Darley’s answer service took concern with my need and a plumber called me within 20 minutes of my initial call. He told me he could be at my house in 20 minutes and he was. He introduced himself and was very professional. He fixed the problem within an hour! A problem that had plagued me and my family for 2 days! We experienced a continuing problem in our home -- a back up from one bathroom to the other. It was a particularly disconcerting time since, in addition, our kitchen was being renovated,: so, no kitchen, no bathrooms. Nice. RotoRooter and its staff of plumbers, pipe cameraman, installers, and advisers found what the problem was and corrected it after two other plumbing companies could not. We could not be happier with our experience with RotoRooter including the personnel who answered the phone and do the scheduling. We ended up having the pipes cleaned out and having a new clean-out installed in the front yard. Many thanks to Saw, Tim, Nigel, and Errol and several others who were all diligent, polite, knowledgeable, and efficient.

First the good: Kieth was professional and courteous. He finished the entire re-pipe of my house in 2 days. He and his assistant even stayed late to finish the job so that we could have water that night. After he left, one of the fittings under our sink was leaking quite a bit. He came back immediately and made the repair. All was good. I submitted my payment. He said that an inspector needed to come and inspect his work. Then the bad: When I started calling to find out when we could expect the inspection, he was very slow to respond. He finally told us that the permit was already closed out, even though no inspector ever came and he would get us a copy. He still hasn’t provided that copy. Now he doesn’t respond to my calls. I did a permit search on the county website and couldn’t find a permit. I was happy at first, but now I’m very disappointed. He did good work that I know of, but the work’s not finished until all of the paperwork is done and right now the paperwork isn’t done. I think the job was too big for him. It’s only him and one helper. ***EDIT*** I finally got in touch with the business after calling many times with no response. They did finally answer and provide the permit. I searched the permit number and found out that it was opened on 7 Jun with no scheduled inspection. I was told previously by Kieth that the permit was closed. I’m leaving 2 stars for the lack of communication and the apparent dishonesty about a closed permit.***Update***The company got the inspection scheduled. He had to come back and add a thermal expansion tank to the water heater, an update to the county code. They scheduled the install quickly and got the work done, reached the inspection and provided the completed inspection within a week. Kieth is professional and dedicated to his work. We’re a happy to be finished with the job.

Austin came out and attempted the repair then also helped me to start excavation for further diagnosis and was friendly and helpful while maintaining a professional level of knowledge and advice if I ever need a plumber again I will call mr rooter because of his service and courtesy

Amazing service all around! Spoke with Jennifer over the phone to schedule an appointment. She made an appointment for me the next day and clarified the service charges prior to the visit. Got a call 30 minutes prior to their arrival. Connor and Jaylen arrived in a timely and professional manner. I had a problem with the water heater leaking. They assessed the problem. Once they returned with the pieces they completed the installation in no time. Connor was able to explain to me how the water heater operates and where the problem was. I'm a first time homeowner and would highly recommend their services and will be using them again in the future.

Always use Terry Vereen when I need any plumbing work. I don't bother to do even the smallest things myself any more. This week I had them replace my water heater and I was totally 100% satisfied with the job, from the call to schedule to the finished job.

Fenwick recently installed a brand new AC system in our home. They provided excellent, on-time service, with a crew that worked fast to complete the entire install in less than 1 work day. Christian, Dustin, Thomas, and Dylan were all very professional, knowledgable, and excellent to work with. They provided routine updates during the installation process and made sure to show us every part of the new system (and answer any questions) before they left for the day. Not to mention Fenwick also provided an excellent special deal (Fall 2022) with no money down, no payments, no interest on new systems for 18 months. Thankful for their help! The house already feels much cooler!

Jason, an employee of Touchston Plumbing, veered into my lane on the Buckman Bridge on December 9th, around 3:36 pm and caused damage to my driver's side mirror. Jason, the other employee in the truck, and a bystander stopped after exiting the bridge and we all exchanged numbers as Jason did not want his job involved, understandably. He explained he would handle any charges acquired due to the accident and we went on our day. Last week, I texted Jason with screenshots of the invoice and informed him that I handled the costs upfront and would appreciate any reimbursement in the matter on January 19th. He did not response. I texted again, indicating that any response would be respectful on January 21st. No response. Therefore, I am now involving the company due to their employee's negligence. Even if I never receive any compensation, I was given insight into the type of individuals this company hires: wreckless, disrespectful, and unremorseful. That's what I get for cutting someone a break.

Drew was quick to answer my call and communicated effectively throughout.He had someone to our home within 48 business hours and his licensed plumbers were friendly, helpful, transparent, and quick.They also gave me additional information about the state of our water heater and some general advice on the plumbing were dealing with in our kitchen. As a new home owner this was all very much appreciated.Will call them next time.10/10 service.
