Big shout out to Drew and Captain Kirk! Was looking for an auto glass company on Google and this one was recommended, Drew strategically convinced me about a thicker glass product his company offered. I am ecstatic with the final product! Setting up an appointment was seamless, customer service by the front desk reception as well as loaner vehicle enriched my experience. With the lifetime warranty as well as the chip replacement for my family. My Thursday is off to a bright start! Thank you Safe Pro Auto Glass.

My side window was broken from an attempted theft. I called a few places and got the best quote from Safepro and was able to get an appointment the next morning. The tech Diego came out to replace the broken window. He was excellent at talking me through what he would be looking for as he got my door ready for the replacement making sure nothing else was damaged that would affect the functionality of the window. He also went over after care and left everything nice and clean. I had an excellent experience!

Great service, highly reccomend. Julio helped me and got me an appointment. I forgot the guys name that came to do the windshield but he did an awesome job and so did Andrew on my camera calibration. Great work and keep it up. Will be using their service from now on. Easy and fast and most important customer service is on point ?

After the technician installed a new windshield on my car my wipers started acting erratically. They had not been reinstalled correctly and one of them actually snapped off. I called and they sent the technician back, but he didn’t show up all morning. I had to call again to get him to actually show up to the appointment. To their credit they did pay for the broken wiper and pretty quickly fixed their mistake.

I am writing this review for the amount of amazing professionalism that I get when I call in for help and get the pleasure of speaking with Jane! She is top notch and an absolute pleasure to work with she is extremely professional very knowledgeable and gets things handled in a timely manner!

I recently had a technician at my house to repair a chip in the windshield.. After he left I noticed a stain in my driveway from the vehicle. A large area of oil. I contacted safepro by text 3 times. And. And my phone 3 times. All 6 times I was assured the manager would call.. It is now 5 days later. I have not heard from the manager nor do I expect to.. I'm very disappointed in this service. The installers were great the management is terrible

Great work but awful customer service. They were not transparent with me at all and the customer service wasn't up to par. I'd advise anyone to stay away from this company. They owe me a tint on my front wind shield. They also didn't clean up after themselves once the work was complete.

This one of the companies that reached out fairly quick with a very competitive out of pocket cost rate. I was able to get scheduled in within a few days and the technician was early, polite and professional. If my new windshield chips and I need a repair it is free, I will write an updated review at that time as well. I would highly recommend SafePro Auto Glass for windshield replacements especially if paying out of pocket.

I work for uber and I'm on a budget. I called 8 different places and I came here because they were cheaper. The glass looks brand new I've had no problems with it at all they also put a protective solution on the glass. It took less than an hour VERY good at respecting their customers time extremely friendly and oh my god their customer service is the best I've seen in Arizona. I'm NEVER going to anyone else ?

The customer service and the windshield replacement was top notch. Much better experience than their competitor. The service they use for recalibration did not have an advanced enough machine for my truck (2020 Dodge Ram) so I had to go through the dealership which is always a pain. Safepro paid for it but not without me having to get the 2 parties on the same page which was annoying as well. All in all, I'm very happy with the windshield but wish the recalibration part of it was a little smoother of a process.

These scammers do NOT match prices and will overcharge. They tried to charge me $480 for a vent window replacement. Safelite and MAGIC WINDSHIELD is charging between $312-330. The scammers at safepro did not even offer to match the price, which means it is a lie when the website says they match prices. JUST GO TO MAGIC!!!

I had use this company five times and had set up a price that I pay each time with them. I always paid out of pocket so I really needed to be careful about how much I spent. It was funny cuz every time I call I get quoted from prices $300 to $500 which was insane. I was quoted a price and then given the runaround. They changed my quoted price and said it was something about parts. You lose my business when I don't know if my windshield is going to be $300 or $500 or 600 depending on how much money you want to make that day. Bring back a little bit of honesty into the business

Fast and friendly service. With their cashback offer my deductible was less than a 1/3 of what it should have been. They installed and recalibrated the safety features in about an hour to an hour & a half.

