What a great team of people! They make you feel like part of the family yet maintain a professional work ethic. I was recently introduced to them through a friend and have used them several times, including a new water heater. No doubt that they are now my go-to plumbing company and I will use them again when needed.
I have Darley's on speed dial and called Darley's when we discovered some aged and poorly installed drain lines in our condo. Darley's arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the problem(s) and set about replacing brittle and cracked drain lines and other degraded areas. As the work progressed, we were shown what needed to be done and why. They worked as if it were their own home and cleaned up afterwards as if they were never there.

Called Darley's specifically for an estimate because our hot water wasn't working in one of the showers (THEIR WEBSITE SAID FREE ESTIMATES). they sent out a plumber and the plumber said it will take about couple of hours and is not a quick replacement job that he thought he could finish while he was out there. No work was done and the keep sending invoices for $145 for NO WORK DONE. When I called to enquire about the invoice they say they don't do free estimates and were very unprofessional and threated to put a lien on my property.THEIR WEBSITE IS FALSE FOR SAYING THEY DO FREE ESTIMATEI cannot comment on their quality of work because NO WORK was done.
Mr Mike and Joey cleaned my clogged drain from the roof vent. They were professional, personable, and all around great! I would not hesitate to recommend this company for any plumbing service.

I had my Rinnai tankless water heater serviced recently. All three were cleaned and inspected. Mark did a fantastic job. I have been using Darley's for 8 years and am always satisfied with service. Service was scheduled promptly and technician was on time and completed task in an excellent manner.
Technicians arrived on time and wasted no time removing old water heater. The whole process took about 1.5 hours and the price came in under the estimate. The PVC work looks better than the builders original installation. I will use them for all my future plumbing needs.

Darleys Plumbing is great! We’ve had them out 2 times in last 6
months. Installed bathroom faucets, toilets and cleared our drains. They are professional and efficient. We’ve told our friends about them too.
Keith and Eric repaired a pipe to water heater. Their pride in their work showed in the professional way they completed the repair. Very pleasant and knowledgeable. Will use them again should need arise.
Very professional, courteous, and friendly. When a problem occurred with an installed toilet, they responded quickly to determine the cause (not an installation issue). I would recommend them for prompt, professional service.

I won't be calling anyone else, probably ever, for my plumbing needs. Erik and Joe did a great job! They showed up early, listened to all I had to say and diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly. The toilet works perfectly now, thanks to them. They were in and out in about half an hour and the price was very reasonable. Thanks so much!

Darley’s is very professional. I spoke with Pam, she scheduled my estimate in a timely manner and was very friendly. Jake and Gabe came out for an estimate and both of them were very quick on getting measurements and delivering a quote to me in about 5 minutes. Highly recommend!
We had a pipe knock inside the wall, that the plumbers found, diagnosed, and repaired quite quickly with no mess and courteous service. I called Darley’s for a clogged shower drain. Pam scheduled the appointment, and she was very nice and professional. Eric & Joey had my drain unclogged in minutes for less than half the price of the other companies I called. I’d definitely use them again!

I was without water for 3 days Bcz a root crushed a pipe and rather than keep spilling 7500 gallons a day (per JEA) I had them shut it off. I was also recovering from knee replacement surgery!! First plumber was a no show. Called Darley’s - they arrived early - very professional and friendly and affordable and kept me apprised of the situation. Also when I posted in FB instantly three of my friends from different walks of life had been previously bowled over by their service!! Darley’s has a customer for life (but hopefully not too soon!). From Pam scheduling to Eric and Joey fixing the problem, it was incredible.

Robert and his helper installed a new faucet, corrected the installation of a sink that was previously done incorrectly by another plumber, and answered a question about a built-in soap dispenser. Also he located the water shut off for my house; I told him that I have lived here for 25 years, and he was the first person to find the shut off.

