We had tiles slowly sinking, so we removed them to level them again. This is when we found those huge holes underneath... We thought we had a leak with the main water pipe close by so we contacted Elite Rooter. We scheduled an appointment and Armando showed up on time. We found out that our pipe from the '70 was probably leaking from the meter, the house connection, and probably multiple places in between...We also learned that the main shutoff valve wasn't working. At the end, it was cheaper and more efficient to cutoff the old pipe and build a new copper one. They got to work right away and it took 2.5 days. Armando was very professional, communicative, and very well organized. Calling with ETA every day, letting me know whenever he was leaving for lunch or to pick up the parts needed. He answered all my questions in detail. After they were done, our front yard looked like nothing happened!
I called them in the morning and was glad to hear that they would come to my house in a couple of hours. Jesus was my technician assigned. He was very professional. He performed a thorough inspection before giving me an estimate. The cost is very affordable and fair. My shower drains were cleared efficiently. Afterward he offered a more thorough cleaning with a snake and camera of all my shower and sink drains. I accepted and he came back in a couple of days. Wow! Huge difference in the drains. Overall very satisfied with their service and I highly recommend them. I will definitely use them in the future. Thanks again Jesus.
I had a problem with the drain in my bathroom and Elite Rooter came in within their appointment window. Eric did a quick diagnosis and quickly resolved the issue. In addition to fixing my drain, he took a quick scan of my crawl space and highlighted potential issues that will need to be addressed in the future. Jesus came by and offered an estimate of the total repair cost so that we can plan for it. Both Eric and Jesus were very courteous and were not pushy at all.

I had a busted water hose that connected to my pool. A lot of water was leaking. I called David from Elite Rooter immediately and he was literally there within 30 min and resolved the issue. Everything from the notice they send you that your technician is on his way (with a picture ) to entering your house with booties and respecting your property, these guys are the best plumbers I have had to work with. Our sewer pipe collapsed and our toilet and tub backed up and overflowed. I reached out to several companies and Elite Rooter responded quickly and sent out a whole team of guys to inspect and diagnose exactly what happened. They went over the details of the damage and repair costs and worked with me on my payment. They assigned two plumbers to work on our home, Pablo, and David. Both were overly helpful and kind. We trusted them completely to be in our home and work at their own pace. They were perfect and we couldn't have asked for better service from them. We highly recommend Elite Rooter for plumbing emergencies (especially for Pablo, and David).
Called Elite Rooter for a sewage line that was backed up. Erick was able to respond pretty fast. What turned out to be a bigger job than I was hoping, Erick got right to it, handle all the digging and getting to the root of the cause. I tip my hat to him and Gabriel for their professionalism.

The guy showed up 40 mins late, looked at the drain cleaning bathtub (did not touch anything) and said the coupon they lured us in with wouldn’t apply. It would be $190 for drain cleaning. We said no and after waiting for 4 hours, the appointment was done in 5 mins.The guy already came in with his mind made up not to do the job.Do not trust their coupons, it’s a scam!
The technician was excellent and obviously very experienced. He handled this job like a true professional. I also had a good experience when calling the company to make the appointmen. They went out of their way to help me since I live a bit more remotely than most people. I will use your services again.

After the Kitchen sink installment by Elite I'm still paying another company for the mistakes made by Elite ($800 worth). I DO NOT RECOMMEND this company for any work or it will cost you later!
Armando was professional and courteous. He clearly explained each step of the work he had to do to clear what started as a backed up toilet and ended up with replacing our sewer pipe. We still need to get the work signed off for permits, so I am expected Armando and his crew back tomorrow to fill in the giant holes in our front yard.
Very professional and helpful. The garbage disposal wasn’t working when I tried it but when Gabriel came and tried it, itstarted working all of a sudden. He was very professional and kind, and did not charge me for it. He even tested multiple times to make sure that it wasn’t working by fluke. I will highly recommend them and I’ll go with them again in future for any issues.
I called them as I had a duplex with a shower valve issue and both units had no water and needed them up that day. They sent out a plumber who the scope of work was not something he could do so they sent out a partner with him the next day. So my two customers were without water and toilet and way to shower for the night. I was appalled that the shower valve they installed was a Glacier Bay product from China. Home Depots low end product. The also connected the new copper to galvanized pipes without using a dielectric union fitting so eventually the two opposing metals will cause problems. For the very high price they charged I cant believe the use of inferior products and the fittings. I do property maintenance and Elite Rooter was my go to vendor but I have since erased them from my contacts because of pricing and use of low end parts. I do this work but did not have the parts available to me that day. Caveat emptor - Let the buyer be aware
This is my go-to drain cleaning company! Agustin and Miguel went above and beyond fixing a tricky clogged sink. They were very friendly and professional, kept everything clean by laying down floor coverings and using boot covers, and cleaned up afterwards. I also learned some tips from Gabriel, who helped arrange a quick turnaround and fair price for hydrojetting. The 2-year guarantee on that service work gives me peace of mind, and I would recommend them to anyone in the area!

Gabriel is Professional, knew the solution to fix, explained the fix and fixed the problem. Elite Rooters are reasonably priced, prompt to respond and on time. Will use them next time for sure.
I guess everything is expensive these days so I'm not happy I had to pay almost $1300 for a faucet installation in the event of a leak. Other than that the service was excellent and professional. He told me that was a standard rate in the area and another place I called quoted me about the same.

These guys were prompt and professional. Upon arrival they took the time to diagnose the issue and DID NOT try to sell me a new faucet; first looked to see if they could correct the issue. After assessing the corrected faulty handle at a fraction of what others were quoting. If your looking for a team that will assess before pricing (which was fair by the way) then they are the way to go. We will use them again.

All in all I called Elite Rooter at 10:50 am and by 12 noon I had all my plumbing problems fixed. I feel they may not be able to come and fix in half hour next time maybe i was just lucky but they were prompt in responding. Our backyard drain clogged and I called Elite rooter. They put out coupon saying will unclog one drain for $59 but when the plumber came, that is not applicable to this particular drain. first red flag.Then He used typical trick to increase the cost of the job.. Said this drain unclogging looks very tough and takes pictures, talks to some one and then says i will give a try with cable unclogger and costs $289. negotiated it to $175 and he starts the job and says the cable jammed and it costs $2800 to break the tiles and pull the cable out or cut the cable and leave it in the drain. next trick to increase the cost of the job. I supervised him and asked him to keep pulling the cable as you run the machine. It came out so easily but this fraudster plumbing company tried to cheat me big time. He did not want to unclogg the drain with the snake cable which would do the job. he did a complete acting job to perfection to raise the bill by 1000's of $s. Luckily I could sense his game plan and decided to cut the loss and paid him 175 and sent him out. These guys are crooks.
I contacted this company after experiencing some plumbing issues at my home. Everyone I spoke with was very professional and the service was prompt. Amando in particular was very helpful and kind. He did a fantastic job and I haven't had problems since. I would definitely use this company again!

