We hired David Gray Plumbing to install a new half bath in our home during the conversion of our garage into living space. Our main contact person was Jerry, and his unprofessional behavior ruined the entire experience with this Company. While pleasant at first, like a good salesman, the relationship with him quickly went south. Initially our desire was to install a full bath, and the original invoice provided all labor and material for that job. After measurements were taken with my General Building Contractor, we discovered we could only install a half bath. Then after the initial rough-in of pipes in the garage was complete, it was determined that they would need to install a pump as the slope of our yard wasn't sufficient to get the waste drainage to the main line in front of the house. I asked for an updated invoice so I could account for the cost in our budget. The updated invoice never came. It took 3 1/2 months to get a proper invoice. Numerous text message and calls went unanswered by Jerry. He is extremely unprofessional and I wouldn't recommend this company to fix a leaky faucet let alone a major undertaking like we had.

Ok listen googlers.... I'm a self described DIY'er, if it will save me money and if i think i can do it, i'll do it. Well, i learned my lesson after trying to install a double vanity sink in my master bath.... i discovered i am NOT a plumber. After biting the bullet and listening to the suggestions of the wife....i did some internet research and started looking for plumbers to fix my screw ups...looking at other reviews w/other companies, we found positive reviews w/ Darley's. Never using them before, never even hearing of them before, the wife decided to call them and scheduled a service call to fix my sink. The pricing was competitive w/other companies, i called 8 companies in total... Darley's was average in price. But Scott came over and he totally saved the day. He was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable about all things plumbing. I was at my wits end w/this DIY job and he saved me w/ this remodel job. I would totally recommend this company to anyone and would totally hire them to dig myself out of another DIY plumbing adventure.

I will NEVER use this company again! Sawed a 2 x 4 in half and put it back up in two pieces wet. Didn't show up the first day and was an hour and a half late the next day. Coming back to fix the shoddy workmanship and already an hour and a half late. Technician traipsed wet shoes in and out of my house and made a mess that I had to clean up. Also continually bad mouthed local plumbing companies. Very unprofessional. Roror Rooter should pay me for MY time that they have wasted! Horrible company!

Harry Hayes Plumbing performed an urgent repipe job for an elderly relative and did a fine professional job. They have skilled plumbers on staff and Mr. Hayes has many years of experience as a master plumber. I highly recommend them for their workmanship and their integrity.

After moving into the house we have experienced a couple of plumbing related issues. Previous company Knocked our heads off with a exorbitant price for the repair. Turning to Google reviews it was nice to see multiple reviews and a 5 star rating. Keith is a stand up guy. Highly recommended. He recognized my military commitment and offered a discount. My house had the copper pipe disease. Had to replace all of the piping and the hot water heater. The crew at Turner were outstanding ! They showed up on times, followed up with phone calls, and they were experienced. Through the three day job they informed what they will be doing and kept the house spotless.The price of the entire job was VERY reasonable. 5 star !

I mowed over our outdoor shutoff valve... brilliant!!!... basement flooded, driveway flooded, no water. On a Sunday. I called TVP Monday at 8am... they arrived at 10am, and fixed everything by 11am. WOW! Thanks Aaron, and thanks TVP! :)

Henry was great! Came out on a Sunday and really helped us out of a jam. Very friendly and professional. Did a great job fixing our problem as well as cleaning up after. I would definitely recommend Roto-Rooter and Henry for any of your plumbing needs.

I don’t think it’s as much Terrance as it is with the company communications systemsz. When I tried to initially cal into progressive /swift bro I was transferred 4 times to different locations. I finally was able to make an appointment.Terrance an another person came out to review my hot water heater system. The advertisement, since I was going through Home Depot was to be free. Terrance told me it was going to be $150-$180 for a fire a Diagnosis but then charged me $200. All at a moments notice.The cost of the part to Fix the problem was $45. The cost to fix the Water Heater was verbally quoted to be between $400 - $450. Terrance was to order the part and schedule a time to return and repair. I did not hear from him for two weeks so I called him. He had not ordered the part. I asked him if the price had been settled. He said he did not see the repair on his work list. I also had asked for a quote to replace the tankless water heater and I asked him again for that quote ( me purchasing and his company purchasing).I received the quote two days later but no follow up with The plumbing co.I tried to get in touch w the company and Terrance twice each and no answer from Terrance and was hung up on Tice when I called the company number.Steve Robinson404-694-0778m

I called David for an estimate on a cast iron drain replacement and he came out the next morning. The next day the work was done in 3 1/2 hours on the low side of his estimate. This guy is good.He was prompt, courteous, and he even swept up the floor afterwards. The interaction of the guys there was respectful and professional. It is obvious that David and his guys practice what they claim on their website. These are not just words to these men, they are a class example for the trade and one to be emulated. Need a plumber, call THEM.