Woke up this morning to find that someone had shattered the window on the driver's side of our vehicle. Other companies quoted around $350-$400 and a few days wait. I called SafePro and spoke with Joseph, he quoted almost $200 less and made an appointment for me within the hour, was very reassuring. Luis was our technician and did a great job replacing the window, finished in 45 minutes and I was able to make it to work without a headache.

So grateful we found them and will definitely be coming back in the future as well as recommending them to friends and family. Their service is excellent and so are the prices. I love that it's a local, family-owned company, and the people I saw there were happy and helpful. Thank you Joseph and Luis!

Courteous, helped with the insurance, charged me directly when they realized it was cheaper than my deductible, got us an appointment fast, and had a nice waiting area.

Eddie was amazing at helping me get my insurance to cover my windshield replacement! He stayed with me thru the processes of being on hold and multiple transfers to diff depts. he was very thorough & followed up with me. So happy they offer mobile service too. I don't know how I would've found time to take my car in otherwise.

They were very good on being there, they came out twice to fix the issue of the stubborn mounting screw in one of my side pillars, no one could do it via mobile repair, because they did not have the tools, which was a little more than frustrating, but going to the direct shop, speaking with Mike their master tech, set me at ease. It took a little more time than expected, but all in all very solid work, nice people, great price. They helped me out when my insurance through Allstate tried to screw me to a wall. So bravo and thank you for the help you guys, I will be returning to them again, if I need a replacement or someone I know does.

My first time with a windshield crack, should have had glass coverage but I didn't so this review is for out-of-pocket cost. They're a native company to AZ and take pride in that fact. I loved everything about this company, even the hold script was hilarious. Very professional phone reps, that got me scheduled within the same day. For my 2017 Honda Accord it was $195. I selected the tint option for an additional $30, an awesome value and it looks great. My glass-man was Phillip and the tint-man was Jesus. Their communication was also great since I work during the day. They communicate via phone, text and e-mail (all three for me) to make sure things go through good; I had even received a check-in phone call from the reps personal line just to make sure that my special request was taken care of properly, I have already referred them to two of my co-workers. Lifetime warranty on everything. You guys are the best. Thank you.

A truly great experience from start to finish. I could tell that this company truly cares about their customer’s experience from my first call to get a quote, to my windshield replacement a few days later. Everyone I came in contact with was extremely professional and friendly. Even the recorded hold message on their phone line was a step above the rest and showed that not only do they know what it means to be a great local business, but they have a sense of humor too. Highly recommended.

As soon as the phone was answered, I knew I was in good hands. A friend used SafePro which is how I found out about the company. The employees were nice, funny and accommodating. I also loved the hilarious recording while I was on a brief hold. SafePro came to my work and was able to work around my schedule. I appreciate their fantastic customer service. Amazing experience! I was on the website to receive a quote. The form was very simple and I got a call within a couple of minutes. They were able to beat the quotes I had received from other companies. They came to my home (for no extra charge) in Maricopa (did I mention there was no extra charge) the very next day! I was kept apprised of a small timing change AND got a call when they were close. He was in and out both quickly and very professionally. I look forward to doing business with SafePro again in the future.

I am incredibly pleased with SafePro and my experience with their team. I was pulled over for a cracked windshield (never fun) and being new to the area I called around to get a few quotes. SafePro was at least $100 cheaper than all competitors and beat Safelite's quote by $200.

Although the price savings were fantastic, the best part of the experience was the incredible customer service. I spoke with Sherman, who is a newer employee but you would never know that given his customer service skills. Sherman worked around my hectic work schedule to pick a install window that would work for me. When I expressed concern about driving with a cracked windshield over the weekend (my appointment was scheduled for the following Monday), he made sure to send me a confirmation of the appointment so I could show officers if I happened to get pulled over again. I have never met such a kind, customer-focused employee in the auto industry and I am very impressed.

Overall, if you are looking for a dependable, customer-focused and affordable option, SafePro is the best bet.

Prompt, professional and an EXCELLENT price! They came to us the next morning to replace a broken window and did an excellent job! We'll definitely do business with them again! As a bonus, we so received a card good for 1 month of free car washes! I got my free wash yesterday and am very pleased.