I called Elite Rooter because the bathroom sink was completely clogged. After a couple failed attempts on using store bought drain snake and drano, it was time to call some professional help. After searching the web and google, Elite Rooter popped up who had a verified license and great reviews. And they providedd an excellent job
I contacted this plumbing company on a Saturday to check a problem I had on my faucet which had no hot water flow. I had called my usual plumbing/rooter company but they couldn't have anyone there earlier than a week away. Elite Rooter was able to send someone out the same day and gave me an hour window. Great company with outstanding customer service. I reached out regarding a plumbing issue in my bathroom, they gave me an appointment within 24hrs and called to give an heads up before arriving.Ruben was the plumber assigned to me, he fixed the issue in less than 2mins and didn’t even charge me for it. I offered to tip him and he didn’t even accept that. Outstanding customer service. Will definitely work with them again and totally recommend.
The experience was superb and David is a problem solver! He made everything seem less and perfect for my mother. My mom's problem with the plumbing piping was resolved in 10-15 mins. David is knowledgeable and you can tell he is well experience. Ask for him if you need help!
We had a collapsed sewer line, Elite Rooter was very responsive and had our sewer line replaced quickly. Armando was great at communicating the process and keeping us updated.
My impression of Elite Rooter: Too expensive and not reliable.My toilet was not flushing properly. Saw an attractive advertisement in the newspaper – Elite Rooter “Drain or It’s Free $69.” So I called Elite Rooter. They came out the next day. The young fellow was pleasant. Using a screw device he found some roots close to the toilet base. He said he would remove the toilet, which would cost about $380. He was unclear about whether the pipes have been damaged by the roots and he did not know the total cost of the repair.It was supper time. I was tired and hungry. So the fellow said he would have a supervisor/expert call me in the morning to explain more clearly and quote a price for repair. That person did not call me the next morning nor any of the following days. The original junior fellow did call me the next day but he did not recall what he told me the prior day, so I reminded him to have the expert/supervisor call.So I gave up on Elite Rooter. Called another plumbing business which removed the toilet, cut out the roots and charged me about $200 which was a LOT less than what Elite Rooter intended to charge me.

Jesus arrived on schedule. I explained to him how the kitchen sink was clogged. Jesus laid out the possible scenarios to solve the problem. He was on the roof on a hot afternoon cleaning up the pipe, because the sewer line was not easily accessible otherwise. He then opened up the sink drain as well, to unclog the system thoroughly. Jesus is a very polite, sincere young man. He is a great asset for Elite Rooter. Next time my house has a plumbing problem, I will ask Jesus. Thank you, Jesus.

I had a sticker shock when I received this month's water bill, which was more than doubled a regular month's. I knew it must have been a running toilet or faucet to cause such a big increase, but can only identify one I recently replaced the fill valve myself. I came to google to ask for a quote, and Elite Rooter was the first to respond and promptly scheduled an appointment for the next morning.Amando showed up 5min before the appointment time, and was very polite, professional, and friendly. He used his flashlight to quickly identify the problematic flapper and gave me instruction on how to replace the flapper myself by getting a new one from Home Depot. The bathtub drain was clogged and I needed repairs. I contacted Elite Routers over Yelp. Their rate was reasonable and had good reviews. They were very prompt in response. The next day, Augustin came for the repair right on-time and did the initial inspection. He explained the work before starting. The work was little tricky as the turncontrol was difficult to remove due years of deposit. He was very patient and persistent and fixed the problem completely. I am very satisfied with the work and will definitely contact him for future repairs.

Adam from Elite Rooter was professional, friendly and courteous. He identified deeper causes for our recurring kitchen sink blockage. He put in a lot of effort to bring back photographs of the condition of our pipes, and to educate us about the different options. He worked with his manager to provide competitive estimates, and did a complete job, addressing the many surprises in the existing plumbing of an old house. The work was completed very quickly from the time of the first call. Above everything, he was committed to a good customer experience.

Gave us an appointment fairly quickly. The issue took some time to resolve but they worked hard and resolved the kitchen drain issue completely.
Love these guys! Pablo and David were thorough in their diagnosis, then in explaining the options to us. Once we decided what we wanted to do, Elite was very quick to move to resolve the issue.
Called Elite Rooter to help with a clogged kitchen sink. They were very responsive and scheduled for a service only a couple hours out. Agustine was our plumber and his service and support was excellent. He explained us the situation, remedied the situation and went out of his way to come over the next day to fix a minor leak. He offered a early morning time so we did not have to wait long to get it fixed. He did it very professionally. Throughout the job, Agustine was professional, respectful and patient. I had noticed a leak from the shower into the drywall in the ceiling and had contacted Elite Rooter via Yelp. They were very responsive and set up an initial investigation and also came by again once I was back from vacation to cut a hole in the drywall to do diagnostics. Erick Zavala was the technician that they had sent and he was very friendly and professional. Always made sure to wear shoe covers whenever entering the house and he communicated what he was seeing clearly and honestly without making promises he couldn't keep. I felt like I was being looked after instead of being sold to, would use them again!

Eric was phenomenal! We had urgent sewage backup issues. He came during a very cold afternoon within just an hour of my call. We both anticipated it would be about 15 minutes total setting everything up together and getting it done. It was not that easy. He stayed late into the dark and the cold to try and help us. When the first machine wouldn’t work he left and came back with one that did. He worked so incredibly hard to make sure my family could have working plumbing. A family man himself he was so understanding and so kind. My house was a mess and he still put on his protective shoe gloves. He also followed all Covid protocols wearing his mask and keeping distance.I highly recommend this company especially Eric if you are lucky enough to get him. He absolutely did not give up and I am so forever grateful for his service. Give this guy a raise!
These guys are terrific. I had a clogged drain behind my washer which was causing water to spill on my floor. I called several plumbers but their prices all seemed really high. Thankfully I found Elite Rooter and it was simple to make an appointment online and choose the time for them to come out. They came out within an hour of me reaching out to them. Jesus showed up to unclog my drain and he was friendly, courteous, and professional. He had it fixed in a short time and confirmed it was working properly before he left. I was charged less than half what other plumbers quoted me so that made me really happy.. I just completed a wash and everything is working great. I highly recommend this company and I willuse them for all my plumbing needs going forward.
Elite rooter was very responsive and professional. The quality of work was good as well. I needed to have the main shut off valve replaced in one day and they were able to do it very quickly. They quoted me an expensive price and if I had more time to shop around I probably would have picked another company that was cheaper. You get what you pay for so at least I know I won't have issues with it any time soon.

I had my shower and toilet backing up last Wednesday and on Thursday morning Armando arrived at my house within 2 hours of my contacting Elite rooter, and he is absolutely fantastic to work with. He communicated what he would do clearly and professionally, then saw to the task immediately. Unfortunately for me, the issue turned out to be much larger than I thought - apparently my big tree is having its roots everywhere inside my old sewer pipe, but Elite rooter revised the quote and even though it’s a hefty sum, I believe I’m getting what I’m paying for. Armando is courteous and he works hard, with customer satisfaction in his mind.