I recently used Darley's for a complete repipe of my existing plumbing in my home. I am embarrassed to say I originally called another company (DGrey) out to give me a quote. They charged me 180 dollars and never took a single tool off the truck. and their quote was almost 3k higher than Darley's. Hidden fees, lack of customer service, etc made me have second thoughts. Darley's was recommended to me by a friend who has used them for almost 20 years. Mr. Bass came out and gave me an estimate free of charge, his quote was almost 3k less and he explained every step of the process beforehand. Robbie, Glen and Steven showed up promptly at their scheduled time and went to work. They did a fantastic job and really went out of their way to respect our home and do phenomenal work. Glen and Steven busted their butts in tight spaces breathing in dust and dirt to run every pipe with minimal intrusion into our existing walls. Robbie and DJ did an amazing job get everything finished on the final touches. DJ was very polite and took extra care in the finish and clean up onsite. It took just over 4 days from start to finish just like they said it would. I have no more slab leaks and hot and cold running water. A shower has never felt better. On behalf of my family and I, please accept our sincerest gratitude for a job well done. I will be telling everyone about you and hope you receive the benefits of your hard work. When I called to ask about pricing and schedule an appointment Tiffany was a pleasure to speak with and she called me back 2 times to get me the soonest available appointment. I called at about 8am and they arrived at 11am. James and Darnell were very polite and thorough. The price was affordable compared to most other companies. It's hard to find good quality plumbing service and I'm thankful I was provided affordable quality service. I will be using Darley's Plumbing if I have any problems in the future.Update 3/13/2020: Once again we had a plumbing problem, a whole other issues because our house was built in 1961, and as promised we called Farley Plumbing again because we had such wonderful service from them once before. Tiffany went above and beyond to get us an appointment as soon as possible. She was so kind ,anda friendly and a joy to talk to. John and Robert we completely professional while also friendly, they did good honest work at a very affordable price for my low income family. It was a pleasure having them in our home and there is a huge weight lifted off our shoulders to have our plumbing issue resolved.

These people were amazing. I was very impressed from day one, service was prompt and beyond adequate. I was having some issues with plumbing and they had someone out there the same day to have a look. We set up an appt to have them come out for for job but in the mean time my toilet went out.. not good! Darley’s didn’t have someone at first but said they would find somebody ASAP, and they did. Next thing you know I got phone call saying someone could be there in 30 mins.. wow!! Other companies I called (wanted more estimates for plumbing) 3 weeks just to come out, some didn’t even call back. Plumbing could have been miner, easy fix..? Prices, Darley’s was very reasonable. Darley’s made it happen! Workers were great and there customer service was very impressive and all were very kind. To me, these people were sent from up above. They knew my needs and situation and they were willing to help, in more ways then one... they were referred by a friend, more than happy I chose them!
Darley's Plumbing is a fantastic local company to work with. The reception is friendly, the technicians are knowledgeable and they truly care about your needs. Upon purchasing our very first home, the plumbing was a problem from day one. Mark and Charles came out twice and worked tirelessly to find the issue. They were truly concerned about us being able to use our only bathroom during the first week in our new home. I will absolutely call Darley's with future needs and recommend them to everyone. I recently moved into a new home and had the appliances switched. I discovered that the fridge water line valve was leaking afterwards and the box looked cracked. Darley's phone rep was very friendly and scheduled someone within the week. John came out, identified that the box was not broken, just loose, and provided recommendations to resolve the issue. He was professional, personable, and thorough. I was very impressed with this company and plan to keep them as a contact when needed again.
They came on short notice to help fix an issue in our master bathroom - spectacular service at a great price. They came within an hour or so from my initial call and the plumber was very friendly and helpful. He explained everything to us and how we can prevent issues in the future - I will absolute do business with Darley's Plumbing again (hopefully not soon though! :) )

I called several companies that either could not get out for a couple of days or told me they were on the way and never showed up. Darley’s answer service took concern with my need and a plumber called me within 20 minutes of my initial call. He told me he could be at my house in 20 minutes and he was. He introduced himself and was very professional. He fixed the problem within an hour! A problem that had plagued me and my family for 2 days! I have been using Darley's Plumbing for a few years now. I love that they work in teams of two when they show up for a job and get the job done in about half the time of other companies that charge the same labor rate. Allen and his team did a great job with our repipe of the water main where they had to dig into the ground across the whole front yard and once they were done they put the grass back in place and you could hardly tell that work was even done. John and his team were very good as well. John did a great job of communicating and educating every step of the way. Once repairs were completed he requested that I make sure that everything worked properly and was up to my satisfaction. In the office, Christy has been wonderful to work with. She is a very good problem solver and has a good understanding of your plumbing needs since she has a plumbing background. She listens to your issue/concern and quickly comes up with solutions. I have recommended Darley's Plumbing to many friends. Keep up the good work!

