actual prices but yeah no I couldn’t do it

I am not sure his name of person who came but he has been here before. He is amazing, extremely patient, explains things, knowledgeable, and is very professional. My mom is elderly and asked questions multiple times and he was SO patient with her. Employees like him are hard to find!!

Newly installed water heater wasn't giving us very hot water. Called and the 2 very nice guys fixed it. Personable and professional. They are my new goto plumbers.

The first 2 nice honest guys came out and said I should not change water heater untill I get the water pressure in house fixed,my water pressure is very low...or new water heater could burn out not getting enough water fast enough, they admitted they were not plumbers. So later that day your plumber stopped by, checked a few things out, tried to find where water comes in house, went out to my well and said do you hear that noise ? You have a problem with well and said he had to charge me 59$.I called my well guy 150$ service fee, checked everything said no problem with well, it's a plumbing problem possibly hot water pipe on hot water heater must be clogged,must be sediment in tank , that a plumber knows how to fix that. So far im out 209$ and still don't know problem. I'm a senior citizen living off Social Security. I Called another plumber company and they said 1200$ to replace tank and 120$ per hour to clean out or replace pipes... this is my review...

They came out for the free estimate, as I was told it would be on the phone, then after giving me a VERY high estimate (> 3 times what I paid another plumber to do it) the guy tried to charge me $59 for the visit. He called the office and they told him it was, indeed supposed to be free.

Swift Brothers all around from my first contact with dispatch/company and the gentleman that came to do our request for an estimate. When we booked the appointment the issues we were experiencing were explicitly explained. The tech called prior to arrival and we explicitly explained the issue we were having. The tech showed up without the proper equipment and did nothing, but wanted to come back the next day to charge even more $$$

I was given an estimated time of between 8am and 1 pm. At 4:02 I got a call that they would be at my house in 30 to 45 minutes. I had an appointment at 4:30 so I had to leave. Because I work 12 hour shifts I wouldn’t be home the next day. So they would come in 2 days in the afternoon. I had waited 4 days for the first appointment and now I would have to wait another 2 if they showed up.

I moved into my home and found that the toilet was not filling with water so I changed the water flow valve and it still did not work. They came out the same day . I thought they were overpriced since the plumber got the toilet working using a part from my old water flow valve.

It was expensive, but we did have an emergency and we called late and it was the weekend so it was understandable. Miguel was super nice, very professional and was able to fix the issue. Would definitely recommend.

Watch out for these guys on the highways they race each other, pull in front of people and slow down traffic so the other guy can catch up. Giving people an evil smile when they pass all the while playing with our lives... this seamed fun to them. Accident prone. If this is actually how they are away from work and in a company vehicle not caring about other peoples life while driving... I want no part of this company. This was on Jan. 13th on interstate 10 going west a little after 4pm. There were two bright yellow trucks speeding weaving in and out of traffic. Looked like they were messing with a smaller car trying to block that person in-between them... I saw the car go into the emergency lane to get away from them.

It took a while for them to arrive, but once onsite, Errol quickly assessed the situation and quoted a price before starting work. Toilet needed to be reseated, and this was done quickly and professionally.

The plumbing technician named Dustin is very courteous and professional. I will definitely recommend him. He's a great asset to his company.

Older WH went bad could not be repaired. In less than 24 hrs had a replacement installed at a reasonable price. Tech very friendly and efficient.