Great service and price. Starting with receptionist, Patrice, woh scheduled the appointment, to the awesome service tech, Erick Zavala, very professional, clean, and knowledgeable. We highly recommend to anyone who needs plumbing service! Thanks Erick!Update: it turned out our 70 year old pipes were shot. Once again, our plumber Erick Zavala, was ready to go to work. Very professional, clean and polite. I was at work while he performed the quoted pipes needing to be replaced. He texted me pictures of all damage, and then, repairs/replacements he made. He also called me to give me updates on progress, and when job was finished. When I got home, you would never know he had been there because he cleaned everything, probably cleaner than before he arrived. He covered hallway and entrance to house with protective paper and tape, wore booties and made sure he buttoned everything up before he left. Erick, thanks for helping us out and for being an outstanding person. We are very pleased with Elite and will only be using them for all plumbing issues in the future.

Augustin and Mike did a tremendous job replacing the water heater from start to end. Not only did they educate me on the different components of the system, they also wasted no time in getting the job done. I’m very satisfied with their service.
The service from our technician, Augustine, was professional and thorough. He made sure ask before entering the home each time and informed us on progress all along the way. He showed us pictures and videos of the damage as well. Even though he wasn't able to fix the stoppage (due to a bigger issue), he did provide a level of service that was worth the price. The quoted price to fix the piping was a bit high hence why I gave us 4 stars. But the service from Augustine was 5-stars!

On Thursday evening the toilet in our bathroom began gurgling while I was taking a shower and I knew that the sewer line was backing up. Sure enough, when I went to check the cleanout next to the house it was full of…well, stuff. The next morning, I tried to run my rooter into the cleanout without success. At this point I began to get concerned and started looking for rooter companies. Elite Rooter of San Jose was the second one I called, as the first business (shall go unnamed) gave a price of $250 to $430 for a cleanout, with a non-refundable $70 service call. Elite Rooter said they could have someone there in two hours and for $69. It was actually just over an hour before Ruben arrived and began working on the clog. After trying for almost an hour, he said he had hit a location that was impassable. I knew there was a partial collapse in our sewer pipe, but I though it was still large enough to allow rooting. We decided that a scoping was needed to determine what was going on, so the manager, Gabe, arrived with the scope and ran into the impassable clog, which was too opaque to see through. With little other option, because with my in-laws staying with us we needed a functioning sewer, we decided to go with a hydro-flush. Gabe and Ruben said this would get us up and running, and it did. Cleaned the pipe out nicely. It was quite a bit more than we were planning on spending, but better than having no flush. They both came back the next day and did a re-scoping, finding the partially collapsed section with invasive root growth, which the hydro-flush had trimmed back. The service is guaranteed for 6 months. Gabe and Ruben are very professional and very competent. I highly recommend Elite Rooter of San Jose if you need to get the job done.

Alex came out on short notice to unclog our sewer line, which is constantly backing up. He was polite, professional, and knowledgeable, explaining issues that he saw with our plumbing from the start. When the clog could not be cleared, he coordinated with his colleague, Gabe, to come out the very next morning to run a camera and assess the blockage. Very impressed with the professionalism and dedication of this company. I fully expect to contract with them to replace all or part of the sewer line.
Our technician, Alex, was friendly and professional. He was able to make it out to the house within 2 hours after calling Elite. First thing Alex did was place a spotless doormat outside the door so he wouldn’t track any dirt in the house. Alex also explained right away that our problem was likely in the City side of the sewer and that with a call, the City could clean it out at the City’s expense so that we didn’t unnecessarily spend money. Never tried to “up-sell” the service. Answered all of our questions and provided helpful suggestions how to maintain the sewer system in the future to avoid future costly repairs. Despite the backup being a City issue, we gladly paid Elite to clear the blockage as we would much rather pay a professional than wait for the City to come out. I would not hesitate recommending Elite Rooter to help with plumbing needs. If you are lucky enough to have Alex as your tech, it’s even better. I wish all contractors did business this way.

Josh came to unclog the tube drain. He gave me an estimate and went to work. It turned out to be somewhat more difficult to finally get the clog removed. He even bent the snake an had to go to his truck and repair it. He was careful to cover the work area. He had a mask and put on shoe covers to protect my carpets. My kitchen sink was clogged pretty bad. I called Elite Rooter at 8:30 am and they had a Technician at my house within the hour. Antonio arrived and promptly unclogged my drain. He was very nice and extremely professional. His work was very neat. I HIGHLY recommend this company. I am definitely saving their phone number incase I ever need a plumber in the future.

Erick came and did a great job. He began by placing a company door mat at the front door (nice touch!) and put on shoe covers before coming inside, then he prepped the work area to keep it clean. After inspection he showed us the problem and gave us several options to remedy it, then proceeded upon the option we chose. He was efficient and our clog was quickly resolved, then he cleaned up and was on his way to save someone else!

Elite Rooter arrived on time to diagnose a serious plumbing problem at our business. The two gentlemen that came were so helpful and understanding and they explained everything in detail. We are still waiting for the OK from the property owner to proceed with the major repairs that are needed. Elite Rooter was our 3rd estimate for the cost of this job. They beat the cost of our first two estimates. I highly recommend this company over all others.

Elite Rooter worked on our shower drain back in August. We were pleased with their work and professionalism. They cleaned up and left the area clean. They were on time and courteous. When my kitchen drain clogged up this past weekend I didn’t hesitate to use them again. They were in and out in 45 minutes, the drain is again working properly. SFH sewer line backed-up issue...Elite hired for line inspection & replacement; Prompt response time to inspect, but took over one month to complete; Over-charged us compared to similar or larger projects neighbors performed; Lost our payment check & bank fee was incurred; delayed completion time; caused from lawn to died in process; Their 4 line replacement work impacted a related 2 plumbing line, ultimately resulting another backup issue; Poor follow-up and customer service. Not recommended.
I was able to book an appointment on the same day within an hour which was great for my clogged drain in the kitchen. They had a service special for clogged drains for under $70! Geovany was the service tech who assisted with the appointment. His service was impeccable and provided extreme detail to what he was planning to do and while conducting his work. We called Elite Rooter for a clog in our drain system. They were able to come out the same day (very important since the drain was completely clogged and not draining at all). The worker (Salvador) showed up on time, assessed the job, and then did it. He even wanted to check to make sure we had no other drain problems (our pipes are old) before he left. We were very impressed. The price was very reasonable and the service was great. Salvador was very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. We will definitely be calling on them again.

