We needed a simple shower faucet repair...sent multiple requests via Yelp. Mike responded quickly with a quote over text with some pics, while most other responders wanted a call the next day...which would just add more time to the process. Mike committed to a price, and a Saturday afternoon appointment, just before Christmas but most importantly only a couple days from my request. He showed up on time (not very common these days, it seems) and did great work very quickly. It turned out the prior plumbers (during our reno) had not installed the moen valve sleeve, and that led to my faucet failure and meant my replacement part could not be installed without one. Mike tracked down the part for me the next morning and showed up on a Sunday (who does that anymore?) to finish the job. Personable, reliable, and competent...all things I look for in a contractor working for me. And the cost...exactly what he quoted plus the part (with NO markup). No surprises, just good solid work. Can't say enough good about Mike and he'll be my go-to plumber in the future should I need one.

I just had Farrell's Mechanical install a natural gas tankless water heater and gas stove. When I first started the process of getting gas appliances I called several of the contractors that supposedly honored the Teco water heater program. Several of the contractors came out to give me an estimate only to find out they wouldn't honor the Teco program...even though it was one their own websites. I called Farrell's Mechanical...they came out and gave me an estimate that was a lot cheaper than the big companies. He honored the Teco program and he worked very well with Teco. Once Teco installed the gas meter, Farrell called me to schedule the installation. He was on time for the appointment and started work right away. By early afternoon I had hot water and a new stove installed at the exact price he quoted me. He provided an electrician to do the electrical work and properly ground the gas line to protect my house. Everything was done in a very professional manner. He hauled off the old water heater and cleaned up any mess. I save a lot of money by using Farrell's...I HIGHLY RECOMMEND FARRELL'S MECHANICAL!!! They did an awesome job for a reasonable price.

We have been in the process of having our kitchen remodeled and needed a plumbing company to hook up the plumbing in our kitchen, as well as, install our garbage disposal. Chad did an outstanding job with getting everything hooked up and was very efficient in doing so. He was very reasonably priced for the time and attention he took in his work. Wouldn't trust these people to find the only car In the parking lot, let alone a leak in your home. They say they wont charge you unless they find a leak, that is entirely false. I had to pay over 300 dollars for a inconclusive report that solved nothing.

Don't hire these people. They are a joke. They can't keep up with the schedule. They are not good with plumbing. They screwed up new house plumbing. They installed underground pipe wrong and it got leaked after few weeks. They charged me for that. Not only that they charged me double the same work, trying to get this refund is not easy. Never hire this company again.

This person pulled out in front of us on 200 west nearly causing an accident, no regards to the right away or traffic laws, then actually hoked at us! If this is what type of people they employee beware
