GAF even came out and inspected the roof themselves. I feel confident the roof will be around longer after I am gone.

They are always on time and great communication with follow up phone calls when I was so stressed about the tick infestation in my house. My monthly treatment is always professionally completed on time with care. The technicians are thorough and treat inside and out, and will make extra trips if called.

Their employees are so responsive to special requests that make my life so much easier in that we are able to be stealthy enough to keep 4 dogs from going absolutely bonkers during the service. I just have the outside treated and have never had a problem with pests inside. I have used Western Exterminatore for years and highly recommend them.

Nick was great! Came in right on time, provided a great service and took the time to check to make sure everything was in good order at the house. He took and sent photos of the problem areas and walked me through his recommendations. Couldn’t be happier I switched services!

Chris was excellent. Explained everything answered the million questions we had about this unexpected horrible bug. Not only did he go above and beyond as far as custiner service is concerned. The fact they warrenty their product longer than anyone speaks volumes to the work done. Needless to say we were horrified, having 3 kids it was easy to take advantage of that fact and they did not. Heat is the best way to go. After the heat treat and spray of the entire house, they came back to spray new mattresses without question. We appreciate how quickly amd effectively it was done. I wouls recommend to anyone who has this problem come up. Its a process but his is the quickest route to go.

John followed up with a summary of services and asked if I needed any other areas or if I have any other questions to call back at the office I would like to have John come back again And that he be kept on this route continuously.
