Your man was knowledgeable and courtesy. The only problem I have is the cost. $426.00 to put in a wax seal and check toilet is a bit on the high side even on a Sunday.

Very charismatic, super honest, very clean, never leaves u w/o service and best of all goes way beyond your expectations of a plumbing company employee. In fact I know “that was not included in the bid” and also “this was not included in the bid”. He just so super nice . . . like he is working for family! We’ll see how this project ends! We asked Genmor Plumbing to do a whole home repipe on our home and the work they did was absolutely superb! It was a big multi-day project, but Genaro and his team stayed on schedule and on budget. They even worked with us to incorporate some last minute requests for a good price.

When working in the house, the team always made sure to put down dropcloths and clean up at the end of the day which I really appreciated.

These guys were a really great value and we couldn't be happier with the job they did.

Best Bay Plumbing has excellent integrity and fair pricing. Today Bay Plumbing repaired my Hot Water Heater. I contacted two other well-known San Jose Plumbing companies before contacting Abel from Best Bay Plumbing. The two well-known companies just wanted to replace the Hot Water Heater since it was ten years old. However, thank goodness for google-searched, I knew that the Hot Water Heater still had good and needed the Theormalcouple replaced. So, on a whim, I left Best Bay Plumbing, and the answering service indicated that a response would be within 15 minutes. Abel contacted me in ten minutes; I shared my issues and what I thought needed to be done, and how a quote to have the Thermocouple replaced. He asked me to send him a picture of the Hot Water Heater so he could provide me with a quote. Sergio arrived on time, was friendly and got to work ASAP, and cleaned up after he was done replacing the Thermocouple. Glad I found Best Bay Plumbing, and now we have hot water.

Great experience. The showed up within 24 hours, and within their arrival window. Had my leaks identified in 10 minutes, and fixed them. They gave me a complete play by plat as to what they were doing. Friendly. I definitely recommend them.

My master bedroom bathroom has been leaking water under the faucet pipe for over a year. The water has been leaking into my vanity. I have been reluctant to use the plumber due to Covid situation. I wanted to see if I could use tools to fix it myself. Oh boy was I wrong. San Jose Main and Drain took a few seconds to inspect the issue, and within thirty minutes finished the work while I was inside my room conducting a meeting. When I called other plumbers, they gave me a quote, which was three times more than San Jose Main and Drain. Also, other companies' suggestions were a hassle to my bathroom or refused to do the job due to the complexity of the work. Thank you San Jose Main and Drain for fixing something so efficiently! I have my bathroom back!
