I got a proactive termite treatment done on my property, since termites are so prevalent in Phoenix. Justin was awesome, and the price was very fair. He went above and beyond in every way.
After he finished the job and left the property, I went into the bathroom, and smoke (yes, smoke), was coming out of the a/c vents, along with an acrid electrical fire type smell. It was most frightening. It dissipated after about 5 minutes, and has not come back, but I so appreciated that after I called Justin, he came back to double check everything to make sure that I was safe.
I’ve yet to determined what caused the smoke, but I did really appreciate Justin’s quick response to check everything for me, and give me peace of mind.
I would 100% recommend this company to other.

I also just found out the other side of the company takes care of swimming pools! Which is great because mine was just finished this last week! If that that side of the company does half of what the pest control side did me and my family I know my pool will be in excellent hands!

We get treatment for scorpions and crickets mostly, as our house backs up to a preserve and scorpions are plentiful here. We have used Critter Tech for approximately 8 or 9 years now. They are extremely reliable, responsive, and most importantly thorough. Our technician, Jesse, comes every month, always on time and it’s nice to have the same person come every time, as he’s familiar with our issues and our property. They send reminder texts for our appointments, are very fair in their price structure, and we have been very happy with our service for years. I don’t give my business to people who haven’t done a good job, so the fact that we’ve been with them for so long when there are many pest control choices, says these guys are excellent. Highly recommended!

Our whole family has been using TJ for over 3 years and at 4 houses. It started with a scorpion inspection/treatment and has become a monthly visit. We haven’t had any signs of rodents, insects or any other creepy crawlers and have no intentions of using anyone else.

Wolf Pest Control has been spraying my family's home for over 30 years. It's a respectable and honest company that is reliable and trustworthy. They also spray our neighbor Masonic Lodge! I always recommend them when asked. Their employees are always on time, friendly and efficient at what they do. You won't be disappointed using their services. Two days ago (8/21/2012) I paid Paul's Pest to renew my annual termite protection and made an appointment for them to inspect and treat my home. They didn't show up, didn't call, and do not answer their office phone.

Does anyone know if Paul's Pest is still in business?

We have been using this company for a total of 9 years. We have always had the same technician (John - He is absolutely AMAZING!!) I only get sprayed once a year (maybe twice) a year. Last year they tried to make me pay a restart fee of $85.00 and I complained stating that was crazy so they kept it at $50.00. I called today for a spray and again with the restart fee of $85.00 + $5.00 gas charge. I told her again I wasn't going to pay it. I pay $50.00 and that is it. She then wen into how they had to raise their prices this year......Yeah because you want everyone to pay these outlandish prices when they don't sign up for monthly services!!!! I WILL NEVER USE YOU AGAIN!!