Jesus from Elite Rooter was very helpful. They allowed us to schedule an appointment on the day of our choosing and within a window of time between 12PM-2PM. Jesus arrived right in time at 12. We'd had an issue with our washer leaking, but weren't sure what the exact problem was. Jesus was very communicative, explained the issue and the steps he would take to repair it, and gave us a prompt quote. Our washer was fixed within an hour. He was very respectful of our home, and even disinfected the area behind our washer where the water had leaked and it had become musty. We're very pleased with the professionalism and the quality of the work done.
Geovany from Elite Rooter was super helpful. He came to our home to help fix the clogged sink in the kitchen. Within 2 minutes, he was able to identify the issue with our clogged kitchen sink and thoroughly explained the situation and what needs to be done. Odor noticed in the bathroom of our home. Matt came and conducted a free visual inspection before offering some possibilities of what may be the cause. I opted to have a camera inspection conducted in the hopes of finding something. The next day, Matt and Erick arrived and conducted a thorough camera inspection, providing updates, pictures and videos. After finding a missing section in our drain waste vent system, we opted to have that section replaced. Erick and another technician, Jose, worked efficiently and quickly to install the system and even drained another section free of charge. Overall my experience was very pleasant. No hassle, no-nonsense, and never felt deceived or pressured. Would recommend.

I called Eric to come out to take a look at a concern PG&E brought to our attention in regards to a badly rusted gas pipe. Of course a major concern. They came over pretty quickly, diagnosed the problem, gave an estimate. Had the finished project repaired, rerouted, and now we feel safer that the threat is corrected. Good job. They had done a great job before, we decided to call them again. Both projects, major sewage leak, and a hazard gas pipe, both done. Professional, courteous, and well with an olderhouse, we might have to call them again and we will.
Plumber was unable to unclog my drain but still charged me full price. The manager came by and claimed I needed some pipes replaced. I called another company and they unclogged the drain. I tried to resolve the issue with Elite Rooter but haven’t been able to reach anyone.
We had a tough job that needed to be taken care of mad elite rooter sent someone the same day we called. Erick Zavala of Elite Rooter was quick to find out exactly what's wrong and explained his whole process to us clearly. Erick was professional and courteous throughout the whole experience and also got along with our family dog! I definitely recommend Elite Rooter.

My experience with Elite Rooter was so amazing. We reached out to have them provide a quote for unclogging our bathroom sink. Their quote was very competitive, much cheaper than any of the other companies. They offered a same day appointment and were extremely flexible when our plans changed. Edgar gave us a call when he was on his way and was polite and friendly when he arrived, even wearing booties to not scratch our wood floors! He fixed our sink in less than 20 minutes, took photos for our reference, and talked us through future maintenance. I would definitely used this company again for any of our plumbing needs.

Needed a plumber, called the first company I saw on my search engine since they had a nice deal of $80! Candy ? was very polite via phone, said I would be expecting a call of a two hour time frame got a call with in the hour. Oscar my tech was awesome, very polite, informative Ohh and clean! Recently my shower and toilet were clogged and I called my usual plumber. It turned from $150 job to a potentially several thousand dollar job.There was a bigger issue occurring that I was completing unaware. Apparently the water / sewer pipes under neath the house, which are some 60 years old, were significantly leaking!In the last few months I got a new roof, house painted and a termite treatment. A lot of money at one time so when I heard I had to now replace some of my water pipes, I was not very happy.But there is one thing I learned many years ago. It is better to face the reality of the situation early and as completely as I can, otherwise it will be more costly down the road and many more headaches!But my usual plumber never showed me any photos or video of the issue and what I was dealing with but just a general description of the issue and how much is would cost. Before I decide to lay out that type of money, I want to fully understand what I am dealing with and will this truly resolve the issue or will this issue just keep demanding more money and time?So I called several other plumbers to get a second opinion. They all wanted to charge me $100 - $150 to inspect the issue so they could provide an estimate except one … Elite Rooter.Without requesting it, they took a video of what was happening underneath my house and I was shocked at the level of damage and leakage that was occurring.It was not even close to what my usual plumber told me!But not Elite Rooter. Giovanni and David told the whole picture and supported with a video and strongly recommend I replace all the water pipes underneath the house. Based on the age of pipes, if not now, it would occur to the water & sewer pipes in the kitchen and laundry area. They would be willing to deduct a proportion of the cost if I didn’t want them done but he did not recommend it.They also had several financing plans, one being 18 months with no interest, which lessen the blow.I always want to dealing with people / companies who are very competent, honest to a fault, thorough and thoughtful in how best to serve a customer’s challenges. We have too many challenges as it is and too little time to address them.This is why it is so valuable to have a painter, like Elite Rooter, to meet the challenges of being a home owner!Robert
People at Elite Rooter are terrific. I call to schedule an appointment to unclog a slow running drain at 8am and they are able to send a technician by 10am. Originally, my appointment is for snaking via a cleanout from the outside of the house (as that is how a similar issue was resolved in the past). However, when Geovany arrives and diagnoses the issue, he takes the time to explain why it would not work this time and suggests an alternative. I eventually take his suggestion and it indeed resolves the issue. When Geovany is working on unclogging the drain, he makes sure the floor and bathtub are covered so that they won't be damaged. In addition, he helps to unstuck a drain stopper with no extra charge. I strongly recommend Elite Rooter's service.

I was very pleased with their service and advise on the clogged drain issue I had. Jesus showed up and unclog the drain. He ran the machine a few times to clear out a lot of sludge. He then contacted Alex who was a specialist to stop by and run a scope to further investigate in the pipeline. Alex let me view thru the camera that there was more sludge that needs to be flushed out. I was given an estimate for the next step. I highly recommended these two for their friendly service and no hidden charges.
Seems every time I have a clogged drain it is after 5pm on a Friday or the weekend. I’ve always had trouble getting same day service. I called Elite Rooter at 9am on a Saturday. They said they could be at my home by 10am. This time I had the time conflict and they worked around my schedule to meet me between 1-3pm. At 1:15 Geovany was there to save the day. Same day service, excellent service and they honored their Internet promotion. Great job Elite!!!

Very courteous and explained everything well. Pricing was very competitive. Was able to schedule within 24 hours. Even spoke to my HOA to resolve the issue. Only issue was they didn't notify me when they were done (they were flushing out one of the main lines outside), so I had to call to find out and then call again when the office didn't call back with an answer. But otherwise really good service.
Matt and his team were exceptional. With this as my first time dealing with sewer problems, Matt was very patient in walking me through all of my options. He was candid, knowledgeable, and had a high sense of accountability for a job well done. As for his team, they’re all very hard working and got the job done within my timeline. Lastly, their price was also competitive. All in all, we highly recommend Elite Rooter. Thank you Matt and team!!

My son decided to flush a washcloth in his Grandmama toilet. ?The people were super friendly from the lady in the phone to the young man who came out. I called and they were here an hour and 15 minutes later on a Saturday! An hour and 15 minutes! They were super nice. Really friendly. He wore shoe covers, a mask and gloves. He was in and out in less than 10 minutes. I really appreciate being super responsive when you have a toddler running around, that makes a world of difference. I would highly recommend them!
Matt Sanchez showed up at my door on time and prepared. He was courteous, intelligent, forthright and a pleasure to talk with. I was extremely happy with the price at which the service was performed and the manner in which Matt did the job.I originally had called Elite more for a quote on a repair job than a route of the mainline. After discussing the video (previously taken), however, he made a good pitch for why we should route again, and the price was reasonable so I agreed. We looked at the job afterwards, really more for the quotation of a trenchless replacement than anything else, and it was clear that the obstruction was gone. I still need additional work, but this gives me a little more breathing room.I was impressed by Elite and I have already recommended them to another homeowner I know. Their professionalism on my small job is a great segue into fostering a strong belief that they can handle larger jobs just as well.