From the moment I called through my signature on the work order I was very pleased with the service I received. David was extremely helpful on my initial call, even set up a call with my insurance to complete my claim. I was given an appointment within 48 hours that accommodated my schedule. When it came time to replace my windshield, I received a call 10 minutes before they arrived and again when he was in the parking lot. Total replacement time was under 45 minutes. With one more call informing me the replacement was complete, a signature and some simple instructions; I was on my way. Very professional, through and kind. Will defiantly use again if ever needed.

I had an appointment with a different glass company however the earliest they could get to me was 10 days away. I submitted an online request for a quote from SafePro and less than 5 minutes later I received a call. On a Sunday! I was able to schedule an appointment only 3 days away. A tech came to my work and had the new windshield installed in 45 minutes. SafePro handled everything everything quickly and professionally.

After speaking with another glass company and them informing that the particular piece of glass i was looking for was not readily available and would take 4 days to get repaired not wanting to wait i contacted my friend Andy Acosta and he relayed my info to Kirk Hodges who informed me that not only was the glass I was looking available he found 5 in the area so i cancelled my appointment with the other company and scheduled with safepro for the same day. Kirk was very helpful courteous and thank him for helping out. my experience with safepro was top notch and very professional and will highly recommend them to everyone

Luis and another guy were out this morning replacing my windshield. Couldn’t be happier with the install and the price I paid for the quality service. Not to mention a lifetime warranty on the glass. I didn't catch the tech's name but they were super awesome! The service was convenient and they installed my windshield in a timely, professional manner. They were precise and the work they did was clean. I don't have any problems with my windshield. And just have to say thank you for the amazing work! So glad they weren't messy with the glue and stuff they used.

Anthony who gave me a quote & ultimately set up my glass repair was friendly & made me feel like my business was appreciated and he cared. The whole process was unbelievably easy & fast! The techs were great as well very friendly, professional and did the job so fast I couldn't believe how easy they made it look. The techs even vacuumed and swept up all the glass in my driveway etc. I would 100% recommend this company to family and friends and I would specifically ask for the same techs, they were great!

Safe Pro is the best Auto Glass company I have ever worked with. We have a large family with 4 cars and have had some problems with other companies. Safe pro was excellent on communication and service. They went the extra mile to get the rear view mirror covered also at no cost. Safe pro will continue to get our business.

5 stars from start to finish. Doug was wonderful with scheduling and I was amazed at their price even including their travel charge. Immediately scheduled my replacement for that week. Their team is extremely responsive and diligent. My replacement took maybe 30 minutes and it turned out great. Thanks guys!

I called about a dozen glass companies and SafePro was hands down the best price in the city. They were able to come out and replace my windshield the next day. Received a phone call from the tech 15 minutes prior to arrival and they removed and installed my new windshield in 30 minutes. Couldn't be happier with the whole experience. Highly recommend.

Not fun needing to get a new Windshield, but my sales rep Doug did a great job getting all the pieces together for me, and my Technician Thaynne has great attention to detail I really appreciate him pointing out a couple things on my vehicle like loose headliner a tiny cracked piece on my dash, but the big thing was he even caught a broken Windshield wiper bracket that I had no idea about. That's awesome! I've had other glass companies actually brake things on my last car. So this was a breath of fresh air. Huge props, major respect and much appreciation! Thank you so much!

Just used Safepro for the 1st time and have no complaints! The original place I was going to use was going to have me drive over 45 minutes for a week out appointment. Contacted Safepro and they were smoothly able to get my claim over to them.Loved that they were able to come to my work place ! Will definitely recommend and use again if needed

Beware competitors! SafePro has raised the bar of customer service so high you may need a trampoline to touch it. I called and spoke with David on Thursday who quickly arranged that my Kia cracked windshield be replaced at my home on Saturday. I was put on hold for a few minutes while things were arranged with my insurance company. While on hold I did not listen to music, but rather a very educational and amusing narrative that made the time waiting seem too short (other companies should follow this lead). On Saturday as planned, Luis and Kevin arrived. I couldn't believe it, but as I watched, they choreographed the exchange of windshield in less than thirty minutes. They were highly skilled and efficient. Then as a bonus, I received a lifetime chip repair of the windshield whenever I need it. I praise you for your outstanding customer service and will refer my friends to you!

