Randy is a good man!He is also prior military. Very stand-up and caring. He looks out for his customers and treats them well while also delivering quality service. Communicates with the customer exactly what was wrong and tells you how they fixed the issue(s). You don't feel like you're getting scammed or getting a bad deal at all! Randy will make sure you're taken care off.He made me promised to not tell y'all how cheap he charged me so I won't. Haha. But let me tell you when he says he charges cheaper than everyone else, he does! And way better service and quality you could ask for compare to your standard dealerships or other repair shops than charge you $300+He also offers mobile service on the weekdays, so if you can't come to his shop, he'll have his tech come to you! I've been plagued with 2 cars that had BOTH window regulators go out at the same time over the last month or 2. I found these guys and have to say, very impressed with the operation. Not only do they quickly respond to text inquiries, they show up when they say they will and get the job done quickly. Happy to say 1 car down and 1 more to go. They came within 2hrs of me contacting Randy, today, and took care of my Fiat. Both windows work just like new again. Nice and smooth and no odd noises. Well worth the $$ spent especially with the warranty they provide. You just can't go wrong with these guys. Especially here in AZ. With summer not too far off, being able to open and close your vehicle's windows is a MUST. Well done guys! I will most certainly be calling on you again for the Corvette in the next few weeks.

No issue with install, tech was great. But you need to communicate with customer if going to be late. Also, if your going to quote a price, plus tax. Don't leave out Fuel & Environmental fee's and another maintenance fee.. Just be up front. I would have still had you do the repair.

Randy the owner was amazing! Not only did he stay open late, so he could fix my passenger window. That wouldn’t go back up. But sat down with my sister and I, while we waited. Took my car to an auto shop because my window got stuck and wouldn’t roll up or down. Spent $125 and they didn’t even bother to put my door back together and didn’t have my car for 6.5 hours. Took it over to Randy, window was back up in 5 minutes and he made sure the job was done properly
Great service, had a window regulator go out and window was stuck down, was willing to come out the same day to fix it but I scheduled for the next day due to my availability.. Mobile service came out to my house and replaced the regulator in a quick timely manner, cost was exactly what I was quoted. Will definitly use them again for any power window issues.

So incredibly grateful and pleased with the service we received. It was fast and good work for significantly less than the dealer was going to charge.We had gone to the dealer to pick up the car from the garage and when we went to roll up the window [the dealer had all 4 windows down for some reason], there was a crunch and the glass fell down in on the passenger front window. Dealer quoted an astronomical price to fix it and said it would take 2.5 hours to fix, if they even had the part in stock. Frantic, because we needed the car to get to the airport the next day, I called and the owner of Phoenix Power Window Repair picked up, even though it was Saturday and he had already closed. As soon as I said the year, make, and model of the car, he recognized it and knew what was probably wrong with it (window regulator--a well known issue with our model of car).I have to say that this man was such a blessing to us. Even though it was his day off and he shouldn't have even had to answer the phone, he invited us to come to the shop and fixed the car for less than half the price the dealer quoted and had the work done in 30 minutes. I could not thank him enough for what he did for us--I would not hesitate to recommend Phoenix Power Window Repair in a heartbeat to anyone that needed their windows fixed!

The tech that came to me was Rob. He was very professional and extremely personable. He has to be the top in his field because it took him approximately 45 minutes to remove and replace the window regulator in a 2004 Lincoln LS. I would highly recommend Phoenix Power Window Repair for any job you have. They are the best.

I’ve had a broken window that would not go up and down for a couple years and decided to finally get it fixed and these guys were able to repair it. The window is moving like new now. They originally quoted me approximately $250, but once they discovered I didn’t require an entire replacement for whatever gear was malfunctioning for my windows, they adjusted the invoice to save me money. It was also quick and I waited less than 20 minutes in their office. These guys were very honest, professional, and were considerate about the coming holidays. They have won the spot for all my vehicle window needs moving forward. Very happy with them.