I can’t say enough about Darley’s Plumbing Service...Alan B was the tech who worked on my plumbing issue. He arrived promptly and recognized the issue right away. He was very courteous and professional.He worked diligently and finished the job in a timely manner. I will definitely use this company for future plumbing jobs.
The shut-off valve for our toilet broke so I gave Darley's a call to have someone come out and replace it. They were able to schedule me for the next day since it wasn't urgent. They guys arrived on time and were done in 20-30 minutes. Quick and efficient service, will definitely use again should the need arise.
While installing a new washing machine the delivery person busted a pipe in my laundry room. I had to shut the water off at the street and call water removal experts to eradicate all the water that flowed into my home from the busted pipe. I called 4- emergency plumbers and the earliest appointment I could get was in 2-days. I called plumbers number 5-, Darleys and Pam answered the phone. She was so nice and she immediately put me at ease and promised to have a plumber at my house in 3-hours. Right on time James arrived and in a matter of minutes the pipe was repaired and we once again had running water without having to wait 2-days. James was very professional and he did z great job. Responsive and professional. I called with a non-emergent service and I was treated as a valued customer. My appointment was scheduled when convenient for me and the crew arrived within 15 minutes of the scheduled time. The repair took a few minutes and the guys kept a clean work space and were respectful of my home. I will personally recommend their services.

I love Darley's Plumbing! I received excellent customer service, from the initial phone call to request service, to the completion of the work. Excellent staff, courteous and very professional. This is the third time I've used Darley's Plumbing this year. The first time their Plumber didn't do the job properly, but they immediately corrected it. The second two times have been great. Called and spoke with Pam to get a quote on a water heater replacement. She asked for photos of the location it was in so I texted those within 20 minutes of our phone call. She then said she would get with her service manager and respond. I've since followed up twice over the past week and have yet to receive a response or quote. Must be too busy for new customers. Thankfully there's plenty of other companies that actually want new business.

Always friendly and on time. I use them for both my house and rental property.
Pam called from the office and said that her guys were done early on an earlier job could they come now than the Scheduled appt. They arrived 2 hrs early. They replaced the sink drain line that was needed. They reconnected the sinks. The heavy rain came so they broke for lunch and came back to clear the stopped up line. While they were gone I heard a sucking noise in the sink. Keith and Robert tested the drain and all was clear. Thanks for the good work guys. Will use y'all for any future needs. Would recommend Darley's for any repair or stoppage needs thanks again.

Cheaper rates than most other plumbing companies though my repair job bill was only given as a lump figure so it didn't seem very transparent. Fixed my tub plumbing issue affordably but the fix affected the water pressure from the sink next to it, called about it afterwards, they never got back to me. Not the first time they said they would call back but didn't. Would use them for small fixes, not sure about larger jobs.
I've used Darley's Plumbing for all of my plumbing needs for the past 8 years. They were recommended to me by a friend. They have always provided quick responsive professional service every time. Darley's was especially there for me when my hot water heater needed to be replaced...Their prices are very reasonable.. yet as a single mom trying to cover all the household bills I was in a panic....They kindly relieved my concerns and allowed me to pay it off over a several months. Darley's has been just the best when it comes to plumbers. Right on time, take care of the job and keep us in the loop on repairs. Our tenants are delighted with their professionalism and courtesy. I work for a large property management company and Darley's Plumbing handles all of my calls quickly and without a lot of direction. They know what to do and do it well. We never have a call back on their work. I am personally delighted to do business with them!
I would be a new customer. I called the office today and the lady who I spoke to was not very nice. She said what do you need and I told her. Just to run the camera scope down my main sewer line would be $400 for two hours. The line from my house to the street is not very long. No budging from that price. Then I said what if I called and said I have a partial blockage and need someone to come and see what it is and run the machine in the pipe. That would be $150 just to come out and $25 for the machine for one hour. The price is not the problem. I've learned to listen to my gut and my feeling is this would be a mistake to use this company. Not sure who I spoke with but she needs to be fired. Here I am a potential new customer and I'm already mad and aggravated.
Called for an estimate. Was told an estimator would call me. After two days, no response. Too many other plumbers with better customer care in Jacksonville.

