By far the worst company when it comes to their customer service AND installation work. We bought a completely new sliding glass door, which needed to be ordered for our frame measurements. They told us that it would take 3 weeks for our door to be delivered to their warehouse, where then we'd make an appointment to have it installed. Totally fine and understandable. After the fourth week, we called to ask for an update. Every time we called them, they said they would go check in the warehouse and give us a call back in 20 minute or first thing in the morning. Again, totally fine. However, we never one ever received a phone call from them. So, we called back the next day. The same exact situation happened every single day for two extra weeks. Never received a phone call back for an update. We had no idea if our door was even there or what the situation was because they were terrible at communication.
Once we finally received confirmation about our door being in, we then were able to make an appointment for the installation. You'd think that that would have been relief, however, probably even worse than the customer service. They came to install our door, but didn't think to put tarp up while cutting the cement, ect. Our floors, walls, kitchen, EVERYWHERE was covered in thick dust. To make it even better, they didn't even clean up after themselves or even apologize. They also did the worst installation job and our door is crooked and the screen door lock isn't aligned. They were so incredibly lazy.
Long story short, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