I'm new to Arizona so the chip repair and windshield replacement situation was a bit overwhelming. I had no idea that this was a thing in Arizona, so with that being said, i purchased a new car in December and literally had a rock shoot at my window last week and naturally needing a repair. I set the appointment for the repair while I was at work and had additional questions later on that day. I called customer service and Carmel answered my questions and proceeded with the repair. Charlie the technician has a great reputation and I was very happy with his customer service. He was extremely friendly and takes pride in his work. All in all the unfortunate crack in a my new car, turned out to be a positive experience.

I had a windshield replacement. They advertise free chip repair for the life of the windshield. Fast forward to today! I called to have some chips replaced. I am told they will only do the repairs in Maricopa County. Their website specifically states that they consider my town as within that radius. They didn't stand behind their product and promise.

SafePro made the process of repairing my windshield and going through my insurance really simple. They came and made the repair while I was at work, so I did not have to find extra time in my schedule or go out of my way to get the work done. Also, they helped me contact the insurance company and get the claim handled quickly with $0 out of pocket. I am very happy the the quality of the work and the service provided by the installer.

This will be my second time using safe pro and i will continue to use them. I am big on customer service being I have worked on customer service pretty much all my career, so when I have a representative not only service me but get better service from my own car insurance company that makes me a very pleased customer. I was told I couldn't replace my windshield by my insurance because even though I had multiple cracks they were only good enough for a seal not a replacement. However safe pro told me since I pay for the insurance and I carry it every month I have every right to say I want a replacement. I was so happy to have safe pro in my corner backing me. Yes! Absolutely call this company for windshield replacement! My car was 'pummeled' by rocks spilling out from a gravel track on the 60E early in the morning a couple weeks ago. I thought these are supposed to be covered up? Not only was my windshield damaged, but so was every other car traveling behind this gravel truck. After I inspected the damage my windshield looked like millions of stars from all the pitting, plus I had 18 chips and a large crack. The damage on the front of my car is another story. I needed a new windshield and called SafePro. I spoke with a friendly and professional gentleman who helped me set up my appointment and gave me a GREAT quote (I searched other companies and SafePro had the best price). Jorge and Jose showed up on time and were very courteous and explained everything before they got started. They walked around with me noting any prior damage (knicks or scratches) which gave me confidence that they were going to be very careful during the installation, I like that. They finished in a timely manner and took time to go over after care instructions and answered all my questions. If you are reading this, request Jorge and Jose. They are super nice and make you feel comfortable! The best part? The Lifetime Warranty! What other company does this? My experience started with a Google search. SafePro was my first phone call for a bid. My encounter with Joe Graham made it my last call. I wanted SafePro to do my work. Joe was thorough and knowledgeable but most of all he actually listened to me! Diego was the tech they sent and this young man was a joy to work with. He is a true professional. I can not say enough about this company and how they handle my windshield replacement. I called at 8:00 pm on Wednesday, Anita was quick to jump into action and get me scheduled on a stand by list for the next day.

I explained that I use my vehicle for work and needed it ASAP! She assured me it would be done by 4:00 pm, it is now 8:30 am and my vehicle is done and ready to roll.

Very easy process from start to finish. Professional and courteous staff and installer. My customer service rep (Brandon) walked me through the claim and cash back process and then initiated the conference call with my insurance carrier to complete the claim process. The installer (Adam) was very knowledgeable and experienced and came out as promised during the specified time period and had the job done perfectly! Will definitely use SafePro again in the event of a chipped/cracked windshield.

I was looking for windshield replacement companies when I came upon SafePro they asked for my name n my email, because it was after hours an that SAFEPRO will call asap, that's what they did. FIRST thing in the morning(SMILE) 7:30 I received a text message that they would be calling in one half hour. THIS aloud me to get my wit together. I answered the phone and Maxwell was on the line he was very kind, courteous and patient, he listened and told me what was available and that he could take care of me.. He informed me that they'll work around me and I was to choose a day and time and they were going to come to me.. Bill arrived 2:45 pm ,between the allotted hrs I was told noon-4 pm. Bill greeted me with a great smile n good energy ready to work. Bill was done by 3:30 pm. I have to say my experience from start to finish was fantastic, Kirk was knowledgeable, helpful and expedient, the process was almost effortless. My technician, Chayanne was excellent! He was on time, fast and polite I am positive that he got every shard of glass out of my car. I never thought I would have a preferred auto glass place, but I can say that I do now.