Kevin came out very soon after our service request. He was very efficient and knowledgeable and did a professional installation at a fair price. This is the 2nd time I have used Darley's and very pleased both times with service rendered.
When I called to request a plumber to clear a blockage, I had an appt set for the same day! And and a rough estimate of charges. . . Being just under $200. In less than 2 hours, the men that came out were very polite, & professional. Using their tools they found the problem, fixed it, reset the toilet and were done under 2 hours! And the best part. . . only charged us $150. Thank you Darley's Plumbing for a worry free experience!

***WARNING***. I got scammed by James after having him install a brand new hot water heater. Two days after installing it, I walked into a flooded garage. James said he would come by around 6pm...after I messaged asking for an eta at 6:30, they said 7:15. They finally showed up at 8 to fix the hot water heater that he poorly installed. I made sure it was covered under warranty then they said it would be an extra $54.25 for the parts which I could have bought at home depot for $10.Edit: I initially gave one star but I spoke to Christy's and she said he never should have charged that and gave me a refund for the repair.
Highly recommend Darley's. Christy at Darleys went to bat for us! Water heater ordered online was delivered with big dent/damaged but not discovered until opened box. Online company not help. Christy worked magic calling manufacturer to get us a new one! Darley's plumbers showed up with replacement water heater and did great job installing and also replacing old PEX non-code hot and cold lines. Also put in new bathroom faucet in same trip. This was like 3rd job with Darley's and will only use Darley's. We like them better than prior plumber outfit as better quality work and so helpful.
We cannot say enough about Darley's on how amazing out experience was!! Going into the holidays to find a slab leak is definitely a stressful situation and Darley's took every bit of stress away! After many overly priced, even more stressful situations of other companies giving their quotes; Johnny came out to the house and the next day provided a quote WAY more affordable! My husband and I both liked the personable, but professional personality Johhny had! We decided to get this done before the holidays hit and company ccome to visit, so on Monday my husband called and spoke with the sweetest lady, Pam, who told us not to worry and her best guys would be on the job first thing Tuesday morning! Gabe, Noah and Brandon were sent to our house the next 3 mornings and their work ethic and personalities were phenomenal!! There's not a con to our experience with Darley's and will use them for anything else that may ever come out way!! I highly recommend their company!!

Had a important meeting in the am and walked into my office to find that my sewage was clogged. Called them and Mrs. Pam moved some things around and got me taken care of right away. Our water heater began leaking into our house. I called one plumbing place and they could not get to us until the next day. This was around 6 p.m. A friend gave me the telephone number for Darley's Plumbing and thank goodness for that. He came to our home within the hour and had us a new water heater installed that evening without any overtime charges. He even gave us a little discount! I have their number posted now for the next plumbing need.

I called them because I was closing on a house in two days and my insurance was going to raise my cost because the water heater was more than fifteen years old. Darleys had a larger and more efficient one installed in time. It was also cheaper than the rate jump for the first year! Everyone was so good to work with!!
James and Justine showed up right on time with masks and booties on. They were responsive to the issues and presented many suggestions and ideas to the problem. I felt like I was part of the team. I cannot say enough great things about the service we received from James. We had what we thought was a possible leak in our upstairs bathroom because it sounded like a loud water dripping noise. James was able to pinpoint exactly what and where the issue was on the first try. It turned out to be a loose pipe rubbing on another pipe, and James needed to put a hole in the ceiling downstairs to secure the pipe. We were really impressed and amazed that James was able to find the exact spot where the pipe was loose by listening to the noise, and fix the loose pipe! We were extremely thankful that we didn't end up having to have a few different holes in our ceiling. Outside of being very knowledgable and skilled, James was very professional, friendly, and funny as well. If we have any issues in the future, we will definitely be asking for James. Thanks!
Came out on Saturday for a leak I could not stop. The weekend rate gauging by others we called was half from them. Mark was guy that came out. Really professional guy.Got here quick, walked me through the process the entire time. This is a pretty good company to deal with. Will use them from now on if I need plumber.6/2017- So these guys just did some more work for us and the experience was again just class. There are just not many companies like this left. I just can not see is ever using anyone else for plumbing needs.3/2019 - another Darley Visit and again crazy how great this company is. Every employee is the same, pros. Shower valve leaking in wallWas here like 25 mins and not only did he fix it he actually took the time to show me how he repaired it as he went along so I could see the process. As he was testing the valve we could see under the tub as I had cut open wall to find leak and noticed other water puddling and it was tub drain. Fixed it in like 5 more mins.I love this company. Says a lot about owner(s) if my exposure has been so consistent.
Very dependable company. Had to change my tub shower drain and faucets. I got wrong parts from home depot, but plumber went back to office and got correct parts (Moen, that are only available for contractors) and installed. I can vouch best price/service in Jacksonville.Ravi