Great job clean and efficient, considerable less than a repair shop worth the cost Don't go to a dealer and have to leave your car or wait all day.
Watch out for the hidden fees. So far the window seems to be okay. Here is the explanation of the fees I was given (after the fact) so there is no surprises for you. If I had known about the extra fees, I would have gone to my own mechanic who was prepared to charge me less than $235 but I opted for the convenience of the mobile service.In addition to the window base they may quote you. Here are other feesF&E fee: 16.85 (He says this is a surcharge for him s running around the valley, again, why not put this as part of the base or tell people)Maintenance: $5.85gloves and cleaning the window and graphite on the sides to make it go up and down smooth, greasing the rails. ( this seems like a service that should be part of base but is perhaps a nickel and dime catch)They should just add this amount to the base rather than tacking on after the fact.I was charge a 4.99% credit card fee and had I known I would have paid cash. They should tell you before running the card.This guy Randy called me and was irate at my initial 3 star review and threatens to cancel my warranty if I didn’t take it down. I had copied and pasted his own words from an email he sent me explaining the fees. He did not want other customers calling and wanting the deal that he was giving me for repeat service. I don't want that deal because the proper thing is to make it right NOW rather than deferring a wrong and basing it on me giving you more of my money in the future. Nonsense. If you are willing to not charge me these fees in the future, why cant you refund them now? He must think everyone is gullible. I think the email was just riddled with nonsense that made him look bad. Since he did mention some info about a coworker, I am taking it down to save face for him. BUT I am changing to one star for unprofessional threatening behavior. I told him that I would also sue him if he tried to cancel my warranty over his own words to me.I think his proper response should have been to refund me all those extra fees that no one mentioned before hand and add the proper state and local tax. Two people told me an amount plus tax. There was no tax which is something interesting in and of itself. That's unethical and poor customer service. I post this so they can DO BETTER.Again. the window was repaired. So far, I have no issues with the actual service but future customer you may want to have him send you the quote in writing beforehand.so there are no miscommunications.
I’m very happy a friend pointed me to this company. Love that I could text them for initial contact! I hav a yr 2000 van and it’s sometimes hard to find parts. The technician EDGAR called 20 minutes before arriving, repaired the power window in approximately 30 minutes, a truly outstanding and respectful young man. Got a quote from these folks for the passenger side rear power window repair of my car and made an appt for on-site serviceWhen they showed up, they said they mistakenly only brought the part for the front window and they would have to come back another day. BUT, then the price would be almost double what they had quoted.When I asked them to honor what they quoted me, they said not interested and told me to feel free to get a quote from competitors.Went ahead and did that and had another company make the repair. Glad to have dodged a bullet with these folks.