Safe Pro was very professional. I came from Oklahoma and they treated me like they knew me forever. Pre and post walk through with Luis, who did an amzing job. Straight forward instructions and amazing deals. By far the best customer service I recieved in Az.

I waited a while to leave a review so I could tell yall about the quality of the glass. Let me start by saying the representative I was talking to (her name was andi) was very understanding, Knowledgeable, informative, and easy to work with. I had the most expensive glass my car could come with (of course I wanted to keep it that way because it would take away some of the features that come with the car) anyways andi got me the best price as well as got me an appointment to have a tech out to my place next day. Next day came, the tech was right on time within the four hour window they give you. He was quick and very polite to talk too. He also kept my stickers that I needed to keep (oil change, parking pass, carwash pass, etc). He did a fantastic job with the replacement and gave me some Knowledgable information on aftercare for the glass. I did exactly what he said even gave an additional day before I washed my vehicle through a carwash. It's been about almost a month and the glass is still in perfect condition, no knicks, scratches, warping, etc. I am very grateful to the tech for his great work. His name was Andy as well! Haha thank you for all the good work from the representative and from the tech! As well as the great price compared to other glass companies and the dealership!! One really satisfied customer and 10 out of 10 will recommend this company to others!

I had a chip in my windshield that had cracked so I started looking on line for companies to replace the windshield. After reading the reviews on SafePro I gave them a call. Julio took the time to explain not only the services they offer but that the are family owned and more importantly to thank me for calling them. Thank you Julio. They came out on a holiday and replaced the windshield on my car. The technician was on time, and called me 20 minutes before getting to my house letting me know he was on the way. He was professional and completed the job in about 20 minutes. Explained to me what to do and not do for the next couple days. Look no further if your on a search for someone to replace your windshield like I was. Hands down SafePro is the best in town!!! Windshield comes with free chip repair for the life of the windshield as well.

Talked on the phone with Paul, super nice dude! He quickly helped me get a quote for a windshield replacement. After being on the phone with him for a while I checked prices at competing companies and was able to get a lower price quote. Being my first option I gave Paul a call back informing him about the lower price and he did all that he could to match it. It was a quick and easy process thanks to Paul! My sister gave me a referral here and after seeing the rating- I didn't hesitate to schedule an appointment! I scheduled a last minute appointment and they were more than accommodating and came it to my house the next morning for the wondshield replacement. Even when I made a mistake of the year of the vehicle, they took the time to drive back and get the correct windshield and even said it was their fault when it was absolutely mine! Originally I was going to go with Safelight because my daughters dad works there, and I always like to support businesses that support my family. I'm so happy they told me to call around for quotes so they could price match any lower price I found. I worked with Alex on the phone, and Chris was my installation tech. I'll start with the phone experience first. If I could put the hold time on a CD and listen to it all the time, I would. It was hilarious. I was sitting on the phone hoping Alex wouldn't come back on the line so I could listen to more. I had my left quarter glass and windshield replaced. Originally I was quoted $385 through Safelight, and Alex saved me $100 just by switching. Given, I could have priced matched and went back to them, but it was the customer service that wouldn't let me switch. He was attentive, he was actually HEARING me, and not listening just to reply. He had an amazing upbeat tone, it literally sounded like he was smiling on the phone! He was incredible. SOLD! He was even patient enough with me to let me run to the bank and put the cash in my account! He was such a gentleman! Now for the install. Chris came out to me, I had scheduled 2-5pm. Usually with this kind of window you can expect for them to get to you about halfway through your appointment, but I was the one who was actually late!! He was there getting ready to go at about 1:50-1:55 when I pulled into my driveway! I was so impressed. He was so personable, talked to me about cars, and did SUCH a wonderful job. Smiled the whole time even though it was a thousand degrees out and I'm sure he was extremely hot! We really didn't have the money to even think about doing this, but as an early Christmas present, and an awesome price adjustment from Chris I went for it. Windshield replacement is one of the last things I have on my to-do list before I can take my car to level II inspection so I can get it registered. I'm so happy I didn't listen to anyone else and I listened to myself and worked with your business. I COULDN'T BE HAPPIER! Already took to facebook and posted how impressed I am! I won't EVER EVER EVER go with another glass company! THANK YOU GUYS!!!!

