I wanted a second opinion in order to replace or not my water heater. They found the problem in 10 mn and fixed it. Very happy with this company

Friday evening we discovered that our water heater had leaked. Called Snyder and a Technician showed Saturday he was professional and friendly explained what was the problem and went above and beyond to get it fixed and helped us find a company to fix the damage. Very satisfied!

Peyton Plumbing did a great job for us. No more cold showers, we will use them for all of our future plumbing needs. Scott was on time did just what he said he would do and completed the services in a timely manner.

We are very grateful for David, our rep from Donovan. Although we had been with another company we received conflicting information and ultimately were told they don't do that kind of repair David was prompt, professional, experienced and ultimately my repair was a simple fix. Honesty is HUGE to us and we are loyal to business that demonstrate it. We intend to follow up with the Donovan yearly program to maintain our HVAC system and look forward to being customers for years to come. Thank you!

Work that was performed was done well and quickly. Problem was this.....$380 to install a bathroom faucet and a kitchen sink faucet! 2 guys walked in with a check list to check off how much to charge. Work took 25 minutes. Then they tried to sell some stupid plumbing membership which gave us a 10% discount if we paid an annual fee! Highway robbery. I had used Norman's in the past and was charged fairly. Obviously they have been acquired by a big company who is bilking customers to pay for the acquisition! This is a small town and most vendors charge small town prices. They do not gouge their neighbors. Next time I will call another plumber.

I'd like to say that my experience with Kurt Jackson Plumbing was positive, however that is not the case.After responding to a leak at a lower unit, two reps from KJP needed to enter our condo unit above. They believed the leak affecting my neighbor's to be originating from our unit. I let them in to access stating I would need to acquire authorization for any modification to the unit. The two KJP reps, plumbers, found a leak in the backflow of our A/C. They then inserted a metal stopper as a temporary stopgap without approval and left stating we needed an A/C repairman out to fix the issue.The metal stopper inserted caused more backflow issues, because obviously, compounded by the fact the KJP rep turned the A/C unit down to source the leak and left it at the lower degree after plugging the backflow to have water go directly into it. So while waiting for an actual A/C repairman the temperature rose from the comfortable 76 it was to 86 degrees. We removed the plug and put a drip pan down to catch excess water and the A/C luckily returned to normal levels.I'm not sure how they are at plumbing, but they are unprofessional in manner and how they approach a job. Honestly if I could I'd rate lower. After calling into KJP their phone rep was rude insisted his two team members did nothing, then when I said, Well then I'll remove the nothing they plugged in. He threatened I would be liable for damages to my neighbors place from the leak. I told him a pan sure stops my A/C being broken and then leaking from higher up and his team could have fixed the issue of the leak with a shop vac if they had a lick of sense.

This company checks all the boxes. Outstanding work, fair prices, communication, scheduling, and amazing professionalism. When my water heater failed Dave got here asap, got things up and running, and made sure everything was fixed so I’m set up for it to stay that way. Best service experience I’ve had. FYI, No one asked me to post a review.

This family run business has now began its 3rd generation and has continued the same excellent service and professional work performance. My family has used Dale's for every plumbing need we have had and we have always been extremely satisfied!

They were very professional fixed issue I would not use anyone else but Pat's Plumbing they are family owned and they rushed to my home to fix it same day.

We had a slow drain line from our master bathroom. It was clearly the 4 line feeding out of the master bathroom as all appliances (sink, tub, shower and toilet were slow to drain). We called Econo-Rooter and they came the same day (good). But, as soon as the plumber got in the home, he raised the price from $129 to $159 (immediate up-sell!) because he said the $129 was for a shower and not a 4 inch main. Then, he starts telling me if he has to remove the toilet it will be another $75 (another immediate up-sell). I simply asked him to leave. Note, I'm an engineer, have held a Florida General Contractor's License and have worked in the construction business since I was a kid. I understand the business and what it costs to work and have a profitable company. I also support local small businesses. I did not have an issue with $150 to clean a line but they already were at $160 and up selling. That business practice is distasteful to me. To remove a toilet, snake a line, install a wax ring and reinstall a toilet takes a few minutes for an experienced plumber. The entire process would be under 1 hr and they are at $159 plus $75 = $234 for 1 hour of work. That's very high not to mention the up selling is just simply ridiculous. I'd recommend you avoid a company with these business practices. There's nothing economical about Econo-Rooter!

Called Baldwin plumbing at 7 p.m. last night when I found a pretty big water leak in my front yard. They showed up the next morning at 9 and had it fixed within an hour. You really can't beat that

I recently had a water heater replaced under warranty. It is rare these days that I am surprised by such excellent service.The plumber that came to install the heater was on time, polite, clean, quick and professional. The contact personnel were also very good with quick scheduling and finding the warranty heater quickly.
