Mike Counsil is the most professional plumbing company I have ever used. They are friendly, punctual, and do good work they guarantee. Jaime Reyes and Axel Mendez came on the last call we had and they were both great to work with.

Everything was good. They showed up on time, fixed the problems, and cost was reasonable.

I heard dripping in my walls and they came out to take a look. They were very fast to schedule and had a lot of flexibility. When the plumber got here, he took a look at my pipes and found that the issue was dripping inside the pipes and there was nothing wrong. He really took the time to explain how it worked and why I might be hearing the dripping. He wasn't rushed at all and even drew me a diagram. At the end, he didn't even charge me and said it was just an estimate/consultation. I was really impressed with his professionalism and customer service.

I wanted to install a new tub and Local Rooter did a great job. Although the tub I booked was late, Duey was in no hurry and did a great job. Affordable and professional company.

I requested a plumber on Thumbtack to fix my broken sprinkler valve pipe since it was causing a leak. Kevin arrived on time between the 8-10am window and gave me the estimate. It was surely on the higher side and much more than we expected but since it was an emergency, we decided to go with Kevin on the repair. Kevin did a good job explaining the issue and answering my questions. Because he was able to complete the work quickly including replacing the affected valve, he offered a small discount which I appreciated. Overall, he did a very good job and gave a limited warranty on the work done.

Serviced technician Alexander Cardenas did a great job of: looking into the problem, snaking, then diagnosing what needed to be done. He efficiently installed a needed clean out in the front yard. He then came out on his day off and installed the clean out cover (did not have the part the previous day).Good Job,Ed

I had Genmor Plumbing come out to my house last night after a clogged drain left the kitchen filled with nasty, smelly, brown water. They had my drains cleared within the hour and are now doing a tap repair today. I've been blown away by their fast service and quality work.

Our appointment was taken care of about 4 hours after the stated window of 4-6pm. Roto-Rooter dispatch did call me to inform me, but it was a very delayed, and my initial appointment was from 10am-12pm, but we had to reschedule when there was no text of a technician by 11:45am.That all said, our technician Wylder was super helpful and cleared our pipes. Had a great experience with this company! The service providers were honest, competent, friendly and efficient. We had them install a water softener and piping in our home and they patiently described how to use the softener and even identified a part from the 3rd party manufacturer that was broken, describing how to replace it and work with the softener while waiting for the part to arrive. We will ping them again when we have other plumbing needs in the future.
