******Long review, but the short version is to call these guys.*******

I was shopping around for the company that paid the most for a windshield replacement. I spoke to Joseph and SafePro (AKA Pinnacle Auto Glass) was in 2nd place $25 less than the highest offer so far. He took the time to educate me on the process, SafePro's services, and the benefits of going with an established company as opposed to one of the newer guys. The lifetime chip repair for my friends, family, and myself caught my attention. After we checked reviews together and talked it out a little more I decided the chip repair was awesome, and the $25 was a small price to pay for piece of mind so we got it scheduled. Joe mentioned they are a preferred service provider for my insurance company, the one that starts with prog and ends with essive lol. We were filling the claim and the gal knew exactly who SafePro was further building my confidence. I ended up needing to reschedule and the guy that received my call sent it right over to Joe and we got it taken care of no problem. The technician showed up on time, was professional, friendly and got the window changed out in what seemed to be a reasonable time frame, I don't know how long it normally takes. I my alarm light above my mirror did fall off and for some reason this window gets a film on it way thicker and faster than the original window. The glue was not completely cleaned off the back of the light so the new adhesive strip didn't stick, but I got it cleaned up and its just fine now. I didn't realize the film was so bad until I was driving into the sun trying to turn in front of some traffic, so I'm going to look into it and see if I can get that worked out. Overall 5 stars and will be getting them some business when friends and family need their chips fixed and windows replaced. ????

I've used them 3 times [twice for full windshields and 1 patch] and when I went to their Tempe location and had it done there it was done 5 stars all the way and not through insurance....today was through the mobile service and through my insurance. Today tho was severely lacking in my opinion based on my previous experience. My car was left a mess in the interior, whereas it was not previously. I had a couple stickers on the window (oil change and LYFT logo) and asked if they wanted me to take care of those or would they and they said they would AND they would put them on the new windshield for me! I was thinking this is amazing and was grateful (one less thing for me to deal with you know). When I checked my rideshare sticker on the windshield it was too high and looked like they stuck it to the ground first before the window. Luckily, I had a new one in the house I could replace it with. There was sticky stuff (somewhat dried) smeared on my dash. Something smeared on my seats, dirt maybe? (The smears looked like fingers dragged along the upholstery.) The biggie though...the DRIVER'S SIDE WINDOW was scratched. Now, before someone says, couldn't it have been scratched before the glass was replaced? No, I had just washed my car before the work was done and I'm very OCD about my car and cleanliness. The scratches weren't there.
So, my takeaway on this experience. The location is either better or they handle your car better if you are paying cash. The mobile unit needs to be more respectful of other people's stuff and carry a DustBuster. I need to always go to the Tempe location since it is just down the flipping street, because they do it better in-house than mobile. Then I hate to ask myself...but, do I use Safelite next time I need a need a full windshield or try SafePro again? That is the question isn't it. **I tried to take a photo(s) of the damaged window, but the glare made it impossible, my apologies. If I can get one later an update this with it I will.**

I've got nothing bad to say about these guys! I had a spider web crack in my windshield about a year ago. They filled it and it's held up perfectly! Currently have a new crack in my windshield [a very bad one] and i got an amazing price for replacement and a warranty and a discount for being a repeat customer. I have the appointment for 1/27/21 and they are coming to my job at no extra cost. So amazing! Super friendly and caring! I will definitely keep coming back. Thank you SafePro!

SafePro Auto Glass is extremely amazing customer service oriented. They have clean restrooms and a waiting room. They offer snacks, water, coffee at no charge. They have a big screen TV that allows you to change the channel and get comfortable while they service your vehicle. I have about eight windshield repairs since January. And we are in June.

This is the only Google review I have ever left, but my experience was so great I felt compelled to leave one. I worked with Kirk the sales manager initially over the phone. Very friendly, knowledgable guy. He was able to get me in the next morning for a windshield replacement. Luis was my technician who also was outstanding and friendly. Installation was timely and I couldn't be happier with SafePro. They definitely earned a customer for life!

I had my windshield on my car replaced this morning, the employee that replaced my windshield was very professional and friendly. Working with the staff overall was a great experience, and I'll definitely be using this company again. I only have one point of constructive criticism, and that is that your windshield replacement techs should have a small shop vac with them to vacuum up glass that falls into the interior while removing the windshield. I've had many windshields replaced in the past by several different companies and without fail I end up having to vacuum broken glass out of my seats and carpets like I did this morning after the tech left. It's not too big of a deal for me, which is why I'm still leaving a 5 star review, however I'm not sure that other customers would be as laid back about it.