Robert showed up early and was very professional. He estimated 30 minutes but was done in fifteen. I had been estimated at over 400 and as high as 1200 but these folks repaired my window for 250 and gave my part a lifetime warranty. Very satisfied with there work and would be glad to use them again in the future. Good job folks keep it up.
I needed to find a reputable car window repair company in a flash so i could send them out to my Sisters place to fix her driverside window, that had fallen off the track Due to some malfunction in the regulator. Phoenix Power Window Repair were the first to pop up in my online search. SO I called them right up, In which they answered right away! They were super helpful right from the start. The woman that answered seemed very knowledgeable in the work and quickly made me feel assured that they knew the what I was going to need and was willing to get explain to me some quick details I needed to relay to get her tech scheduled and on their way to my sister. The tech showed up on time in a company truck which looked great right away. He also seemed very knowledgeable in his work, appeared friendly and got the job done within 30 min. I came in today and had the most amazing experience! Harley at the front desk was my first point of contact and was extremely informative and helpful. Also was so kind and gave my 3year old ( who is on the spectrum) some snacks to eat while we waited for the regulator to be replaced.Randy was heaven sent! Very personable, and professional. I cannot praise enough the service provided by this company. It was a very satisfying experience. Firstly, what matters the most, the window regulator replacement I requested was done with a great level of care and attention to detail, no corners were cut. They do quality work and I was there to witness it. They even bothered to explain and demonstrate to me what had gone wrong with my car's original regulator. Secondly, they made a great effort to accommodate their schedule to mine; I called late in the evening and they still found a way to help me within an hour, more or less. Thirdly, their fee was quite competitive, and given the quality of their work and service, a bargain. Finally, Randy, whom responded to my call, was the nicest guy, very personable and professional; he provided me with excellent customer service. Highly recommended.
I was in a little over my head when I tried repairing the window on my daughter's car by myself. I contacted Phoenix Power Window, they quoted me the best price I could find, and they came out the next day. The technician did an excellent job of replacing the regulator/motor and putting everything back together that I had taken apart. This service was amazing. The tech came to the house and explained everything. If your window regulator breaks and you need it repaired properly, I highly recommend this company.The owner saved me 50% over the service department and instead of waiting all day, was home with my family. They were accommodating to my schedule and fit the appointment in same day, even though it was a bit after hours. They really do want your business!The person who made the repair was friendly and knowledgeable. He educated me about the part that broke and demonstrated a high level of competence while providing excellent customer service.
I called around and they were the best price with the best turn around time. All of the repair shops told me they could have my driver's side window fixed by the end of the day if I dropped it off to them in the morning. Phoenix Power Window Repair told me a time frame for when they would be out and an estimated time for how long the repair would take. My technician was James and he was very friendly, called me a half hour before he got to me and even accommodated my request that he call me when he got there because of my dogs and how much they love door bells. Everything went very smoothly with the repair and there were no surprise charges or add on's to the cost that I was told earlier. All in all a great experience, and I am very pleased to have my window working again.
Terrible business practices. They told me they could help fix my windows if I bought new equipment, which I did, then backed out two days before my appointment which had been scheduled for weeks. Maybe they're good for simple jobs that anyone can do, but stay away if you need anything that requires a bit of effort.

They have repaired 2 of the power windows on my 2003 Yukon, one needed a regulator and the other needed a motor. I am so glad that I found Phoenix Power Window Repair online...They are great!!! My window dropped into the door on Saturday afternoon. Not many places to go to. One, that was open, quoted the job at $480 and couldn't do it right away. I called this guys and they said, they would come to me and charge $250 plus tax. What a difference... The first place estimate was for 2hrs of labor. Phoenix Power Window mechanic completed the job within 45 minutes!!! Outside, on the parking lot, by my work. Great customer service. I took my 1994 Chevy Suburban in to fix two front power windows on May 17, 2018. The techs diagnosed the problem in 5 minutes, recommended a fix and saved me lots of money. PPWR was able to schedule an appointment with a technician at my home, which I found super convenient considering I was flooring my addition all day that day. This was the simplest auto repair I have every had to deal with. Randy in the office took my call yesterday, identified the parts needed, scheduled my appointment with my quote and assured me it would be fixed. James the technician arrived today, ON TIME, with a phone call prior to arrival as promised. Repairs done, NO additional charges. These guys are awesome! I was going out of town, right before Christmas and my window on my Hyundai went out. I called the Hyundai dealership freaking out because I needed my window fixed ASAP! They dealership was so rude to me on the phone, said that they didn't even know if they had the part and would try to look at my car. I found these guys and right away the service they gave me was completely different. They were so helpful, and accommodating. They drove out to Mesa, AZ, met me at work and got it done in a timely manner!! He said he would be done in a half an hour and he was. When they said they would be at my work in 10 mins- they were. Very professional, honest, and genuine. Highly recommend them!!!!! I will be keeping their number handy if my windows go out again .
I called PPW on a Monday morning desperate to get my driver window repaired that day. The man I spoke to was so polite and professional. Every staff member was polite, courteous and professional. So, they asked if I could bring it in around 1pm. I quickly agreed and they had me in and out in no time at all. They kept me updated on how the work was coming, how much longer. And when I got to my door they even put my walker in the car for me, cuz they saw I was struggling. The price quoted to me was reasonable and nothing added on after the work was finished. Explained that the parts are lifetime guaranteed and labor for a year. Wow! If I could give them 10 stars I would.

I was so impressed with the quality of service I received. I called Lexus dealer and they said cost could be $867+ to fix window. It was only a screw that came loose behind the door panel. Fixed quick and cheap! Use them, you'll be as happy as me!