Erick Zavala came out from Elite and very professional. He called a 1/2 hr before coming, was on time and very clean. Got the drain unclogged in 20 min with minimal fussy and the pricing at elite is great. No up-sell and just do the work quickly and cleanly.

I had a clogged sink and Matt S. came out for the service call. He was very professional and showed up on time. He gave me a price up front after the initial inspection. I agreed to the service. It was a nice touch that he put on plastic booties over his work boots. He also put down some plastic in the bathroom before starting to snake the sink. He was able to unclog the sink with no problem. He noticed that I had a small leak in my sink trap and repaired it at no additional cost. It’s easy to see that these guys take pride in there work.

I had a clogged kitchen sink and I found Elite Rooter on Google I called them and had a tech out very fast. Edgar was very professional and polite he got to work right away. He covered my wooded floors to make sure nothing got messy. It was a very quick process and he explained everything he did as he went on to get our drain back and running. Overall a great experience and I highly recommend Elite Rooter and make sure to ask for Edgar !!
I had a problem with my drain in my bathroom and Elite Rooter came in within their appointment window. Marcus did a quick diagnosis and quickly resolved the issue. In addition to fixing my drain, he took a quick scan of my crawl space and highlighted potential issues that will need to be addressed in the future. Jesus came by and offered an estimate of the total repair cost, so that we can plan for it. Both Marcus and Jesus were very courteous and were not pushy at all. I highly recommend their services as it was fast and thorough.

I needed help unclogging my kitchen sink and called Elite Rooter after reading the google reviews. The receptionist was very friendly and scheduling was easy. The tech I worked with was Alex and he was fantastic. He arrived on time, was very professional, friendly and took his time giving me pointers on how to avoid having the same problem again. I had an additional problem with a leak outside our home that both Alex and Giovanni helped me with. I appreciated that they really took their time to figure out the source of the leak and discuss my options on how to fix it. I highly recommend working with Alex and Giovanni. I found the pricing to be reasonable and would use Elite Rooter again.
I'd highly recommend Oscar Madrigal to anyone who needs a professional and really nice person for a plumbing job. The drain pipes at my house are routed in a complex way that easily causes clogs and makes it much harder to clean. I myself tried everything from bleaches to drain snakes. Oscar worked hard on it, solved the problem professionally, and now we can do our dishes again. He is a funny guy to talk to too!

I had Elite Rooter replace broken water supply line from main to the house. David showed up promptly even though it was late in the evening and gave a very reasonable estimate, and we started the work very next day. David also kindly agreed to patch up driveway after the work, even though that was not necessarily part of the job. After a great work fixing the line, David spent time meticulously cleaning up minor dirt collection in small outlets in the bathroom that tends to happen after such a work. He then showed up the next day and worked through very carefully to fix the driveway. I knew this was not part of the plumbing job and thought David was just planning for a quick fix. He spent almost the entire day making sure that the driveway is fixed properly and the work looked like professional masonry work. I very much appreciated this work ethic and thoroughness - a true 5 star customer experience and work quality.

They don't clean up after themselves. Don't finish secondary jobs like refilling concrete they demolished. Did not tell me that they broke my inner basement door.And did not clean up the tar they used to seal the pipes near my stairs.So not so great on anything but the actual plumbing bits. They were polite and quick workers and had little real problems working. They have bad tendency to not contact you if they should do follow up work and when.There managers and team leaders are good workers and easy to work with. They are cheap and have multiple payment options.
Elite Rooter was great when we had a backup at our rental property. They arrived within 2 hours of my call, Jorge assessed the problem and then Gabe, the Field Manager, arrived and reviewed Jorge’s work and gave me multiple options to solve the problem. The backup was temporarily resolved that evening so my tenants were able to stay in the house. The next day the sewer lateral was replaced and the tenants had full use of the plumbing by the late afternoon. We were pleased with their work and their follow up when the City failed to show for the final inspection. It was expensive but not totally shocking that the 62 year old lateral failed! I will definitely call them again for any other plumbing needs.

My toilet was continuously leaking lots of water continuously flushing. Josh immediately came over and changed the flapper which was seriously gnarly and beyond its date of being changed however the toilet was still draining. Josh then did the next step and changed the fill valve and that worked well. He explained everything that’s why I even know names of the parts he changed. Gave me good tips to prevent toilet issue from happening again. He worked fast with no bs, did not waste my time. No bs fees that I did not agree with. He cleaned up after himself, huge plus. Definitely recommend Elite Rooter’s plumber Josh. Easy to work with, funny guy.

Our sewer line was backing up. We have this problem due to tree roots near the sidewalk. Each year we get it cleared out. This year we called Elite. The first evening someone came out. Tried really hard to clear it out, but was unable to. He (Eric) was polite and professional. Failing to clear it out, he said he would return in the morning with his supervisor.The next morning Eric came along with his supervisor Gabe. This person Gabe, was outright rude to begin with. He would not directly answer any question we asked him and talked really fast about installing a cleanout . Any time we asked questions to understand the situation he started saying he was not going to argue with us. Even though we were trying to understand what getting a cleanout would mean. Then he said 'that blue house down the street has one; you can go and talk to them'. My husband pointed down the street and asked - 'that one?' Gabe's response was 'there is only one blue house on this street'.I have never seen such unprofessional and bad behaviour. Seemed like he was deliberately trying to behave this way. The situation deteriorated to the point that my husband had to tell him to leave and his response was 'yeah you guys were not going to spend any money any way. Enjoy your toilet'. My husband made a response about how rude he was, and he came threateningly back towards me demanding 'what was that'. As I turned to go in, he said Yeah I thought so.I wish it were possible to upload a video of this entire encounter. People should know how this person behaves when representing his company.I called the office to complain about him and I was told that there had never been any complains about this man. If that is truly the case, I would say he targeted us for such behaviour.He also quoted is $1400 for a hydro wash cleaning. Another plumber came out later that day and did that for $600.
Had drain pipe clog - called Elite Rooter as they had helped previously also.The person who came first was great, helped with details and explained issue and that he woould need to bring in another guy with camera to see where blockage was in pipe....The guy with camera setup though good on first day of cleanup where he recomended hydro jeeting initially else dig up the drain if blcok is found next day. He became rude the day he came up to check on drain post hydro jet...he saw a block in pipe due to tree roots and suggested to dig up to clean drain but never wanted to share the quote he was verbally quoting - when i asked give me a day he became more argumentative and starting talking rubbish - he didnt even bother to close the discussion in amicable way and when i said let me see the quote and check with comparable quotes or ask his office who sent him for discounts he said i am the boss on field what will office do......very bad exp and will never use elite rooter again
David H is simply amazing. The first time I called the company for a drain by the side of our house due to downstairs bathroom was clogged. Dave was able to find out the problem came from the main pipe out by the street and should have been fixed by our homeowner association. I've had to call for sneaking services every other year for the last ten years and he was the one who NAILED the root issue. Our HOA finally fixed the main drain and I expect my drain will be trouble free for the next many years.I had to call David again this past week due to kitchen drain clog. He was nice enough to give me next day time estimate by phone messages. Both him and me got busy the next day so we both decided to move to the next day. I got in touch and he was citing a timeframe in the afternoon though he was beyond the end of the window by about half an hour. He agreed to start performing the work in my backyard before I was able to get back home. He appeared very professional and explained things in detail. The drain was cleared out in less than 30 minutes and he explained the hypo wash to not have to clog pipes frequently again.The most amazing things is that he decided to do the work FOR FREE due to schedule difficulties. To be honest I did not expect that at all. He was keeping good communication throughout, therefore the rescheduling wasn't a big issue at all. I am impressed by the ethics of this company and Dave. Very rarely people do things for free just because they caused small inconvenience to their customers. This shows they truly value their customer experience and they are in for the long term relationship with their clients. I have respect for the business and will recommend them to anyone in my family and friend circle. Highly recommended!!