Great experience from start to finish. Best price quote for an out of pocket windshield replacement. 4 days later I ended up with a minor chip in my window driving on the i17 (inevitable) They had a technician out in two days to repair the chip and it's barely noticeable, looks like a small watermark now. Great service, will use them in the future and recommend.

Great service for way cheaper than competitor. I asked for a quote and heard back same day. They came to my work and changed my windshield out no extra charge. Less than a month later I chipped the windshield and they repaired it for free. Knowledgeable installers

The staff here are very friendly I called about a chip in my windshield and was able to get it fixed the same day! They offer pretty good pricing as well can't complain there.
This is my fourth time coming here and every experience has been great. They have driven out to my husbands work as well they are very accommodating

So I needed my windshield replace cause I had a crack running across from the driver to the passenger side. I needed it done by the weekend and it was Thursday because I was planning on selling a car by Sunday.I called around everywhere these guys were the only ones that were able to get it done by Saturday morning.this is the first time I've ever had to get a windshield replaced through the insurance and Kurt the sales manager was very helpful even got on the phone and contacted my insurance to get the ball rolling ASAP. when I did a call around to get the windshield replace most companies didn't really try to fit me in the schedule but these guys did. Its hard to find good customer service and feel like these guys are 5 star in my book.

The experience was quick, simple, and everyone I talked to and dealt with was really nice and super professional! I received a new, great quality glass windshield in place of my old cracked one, and I'm so pleased with how everything turned out. They worked well with my car insurance and the whole thing was at no cost to me, phone conversations went smoothly between SafePro, my insurance, and myself, and I will definitely be a repeat customer of SafePro Auto Glass in the future.

Excellent workmanship and timely service

They were great! Super easy to schedule next day service. Biggest plus was I had a surprise appointment prior to the install. I called and they easily slid back the install an hour without completely rescheduling me (which I have had happen with other glass companies). I drive a lot, so with rocks causing cracks in my windshield, I constantly have to have glass replaced. I really appreciate their flexibility, professionalism and quick response time. I will use them again!

This was my 2nd time having glass replaced by SafePro. From start to finish.. they have AMAZING customer service. The office staff and technicians really do care about the whole customer experience. Repeat customer! When I phoned in my caller ID helped Paul identify me and he immediately pulled up my information. Very very helpful and knowledgeable. He was like a human being, and treated me like a friend. Josh was the man who came out to actually do the work, and he was great as well. He had done 5 windshields prior to mine, but was great and again treated me like a friend. Windshield is perfect, and quiet. Josh took extra care to wipe down the glass. He also didn't have to out blue tape on there. Nicely done! I would highly recommend this company! Lastly, two things: they have the funniest hold music ever, and I was blown away when both on a flyer attached to my invoice, as well as in a follow-up email, I received a message from the CEO with his personal cell phone number. Who does that?

Technician did a great job paying attention to detail. He even called in advance that he could come early which really helped out my packed schedule for the day. Amazing job giving me all details since it was my first go around on a windshield replacement. Very knowledgeable too. Drew did a great job getting me scheduled asap and Phil did a great job coming way early and replacing my windshield.

I got my windshield replaced by them not too long ago and I've had amazing customer service sense. Every time I get a chip in my windshield, because it's Arizona lol, they are usually out the next day. Always professional, always nice and fast ?

Taylor was excellent with scheduling the service and working out the claim with my insurance company. However, my only complaint is that the windshield was installed too low and only the bottom half of the VIN number can be seen through the bottom of the windshield. Other than that the service was great!

I highly recommend this place!! I'm horrible at remembering names but the receptionist was awesome!! She was so sweet, made me feel at home and explained everything so well. The guy who put my new window in also did an amazing job and was fast and efficient. He was very thorough with getting all the broken glass out as well. Needed a windshield replaced on a Kenworth T-680 tractor. Everyone was very friendly, professional, and helpful. They even called to make sure everything was ok when I was running late for my appointment and gave me the best directions to get into their facility with a loaded tractor-trailer. Luis handled my windshield install and everything looks great. Would definitely recommend.

Luis was very helpful and the work done have so much integrity in it. They said 1 hour service to replace it but it actually took only 45 mins. I'm a new customer as well and the lifetime warranty on chip replacement was shocking and incredibly awesome. Knowing that they offer the cheapest service compare to other shops with the same quality.