My day was saved after spending the whole day trying to find someone to repair my power window. These guys are the best hands down. I was helped out by Jason who is a very nice and professional tech that was so quick and efficient. Jason is very knowledgeable about what he is doing and good at walking you through it. I now know who to call anytime and they will anwer their phone.
I needed window repair on two separate vehicles. I called and explained the problem quite clearly over the phone for both vehicles. The switch on the drivers side stopped working, then the drivers side switch stopped working a month or so later, this was all communicated to the office. The tech shows up removes the motor and regulator installs the new one and says that was not the problem...... O.K. so it must be the switch, right? The tech asked if I wanted the new motor left in place, why?? If the problem is and has always been a failing switch it did not make sense to spend hundreds of dollars for a motor/regulator I don't need, makes sense to me. The tech removed the new motor/ regulator and says oh by the way I need to charge you $130 for diagnosis after the fact. Typically a diagnosis is done prior to the work performed, and I still paid him for the work he performed on the second vehicle which did fix that problem. The issue I have, is that it seems the front office did not listen to my problem in the beginning and it would have been simple to throw in a switch while the door was apart, then it may have made sense to replace the $125 switch (their charge) and forego the diagnostic charge instead, makes sense to me. I am now left with paying a worthless diagnostic bill and forced to replace the switch myself, which by the way is only $30 from a local parts store. Buyer beware!

They were great came out on time and had the right parts fixed both rear power windows on a 2006 jeep liberty that had come off the tracks and broken the regulators .The repairman who came out, sorry don't recall his name, was polite quick knowledgable and very neat .he took care not to leave any marks or dirt or debris on the rear door panels and cleaned the area up so it looked like they were never touched. Very very pleased all around with this company and if I ever have another window issue I'll be calling them right away .I highly recommend them.

Young man that installed my new window motor on our Toyota Highlander was on time and did a great job in a very reasonable amount of time. He was a total professional and was very polite and I plan on using this company more down the road. This sure beats utilizing a shop somewhere when you do not ever know the talent level of the individual working on your car while you are not present. This is a great concept in future auto repairs.
This was my first time using this company. My side window stopped working and I was unable to pull it up. I texted the office and they were very quick to get back to me and see how they could help. I am very pleased with the response time and the technician was very professional and quick with my repair. I will be referring others here if they have problems with their windows. These guys are simply AWESOME! I highly recommend them to everyone. I had a driver door window stop working, and found this company on the internet. I called them and got an appointment. At the appointed time, I called and talked to the owner Randy on the phone who was able to diagnose the issue over the phone and he also looked up the part for me while we were talking without me having to ask, and he called a place or two for me as well to see if they had it in stock while I was on hold. He was 100% correct. I had to still order the part but he ended up saving me around 150 dollars by the time I was all done. This is an excellent company with a combination of professional skills for the business and high customer service which you just cant find these days. To go anywhere else is just beyond insanity.

I've used Phoenix Power Window Repair twice now. First was for when the window regulator went out. I'm an over-the-road truck driver and had to have someone meet them to get it fixed as i was out of town.Then just a few weeks later, some scumbag broke into my car, breaking the window in the process. This company came to my home and serviced my faulty window. It turned out that the master switch went out and there would be a little more wait time involved but really the whole process was timely and painless. Incredibly friendly and the best price I could find. I would recommend this company to everyone.

Extremely fast and affordable. I've fixed the regulator and motor in the same vehicle before and it was a pain. This time around I had 2 windows to fix so I was willing to spend a little more to just have someone else do it. Jason managed to get one window working without having to replace anything so I was only charged for one of the windows. He could have easily replaced parts for both and charged me for both and I would have been none the wiser. Very honest people. I wish there were a way to tip for excellent service but since there isn't I hope this flattering review helps a little. Jason (and his trainee) deserve raises! I called first thing in the morning and was scheduled for that afternoon. James called me and let me know he was running a little behind, but that he would get me done that day. Very few companies have people that bother to let you know what their status is. He arrived and was able to diagnose the problem very quickly after careful disassembly of my door panel. I greatly appreciate the attention to detail. He showed me what I needed to do to fix the problem on my own (saving me money). Randy and James are great guys to work with, and I will not hesitate to use them again for any power window issues that I have!!!

