Senor Rooter is the best in business! Gilbert and his team do excellent work for a very fair price. Senor Rooter has done several big jobs for our house. First, they identified corroded waste lines and replaced our entire waste system to the main sewer to remove all the corroded metal pipes with clean high-quality PVC pipes, including convenient clean-out locations and the ability to add additional plumbing if needed in the future. They brought everything up to code. It was a really big job!

They also helped install a new washing machine connection and kitchen sink in a newly remodeled kitchenette for a rental unit. It turned out great! They take great pride in the quality of their work and make sure everything is clean and functioning perfectly. I call them for all plumbing problems big and small. They came to look at a bathroom sink leak and fixed it in just a couple minutes. They also give a lot of good advice on how to take care of simple plumbing issues.

I trust them with all kinds of work. When my water heater died and my home warranty required me to use their plumber, I consulted with Senor Rooter to make sure I wasn't getting ripped off. They give you good advice and information you can trust.

I recommend Senor Rooter 100% and definitely will use them for all my future plumbing work. Can't beat their service for the price. A+ in my book!

Great fast friendly service

Unlike the various ‘Rooter’ companies, Plumbing Tech quoted a reasonable rate for the work that needed to be done. They started the project as soon as they could and finished in two days. The jobs were an re-pipe and a new sewer line to the sidewalk. Adrian is a great communicator and very responsive. I added on a couple of toilets and the installation cost was very friendly. He even came back out and replaced the filters in my reverse osmosis unit at no additional cost. Everything is working fine. I highly recommend Plumbing Tech.

We called CMS needing a water heater replacement, and after asking if we were without hot water they said they would try to rush getting a new one for us. They set us up for an appointment the very next morning, and Nickolas from CMS showed up promptly and started to work on it. Nickolas was friendly and very professional, and he did a great job replacing our old water heater.

Update 1/27/23: A week after installation we found that the water heater was leaking from one of the hoses, and promptly called CMS plumbing and let them know. The dispatch one of their plumbers named Louie within a few hours and he came to check it out. Louie was very friendly and knowledgeable, and was able to fix the issue and get it back up and running. Louie also took extra time to check everything out on the water heater to make sure nothing else was wrong, and cleaned up all the water so it was ready to go. Excellent work!

On Friday January 4, technician-plumber John put in the new tank and took out the old leaking one. He explained everything thoroughly, answered all our questions, provided great customer service, taking care to put drop-cloths along the carpet before doing repairs. He even cleaned up the water heater area before and after. Job cost was close to the phone quote. Thank you John and Water Heaters Only.

Burr Plumbing and Pumping pumped out a major blockage from the back lot creek drain that was flooding and ruining the asphalt parking lot. I called them about a year ago when my garbage disposal started leaking. They did what they said they would and more. They came and fixed the garbage disposal and left me their card. About a month ago, I remodeled my entire house, but the general contractor took forever to install my new sink and garbage disposal, so I was still using the guest bathroom sink. I gave San Jose Plumbing & Drain Clean a ring, and they sent someone out the following week to connect my new single-hole sink and disposal. I also had a new sink faucet and disposal button installed. How happy it made me! I had no idea before this project how rare it is for contractors to clean up after themselves, but he did, and at a very reasonable price. Finally, I was told that my water softener was going out, but when I had the general contractors plumber test my water, it turned out to be fine. He not only walked me through the entire water testing procedure but also explained why the softener wasn't to blame for my water pressure problems. Once again, complete, expert, and reliable! We highly suggest this book!

They did a great job, exactly priced as the estimate. We are ordering a second toilet. Second toilet installed today, same technician Eugene, a great person who delivered and installed a fine toilet, at the same low price, the lowest of all my estimates. I have 5 star plumbing on my speed dial.What could be more perfect!

Todd showed up in 30mins on a Sunday and fixed our clogged kitchen drain. He was very kind and knowledgeable and did the job nicely . Highly recommended

My neighbors swear by Moomau Plumbing. I fortunately haven't needed a plumber for several years, but luck finally caught up with me when a shower temperature control valve and toilet both started acting up.

I gave Moomau a call and sent them pictures of the temperature control knob, along with the brand name. Billy showed up when promised/expected and had the needed parts with him. He was very professional and efficient and got the work done quickly.

Debbie, the office manager behind the scenes, was very responsive and easy to work with in setting up a convenient appointment time. She also followed up after the fact to make sure I was satisfied with the work. Moomau seems to have high standards and take customer satisfaction very seriously, which is nice to see in the service business -- where it is often difficult just to get a call back when everyone is so busy. Moomau met/exceeded my expectations, and I won't hesitate to use them again.

Excellent service. They responded early (6am) to our overflow crisis and were able to fix our drains within an hour. We then, impromptu asked them to replace and old toilet and they did this without a hiccup. I really liked their efficiency and courteousness.

I would give AquaLogic a 6 out of 5 if I could. Eric and Jacob are super courteous and very responsive. They installed a water softener, a under-sink reverse osmosis and backyard bypass for our house. Unlike other vendors who try to sell you over-priced systems, you can shop your own softener and have them brought it to your home. The work quality is superb. We had an installation error partly at my fault. Eric quickly fixed it to my full satisfaction. Here is my two cents: Send AquaLogic an email with pictures when you need their help. They may not have time answering the call during daytime. You'll get ripped off buying a system from large businesses like Costco. AquaLogic guarantees instant money-saving and first-tier work quality. Our family is quite happy about having such an excellent local plumbing business.
