Our sewer lines are completely clogged by tree roots and Duey comes within a few hours after call. They first unclog the sewer line so we could use the toilet. After watch the video inside sewer line, the blockage was serious, so we decided to replace all cast iron pipes which are installed back in 1960. The service is very professional and efficient. Within 3 days, we have all old pips replaced, one 2-way clean out installed for future maintenance, very satisfied that we hired Local Rooter for the job.

Extraordinarily professional, he came to rescue my clogged toilets and shower, applied methodical step by step approach, when nothing was working he had to go get a snake machine. When I mentioned that I expect quick solution , he went and bought the machine because existing one was busy on another job.

Finally he only billed for biggest step .

We just purchased a new kitchen under mount stainless steel sink and motion sensor faucet. Abel was able to immediate size the project and provide an estimate after careful review of what it entailed. There was a lot of reconnections to consider, including a relocation of garbage disposal and water filtration tank. He was very helpful and upfront of the total cost and labor it would take, leaving no surprises for us at the end. The work performed was completed timely and our sink/faucet looks and works beautifully! After making several calls and hearing outrageous estimates for a simple shower repair,, I finally made the right phone call to Miracle and met Judy and Phil over the phone... not only were they friendly and knowledgeable and accommodating , they were above all,, very honest and they also were able to send David out the following day to take care of what I needed for my shower. David was very knowledgeable and patient and great to work with.

On time and on budget ! Had a few minor quality issues.

I have used Drain and Main twice, once for leak under the sink and a tub and the a water heater change out. My experience w/ the company was excellent. Appointments were made easily, Gio showed up during the time window given. I explained some of my concerns and he was able to ask the right questions to figure out what my needs were, when I didn’t have the right words. I do like to shop around but found I did not need to get a 2nd estimate, because the prices seemed fair. The work was done very quickly and he even fixed minor issues while he was waiting for my water to heat up. That was very thoughtful! I found Gio and his brother to be very friendly. Drain and Main will be the company I use from here on out.