We live in Apache Junction, a town they do not service, but he was willing to meet us halfway, and on a Sunday! We had great, fast, knowledgeable and friendly service. The price was very reasonable to.. I would highly recommend Phoenix Power Window Repair.
First time I had to contact Randy was in Nov 2015. My son's window would not roll up. So I did a Google search, read some reviews, and decided to call. Randy was friendly and he did a great job! Months later my van window stop working. Contacted Randy, got the same reliable, friendly service, and another great job done. My youngest son's car window was off track. So we contacted him again! Our experience has always been consistent with Randy, which is an outstanding job! I definitely will recommend him. I forgot to mention that he came to our home and my job!
I had my driver's side window regulator replaced on my car about a year and a half ago. The service was good but my repair was a little sketchy. My windows operated differently since install which led me to believe that I was given a different regulator than what was for my car, however the window was guaranteed and it worked so input it in the back of my mind. The regulator went out about 4 or 5 months later and I was originally told I was gonna have to pay 100 for replacement labor. Which was about 45% of the original cost. Reluctantly I agreed and brought it back to the shop in which I was told he would settle for $40 instead of the $100...? ok? My window regulator stops working AGAIN approx 3 months after the second repair and at this point I'm contemplating sending it elsewhere and eating the cost to get it done right. However after paying almost $300 in a year for one window I was gonna let them repair it and then give them a horrible review. I call them to tell them my problem and it's like a whole new company. For the first time through out all of this they actually offered to come to me to fix my window and not once was there a mention of a fee for the warranty. My driver's side has worked like dream since the new repair person came to my house and fixed it correctly. My passenger side recently broke (chevy cruze windows are notorious for these going out after 100k I learned) and the service was sent to my drive way and again was pleasently exceptional. Im so glad they got it together over there and I would recommend this business to anyone, now.

Very professional, stellar customer service, and overall saved me $200 on my car window repair from their competition! I called Phoenix Power window repair by accident to confirm a quote of $500 that I received earlier from Power Window Repair however, a representative from Phoenix Power Window Repair came to my house, assessed my window, and pulled my window up for FREE. Then gave me a quote of $350 to fix the entire window/regulator. Under their advice I immediately called Power Window Repair and told them that I received a lower quote from their competitor and asked if they do price matching? They did, and offered to fix my window for a cheaper price. Amazing!I really appreciate Phoenix Power Window Repairs honesty and commitment to customer service and satisfaction. I have never written a review but this company is more than deserving of one!

I had both rear windows on my 1998 Chrysler Sebring convertible repaired at Phoenix Power Window Repair and I can highly recommend this business. The repairs were done in a very timely fashion and the estimated price was fair and reasonable. If you need power window service don't hesitate to call Randy for a quote.
We've depended on Phoenix Power Window Repair three times now. We made the choice of a model of minivan that unbeknownst at the time of purchase is prone to the cable snapping in the front power windows. So, until we get something else, we're stuck. These people deliver fast, friendly, reliable service at a cost well below what anyone else can deliver. I guess when demand and specialization meet, it's a win-win for everybody. I would recommend them to anyone.

Hey Phoenix,Phoenix Power Window Repair fixed my truck rear passenger window in 40 minutes. They were on time and did excellent work. Best $200 I've spent. I took my Jeep Liberty to the dealer for the same repair last year. It cost me $500. Their price would have been around $225. I now have my guy for car window repairs. Before finding Phoenix Power Window Repair, I was anticipating $385 after taxes to get it fixed and without my car for the day. Wrong. 220 and Couldn't be more pleased with the service or the tech. Absolutely delightful and AMAZING. From start to finish took longer to finish a cigarette than it took to finish the window. The warranty and everything explained and the fact that they come to you and say this is where I'm at and this is how far out is heaven for knowing what you can and cannot do in the meantime. Don'tgo anywhere else.
I am very happy with the service I recieved from Randy the owner, and the technition that was sent to do the work on my buick. I got a more than fair price and a lifetime warrenty on the parts. The job was done in less than 30 minutes and my window works perfectly. Thank you Randy. Anyone that needs car door window work needs to give them a call.

