They showed up on time, didd a good job, and explained what I should and shouldn't do for the first few days after replacing my windshield. Nice people.
They set an appointment with me, only to cancel it a couple days later, the day before the set appointment because they could not find the glass back window for my truck (or their supplier could not find it). Although, I was able to find it with a quick eBay search. I was lead to believe they had the glass on hand already.

My small double pane glass window over my staircase separated and needed to be replaced. I has a stained glass window installed in front of the window, attached by screws and clips. The men were able to remove the old window and replace it without damaging the stained glass. They did an excellent job. Friendly and professional.

I came in to get my windshield replaced because it had acquired a few cracks in it and I wanted to get it taken care of before monsoon season hit. There is a cancellation for an earlier appointment, and the company called me asking if I would like to come in earlier, which I told them I could, and I did! Did! They were thorough and checking out the car, to make sure there were no extra dings or cracks that I was unaware of, and was told it would take about 2 hours. Windshield was replaced within an hour, and was told what to do and what not to do for the next 48 hours while everything's set. The people there were very sweet, the atmosphere was laid back, and the technician who helped me was very informative and answered any questions I had. Will definitely go here again if I have any issues or need any other work done for my car :)

They showed up to do estimate exactly when they said they would. Installation was 5 days later and installation tech came an hour early since he had someone cancel. He was done in an hour. Very professional company. Would use them every time.

This is my 1st time using Reliable Glass who was recommended by my insurance carrier based on their availability because I needed a windshield replacement within 12 hours. They were communicative and expedient but the 5 star rating really goes to Nathan a.k.a Nate who serviced my car. Nates level of professionalism was top notch! He took the time to show me small but significant details regarding my car I would never have noticed, thought about or any other service provider had shared. While that is amazing the most notable aspect of his service is his TV commercial like personality. In the BEST way. He clasps his hand and holds them to his body mid torso when introducing himself with a voice and articulation that is made for recordings. Nate is an asset to RG and the reason why I would use your services again. As long as you send Nate!

The only downfall was there was no one to greet you when you arrive for appointment. You basically sit until their done Installing glass for others in back. Otherwise they did great job on glass. I got my glass installed on a Saturday. Maybe a sign posted would help with confusion.

I contacted Reliable Auto Glass because I had a huge crack halfway across my windshield after another company improperly installed my windshield. Tiffany was the representative that made me contact them. She was so sweet and really made me feel comfortable with their services and abilities. They got me set up really quick and worked with my schedule to have it done while I was at work. Their even coming to recalibrate everything in my car. I would 100% recommend them going forward.

They live up to their name. Reliable. I called after my rear window was shattered from a storm. Kayla answered all my questions and was a delight to speak with. She set the repair for the next day, told me they would call in the morning to give me a 2 hour window for the technician to arrive. The next morning, Chris, the technician for Reliable, call at 8:30 and said he would be there between 9-11. He came when he said he would, did the repair in the time he said it would. He was professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this company without a second thought.

Scheduling an appointment was super fast and easy, all I had to do was give them a day I was available (luckily theyre open Saturdays), the young lady set up time, day and worked with my insurance to file the claim. Kyle came out early and was very fast and efficient! He went over minor details prior to starting and then wrnt through instructions after! Thank you, Kyle for doing such a great job and not having me wait around all day for you to arrive! You did an amazing job!
my insurance company uses a third party vendor to handle all windshield related issues that also happens to be an auto glass repair company that shall remain nameless. i never dealt with this issue before so i nearly walked into the trap of thinking i had to use that company instead of the one i wanted, reliable glass. i got them to okay reliable glass and from there it was fantastic.
Kayla at reliable glass set me up. she walked me through everything. she made sure my insurance worked for me. the appointment was made based on mutual availability, not just telling me and making me work it out on my end. Kayla walked me through the actual replacement process and told me what to expect day of. she also made sure i had the company number and her name if i needed anything.
day of i received a call for a my eta from the tech, Curtis C. and he showed up when he said he would. gets even better. he was so professional and pleasant both in appearance and demeanor. did the work in the estimated time frame and left my car clean. i mean not one fingerprint! everything seems fine and i am a happy customer that would definitely recommend reliable glass.

