Had a roof leak on the backside of my house. Third one in our 27 year old roof. Had Jim at Canyon State Roofing come out and give me a estimate to reroof the house. They removed the tile, replaced the underlayment, broken tiles and also had them replace the trim board below the bird stop. They did it in a timely manner and kept everything tidy and clean during the process. Would recommend them to others.

GPS Remodeling did me a great job within my means and that has been truly beneficial for me. I was utterly confused to think if it is at all possible to have room addition within my budget. But, they made it possible. Their cooperative team has been truly friendly to me and they made the most of the project.

Pacific Sheet Metal did a great job replacing my 32 year old asphalt shingle roof. Cody responded to my request for estimate the same day. He gave me a ballpark estimate from satellite images and then came by to go over the details. We decided to do some extra areas Cody offered covering our flat rolled patio roof area and covering all our wooden side gables with white metal batten panels to match the old wooden design. Also did our shed roof to match the house. I requested making metal gates to replace our old wood gates. They custom designed the gates with batten seams to match the side gables using the roof color Burnished Slate.

This is a smaller family owned business located in the Scottsdale Airpark just a few miles from our home which was a plus for deciding to use them. We scheduled the project several months out to avoid monsoon weather. The job took several weeks to finish. There was a big crew to start with the demo then 2 to 3 pairs working throughout. Cy, Travis , Cody, Isaac and Kevin are true craftsmen and paid a lot of attention to details. There is a lot of custom trim work involved with a metal roof installation. Starting with custom cutting the panels to size from a big steel roll on site. Then each panel requires trimming for installation.
I highly recommend Pacific Sheet Metal for your roofing project. A metal roof is a great investment for your home and really improves the curb appeal.

This company is a joke they know nothing about construction. They ruined my license. Ruined everything I worked hard for. What a cheap fly by night company that suckered me in to letting them use my license. The owner is a piece of garbage smooth taking snake. never use these people you will get screwed.