I broke another windshield?‍♂️this is my 2nd time here and everyone is just as friendly as day one!
*Again I got a better windshield then the factory one. They also do window tinting so they now permanently have all my business tinting the rest of my windows.
If you need windows tinted they have very reasonable prices. They beat the other places around the area. I am very impressed that they have mobile glass servicing throughout the county.

I had this company come to replace my windshield about three weeks ago. They never called when they were 30 minutes away, I had to call to see where they were at. When the technician was finished, I looked at my windshield and noticed that the rubber around the windshield looked like it had been cut with a razor blade and glued back together when I confronted him about this he said the sun causes damage but that he would order the new parts and they would replace the rubber around the windshield. I called days later and they said parts were never ordered. I then had to call again a few days later to see what the status was. Now I have realized that my rearview mirror is broken because of him too. This company has good reviews but I didn't have a good experience and would not recommend them.

I had a great experience. Mike fixed my winshield. Luis fixed my door glass. Tim booked my appt. All were friendly and did a great job. I went to the shop and waited for my car. The manager introduced himself and was also helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this shop for glass replacement.

I was mislead by my insurance company-Geico, thinking I had glass replacement when it was only glass repair, on my auto insurance policy. So then geico offered to help me (I’m thinking I’d at least get a discount from their third party-glass replacement company) we get to the day of the job and Safelite tells me last minute- I’ll be charged $430! No discount, no help. I shopped around and found SafePro. I cannot believe they only charged me $191. Their service was quick and painless & they didn’t try to rip me off. I’ll be using them again & I’ll definitely be referring them to anyone I know in need. Thank you SafePro !

I requested a quote at 8pm and got a call from Rafael within 5 mins of me submitting my information to them. I enjoy the fact that they are a usaa preferred company and they are a company people can trust. When it was time for my appointment, the gentleman came to my house, told me it would take about 30 mins and it seemed like only 10 mins when he rang my door bell to tell me he was finished. Very prompt and good at what they do.
Only downfall is I wanted more $ back but that's because I was comparing cash back competitors and could get $100 guarantee but with safepro it all depends on your car and how much the job will cost. Joseph took a good amount of time to talk and explain everything to me after I made my complaint. And he made me appreciate the customer service that much more!
Great company with great people :)

I had been working with Dave since the 2nd of the month. From start to finish he explained how everything works with the replacement and insurance. Not only did he walk me through it, but he did all the leg work once I started the claim. The customer service here is beyond great, any little glitch hiccup or new bits of information they called me to make sure I was informed. Dave even went out of his way to make sure I was scheduled same day due to my schedule being crazy for the next 2-5 days. Cannot recommend these guys enough. Everyone was professional, and Carlos the tech was courteous and quick! Trust the reviews you read on these guys they're the real deal!

Update 2:
After following up with the customer service team, I got my car detail scheduled and completed. The guy was honest about breaking one of the sun visor clips, koodos to him! SafePro reimbursed me for the clip.
I finally got the incentive check they promised to rush me... it came after the reimbursement check (which I thought was crazy).

I'd recommend these guys for anybody in the market. It was a messy transaction that I had. However, I could tell that they really cared by the way the worked so hard to make it right.

Update:
The windshield was just installed. First thing I noticed was that they didn't replace the glass with the same tinting as before. I had a blue/grey tint at the top of the windshield that was present since I had bought the car. On the phone I told Taylor that I had that tint. I'm not sure why he put tint=no on the work order.

I don't look forward to doing any repeat business with this company since I didn't get the product I wanted.

Great Customer Service! I spoke with Taylor (ext 125). He was able to promote his services by explaining the warranty and benefits of the glass and how the shop is a preferred shop by the insurance company. It's great to shop local and quality!
Plus, I got a rebate as well, matched the best rebate I found online.

I got my windshield replaced here yesterday. Noticed later when I got home when they cut the windshield out. They had messed up my interior roof cover up. Definitely was not a professional job. Just make sure your vehicle doesn't get messed like mine. Recommend going somewhere else to have insurance replacement done.

Easy & breezy! Phone process was about 15 minutes and as promised they came out to my home the next day and the replacement didn't take long either! My husband dealt with the installers and he said that they were very professional that we should of used them the first time (the same glass was replaced 3 months ago)!

