Apodaca's Glass & Door

I called Apodaca for glass replacement. I have 3 broken windows from golf balls. I spoke with a woman on phone on 11-07-22 she said she would have someone out on 11-08-22 between 10-1. I called at 4pm on 11-08-22 she put Oscar on phone he said he be there at 5:15pm no one showed are called this company can’t even get a estimate done so moving on to another company bad customer service

They showed up but did not bother to go to the houses on the list. Reschedule appointment for next day. No one has shown up. I have not even had a call from the office and still have not heard from them.
Went with another glass company!!!
I will not use them again or try to use them.

Very poor communication, not sure what happen to this company. I use to use them and they were great not anymore.

They came out measure my window and I was going on vacation in about 3 weeks. They said they would need a deposit. I read the reviews and at that time all reviews were bad saying they'll take your deposit and never do the work. I called back and said I couldn't do a deposit due to the reviews, I offered to just use another company if he was not ok with that. He explained it was his brother who did the bad business not him, so he wouldn't make me do the deposit as it was only $350. He sent the quote, I approved it. He called a week later saying he will be able to do it the following Wednesday. Next week came and I couldn't get ahold of him. He never did return my texts or calls. So I had to go in vacation with a busted window. I absolutely wouldn't recommend these guys. They're shady business.

I seriously wish I would have read some of these reviews before hiring these guys. ZERO communication for months. It literally took 6 months to get 1 window installed. Then as soon as it was done they called me THREE times in 2 days for payment. Do you understand that I had to call this company i would estimate 12 times within 6 months to understand what was happening with our window and it was like pulling teeth and then they had the balls to call me multiple times for payment. I called to speak to the owner and then missed his call when he called back. I honestly did not have the energy to not pay the bill in a timely manner because this lousy company seems like the type that would send me to collections. I do not recommend at all.

I’m super happy about my service with Apodaca’s. They were able to get someone out quickly to measure and we got the estimate back like a day later too. Had 4 dual pane windows replaced. Everyone is very professional and friendly, I will keep going to Apodacas for my window repairs and replacements. Pricing was good and so was the speed of all the repairs and service.

Wow! This company went above and beyond. I called to see what kind of turn around time they would have to fix or potential replace a double pane window that had been broken by the neighbors. The nice lady who answered the phone instantly went to work, placed me on a brief hold to call her tech that was in the area completing another job. She was able to fit the tech in the same day, and the wind tech came within an hour. The professional that arrived was just that, professional. Prompt, to the point. I’m happy with the service I got from Apodaca’s Glass and Door company. I would highly recommend Apodaca’s Glass and Door company without any hesitation to all my friends and family. Great price and great competent techs and staff. Highly recommend.

What an experience.
- I originally took my removable window there myself as they quoted me a really good price just to have the glass replaced. They said they would call me once its done in a week or so.
- A week or so goes by, no contact. I had to phone them and they said that there technician 'misplaced' the window, they will call me back once they find it. A few days go by, I phone again and they have 'lost' my window. They said they will contact me to arrange a new window replacement.
- Another weeks goes by, I again had to contact them to see what the hold up is. They said they will have someone come out to measure the window frame and replace the whole thing, all I pay is labor.....fair enough i'm okay with that. Guy comes and measures window, he said they will call me with ETA of delivery dates/times.
- 4 weeks go past and they finally call, frame will be here Monday we will come and replace that day. Monday rolls around, no one shows up, no phone call, nothing. I call at 1500 and they say the window was damaged in delivery, 'we will call once we receive another new frame'.
- Another 4 weeks go by, nothing. I decided to go there myself and talk with them. Supposedly distributer didn't have any materials in stock to build the window so they couldn't give an estimated date when it was done. I suggested trying a different one as this has gone on for way longer than it needed to.
- The next day the called and scheduled it to be fitted. The came and fitted the frame, done quite a bit of damage to the wall but that was slightly expected. The next day a guy came out and filled in the damage with wall repair, which it cracked later when it dried so I had to fix it myself.

Overall view....this is the snippet version of what I went through, the customer service I received was very up and down. I had to do all the hassling and phoning them when it should be the other way around. How/why did they lose the window in the 1st place is beyond me. But, they sensed that and they helped by not charging for the frame.
But would I recommend using them on my experience? No.