I called Phoenix Power Window Repair late Wednesday afternoon and they came out the very next morning!Neil called to let me know he was on his way and when he arrived at my place of employment he was polite, friendly and very professional.It took all of 15 mins for him repair the issue with my driver side window. I was in shock with how quickly everything was done! And because I had to 'shimmy' my window up and down to get it to work, it was full of finger prints. But Neil had cleaned my window and that just made everything even better!!If I ever need this kind of repair again or if I know of anyone who needs this type of repair, these will be the guys I will call!!

Let me start by saying, I don't give great reviews often!! I do give them when it's well deserved. My quote request was returned almost immediately. I was scheduled for repair the very next day for a repair on my Bmw 335i. I was pleasantly surprised on how competitive the repair quote was. The techs arrived on-time and the work done was outstanding. I thought I was going to need a motor which would have pretty pricey!! The guys took apart the assembly and out in extra lubricant and voila. All worked as expected. On top of it all, it's a lifetime warranty. The dealer would have cost double if not more. I highly recommend Phoenix power window repair and will only use them for my window repairs. Ohhh and they are mobile so they come to you!!

I was going to repair my window myself. It's easy enough these days...just google it, and you can find a video how to. But, I couldn't find the part in stock, and I didn't have all the right tools on hand. So, I was going to have to pay a premium to get the part ASAP, and even more $$ for the tools I needed. They had the part, and were able to come within a few hours, and got the job done for less time and money than if I had attempted to do it myself. Excellent Service. Excellent value. I'm very impressed.

I had a power window regulator fail. My normal mechanic quoted me $450 for the replacement, including parts but without the pair of $30 Uber trips or the half day of missed work that would have come with them doing the work. The work was within my scope of abilities and since Amazon sells the part for $70, I figured that $380 was a good trade for a few hours of my time. You want to know what an even better trade was? Stumbling across this business. The next day and $120 later, my parts had been installed in the convenience of my own driveway. Zero travel time. No uber bills. Next day service. It sucks having stuff break. It is awesome having it fixed quickly, professionally and conveniently at well under half the cost of the shop rate. I'm not going to tattoo the logo on my forehead, but the magnet has a permanent place on the fridge and the number is saved into account.
They were impressive to start the service. He returned the call immediately and showed up the next day to do the work. The window works fine. HOWEVER in the process of replacing the window regulator, the interior door latch was broken. I called him as soon as we realized it. He promised to be out the next day. I didn't expect him to do the repair for free and I told him that. It is an older car and parts can break. It has been weeks now, I have emailed, called, and facebooked to absolutely NO Response. This is definitely the poorest customer service I have received in a very long time. I would not recommend him to anyone
Another great window repair from Phoenix Power Window. I had an appointment at noon, and at noon the diagnosis was given as to a broken regulator on my drivers door window. The regulator was procured from a Chrysler dealership, and I was in and out within 2 hours. Many thanks to Randy for a job well done and reasonably price. Bob H

Came to my home to fix my power window. Gave me prices over the phone that matched the final charge, and was cheaper than other places I checked. Lifetime warranty on labor and 1yr on parts. Took about 30 mintes to fix. Showed up on time and called as he was pulling up out front (per my request)! I give 5 stars!
I had a passenger window that would not roll up. I found phoenix power window online and went down there. They got me in right away. Very nice professional people. They are honest and upfront with what the problem was and what the price was gonna be to fix it. And in my case another part that is needed. I definitely recommend them.

I called Randy up this morning and explained my window issue. I had gotten two different price quotes and Randy beat them both easily. Service was great and only took about 25-30 mins. Don't waste your time with anyone else.

