I got a problem at home that sewage-alike smell came out from AC/Furnace vent. I called my regular plumber who has no idea what happened. So I searched up Yelp and found Local Rooter & Plumbing and decided to have a try. Duy picked up the call immediately and agreed to send technician the same day. Paul showed up earlier than scheduled and he was so great! He carefully checked house and diagnosed the problem. And talked to me about why it happened. I did what he told and waiting for two days and now the odor seems gone! So appreciated!

I will ask Local Rooter & Plumber for all future plumbing work!

Called Chandlers Plumbing a week and a half ago for a pilot light issue on our water heater. Was informed that the manufacturer's warranty would cover parts, at no additional cost, and to give them a call. After a week and a half of cold showers, the part came in.

Called Chandlers' again and they sent one of their Plumbers over within 2 hours. After an hour with the job complete, we've got hot water again!

Definetely using them again.

Bathroom faucet, toilet replacement and repair dishwasher drain and bathtub stopper turned into new exit and sewer pipes under the house and out to the city streets. Professional, courteous, clean, excellent communications and service. Their zero interest financing for 18 months was a godsend for this single mom widow and owner of home built in 1959. Highly recommend.

I had a problem with my shower drain and I called Elite at about 3 PM and they had a technician out to the house by 4 PM. They said the job would be $69 and it was. They did a great job and were done in 30 minutes.

I had a somewhat unique leak detection issue. I am on the HOA for my condo complex and one of our buildings in a shared water line which likely has pipe leak somewhere. I explained this to their customer service when I made the appointment.

When their tech arrived, he told me he couldn't help me because it was a shared water line. He also had trouble understanding that I was not calling about the building I lived in, I needed help with the meter for a different building.

I took off work this afternoon to meet them at the complex. It ended up being a waste of my time.

The company called me after I wrote this review. For what it is worth, the tech was friendly and the customer service was helpful. I am sure they are good in most cases, I just had a bad experience.

We had major plumbing issues. Both toilets were out and bath tub had sewage backup. I called a local plumber initially who charged a $75 assessment fee and said he needed to go get equipment to do the work in the afternoon. I didn't want to wait, so I called Roto Rooter. Octavius came out and in 30 mins assessed the situation and got to work. He kept the place real clean and helped explain the process. Unfortunately our issue could not be solved inside the house. They needed to snake from outside and we didn't have an two way pipe. So Tevita came along to dig a hole and build a two way pipe. The worked took a long time and I saw Tevita working non stop and going all he can after digging a hold yo unclogged your drain which were damaged by tree roots. By 6:30pm when it is all dark Tevita was still digging. The home owner asked him to try harder (which shocked me, cos it was so late at night and he had worked since 10am with little to no break like a machine). Tevita's response was courteous and said he wish he can complete the job but we needed a separate machine that could only come in tomorrow. The next day, Scott came with the machine and our pipes unclogged. By night time Tevita showed up to clean the area and left it sooo clean I was so surprised.Loved Roto Rooter team. They have hired hard working people and I hope Octavius, Tevita and Scott are taken care of at work. Thank you team.

Called $15 Sewer and Drain and they gave a 2 hour window. Got a text that the technician was on the way and the technician arrived within the 2 hr window as promised. The job was well done, technician was friendly, clean, had boot covers, wore a mask (even though was not required) and was thoroughly professional. Great service over all.

Chris did a terrific job of fixing a significant leak under my kitchen sink. The leak appeared in the middle of the night and he got it fixed the next morning. Very thorough job!
