I could not have been more pleased! On a Sunday morning I discovered water bubbling up through the expansion joints of my driveway. My main water line to the house had sprung a leak. I left a message Sunday afternoon and was promptly called back Monday morning. Service Manager Kem was at my house Monday afternoon to investigate. A very reasonable quote was provided Tuesday afternoon and work commenced on Wednesday morning. The work completed by Humberto and Melvin, under Kem's direction, was speedy, clean and they were able to complete the job in one long day. Great job! Everything went smooth from initial call to the on-site clean up. I would not hesitate to call them again.

Water heaters only was recommended by our trusted plumber! I can see why! From the first call and conversation they were prompt and courteous. Steve was lovely. This time, as with the last, EJ Plumbing was awesome. They showed up on the early part of the window and solved our problem. Reymundo is clearly skilled and left our home with a working drain, and in clean condition. He also gave great advice about how to fix our issue long term and why we were having it in the first place. We will definitely be using them again in the future.

Response time to our call was less than two hours. As he worked, he found evidence of wider-ranging issues than we had anticipated. He had to replace the main pressure regulator (the first service request) and various fittings and damaged pipes, which required digging a hole two to three feet in diameter. The total cost of the added repairs was less than we had anticipated when compared to the initial estimate for replacing only the regulator. In addition, he corrected numerous mistakes that had been made during construction. San Jose Plumbing & Drain Clean has my highest recommendation.

The price they quote is the price you pay. They were punctual quick to book the appointment & the communication was good. Alex although he didn't speak that much english was very efficient, very focused on his job. He did a great job. Thank you Alex. I would recomend them to anyone.

I was totally impressed with Todd. The bathroom faucet and washing machine were making loud noises like a foghorn when turned on.
I called other plumbers who said they'd need to go under the house and do diagnostic work to find the problem they thought was in the pipes.
Todd said he always starts small before moving on to more extensive work.He arrived the same day, and he thought the problem was with the faucet. No need to check the water pipes yet.
I bought a new faucet, and Todd promptly returned the next day to install it. Problem solved!
I will be recommending him to anyone needing an honest and competent plumber. :-)

I love this company! We were given a ridiculous estimate for a large job. They came out and did that job at a fare cost. The larger companies try to upcharge you. I highly recommend them to friends and family. Most recently they gave an honest recommendation to my nextdoor neighbor's and they too were impressed with how honest they are. Jerry was exceptional to deal with. Prompt with initial response. Showed up within the time window quoted. He had a great attitude and was very personable. He went above and beyond to figure out what was happening with a fruit fly infestation after concluding that the drain cleaning that we called him for was not the cause of the issue. Reasonably priced as well! Will definitely be calling him again if we need plumbing help!