What a find! Those four other establishments I had called will never get another call from me, not as long as Geovany Rebolledo can show up at my door. Let's start with the phone answering process. Clear and prompt, the receptionist was able to commit to an appointment time. You'd think this would be a normal natural way for anyone to do business. It's not. None of the competitors could do that. Elite Rooter could and did.I had a clogged toilet. It seemed to me that the clog involved only the toilet and not the lower reaches of the soil line. Geovany quickly tested and came to the same conclusion. No attempts at upselling. (!!!) After augering out the clog, he was about to finish up when my wife mentioned that another of our commodes was also clogged. Oh, great! Off to the second toilet he went. Well, maybe he'll give us a break on the additional charge. Not necessary! No extra charge. He wouldn't accept a credit card tip from me, but if I ever need their services, I want to have cash ready.
I had clogging issue in my bathroom and Austin from Elite rooter provided excellent service in fixing the issue.
I like how they promptly fixed my pipes. Reason for 2 stars is because after installation. Took 4 appointments to have someone come with a camera to check to make sure the project was done correctly. Every time the excuse to why they couldn’t come was “camera is broken”. 4 days straight the camera was down?Questionable. Only time they actually came was after 5th appointment and a threat to make a bad review.
Erick Valdez came out to inspect toilet lines. He inspected both of them and then checked in the crawl space and found no leaks. He also inspected the cleanout and found that to be working fine, also. No work and no charge. He was also on time and called 15 minutes before he arrived.

They came did the work for half an hour and said something is stuck in your main line and cannot be cleared they need hydro jet stream system to clean it and gave the estimate of 1184 dollars for simple unclog drain . They charged me 69 dollars with no work done and with no receipt. I went to home depot got the snake pipe unclog by myself , will never recommend to use their service
Sal came out to my house after my kitchen sink was plugged, badly. He came, was very professional even put booties on his boots. He was nice, quickly assessed the issue and knew what was needed to fix it. He did his job quickly and even gave a recommendation to replace something under my sink. Nice, quick and knowledgeable. Definitely would recommend and use this company again.

we had a shower that was not draining so we called for estimate. $11,000.- And the work would take 3 days. beginning on Wed. so it woild be done by weekend. not only did it take 6 days leaving us w/out a shower but when the work was done we noticed the wall was wet at the work site..we called them back and they claim its not their work but another pipe with the problem which they are not responsible for, But the water damage did not occur until theit job was done? for $11m000- I would think they would have fixed anythng going wrong since they were in the wall anyways? Instaed they just kept making excuses why their not gonna do their job. i would NOT recomemd ths company to anyone!!
We just moved in to our house and found that previous owner did not finish fixing the shower valve as expected. So we could not take shower in our master bathroom. The plumber the previous owner hired came with some part and was not able to fix the issue. We were very frustrated with the whole situation. Found elite rooter from google and they were able scheduled an appointment same day. Brian Sabeedta showed up around 8 pm looked at our shower and after some troubleshooting he was able to completely fix the shower and the valve which also fixed a hot/cold water mixing issue!! We were totally impressed with Brian and his friendliness and willingness to look at the issue and fixing it even when it was getting late. Very professional and helpful! I called about a laundry drain clog that was causing a flood in my laundry room. Martin was quick to diagnose the problem and suggest a fix. When the cost seemed too steep, he haggled it down as much as he could before suggesting a different method that was half the price. The solution may not be permanent but he put a personal guarantee on it that he would come back and fix it himself for the difference in the two prices should it be clogged again.On his way out he also pointed out a very badly calcified pipe leading to my water heater. Apparently it could burst any time leading to massive water damage. I am working on getting a quote from him to fix this now. He may have saved me a lot more hassle.Very professional and courteous service. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

I had a clogged drain that caused water to backup when the washing machine was running. I called Elite Rooter and made an appointment. I got a call from Matt about 15 minutes before he arrived. Matt was courteous, patient and had pleasant attitude through out our interaction. He took time to snake the drain in the garage and stop several times to make sure the clog was cleared. He even put down a plastic sheet in the work area to catch any dirt and water overflow.

Joshua is very professional and neat in his job. What I find very appreciative is his cleanliness. We asked him to check on the shower drain and he placed cellophane on all 4 walls and floor to contain unwanted something and he cleaned everything after. He was also patient in answering all our questions and gave explanation. He also made suggestions and advice on the proper maintenance.Good job and attitude Joshua!
I had a main waterline issue that a previous plumber. I called that plumber to come back and assess and resolve the issue but left and never returned to fix/resolve the issue (former plumbing service left my home...said they were coming back with the parts needed to fix the issue, and never came back).I called Elite Rooter, and they stepped in quickly. Elite Rooter provided me with my service arrival time and arrived within that service window on-time.Elite Rooter confidently and professionally assessed and resolved my issue. Although my plumbing issue seemed simple, it wasn't. As they began working, problems arose one after the other. But Geovany (Elite Rooter Plumbing Technician) was not deterred. He restored water to my house after 1 full day and a half. Geovany even explained what happened and provided me with a solution to prevent the issues I was experiencing before the fix from ever happening again in the future.If I could give Elite Rooter 6 stars, I would. I am thankful I called the right plumbing professional to help me. I HIGHLY recommend Elite Rooter.

