We hired Arizona Steamers to get our house ready to be rented out and we couldn’t be happier with our decision. They did a phenomenal job, they were friendly and they have great pricing. I will definitely be calling them for any future steam cleaning needs and will not hesitate to refer them to anyone needing their services.

Mike went above and beyond to clean our white couch, swivel chair, and rug! He took his time to make sure everything was thoroughly cleaned! We have a dog and a 1 year old, so our items were heavily soiled! Thanks, Mike!

I was encouraged by my parents to contact Arizona Steamers after it had come up in casual conversation. My folks have used them 3-4x now & had nothing but good things to say. I had called and left a voicemail for them one probably around 7-8pm while I was out shopping. Honestly, I was hoping to hear back from them the next morning. However, within about 5min of my voicemail Mike (owner) had returned my call to get me on the schedule. Working on the sales industry myself, I truly appreciated his prompt response & I knew then I was going to use them no matter what. Appointment got set two days out (on a Saturday) at 8am. Our technician, Peter, was kind enough to give me a courtesy call letting me know he was on his way over & showed up a little bit early which was perfect! He & I walked the house to discuss the areas to address before he measured the space & let filled me in on the process along the way. Any questions I had he was able to address. Peter was very polite, professional & personable. He & I moved a couple items before he started getting things setup to start. Peter was able to finish over 1k square feet under the estimated amount of time he thought it would take. The result was better than o expected too. These folks are 5-star rated for a reason & every penny spent was well the money. They were very affordable as well. Thank you to the entire Arizona Steamers team! You have yourself another loyal customer in the years ahead.

If I could give AZ Steamers more than 5 stars, I would! They did a tremendous job deep cleaning some challenging carpet and tile in my client's home. Mike was a complete professional and very accommodating with scheduling as we had to move things around a couple times due to other items still being completed at the home. Mike confirmed with me well in advance of the appointment, Peter showed up right on time and stayed for 5.5 hours to clean my client's home with almost 1800 sqft of wall-to-wall carpet was in need of some serious TLC! Peter kept me posted with photos via text while he was cleaning which was so appreciated; he truly went above and beyond!

We where in a panic with family coming into town in 2 days and needed to get our carpets cleaned. I have used Arizona Steamers several times over the years and they have always done an amazing job. Used them again today for my sectional, sofa, master bedroom and 2 area rugs. We, yet again, are thrilled with the results! Are master bedroom has white carpet that looked pretty beat up, but after the treatment looked brand new again! The same goes for the rugs, sectionals and sofas. They are responsive, punctual, take pride in their work and charge reasonable fees. I will for sure use them again.

Just call them! They were SO nice and fast…and when my bionic nose could still smell my dogs urine the next morning they came back and did a second pass. It worked! Excellent communication from answering the phone to texting giving you an update on when they will arrive. 10/10 recommend

My fiancé and I needed to clean the tile floors in our new home. After doing some research, we decided to go with Arizona Steamers. Five stars, over hundreds of reviews...seemed pretty legit. And it truly was. We have 1800+ square feet of tile in the house. Mike, the owner of the company, came with an employee Peter. He was very kind and honest and worked really hard. You can tell he's proud of his company and cares about the reputation. It shows in his work. The floors were really filthy and he took his time and cleaned them to look practically brand new! After about 2 hours, he was finished. He gave us a fair quote and it was really reasonable considering we saw the work and time he put in and how much tile we have! I'm very impressed with this business and would definitely be contacting them in the future and referring to my family and friends!

Peter was a gem. He contacted me when he was 30 minutes out and was eight on time. The work he did and the photos he sent when he was done were amazing. I have all carpet and three small children and the carpets looked like new. Peter let me know what he did and why he did it. No odors or residue left behind. Michael was very punctual and communicated very well. Over all the company is phenomenal. See you guys again in 5 months!

Peter was the technician that did our carpet and tile cleaning. He did an amazing job! I was ready to just rip out all our flooring because I hated our tile and grout so much. Peter was able to get it almost all the way back to how it originally looked 7 years ago when our home was brand new! I’m so thankful for Peter’s hard work.

We had our carpets cleaned yesterday by Peter. He was the kindest, most thorough, attentive person we’ve had in our house. He really took the time to make sure everything was perfect. He noticed a couple of really bad areas and he went over them multiple times to ensure that the stains were coming out. What a good dude. Mike, with Arizona Steamers, helped us with both the property that we were selling as well as the property that we purchased. I heard about Az Steamers through a friend. I called Mike and he answered the first time and was very very polite on the phone. We scheduled a Day and time, when that day came. This company is simply the best. Mike, the owner/operator, is incredibly nice with a lot of folksy charm. He has great attention to detail and takes the time to do it right without dawdling. His pricing is very straight forward.No additional charges for spot treatment or pet concerns. He's respectful of your property, putting corner guards wherever the hose will make a turn. I'll use him as long as he's in business. Overall, great job and gave good personalized service. Our carpets look great. Really impressed. Arizona Steamers is the only carpet & upholstery cleaning company that we will ever use or recommend! No other company (even major brand names) that we have ever hired over the years, has been able to clean the stains and overall darkness from our 12 year old carpeting and upholstered furniture. Mike from Arizona Steamers cleaned everything flawlessly, completely, and at a wonderfully fair price.