One of the best places ive been too. Great pricing & great staff. Kirk (the manager) made sure I was taken care of and went out of his way to make sure I was happy with the service. Same goes for the technician who replaced my windshield. Id rate this place 10/10. I checked all over the valley and you can not find a cheaper place. ?

The sales manager Kirk Hodges went above and beyond to help get me the right part for my car door window. Even drove me to three parts places and took a whole lot of his time to help. And the repair total took less than an hour. They have earned my lifetime business and I couldn't recommend them enough!

I'm no auto glass expert but I do know good customer service and that's what safepro provides. They are quick, professional and awesome people. Have never had any issues or complaints and they've repaired my glass 5 times now. Would recommend to anyone!

These guys make it simple. I drive a Jeep, so windshield damage is frequent due to the angle of the glass to the road. I found them 9 years ago and they take care of me at least once a year. Always professional and convenient. Thanks SafePro!

Can't say enough about how helpful and professional they were. We had an encounter with a large rock on a trip from CA to AZ and needed a new windshield. We expected we'd have to extend our stay in AZ, but SafePro arranged a replacement that same afternoon, with a mobile unit going to our hotel. The cost was much less than I anticipated and our entire experience with SafePro was outstanding.

I called for a quote today, Roman was highly unprofessional! I entered the year, make, and model of my vehicle online, and then verbally told him. F-150 Harley Davidson, I told him 3 times and then he comes back and says No, theres only F-250. Ford Harley Davidson F-150, ARE YOU SURE? This is my truck, dude!!! Of course I'm sure! Not only was this unprofessional, but I found it extremely rude as well.

A few weeks ago, we were in need of a new windshield. I was nervous, I really thought it was going to cost an arm and a leg and 4 toes!! So, I called Safe Pro Auto Glass! When I was given the quote, I had them repeat it 4 times, because I couldn't believe the low cost! I was so happy!!! The customer service was great! I gave my mom their number to get her windshield replaced, as well as I now give out their number to everyone i see with a cracked windshield.. with those prices, there should be no excuse to drive around with a jacked up windshield.

My experience with SafePro was amazing! They had affordable pricing, they came out in less than 48 hours during a pandemic! I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

I had a windshield replaced by Safe pro auto glass under a promotion. If I had my windshield replaced through my insurance I would receive a check from part of the profit. The sales representative promised to have the technician hand deliver it at time of install. When the technician completed the installation I ask about the promotional check, to which the technician stuttered saying he wasn't given one and I should receive it in 7-14 days by mail. After the technician completed the job and left I called and spoke with the sales representative to verify the technician's statement. The sales representative told me that the check was made out and with the work order for my windshield, the check was no where to be found in the office. So the sales rep made good on the check and I received it in the mail soon after.

But my concern was not about the money, it was about what happened to the check and make sure my identity has not been compromised. I found out from the promotional representative that the check was deposited into an account to a bank that I have no affiliation with and my signature was forged on the back of the check. The promotion representative sent me a copy of the check to which I clarified it was not my signature. The promotion rep said she would contact the bank to find out what they needed to do because this was the first time they have had a situation like this.

This all started at the end of May of 2014. No matter how may messages I left I never received a return call, until I left a dissatisfied review on SafePro's website. About an hour after I received a oh one call from the installation manager apologizing for dropping the ball and that he would handle it. Once again I have not heard from him for over two weeks and have not received any return phone calls regarding message(s) I have left.

Now, nearly three months since this issue had arised, I finally received a call from the promotional representative apologizing for not following up with the issue and assuming that it had been taken care of. She said that she has spoken to her bank contact and forms will need to filled out and possibility of filing a police report. I was told I should hear back from her in a few hours and receive forms to fill out regarding check fraud and forgery.

Unfortunately with how this situation has been handled I doubt I will be doing business with SafePro again.

I am now a safepro customer for life and here's why.

1.Xenya is a kind, courteous and professional receptionist who shows genuine enthusiasm to ensure that customers are happy with the service provided on her watch.

2. Luis actually replaced my window and I was in and out so fast and It only cost me $223 to get my wind shield replaced.

SafePro provided an easy hassle free experience. When calling other glass companies across the valley, I received an uncomforting vibe. When I spoke to Paul at SafePro, he made me feel comfortable about the situation and that my car would be taken care of. I feel that Paul went above and beyond his expectations, but this could just also be the expectation of SafePro as an organization. What really put the cherry on top for me was when Paul three way conferenced my insurance company on the phone rather then leaving me on a wild goose chase to figure out what to do. Overall, great experience and will use SafePro going forward.

