We placed an order for a glass door and one window replacement in January 2022. We were told it would be about 4 weeks for it to come in, no big deal. After several calls for an update on our order, we schedule for install in late March. His team was given the correct phone number to contact several times, however day of install the team calls the wrong number, they don’t even ring our doorbell, and drive away when no one answered the call. When I called the office, the receptionist tells me she doesn’t know what happened and Larry will have to call us back to reschedule. Why the receptionist can’t schedule or do anything besides be a glorified answering machine for Larry blows my mind how this business is still functioning. Larry never called me back. A month and several unanswered calls goes by before we can schedule another time for them to do the work in April. When their team showed up they ran out of an item and couldn’t complete the job that day. It was another month before the install was completely finished in late May. Took 5 months for them to order and install 1 glass door and 1 tiny bathroom window.
I will never use them again due to lack of responsiveness, poor customer service, and clear disorganization.