Originally I was schedule for the early evening however I received a call and they were able to fit me in a lot early. They guys were very professional, polite, courteous and answer all my question. Tommy Freeman with SafePro came to my home today to repair chips in my windshield. He was professional, knowledgeable and competent. From getting insurance approval to getting the work done, SafePro was responsive and professional.

They placed a reminder call the day before my appointment and Tommy called the morning of to confirm that I was scheduled and again when he was 30 minutes away.

When Tommy arrived, he assessed my windshield and fixed both chips. One of the chips was extremely difficult and a lesser qualified technician wouldn't have attempted the job due to it's location.

SafePro and Tommy are my go to auto glass company going forward.

On my quest to find a good windshield repair company I came across and choose Safe Pro Auto Glass because they responded promptly, solid reviews and have a nice rebate offer.

Let's just say the rebate was the only part of this experience that was favorable. The first technician came over and looked at the windshield and ordered the glass. I honestly thought since he had year make, model insurance cleared prior to his visit it would be done on 1 visit but not a big deal. Visit #2. The glass came in and the next technician installed it. But the seal at the bottom was not replaced and made noise while driving. On visit #3 the technician came to look at the seal not replaced and order one. Visit #4 the wrong seal (the top not the bottom) was ordered and he was unable to do anything except order the proper seal. Visit #5 of changing our busy schedule so the vehicle could be here and the job was finally done. He said they would cover the cost of the seal since the technician who initially looked at it on visit #1 should have ordered that as it's a common issue in Dodge Journey vehicles. Very kind gesture to cover a mistake YOU made.

Just when I thought they had maybe earned two stars we now have a chip in the new windshield. I messaged them several days ago because they have lifetime chip repair and still no response.

The competition for windshield replacement in this area is very high. I certainly would look other places. The rebate was nice but certainly does not outweigh the 5 visits and now waiting for a response to replace a chip in our windshield that is less the 3 months old.

The windshield installer(Denver area) was fantastic, He really knew his trade and even caught and addressed other issues with the windshield area. Michael in Arizona was great to deal with as well, he was polite and apologetic for the mix up in windshields which is probably more a ford issue. The windshield itself looks like a quality unit, and the pricing was much more to my liking compared to the Big Brands in town.

Prepped me for the call to insurance, called the insurance for me, stayed on the line and helped, then delivered a beautiful SafePro testimony - passion for the product and service that SafePro provides. Had tech Darius come.out originally went to my office location and was nice enough to come all the way to my house instead about 40 miles opposite direction he did a great job and spoke about how proud he is to work here would def recommend!

Had a window busted out of my truck I needed it replaced that day. I called Safe Pro they where professional and fast. I got my window replace within hour and half. That what you call fast and the best part is they came to me, I didn't have to go to a shop to get it fixed. It was weekend too! The services guys was fantastic so professional. Absolutely horrible. I had three appointments. For the first two appointments, the technician called me nearly 4 hours after our initial appointment time to say he was late and on his way. My mistake for making a second and third (the manager Nick reassured me this wouldn’t happen again) but I spent a collective 9 hours waiting on technicians.

I hate to leave bad reviews but I strongly advise against using this company.

The phone call was easy, everything was explained to me. The tech showed up on time and was very friendly and walked me through what he was doing and did a once over on the front of the vehicle. Very professional. Replacement took 45 minutes. Free chip repair is included as well, which is a nice bonus if insurance doesn't already provide it. I'll definitely use them again.

I had a great experience as the techs took their time and replaced all of the rubber around the windshield. The last company I used did not and cut into the rubber causing some of the stripping to come loose and flap when driving. They were on time and even came out on a Saturday morning during a holiday weekend. Would use again and will refer to others. There is a difference between quality with this company so use them to see for yourself!