Phoenix Power Window Repair is the greatest. I called them in the morning and they came out the same day and fixed my window. They have a great price too. I had the other window fixed by another company and they charged a $100 more the Phoenix Power Window Repair. The guy from the other company was not sure what he was doing and took a long time. I had to have him redo do his work twice to get it right.
Wow! Neil took exactly 25 minutes to remove door panel, replace cable & regulator, reconnect, test and clean widow? Get paid for what you know, and come in cheaper than the dealer?? For the second time this year I had a rear window fail. In May, Phoenix Power Window Repair came to my home and fixed my rear drivers side window. I am so pleased with the great service I received today. Randy came out to my home and fixed my window, I thought it was the regulator, turned out it was the switch that was bad. He very easily could have been dishonest and charged me for a regulator. I will recommend this company to everybody , I am so grateful for this service!
Christmas Eve and my window drops down inside my door and its raining!!!! A friend found Phoenix Power and the owner actually met us there (remember its Christmas Eve) he replace the broken part in no time at all! Really nice people! Priced fair, works great 100% recommendable.
They gave me a quote, came the next day and fixed my window which I could not roll up or down for several years. Didn’t get it fixed because of expense but this I could afford. Just had it done but works great. Liked the convince of them coming to my house to do the work.

My girlfriend's Jetta front window wouldn't roll up and the dealership wanted $525 to replace the regulator. Told me I would have to wait all day for it. Called Harleigh here and she told me the prices for each the regulator and the switch because it could be either and told me to come in and they would look at it for no charge. Got there and Randy pulled the car in and found out that it happened to be the switch. They picked up the part and replaced it same day. AMAZING service and company! Randy, the owner, is such a good and cool person! Saved a ton of money! Highly recommend this place! Don't go anywhere else!

Randy fixed two power windows on my 2000 Dodge Caravan. He arrived on time and did a great job at a great price. I would definitely call him again if needed.
I had my window fixed buy them and a month later the same window broke again. They replaced it again because of the lifetime warranty. It broke again. They fixed it again and 2 weeks later it broke again. He has given me the run around about coming to fix it right! I would never use this company because they will not honor the warranty. He has lied to me on the phone saying he would be over to fix it so I stayed home and he would never show up. This happened several times.
Thank you Phoenix Power Window Repair! Called today and he was out within a hour and fixed my HHR. I will use his services again if needed. They were done within 30 mins and the price was great.

Randy and his co worker called and got me out of a jam. Trying to do this repair myself but kept being sent wrong part. Randy spent his time HELPING, knowing I was doing it myself. Randy HELPED by finding the right part and even called to see if it was in stock locally. An honest man in my opinion. He didn't have to do any of that. Above and beyond. They were able to show up on time put in a new part and even bought the part a got from amazon, They know what customer service is all about. Highly recommend and will definitely use again.

This was just awesome. I had studied several Youtube videos on how to replace the rear passenger window on my old Hummer. Where do I start? I contacted Randy to fix my passenger window which he did show up to fix the same day, but after only a day my window did not want to work. I contacted him right away which he scheduled an appointment to re fix my window, but never showed up. I tried contacting him for two weeks straight after and still no response. Finally he showed up to my job to fix the window two weeks later, which he didn't even fix because I contacted him right away about the window not working and he told me he would show up a week after which he never did. I'm no longer going to bother with RANDY, I am reporting this bussiness to the business bureau. FYI the reason why people have given this business 5 stars is because Randy tells his costumers to rate him 5 starts in order to enter a drawing where you might win $50. My window is still not working even though I have life warranty pshhh yeah right and I'm out $185. Id rate him ZERO stars, but that's not an option and yes I have the right business. See you in the small claims court!

Great experience with PPWR. I called at 5pm and they came to my work the next day before noon and installed the new regulator. I'm sure the dealership would have cost much more, and you can't get more convenient than that!!

Was supposed to get my regulator and motor fixed yesterday after completing the online quote info and receiving a callback at around 11:30, Was given the appointment time of 12:30pm, but unfortunately nobody showed up or even called. So i called back at around 4:15pm and was told that they would call the tech(Justin) to get his location and would call me back, which never happened. Very unprofessional customer service etiquette to a first time customer
TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!! Randy is an aweful human being! Keeps making appointments with me and never shows!! Then says i cancelled with him when I really need my window fixed. He rescheduled with me for today at 1 pm then never shows then won't answer the phone. Aweful business practices....not sure if this is a legit business or just some fat creeper with a comb over collecting addresses to stalk women!!! So many repair businesses in the city with better prices and actual work ethic! Randy you suck and won't be in business much longer. Don't waste your time calling this mouth breathing liar!!! 0stars!!!

