Brian and JR were very professional and provided excellent service. Our mirrors look great and we're very pleased.

Ordered and paid for a window. Provided the exact measurements for both the daylight side as well as the maximum size, very important considering there was no refund for bad measurements. Also chose a specific tint... 2 months later I finally had to call to see what was taking so long. The receptionist said oh... well we usually wait to order a window until we get half the money upfront. I explained I already paid for the whole thing and then Mario the gm said he was waiting to see if the temp window I order fit or not. Then he tried to claim it was my fault for not calling in sooner. I'm thinking they lost my measurements because they had to have a tech come out and remeasure Then they finally placed the order without discussing size or tint with me. Then they chose the tinting on their own just hoping I'd be happy with it. To be fair the window was cheap.

My husband called and set up an installation for mirrors prior to Christmas we just had our home remodeled the gentleman came out to the house and spoke to my husband a week and a half before Christmas stating that no problem we can get these ordered and taken care of in 4 to 5 days there was a $900 charge assets to my husband's credit card that at this point which is December 28th and still no mirrors the receptionist tried to give my husband a song and dance until I got on the phone and told them that we need to cancel this order because that's not what we were promised explaining that they can't get in touch with the vendors yada yada yada this is an unacceptable situation and being a professional dealing with vendors consistently for the last 25 years there is obviously a disconnect here when speaking with the receptionist this morning she again tried to give my husband a song and dance until I got on the phone and set the record straight we need to have a refund immediately if not sooner and cancel this order and go with a company that can be more reliable dependable and my husband does not have to consistently call call call to get responses I would not recommend this company if you're looking to get something done within a 30-day time. If you've got six months to spare then I'm sure this would be the company for you

I had this group come out and do both a glass shower door and exterior replacement... and both trips went without a hitch. Richard, the President, made personal visits to ensure measurements were accurate and that the installations were done the right way.