I called a collision repair shop to get a recommendation for auto glass replacement, and the person said they always use Reliable Glass. The customer service person I spoke to made it very quick and easy, she even made a three-way call with my insurance. One call and it was done. Steven called me to say he could come earlier, and my glass was replaced ahead of schedule. He was experienced, efficient, and took his time to make sure everything was perfect.
Punctual, professional and courteous. Reliable Glass is a great business to get your glass replaced. Highly recommend them for any of your glass replacement needs. They answer your call and if they are busy at the time, they call you back right away.

I'm embarrassed I can't remember the techs name but he was stand up all the way. I fixed cracked windows for a few months many years ago but never replaced them like I had done to my little ford ranger. Anyway, Reliable glass did a great job, was on time, very professional all the way. I was referred to them from my insurance carrier and Reliable glass is now on my permanent go to company. Great and nice customer service and the guy that came out to replace it was really nice.
I started to go with another company but decided not to when the man was extremely rude about timing. I called Reliable Glass and they matched the price and then some. It was done efficiently and quickly. As well as a good price. On time and very friendly. Only problem im having is my newly installed window is rattling when I shut the door. I need to call them and discuss it. Im sure its not anything that cant be remedied. Other then that great company.

Had a rock hit my windshield. All services taken care of with windshield replacement. They are approved by StateFarm insurance so they set up the conference call to approve replacement. All I had to do was sign the paperwork. It was that easy. Technicians call before arrival. They are neat clean and friendly. Office staff Was very accommodating. I have no problem referring them for auto glass needs.

I asked for a quote and because they were closed I got a call first thing the next morning. From the beginning to the end I was so impressed with Reliable Glass. Because the first person (Beatrice) was on the line when I called to give my insurance info. I was sure I was was going to be playing phone tag all day, but that was not the case (Stephanie) stepped in and it was like a beat was never skipped. Due to the fact I can not have my cell phonere readily available (Stephanie) left me a message. When I finally was able 2 Call back I got (Ashley). Once again that beat was never skipped she did 3 way with the insurance company and got that squared away. Then today (Steven) called and gave me a 2 hour window in which he would arrive. He didn't disappoint. All CSR' s that I dealt with were very friendly. I know this review is long but I wanted to mention all by name. I would definitely recommend Reliable Glass, and I am sure to use them again. Thanks!!

Steven Roybal put a new windshield in my 2012 Town n Country van. He was polite, courteous. Steven called and said he would be at my home between 2-4:00 P.M he arrived at 2:00 P.M. He left good instructions concerning letting the windshield sealer cure. What more could you ask for really. I took the van through a car wash today no leaks. Thank you Steven and Reliable Glass.

Very prompt and courteous service. They came right to the house during the promised window of time and replaced my windshield. The car was left in a clean state and all the sensors were properly re-connected. I would use this vendor again.

Went well. Still not certain why he had to cut my molding though. I had to notice that it was trimmed with a knife jaggedly. I was told he did it to prevent wind noise. I let it slide at the time but in retrospect I wonder why he didn't tell me about it. Most likely it was gouged and then trimmed off. If it was one of my other cars I would have had it replaced with a new gasket. Just wish I would have been told rather than me noticing it. He sure was clear on all my defects like a cracked dash before he started though.

Customer service was friendly, and installation convenient. Only issue was that it took 5 weeks to get the windshield as it had to come from the manufacturer. More likely this was a dealership issue, but it was still frustrating.
I can’t remember ever using a different company than Reliable. They are just that reliable! I moved from the valley a couple years ago and still drive down to have them work on my windsheild.
Was contacted as they were on their way out. Showed up on the time they said. The rep was friendly and went over the process with me. It took him about 30 minutes to change it out. They were profession and did a great job.
Bruce came out on time when he said he would be here. Answered all my technical questions I had about the new window. And did a good job. You said it would be 45 minutes and that was the time. Very happy with the new window

Brian installed new low-e glass in our windows and doors. The consummate professional!! Brian even rebuilt the patio sliding door that was installed incorrectly by the last owners. I love the windows and doors, and would highly recommend Reliable to anyone!
