Stuart, co-owner of Complete Pest Management, treats me with each appointment as he would his own. Very thorough, prompt and cordial- not to mention a service that works! I wont see insects on or around my home for up to 6 months post treating it. I would recommend Complete Pest Management to anyone looking for results and top notch customer service!

I had a great experience with russel pest control. The guy who came out, Jory, was super friendly and prompt. He was great at keeping communicating when he would be out so I had enough time to make sure my dogs were situated snd they were mindful of the storms, they let me know if it rained to hard they would be happy to come out and spray the outside again. I would recommend them and use them again for sure.

Just recently referred this company to a friend in Phoenix, as another friend of mine up in Prescott Valley had called on them to check the possibility of bugs in their home. She and her husband indicated that the person that came out did a room to room, corner to corner check (that's how seniors talk) free of cost, and the good news was that they did not have bed bugs,. They were very happy with the professional inspection they did, and information they gave them in the event of a problem. Yep I will refer them to others when needed.

This company keeps not showing up for pest issues. I have scheduled mutliple times with them. The first time they just didn't show up wasting an hour I could have been at work. The second time they just changed the arrival time without a valid provided reason. They treated my house a month ago, i have been calling them for weeks to come deal with this pest issue and they can't seem to show up within their scheduled time. BUT they have no issues messaging me a twice a day to remind me of the scheduled appointment. Save yourself a headache and go with a better company because APTIVE is a huge let down.**1 year (almost) update** The situation has gotten a little better as the customer service will *probably* pick up the phone when I call. It normally takes 2-3 appointments for them to do their service as I prefer an after 5pm appointment window (since I work and like to be there when they do it to point out problem areas). Updated review from 1 to 3 stars as their pricing as still quite good relative to other companies. Just don't expect quick, expedited, or emergency service for more major pest problems.