Mike, the owner and operator, is an extremely professional, kind, and courteous man. He listened attentively to my cleaning instructions, and unlike every other carpet cleaning company, he did not try to sell me on any extra service. He works efficiently and focuses on each detail making sure that every spot is perfectly clean. He, and his prices, made everything so easy and comfortable. He quoted the price over the phone, and was able to come over the very next day as I had hoped. He allowed me to set an actual appointment time (without a window wait time), and he even called to let me know when he was on his way.

I wish that I would have taken before & after photos of the miraculous cleaning that Mike was able to do on the worst teenager's carpeting that had not ever responded to any other company's treatments. Every other company gave up after a few tries and said that they couldn't get that carpeting, nor our high traffic area carpet, any cleaner. Well, Mike has it looking brand new: clean, original color and soft...with no fake or chemical smell, just fresh.

We had been previously so embarrassed by the condition of the carpeting in all of the bedrooms that we had every intention of replacing all of the carpeting, as well as our family room furniture. However, as crazy-life sometimes happens, we just found out that some folks are coming to stay with us this week, and therefore, we would just have to clean it as best we could. Never in our wildest dreams, could we have believed that there was a company like Arizona Steamers who truly does what they say, and honestly made our carpet and living room furniture look new again!!!

If I had known how easy and economical it was to have every fiber of my entire house sparkling clean and new-looking, I would never have called any of those previous carpet cleaning companies, nor let those experiences make me question someone like Mike and this company.
Obviously, you can tell that we're going to be hiring them again (and recommending them) quite often!

The estimate given to me over the phone (& therefore, the price) was $35. per spare bedroom or $45. if pretreatment was needed. The Master bedroom was $75. I hope that you trust me & call for a quote. You will be SO happy with your new home!

Arizona Steamers uses a pet and baby friendly cleaning solution, as you can tell by this picture of my little Maltese who's perfectly happy, and as sensitive as her skin is, she has not been itchy or irritated all night.

Mike even removed detailed spots in corners that other companies pretended to miss. I remember Mike saying something like, When it's your own company, you CARE about every detail!

I sent the same detailed message to 10 carpet cleaning services on YELP. Mike was 1 out of 3 companies to respond in such a kind and detailed way while giving me actual estimates. I chose his service and he set me up with an appointment. I ended up having to reschedule so I could finish moving out and he quickly penciled me in for two days later. Peter came and immediately got to work provided me with details concerning the job and gave me the raw quote before beginning. He was done within 2 hours. it was a big job (over 8 rooms to clean) and our upstairs AC was broken. I felt terrible but offered him water and breaks to try to help but he said he was good and knocked it right out. I don’t think you’re supposed to tip them, but I did because it was the first service I used that was just so kind during this tough time. And aside from the professionalism the carpets look amazing. Better than when we moved in and there were 3 small boys living here. Carpets were nearly black in high traffic areas. Definitely would recommend!

My poor pregnant wife got sick in my brand new truck real real bad and I could not get the smell out of it!!! Unfortunately it's my work truck and I have to do business in it every day, I called Mike bright and early on Monday morning with this dilemma and he set aside an hour to come out to my house take care of my vehicle and one of the carpets in the front of my house this guy is the best!!! He is very professional and understood that I was in a extreme situation and came right out to make it better for me I would highly recommend him !! Amazing. Can you say that carpet and tile cleaning is amazing? I say yes. Mike has been cleaning my carpets every 6 months for the last 2 years. This time they also cleaned my tile. Well, it’s like I have brand new tile. There was a lot of dirt and “spots” in the grooves but he was able to clean all that out! Amazing. Thank you Mike. See you in 6 months!

I used Arizona steamers yesterday and was extremely satisfied with their performance. I had strained my back moving furniture off the area rugs and Peter the representative who cleaned my house was extremely helpful and happily moved the items I was unable to get to. Quick, Easy, and affordable. I put off cleaning my carpets and my tile for so long because I did not want to deal with the hassle of taking time off work, or worrying about how expensive it would be. However, my experience was amazing they took time to explain everything about the cleaning process which was important to me because I like to understand what I pay for. They worked around my schedule, they were 100% affordable, and so friendly. I am so happy with the results. I though my house was 'clean' until Arizona Steamers lol. To explain, the difference they made in my home was black and white. You can see and smell the difference which is huge for me considering I have 3 dogs. Smell was a huge factor for me so the fact that they got the odor out makes me happy!!!!

Do keep in mind, I had scheduled a appointment with zerorez and they quoted me a crazy amount in addition the pet treatment was extra, my customer experience was like a sales call, and they lacked knowledge about the full cleaning process.

Third time I had the carpets cleaned by AZ Steamers, twice by Mike and once by Peter. On all occasions, they were professional and the carpets looked great.

What i loved is they didn't try to up the price on you once they get here, whatever price they give you is what the proceess. Honestly this was the easiest and most honest company to work with. They came on gave me an estimate and explained a-z on what the cleaning process would be. I have pets and had that pet odor in my home I have 4 bedrooms, 2 hallways, stairs, and full tile downstairs (dining room, living, kitchen, hallway). I scheduled my cleaning, after they cleaned my home instantly you can feel and smell the difference, but above that you can see it!!!! My grout went from almost black to tan( it's original color). They are beyond polite and 100% professional. I'm so grateful to come across this company! Would definitely recommend and will totally do it again!!!!!
