This is a fantastic company (Cupertino Plumbing), I received excellent service from Mario. We texted back and forth on various questions I had regarding my kitchen water filter system and the airgap line for my dishwasher; he was always responsive. My previous plumber walked into our home without putting on booties and was unorganized, but Mario always put booties on his shoes which I appreciated, he was knowledgeable, organized, did very high quality work, communicates well, smiled a lot and was happy, and is now my go to guy for all future plumbing needs. Mario is best plumber I've known.

Had to call Felipe during Thanksgiving Day because our shower faucet broke. He came first thing in the morning the following day. Davila Plumping installed an outdoor clean-out which required concrete removal, digging, install, and concrete re-pouring. They did an excellent job and came in way under their quote b/c the piping was not as deep as estimated. They revised their quote to the lower value. Talk about honest and hardworking! Work done 2017 and has held up with the test of time.

Fantastic people with a great work commitment ?

Chico and crew did amazing work in my house. The long rainy season took a toll on our sewage lines which were all clogged up, leaving us with backed up drains on a long weekend. Chico came to our house in night and didn't hesitate to work in the heavy rain. He came again next day with 4 more folks and did drain cleaning, clean outs installation, shower leak fix and a few other minor things. Price was reasonable and quality of work was high.

My water heater broke down and I tried to contact few plumbing companies. Cupertino Plumbing was prompt in responding to my needs. Danny came and diagnosed the problem and provided an estimate. This is not a common standard water heater. He was quick in tracking down a replacement water heater and set up the service the following day. The technicians did a fantastic job and were professionally performed.

Real miss on the customer service side. Woman who answers calls cuts you off and then tells you that she needs to get off the call. They came to do home warranty service--when they asked me if I had a cleanout I told them I didn't know and they walked away saying that they couldn't do the job because I lacked a clean-out. So, won't be using them again.