Kirk Hodges was excellent. He was clear, concise, and provided a very professional service. He contacted my insurance company on my behalf, and was even able to provide some of the information directly to my insurance agent in lieu of me having to go back out to my car and retrieve it. Quality of glass seems less than elsewhere. They give the best price because they use cheaper material. On top of that they say they give up to $150 back with insurance. I have Statefarm Full Glass Coverage, one of the best glass coverage options (if not THE best) and I got $25 back. My wife didn't like the guy doing the install, and on top of that he tried explaining to her that the dent he put in my roof wasn't from him, said it multiple times to her and she explained it was fine but I don't know where else it would have come from I didn't see it until they did the install just weird to me. Would give it them no stars if I could.

Best price I could find when I needed my windshield replaced, and all the staff were polite and professional. Plus, they offer lifetime free chip repair for my new windshield. (Hopefully, I won't need it, but if I ever do I'll update with how it goes!)

Update: five stars for price and service, but I have to dock a star for glass quality. I had to have my windshield replaced 3 times because of flaws in the glass right in the driver's visibility area. Had no problems getting SafePro to replace each one (under warranty), but the time loss was really unfortunate.

I have had a wonderful experience with these guys .Safelite put a windshield in my car and they didn't put the glue in the right places. This company takes care of everything for you and makes it as easy as possible. I would recommend this shop rather than the preferred shop your insurance company wants you to use. They except the same rates as any other preferred glass shop and they offer windshield tinting, which some if not most places dont, unless it's outsourced which then is money out of your pocket. Cheap cost cutting company with no professionalism. I had to take their work to a dealership to have fixed. I was told by the “owner” he has been doing repairs for 75 years. Math and honesty are two areas he could spend more time.

I over reacted when the office was having technical issues with their phones and was not able to contact them, even in my rage kirk did everything to remedy the situation. David was so pleasant and wonderful on the phone from the get-go. This company was the first in my line of other auto glass companies I was expecting to call for quotes. After speaking with David, I was so impressed with his positive can-do attitude, and his efficiency, I wound up booking my glass repair appointment on that call. Safepro Autoglass was extremely courteous, prompt and professional from start to finish. David spoke with my insurance company to set it all up with no hassle and the technician Richard came to install my windshield. The prior windshield replacement company I used had messed up the moldings on my vehicle, Richard was extremely thorough and replaced my moldings with factory parts and did my windshield all at the same time. I had a great experience setting up the replacement for next week. Kirk was very professional and personable. I chose this company because it is a member of the North Phoenix Chamber of Commerce, as am I. I was unaware before I called that it is a preferred vendor for my insurance company. I appreciate dealing with the best and also, whenever possible, fellow chamber members. One of the things I do, besides energetic healing for people, is write custom songs for occasions, events, businesses, and products. I would be open to writing a song for your company about my experience and how it made me feel. People pick up on that.

i wish there is less than one star to give but it wouldn't let me. I had very very bad experience with theses people. Unfortunately i decided to choose them to fix my windshield chip which was even less than a dime in size. they fixed it at noon and literally after couple hours it had a big crack around it about two feet long!!. i was so frustrated . i called them and they told me they cant do anything since i signed consent. now i have to pay 1000$ copay in order to fix their fault beside my insurance would increase the premium in the future as i filed a claim. this is very non professional business and behaviors. please save your money and time and stay away from these people.

I gave Safepro 3/5 stars not because of their workmanship, but due their advertisement. They advertised up to $150 for approved windshield replacement, which I figure I wouldn’t get the full amount. After they install, they only offered free lifetime chip repair. When asked about the money, they said they would have to look into it. We ultimately were offered $50, which is better than nothing, but don’t expect the $150.