I had a windshield before these guys that lasted me 4 years of abuse before it finally cracked. These guys product lasted me 2 weeks; one rock and it looked worst than the old windshield.

Called a few local glass repair companies when my windshield cracked 2 days ago. Safepro was the only one that could get me in quick. I was in and out in 30 minutes. Not to mention, their customer service is fantastic! Highly recommend!

Need better communication and let customer know whats going on with inventory. After 4th week 4th appointments, they told us it is out if stock and after a tech broke new windshield.

My window looked HORRIBLE, I spoke with Doug and he scheduled someone to come out the very next day. I felt like I was driving a brand new car lol. Everyone was very pleasant and pricing is definitely affordable. Thank you guys so much!

This is a great place to go if you are looking to get a windshield replaced! I needed this done quickly, as I have a busy schedule, and they were able to get me in the day I called. It took no more than an hour and a half to replace the windshield. I spoke with Joseph on the phone and he was very prompt and professional. I appreciated him looking up how much a repair would be before I proceeded with the work. He was very accommodating and I’m incredibly grateful for having one less thing to worry about, as I had a tight schedule. My technician was Luis Pacheco, and he was courteous, able to answer any questions I had, and made my car look new again. I appreciated his work, and my car looks gorgeous! This place was clean, offered coffee and doughnuts, and had magazines to read during the wait. I thought it was neat how there was a large picture and autograph from Steve Jobs in the waiting area. It shows that the company is big on work ethic, innovation and growth if they are promoting Steve Jobs. That said a lot to me. I would recommend this place to anyone!

After the I initial screw up the office got Jackie, the manager, involved. They offered to reschedule and tint my window for free. Good to see a company tgat puts customers first and owns their mistakes. Highly reccomend.

If you can, ask for Charlie! He came to Mesa to help me repair a chip on a rainy day, and worked with me to get it done! Very friendly and helpful, even after a fake spider scare that was originally intended to scare me. Very professional and would highly recommend! 5 star employee right there!

They beat all the competitors prices like they said they would!!! Excellent customer service over the phone and in person, the technician gave me a call 60 minutes prior to coming and completed the job in my driveway in less than 45 minutes ??

Lowest price for OEM glass I could find (cheaper than aftermarket, read: Safelite). Had a tech out the following day (because I called late, my fault) and managed to be in-and-out in less than 30 minutes while I was at work. They didn't even disrupt my day and sent me a text after to give me post-installation instructions, too.

WILL BE DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM EVERY TIME I NEED A NEW WINDSHIELD.

They came to my home and for a windshield replacement on my wife's 2014 Civic. Tech got there a little after the time frame but for the price it was I couldn't really complain. Safelite wanted double the price for installation. Glad I found this company

Safepro Auto Glass is my first choice whenever i need a windshield replaced or repaired, they make it very convenient and come to your location wherever you may be, they have always arrived on time and their service is always performed quickly, but most importantly in a professional manner they are very respectful of your time and i definitely will continue to use them and refer them to my co-workers ! :)

I first came in contact with safepro glass at Cobblestone Auto spa at Litchfield and Bell and that's what started the processin the beginning everything was working fine until they did not show up on the first day of the second day after multiple calls I finally got ahold of Jackie Raupp who identified herself as one of the managing ownersand immediately went to work fixing all the problems that everyone else who created not only did she have a gentleman out here with a new window the next daybut they went ahead and did the window tint strip before delivery so I did not have to wait and have to have someone else come back a second time they also included some car washes and other great things that definitely turn my opinion around had it not been for Jackie I would have called State Farm and cancel my order she truly turned what should have been a a nightmare into a truly positive thanks to Jackie and her team everything went well.

This is the second time I use them and they have yet to disappoint me. If you need a windshield this is the right choice shout out to Taylor for the great customer service

Was ok, but not the experience I expected from TV commercials.. installation was done without rush, but rubber trim did not set correctly during installation, giving technicians trouble after setting glass.. glue was a little messy on trucks white finish, but was mostly cleanable with my Toyota bug and tar remover stuff..

Just had a windshield replaced. Quick and easy process with a fair price. I recommend their services.

we had an appointment from 12-5pm at 3pm called see status they said between 4-5pm 525pm we called oh tech is running late he will be there by 6pm 610pm office calls the tech got flat tire .....