We had a hard time connecting our new portable washing machine to the kitchen faucet. Luis Perez stopped by and looked at everything and explained why we don’t need plumbing then he gave us detailed instructions as for which parts to buy from Home Depot. No charge!Great company and really nice employees!
Alex came within one hour after I called them. He finished the job professionally and even gave me lots of good suggestions about how to maintain the drain in the future. Plus, the cost is very reasonable. They gave the price ahead of time and there is no any other hidden fees.
We called Elite Rooter of SJ. The call was prompt and professional. They sent someone within 2 hours!Carlos called upon arrival to let us know he was outside our garage. We had him come up, showed him the issue and told him what we were told should be done. Before taking apart anything, he decided to check the garage for a clean out. He found one, and he texted it. The drain blockage was not there, so he troubleshooted some more, and he found the best method to clear our issue. He was hard at work, and my husband felt for him, so he helped him dump water and clear the buckets, etc.In the end, he fixed our issue, and he said if we have any issues to call him directly. Super nice guy and really prompt and professional. I like that he tried to find alternative routes that were less invasive first.I've saved their # in my contacts for any future plumbing issues.

Just like everything else in my home there is always something else going on. Ended up needing to replace the drain pipe due to corrosion and age. Our main sewer line backed up and I called Elite rooter. They quoted me $69 for the drain clean out. Albert called and ended up coming out about more than 1 hour earlier than estimated and performed the drain clean out and got the water flowing. Great customer service. The amount charged was $69. No bait and switch, trying to up sell us. Great work. I am very happy with Elite Rooter and Albert. Highly Recommended!

I am one not leave reviews, but my call to Elite Rooter was such a refreshingly great experience that I had to leave one!From the moment that I called Elite Rooter to the actual repairs tomy clogged bathroom drain I could not have been more pleased with the professionalism and expertise !Senior Tech / Marcus Pecina accessed my drainage issues at such a professional level that my anxiety levels were put to ease immediately.I can not say enough on the quality and extra effort that Marcus made me feel!If you want clean trust worthy work you can count on.....Call Elite Rooter
Their ads says “If we cannot clear your drain we do not charge anything!!” Not true.. they still charge me $179 without fixing the issue, and they said it’s my pipe’s problem and gave a 3.4K repair proposal even not including patch the concrete, if I accept that would cost me at least FOUR THOUSANDS DOLLAR! I was told this is the only option I have.THE MOST DRAMA THING: they lied to me that my tenant is not able to use the water in house like shower, because of the clog. BUT the truth is only hallway half bathroom is clogged, not all bathrooms are clogged!! I think they were trying to give me pressure to accept their 3.4K repair plan! I MUST REPORT THIS TO THE STATE LICENSE DEPARTMENT! LIAR!The reason they gave me why I am still charged because they went to the roof.. but I do have a clean out on ground..I called another plumber and they fixed the clog by using the ground clean out and pulled the stuff causing clog.I send the receipt and details to them for refund, no response.Ok, dispute on my credit company and file my complain to the state license department, let’s wait and see.

This review is mainly in response to how their main contact Gabe treated us.We used them for replacing our sewer. Their tech (George) was courteous but after they finished I got a call saying they would like the payment right away. I said I am happy to make the payment as soon as the final city inspection (due after a business day) is completed. At this point Gabe became extremely threatening. He said the city inspection was not their concern nor responsibility and that he would come to my place monday morning to make sure I pay.I've done business with 3x the amount of this invoice with other contractors but this kind of threatening behavior was unprecedented. Finally after city inspection I called them on my own and paid but have decided never to do business with them again.

We are in day two of a three day project. Julio with Elite Rooter came out to snake the pipes (that only have access too on the roof). He was so nice, polite, wore a mask and cleaned up after his work, I was impressed on day 1. Unfortunately they found roots in the pipes and we don't have a clean out valve. So his boss came back with him later that day to run a camera down the drain. They come to the conclusion that we had to get a clean out valve put in to get the clogs out. So they came back the next day to install the clean out drain. There is still some work to be done, so they'll be back tomorrow. But so far, Julio, his boss and the guy that dug the huge hole to the pipes in our front yard, have been a pleasure to work with.
I would recommend this company but would also tell a customer to get multiple quotes for comparison.Luis and Gio were very professional and did a great job for the repairs and replacement work. Their work was really great and they were very knowledgable on how to replace in wall plumbing with the least amount of wall removal. I would give these plumbers that did the work 5 stars.I would give the company one star for cost information, detailed quotingSo averaged the stars for a 3 star rating.I called elite rooter about a Toilet drain that was clogged and a kitchen sink drain that was flooding my basement when water was used. They showed up within 2 hours assessed the issue and gave me a quote, the cost was in the thousands. details in the quotes was very limited as they did not give costs details on any material/labor just one large cost for a basic description of work. I asked for a more detailed breakdown which they said I would get but did not. The cost was extremely high but I believed they were giving me a good price. . I went with them and mistakenly did not get any other quotes. After the repairs were completed I did get quotes from 2 other companies and they both were approximately 30% less than Elite. I was highly disappointed that I failed the rule of getting more than one estimate.
I was very pleased with the work done by the Elite crew. It is rare that one finds a company that has such a talented crew with true respect for the customer and a dedication to high quality work. Thank you Gio, David, Gilbert,and your crew for a fine job,well done men!! I highly recommend Elite Rooter to anyone who has plumbing issues!

I called at 4 and was told the technician would be at my house between 5 and 6. He showed up at 5 sharp and got to work and had the line cleared in 20 - 30 minutes. He was very professional and courteous. The price quoted was exactly what I paid. I will definitely use Elite again.

We had been dealing with a terrible clog in the kitchen sink. Tried everything from baking soda and vinegar to purchasing our own snake tool. Called Elite Rooter and spoke to Liz. She listened to our concerns and said she could have someone out within the next hour or two. Received a call 10 min before the actual timeframe from Martin, letting us know he'd be at our home in the next 10 to 15 min. Martin sadly struggled because the clog was super bad, but he handled it like a pro! Extremely professional and friendly. I hope there is not a next time for us, but I'll be keeping Elite Rooter in mind for future needs for me or to refer. Thank you guys!!!

Messaged Elite Rooter on yelp to get an estimate. Ashlea replied to me with a more information as what I could do in regards to my toilet repair issue. We scheduled to have Eddit come out to take a look and provide an estimate. The initial consultation and review would not cost anything, and the estimate will not expire.Eddie and co. came to review the tank, determined the issue and provided me an estimate. Currently reviewing everything before finalizing. But they have been very communicative and on point. Super professional as well.
Jorge was very professional and capable. He was sensitive to current health issues and wore a face mask during his entire visit. He cleared our clogged drain and explained what caused it, which wasn’t what we thought! He went under the house and showed us pictures of what we could do to support our very old plumbing. We enjoyed working with Jorge and told him he would be the one we called when we choose to update our system.

Excellent service! I was so impressed how plumbers found out the problem fast and fixed it. Luis and Carlos came over to see my leaking pipe, which was proved to be because something was stuck in the pipe. They were so professional, solved the problem immediately, cleaned all the stuffs even though I told them to leave garbages and I would clean it later. I have never experienced such a perfect plumber experience before. DEFINITELY THE BEST!!

We had to get our backyard gas line replaced. Luis Perez and Cirilo Carrillo did a fantastic job replacing the line and installing a shut-off valve. Great communication at each step of the process. Very happy with the work and would highly recommend.