I would say that SafePro is the best place for windshield glass replacement. I spoke with Raphael on the phone and set- up a time to replace the windshields on mine and my roommates trucks. He had insurance, I didn't. I checked the top 3 rated companies on yelp and got quotes from them all. SafePro beat everyones prices. Phillip and (his Dad...haha, inside joke) David called ahead of time, were there when they said they would be and busted out 2 windshields in about 45 minutes. They even fixed a piece if moulding that came off my truck last year. These 2 guys Rocked it and had a good time doing it. It is so refreshing to see people do there job and do it well. Raphael Esperas was AWESOME. My boyfriend was travelling to Phoenix from Cottonwood for class, and the hood of his car flew up and smacked into his windshield, shattering it, at 80 mph. It freaked us both out pretty bad but luckily he was alright. I called SafePro and explained the situation, and Raphael got one of his technicians to fit my boyfriends car in within a couple of hours of the accident and gave me a great price quote. I called SafePro to have my windshield replaced. Ed Lopez helped me with my information, was patient and understanding when the call was fading in and out. Helped through the steps and helped me connect with progressive and confirm my claim. I am overall highly satisfied with the service, as this being my first time making any type of claim and calling to have service done.

I called 4 different windshield replacement places. Joseph at Safepro was the most informative and helpful out of all the places I contacted. Safepro pricing was very competitive . I didnt mind paying a few extra dollars for a good quality job. I have had bad experiences before with a different company I used awhile back . He spent time with me on the phone answering all of my questions and made me feel confident about what needed to happen. The following morning the technician named Ernest called me and told me he was on his way. He was friendly and had over 17 years experience. He did the job promptly and even helped me get a baby bird that had fallen out of our tree. We put the baby bird back in its nest and the mother flew over and started feeding it again. Anyways the job he did was top notch and I would recommend Ernest , Joseph and Safepro Auto glass to anyone.

I had my windshield replaced by SafePro technician Jaryl Austin. He installed it in a timely manner and he did a very professional job. I ordered my windshield with the Limo tint sun strip at the top installed. I noticed that the strip came down a little to far on the windshield for my liking and Jaryle said no problem he would trim it and make it work for me. He did such a great job I will be requesting him to install my next windshield.

This is just step one in the review process... I haven't even been serviced yet so I'll review the replacement of my glass when it is done. I was just too excited to let EVERYONE know how fast, efficient, fun and overall awesome Kirk was when he answered my desperate call to have my car windshield replaced today! They did not install the window correctly they damaged the rubber the rubber was never installed correctly in front and window and they got paid and

Wow! What exceptional service from beginning to end. Michael was quick in getting information from the insurance. Scheduled ASAP. The guys came out right away. Good work. Prompt and professional.

They gave me arrival window between 10am and 2pm which is acceptable I guess. Ths arrived at 230pm they had took down a wrong address. I supplied the tech with an extension cord so he could vacuum up the glass as to be expected. The tech ended up breaking window switch which is understandable its an older vehicle (1998 Dodge Ram 1500), he ended up gluing it back together. The part I'm mad about was I noticed he lost two of my three door panels and left broken door clips on the ground in front of my house where I could run them over. I shouldn't have to clean up after the tech or fix his mistakes I feel. Wouldn't recommend this company to my close family and will avoid using in the future the glass was replaced and the window does work but not impressed. Also the glass seemed cheaper than glass I have gotten from other installers. Have had this window replaced three times in the past so know what to expect. Have tried to rectify the complaint with company frankly don't want them touching my vehicle anymore.

STAY AWAY!! Absolutely horrible customer service that will flat out lie to you. That to go along with terrible work and broken glass all over my car and IN MY AC VENTS. Safepro is the best, hands down. The staff is top notch, and the service is just as good if not better. Simple, on time, quality work from a locally owned business. I tried to get quotes from two of the other major competitors and was given the run-around and quoted near 1.66 time the price of Safepro's quote. Before Safepro, I felt like I was in a foreign country trying to ask for help from people who don't speak Me, when I called Safepro it was like I was in a finally met someone who not only spoke my language but genuinely cared. Ooofff if I could leave 0 stars I would. Left my car an absolute mess, glue and other waste is one thing, but shattered glass all over my car and in my vents???? No attempt to clean it up and no mention of it. Tech said everything well totally fine, I guess he forgot the part where he had to break the windshield out........ the company offered to have my car cleaned but then magically never answered their phone or called back when they said. Just disappointed that companies have zero concern for customer service. Save yourself the headache and face full glass shards.

Replaced my windshield on my X2 for a third of the price of Safelite. The only difference with the window was the part having the BMW logo. I also called in on Monday and they came out Wednesday to replace it which was faster than Safelite by two weeks. Quality job!