We are very happy we chose Apodaca’s Glass for our shower door installation. We recently had our shower remodeled and we were in search of a frameless glass enclosure. Due to the reviews of this company and their outstanding customer service, we decided to go with them! The cost of the glass and install was very reasonable and we are very pleased! We definitely found our new company for any and all glass needs and we will be referring them to our friends and family. Thank you Apodaca’s Glass! Our shower is beautiful and we are beyond satisfied.

I had such an amazing experience. First of all I called for information and a price quote on 10/09/2010. I was pleased at the professional, well spoken, polite and courteous young lady, Mariah. I took my window to the shop on Saturday 10/10/2020 morning, she asked her tech to make room for this emergency and he did! I had my window fixed in less than two hours! I would recommend Apodacas to anyone who needs window repair! Keep our small businesses in business! Thank you Mariah and Apodacas!

Apodaca’s Glass replaced a broken window pane in the time frame and price that they quoted. It was a good value! Office staff was courteous and service techs called 30 minutes before arriving. The best part was that we also had them build a glass wind screen for our firepit. They took time to discuss the project and provided several options for its construction. It is tailor made for our firepit and it is gorgeous.

Apodaca repaired three of my homes windows on two separate occasions. Two had a cracked pane and the other would not slide up and down. They were courteous, efficient and professional. They called to let me know they were on their way and arrived promptly and fixed the windows quickly. The technicians were courteous and professional. I was so pleased with their service I used them again for another broken window. I would recommend Apodaca Glass.

We stopped in to get an estimate for a piece of glass and two metal channels. It seemed like he was guessing at the price which was very high. We drove to Glendale Glass and for half the price was able to purchase what we needed. Would not recommend.

We have been waiting for this guys to come replace the window they installed last year! It came defective and after calling multiple times and them giving us different times and dates of appointments, it still has not been replaced. This is a business and the appearance of the company is very important. They seem to not care since they have already been paid. Yesterday was the last appointment they missed again! This is unacceptable!

Apodaca's Glass & Door is great! I've used them for my community and for personal use. Hector always answers the phone is great on following up with us and any questions I may have. The Technicians Julian & Juan Carlos are always professional and good at their work. They are always prompt and I have never had anywhere near a negative experience. I highly recommend them for any glass job you may have.

They never showed up!!! Oscar I spoke with you personally Saturday morning. You advised that all your employees were busy. And that you would send someone out Monday. However you asked if something came available Saturday would I be home? I advised yes. This is how the conversation went!! As a professional your approach could have been worded differently to not offend a would be client. However since you felt the need to tell me what I should have done, let me say this as a business owner maybe the correct approach would have been to apologize for the inconvenience and ask me to give you a call to address my concerns!!

Our landscaper accidentally broke the front window of hour home while cutting off a tree branch. Based on Yelp reviews, we chose Apodaca's Glass & Door for the repair. They were prompt, professional and had the replacement glass on time and installed as promised. From the estimator, repairman and finally to the accounting dept., they were all a pleasure to work with. I will certainly use Apodaca's in the future should the need arise. Thank you Apodaca's!

Hector came out the same day to get the window measurements. He even put a rush on getting the arched shaped dual pane window ordered. The window came in on the day expected and it was replaced promptly to satisfaction. I will definitely be utilizing their services again.

Had a good experience for our window replacement. The technicians were on time and friendly. We had a miscommunication on some details, but Christian was very professional and made sure everything was right! Would use again.

Apodacca Glass and Door is a great company. I’ve referred them to my clients a few times and they get the job done and at the right price. They are friendly and know their business. They do windows in the Phoenix area and Tucson. A great company to work with.

Could not get the window correct with two attempts.
Their installers had no idea what they were doing. They did more damage while attempting to install the window.
When I went to the office, the owner, Oscar, basically blew me off.
I would not recommend this company to my enemies.

Took in some frames to a couple of mirrors that got broke. They had no interest in looking at doing the glass. Ask why don't you just take it and get a new one? Umm because the matched my vanity. No desire to helped. Huffed and puffed about even looking at what I had. Right away started finding reasons he could not help me. Don't bother with this place.

Jesse provided prompt, friendly and competent service when I needed my sliding screen doors repaired. Definitely my go-to company for any further repairs or projects!

The recent monsoon blew a outdoor lamp through a dining room window.

It was replaced quickly with quality glass and installation.

Thanks to Oscar for the help with help to honor a dedicated Military Service Member on his US Navy Retirement. I would recommend this shop for any glass job.