Jose Quintero responded to work on a toilet and shower that were clogged and backing up. He was able to resolve the clog and get things flowing again. He didn’t stop there and called his Manager Matt Sanchez to come and see if there were any underlying reasons for the clog, they found that the main drain pipe for the house was compromised, so I will be using Elite Rooters services again soon to remedy that problem.

Came quickly and did the unclogging. Very clean. Put in a cloth mat before unclogging and cleaned up after themselves. I did not have to do anything.After the job was done, took a few minutes to explain how to avoid these issues in future and also explained the way the cleanout system worked.Recommended.

Greg called in advance to advise his arrival time and showed up exactly on time. Big plus already. Analyzed issue and attempted simple rotorooting. Did not work. Went out of his way to find blockage. Had to crawl under house. In middle of repair found simpler solution that actually will last longer and potentially solve future potential issues. Better overall repair—same agreed upon price. Spend 8 hrs in total from start to finish (includes going for unexpectedly needed supplies). Cheerfully took time to explain everything being done and why. Even put up with me!
My kitchen sick was blocked and I was googling “plumber” when I saw their Ad. I didn’t believe they were really that inexpensive but I decided to give them a call. They were they really only the price they advertised and they came out within 2 hours of my call. They gave me all my options and then fixed it and cleaned up. The best experience I have ever had with a plumber! The absolute best. I will only use them from here on out.

We had a leak coming from our toilet and Antonio figured out that the ring that seals the bottom needed to be replaced. He fixed it all and also found a crack in the toilet. He patched it up but let us know we’ll probably need to replace it soon. Happy we got the leak fixed for now!
Sal and Eddie came by after my landlord called them about a leaky toilet. These guys showed up super fast and were able to fix our issue no problem. Super professional, super friendly and they even wore those covers over their boots as to not get any dirt in our house. Anyways thank you again Sal and Eddie!
He did very well. He spent a lot of time to get one piece at Home Depot and make sure the clogged drain was fixed. He also did not charge extra for the Home Depot purchase, very reasonable and good technician. And he taught us how to fix the drain by ourselves.
The technician is very professional and does good quality job. They also provide a 30 days warranty for the rooter service. There is once my laundry drain was clogged within the warranty again and they are very happy to redo the service for me.

This is by far the best company I’ve used and Adam was great ! The response was quick and Adam was very knowledgeable of what needed to be done and did it in a timely fashion. I would highly recommended this company.
Did an okay basic job, but charged me way more than originally quoted. The price the representative told me when making the appointment was $69 (I provided a complete and accurate description of the work that needed to be done, and no further work was done). The total bill came out to $590 (and this is after a 10% discount).In their defense, they did tell me the price before proceeding with the work, and I agreed, because it needed to be done, but I would not use them again on grounds of their less-than-honest pricing practices.

Anyone needing plumbing services u ask 4 Luis he is totally awesome! You’ll be stopping up your toilets with little kids shoes to have him come back! Yes he is that good! Very charismatic, super honest, very clean, never leaves u w/o service and best of all goes way beyond your expectations of a plumbing company employee. In fact I know “that was not included in the bid” and also “this was not included in the bid”. He just so super nice . . . like he is working for family! We’ll see how this project ends! Our pipes backed up in half of our house. Kitchen and family room bath out of use. I called Elite and within the hour they were here! It was more than a Roter rooter quick snake due to years of sediment, but with a high pressure water clean out to the main we are flowing once again. The crew was efficient, polite to each other during the job (please and thank you’s to each other) and texted me as to arrivals and status while out getting machinery and parts.They were the best company we have dealt with professionally, equipped with the tools and machinery and versed on etiquette. My appointment was between 1-3pm. I had to call several times after 3.00 pm to get updates and the plumber arrived around 4.30pm. Would be nice to keep clients posted on delays and arrival times.

I highly recommend Elite Roter. I was able to get a same day appointment. We found out the blockage, which started in my kitchen sink, was actually in the main line and 100 feet away from my sink. They gave me a flat rate quote to clear it and they were at my house for four hours. They didn’t leave until it was done. Carlos was awesome and he cleaned up afterwards, which was really appreciated. Five stars!
I made a phone call and they gave me a price, great price, and showed up within an hour from my phone call. They unclogged my drain and explained to me what they were doing. It went great and I’m extremely happy and I would hire them again. I would also refer them to everyone.

I have a pretty standard issue (clogged shower drain) - they showed up and weren't able to get the issue fixed or even diagnose the problem. they said they'd call their supervisor to get some back up but he refused to come. Following that, they wanted to break open a wall and charge me $1400 - on a hunch. I'm not sure why I paid any amount because I got zero value out of them coming.
I found Elite Rooter on google and called them this morning for a kitchen sink clog. They sent the technician in few hours. Matt Sanchez was very professional, knew what he was doing and cleared it very quickly. He took his time to explain what caused it and told me the do's and do not's. I highly recommend these guys.

Got an appointment same day that I called. Technician showed up right on time. He was professional, wore booties inside the house to prevent tracking anything in. But when they came my piping didnt allow that special price so the charge was the standard $205. It still only took them less than 30 minutes to complete job. I should have declined when a heard the 205. $100 or $120 would have been OK in my mind but switching from 69 to 205 when the job took less than 30 minutes seems unreasonable to me.Liked the service, but couldnt recommend them and wouldnt use them again due to bait and switch pricing.

Ours was a multi-day fix and install of 2 cleanouts (one front of house, and one in back.) After several attempted maintenance trips over 3yrs, the roots were taking over so badly that it was causing damage to the old clay piping. After 2 failed snake attempts and then a camera run, the Elite guys found sitting water in a damaged area, and pinpointed the exact location to dig. Carlos from Elite was extremely kind and professional, and worked over the Thanksgiving holiday, in the rain, by himself. He took special care to make sure the area was clean and secure before leaving. I appreciated the communication from him each day about what work was remaining. If you’re reading this, I’m sure you can relate to the terribly unpleasant and aggravating experience of seeing raw sewage rising up in your shower, while the laundry washer drains during the spin cycle. Anyhow, in the spirit of the holiday season, our landlord was gracious enough to handle almost the entire experience, so I can’t speak to the initial call and dealings afterwards. However, I can say Carlos showed up each day, and got the job done. The relief of knowing the line is fixed and clear is a true blessing for the holidays. Thank you Elite and thank you Carlos.
I called for an unclogging and clearing service (special price $79). The plumbers were quick to diagnose the root of the problem and were very transparent about the potential effects It would have. The clog was cleared fast and we have a better sense of what we need to do moving forward.

I gave Elite a call early in the morning and the had a plumber out to my house in no time! I requested a 100 ft snake service from multiple rooter companies and none of them had it, only 75 ft. Polite plumbers with good communication. They were able to quickly diagnose the issue but then they were unable to clear the drain with the snake because the snake was getting stuck. They wanted to replace pipes. Called another plumber and they cleared it in 10 minutes for about same price.

Carlos and his crews are very nice and working hard to get the job done right. They even work late to make sure everything is ok before they leave. Giovany is very nice and knowledgeable.