Placed the call and they arrived at my home at the scheduled time. Apparently they put the wrong part in the box. He let me know of the dilemma and told me he would be back within a hour. Even though I was sceptical, he was back and working on my window. It was completed promptly and he cleaned up after himself. I will use this company always.
These guys were awesome. My passenger side window on my car has been such a pain! Wouldn't roll up, motor was shot, all that good stuff. This place is very unprofessional, spoke with one of their sales representatives with all my details and information. Then they had given me a quote and scheduled an appointment 4 days away. When I arrived they had not documented information, which okay happens, but then their manager comes in and says you have the wrong place because I didn’t speak to either of them. This place has no customer service, low quality work.

Easily the best guys to work with for this. I got a quote from another company, but turned them down because while their website claims they replace all components with steel pieces, they informed me that they could charge for OEM parts even if I already had fully functional aftermarket. Guess what? They're plastic. They also quoted me only part of the problem, letting me know it would cost more if what turned out to be broken needed replaced.Randy of PPWR was up front and quoted me a complete replacement as well, rather than the part others typically assume is broken that wasn't the problem in this case (was cheaper than the other quote would have ended up being in this case). He was friendly, straight forward, and honest. Quick, too. I'll definitely call him for any future needs.

The Randy the owner was so super nice and awesome! My daughter had to drive our Jeep back to Flagstaff where it is freezing cold and snowing. If you have a problem with your window don't call these people! Call Zeeke The Car Freak! He fixed my window for less than what Power Window Repair was going to charge and he's mobile as well. This place gave me the run around and left me waiting for two days. Then, once I finally got through to them, they wanted to charge double what Zeeke charged! I got a brand new part put in for less than half what these guys charge! Don't get ripped off! Call someone with good customer service who shows up when he says he's going to be there!

The driver's side power window of my experienced Buick failed during monsoon season and Phoenix Power Window Repair made the trip to my driveway on the afternoon I contacted them. The repair was completed within 30 minutes, less time than I spent watching the YouTube window repair demonstration video. The window has operated perfectly since. When the passenger power window failed, I called on Phoenix Power Window Repair again. Once again, a timely repair with flawless results. My back window was stuck completely down. The dealership said it would be $1,250 to replace the motor and regulator. When I called these guys, they came right to my home and replaced everything for $240. They even said helped me order a new switch for $30 instead of $180. Go to these guys.
Safelite replaced my driver side window about a week ago and a few days after that the window stopped working; turns out Safelite improperly installed everything which caused a plastic clamp on my regulator to break. Safelite took NO accountability and claimed I had a bad regulator. These guys came out fast, mobile to my house and well under the dealership price and time to fix the issue. Btw, the regulator was fine Safelite is just a group of poor technicians and has terrible customer service. Either way, great experience with Phoenix Power Window Repair. Thank you.

Worst service! It's been SIX MONTHS of headaches & frustrations trying them to repair my windows after I already paid them for the initial visit. I had both of the windows of my Mini Cooper repaired in March, and they seemed okay but were going up slower than before. Than after just a week it was clear that something was wrong. They didn't completely close and vibrated in the frame when I drove over 35 mph. I started calling and texting Phx Power Window with no response. It's been SIX MONTHS! During this time, I have been continuously calling and texting! They set-up 3 appt. times and all 3 were NO SHOWS with NO FOLLOW-UP. This is the worst service I have ever had. And now my driver side window doesn't work at all! I will continue to tell all my family and friends about this horrible service.

I called for a quote on a regulator for my pickup truck. The girl that answer the phone, took my info and said she was going to call me back in 10 minutes with my quote.It's been over 24 hours and still haven't heard from them. Does not do mobile electric windows on cars older than 2000. Has to be repaired at the shop.