Darley's has always been quick to get to the job and repair any broken plumbing. Their are reasonable as far as pricing and always a joy to work with. We have been using them for years and will continue to do so.
We had no hot water and had guests coming, one phone call and they came the same day. Thanks you saved us and made our guests happy.
The Tech Dustin was polite , on time and knew what he was doing.

Ok listen googlers.... I'm a self described DIY'er, if it will save me money and if i think i can do it, i'll do it. Well, i learned my lesson after trying to install a double vanity sink in my master bath.... i discovered i am NOT a plumber. After biting the bullet and listening to the suggestions of the wife....i did some internet research and started looking for plumbers to fix my screw ups...looking at other reviews w/other companies, we found positive reviews w/ Darley's. Never using them before, never even hearing of them before, the wife decided to call them and scheduled a service call to fix my sink. The pricing was competitive w/other companies, i called 8 companies in total... Darley's was average in price. But Scott came over and he totally saved the day. He was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable about all things plumbing. I was at my wits end w/this DIY job and he saved me w/ this remodel job. I would totally recommend this company to anyone and would totally hire them to dig myself out of another DIY plumbing adventure.

Best plumbing company in Jacksonville. Christian and Glen came out a couple weeks back and repaired my master bath shower and did an excellent job. Definitely calling Darleys again.
I had a sewage line backup. I called first thing in the morning and they were able to come out same day. Mark and Charles showed up and I explained my whole situation to them. They got right to work and before they left the problem was rectified. Fast and friendly service at a reasonable price.

Had an older brittle hot water pipe/valve break under my kitchen sink. With a single semi panicked phone call my issue was fixed quickly, cleanly, and expertly. The services were affordable and the professionalism was outstanding .

Gabe and the crew did a great job! They installed a backflow preventer, met the need of our business starting late in the day and working until midnight. They also did other work on request without notice. It was hot and rained very hard filling up the hole with mud. These guys just got the job done with no excuses! Highly recommend them.

I really am appreciative of Darleys Plumbing, there team in the office are very informative and pleasant and there plumbers are honestly the fastest working and nicest people to have in my home. I just had them out and without question they had booties on and were so very helpful. I wouldn't call anyone else!

I don't recommend a company that wastes my time. I asked them for an estimate on a retrofit shower installation and a clogged line. They wanted me to send the an email with photos so they could assess the costs. I sent the information ... twice and never heard back from them despite repeated emails. If you can't take the time to answer my questions I can only take the time to post negative feedback on social media.Use Turner Plumbing or Terry Vereen Plumbing. Much more responsive.
No B.S. - they arrive when promised, they assess the problem quickly and complete repairs effectively . They also are a FRACTION of the big name companies in terms of cost.Amazing local business and I have used them twice in one month and will refer everyone I know to them. Would rate 6 stars if I could.Call them now!

My hot water heater decided to go out on a Saturday. They arrived in a timely fashion and I was very impressed with the plumbers professionalism and cleanliness. Very affordable. Highly recommend!!!

Came to me recommended and have been helpful in the past, but not helpful this week. Called several times, but scheduler was too busy to call me back. There are a lot of plumbers out there. Time to move on.
