We placed an order for a glass door and one window replacement in January 2022. We were told it would be about 4 weeks for it to come in, no big deal. After several calls for an update on our order, we schedule for install in late March. His team was given the correct phone number to contact several times, however day of install the team calls the wrong number, they don’t even ring our doorbell, and drive away when no one answered the call. When I called the office, the receptionist tells me she doesn’t know what happened and Larry will have to call us back to reschedule. Why the receptionist can’t schedule or do anything besides be a glorified answering machine for Larry blows my mind how this business is still functioning. Larry never called me back. A month and several unanswered calls goes by before we can schedule another time for them to do the work in April. When their team showed up they ran out of an item and couldn’t complete the job that day. It was another month before the install was completely finished in late May. Took 5 months for them to order and install 1 glass door and 1 tiny bathroom window.

I will never use them again due to lack of responsiveness, poor customer service, and clear disorganization.

If you need home windows replaced or glass replaced in there windows please don't bother. Called to order service, think 1k in services, and was told Larry would schedule an apointment. Called back day or two later and talked to Larry and assured Roadrunner would be out next week. Well 2 weeks later still nothing. I guess my money is not really wanted. I guess they will only come out if your abig spender.

I called 3 places and Road Runner was by far the best price and had the fastest and best customer service. 1 place never called me back and the other never called to schedule. Road Runner came out within 4 days and the team was awesome.

They called before arriving, explained the process and replaced panes in my ALUMINUM windows (they're hard to replace correctly). He even explained things about my windows I never knew how to do. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. Very happy with the work. I should have called them sooner!

Paid the better part of $600 for a piece of glass from this business. Had to schedule and reschedule delivery 3 different times in two days because they kept trying to schedule delivery before finishing the edging. They sat with the edging undone for over 24 hours and continued to push the delivery back. We kindly asked them to stop scheduling the delivery of an UNFINISHED product. They did all of this knowing we had a 3 month old at home that I was trying to schedule the delivery around. I called, asked for a manager, left a message for Doug, he NEVER called me back. Then they called to get the second half of the payment and kindly gave me fifty dollars off of a $125 delivery fee? That’s the value they place on their customers sitting around for over 24 hours with an infant to take in to consideration. Will never ever recommend this place to anyone. Oh, and STILL have yet to get a return call from the manager. Still considering contacting the BBB. I don't usually write reviews but I think people need to beware of how this company operates

One of the best experiences I've had with commercial business. Mrs Incredible wanted a full length mirror installed in the master bedroom.

I called Roadrunner and they took over! Their guys stopped at the house, took the necessary measurements and the next day, I received a very good price.

The following week, their installation guys stopped by and in less than an hour, I had exactly what iwanted.

If your need glass or mirrors, call my friends at Roadrunner Glass and I guarantee you'll be pleased.

Great glass company to work with. We build custom steel items for a multitude of clientele, and we use a lot of glass in our designs. Roadrunner has some excellent field installers with great attention to detail and communication. As well as helpful sales staff who ensured the job got done right. I walked into their location on Thomas Rd, and right away the lady working at the front desk seemed as if I was interrupting her. I asked a question about gluing metal to glass, and if they do custom work like that. She then proceeded to ask someone else in the office right off of the show room about my project, she then come back and told me to use silicone without any explanation or any attempt to help me as if I what she was doing was more important. Little did they know that this small project cost them $500.00, I found another shop to do it, and know they have four of them that they are doing for me right know that will be on displays in Scottsdale, Beverley Hills, and Manhattan.

Came here for a piece of custom glass for a media center that cracked. They were able to replicate the piece for a reasonable price. Drop off and pick up was a courteous experience, and I got the impression that they knew what they were doing. The turn around time was great, and the new piece looks good. I'd come here again.

Great customer service and quality products

I went in there with a custom project. The guy who helped me kept telling me that what I was trying to accomplish was impossible. Unfortunately, for them I was able to find a company who was far more knowledgeable and wanted the large project I handed them.

Our first time in, staff was very helpful, however we did come prepared with our drawing, template, and measurements.

Wow. About the most unprofessional business I have dealt with. Take your business elsewhere, trust me. Guy actually cussed and laughed about a window we had installed in a new construction from a manufacturer they are considered dealers of. Total joke
