I have used Ryan with Absolute Pest Solutions on many occasions. As soon as we have an issue his response is immediate and always effective. His heat treatment was the only solution to a bedbug problem that nothing else would solve. He's saved my pine trees from a beetle that was killing them with just one treatment. All of his services have worked beyond our expectations and I know he also guaranteed that if it didn't he would come back and make sure the pests are gone. He is one of the most respectful, patient and honest business men we/ve dealt with. His knowledge and experience are well worth every dollar and I highly recommend him.

The team at Foothills is polite and personable, very kind people! Unfortunately that's only part of the business. We had to deal with cockroaches for a year despite them coming 1-2 times per month to 'exterminate'. The roaches continue with slight decrease in activity. They used the same preventative tactic which showed not to work on each visit, except 1. I'm sure they do well for other pest 'control' on their site but roaches pose an issue. After questioning why this issue wasn't able to be remedied, I did not receive a response.

I was having a problem with pests in my home, so I called this pest control company for help. They arrived quickly and were very knowledgeable about the best way to handle things. I was very pleased with the results, and I would definitely recommend them for any pest control needs.

Found bed bugs in my house called White horse pest Management got a inspection for that same day! Which was extremely impressive! Set up a heat treatment and it went off without a hitch they got rid of all my bugs highly highly recommend extremely good knowledgeable service

So happy with our choice to switch to Rainbow Pest Control. They are super responsive and their attention to detail is very much appreciated.

Needed to seal house & eradicate roof rats. Invader did not properly seal house as paid for - they actually left some vents completely open. Roof rats returned in large numbers just a few months later. We were told that the rat return was barely outside the warranty period. Invader took no responsibility for their errors and would only seal the entry point that they failed to properly seal the first time. No thanks! Ended up paying twice for the same job (sealing & trapping) because Invader failed to properly perform and then failed to stand behind their shoddy work. Using Invader was an expensive mistake. And frustrating. The schedulers & technicians also frequently seemed confused about appointments. Cannot recommend.

Reply to Invader: Are you kidding me?! Now the owner responds that he doesn’t recognize my name and takes no responsibility. Nice try bad businessperson. My husband & I have different last names. But we both own the house where Invader botched their service & didn’t stand behind their warranty. Seriously, the worst customer service. Don’t fall for their aggressive marketing.

2nd Reply to Invader- Fred, Joie or whoever is responding, We actually DID contact you with our concerns about the holes & rat return BEFORE writing this review. You said the problem wasn’t covered and that we needed to pay you MORE money. I’m legit- face it, your company failed us royally. You want to refund us? Let me know & then we have something to talk about.

5 stars for Arizona Professional Pest Control!!

I had a ton of bees getting inside of my home the other day and contacted Arizona Professional Pest Control after finding them online. They explained that they would be able to dispatch someone over immediately to take care of the issue.

About 45 minutes later Marcus arrived at my house to take care of the problem! He was extremely friendly and explained that he was going to inspect my home fully to find out what was going on. It turned out the bees were entering through a roof vent and were making their way inside through the bathroom vent.

Marcus took care of that issue quickly and also treated the rest of my home so that no bees would return. I even received a 1 year warranty covering my entire property!

I was extremely satisfied with the fast response, friendly technician and great treatment I got from Arizona Professional Pest Control. I will highly recommend them to my friends and family if anyone ever has a bee issue. Great service!!!
