Valley's Best Cleaners

I've been using Valley's Best Cleaning for a few years now. I finally found my favorite house cleaner. Her name is Paige and she's definitely an asset to the company. She is thorough, kind, smart and a perfectionist. She did an amazing job. I've also had our Carpet steam cleaned about 5 times. Greg always does our carpets. He also does an amazing and thorough job. He's friendly, reliable and quick. He's also an asset to the company. Jennifer does a phenomenal job with scheduling. She's very patient with me too. I highly recommend this company.

I recently had a grout cleaning by valleys best cleaners. I chose this company due to the reviews and their grout special. My home only has 2 high traffic areas, the kitchen and breakfast nook. Upon confirming the two areas I needed cleaned, the technician was over an hr late. He called and texted me multiple times to try to increase the square footage on the cleaning thus increasing the price. Eventually I relented as he explained if I just do those two areas they will not look like the rest, they will be brighter. After he cleaned I received a message from my husband that the grouts appear the same. I took pictures and sent them to the manager and all he could offer was someone to come out and redo. I paid $360+ dollars when I was originally quoted $89. Please be mindful that this is a scam and should be treated s such. Also the technician was highly unprofessional, asking my husband several times if he played professional football. He did not like the answers given so kept asking. Homeowners are supposed to feel comfortable in their homes not badgered 10+ times.

I had Susan come to clean my rental property after the Super Bowl. Not only was I amazed by the responsiveness from Valley Cleaners throughout the process, but Susan came and did an amazing and through job cleaning it before I had a tenant check in that same day. Would definitely go through you guys again and request her.

Stacie arrived on time and after a quick walk of the house started her work. The house is being cleaned as move in ready and she did a great job. Will definitely use them again!

Katrina was great and cleaned the hell out of my apartment. Moving is so stressful, but she made sure that I can now relax and pass my move out inspection!

Requested someone clean my AirBnB they cleaned half way and told be they were going to help clean at another property and never came back. I told management and they have yet to respond or have someone finish cleaning. Very unprofessional. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

My home had gotten dirty due to illness and pets and was in need of a deep cleaning. They scheduled around my availability and communicated the cost and estimated time when I scheduled my cleaning. Emma and Jessica did a fantastic job cleaning. They not only cleaned the counters, tub, shower, and toilet, but also scrubbed the decorative items and the baseboards. When they were done, everything looked like new. They continued to provide estimates of time needed to clean the remaining places to keep in alignment with expected costs.

Breanna did an excellent job cleaning our home today. She is very polite and also a very hard worker. After she cleaned, she gave me a tour to make sure I was happy. I've been using valley's best cleaners for several years and they are great at communicating and making sure their clients are happy.

Valleys best took care of our move out clean and carpet clean over the weekend, they were responsive and able to see us within the week. Joey did the carpets and did a great job, Tina was over to do the move out clean and we’re are very satisfied with their work. It was a large unit and these guys tackled it all single handed. Tina did really great work on the details of the clean and was knowledgeable on how to best get it all done, thank you. we would definitely use them in the future.

Crystal and Brittany came out to do some deep cleaning for our home. Due to health issues and a hard, low energy pregnancy, we fell behind on our daily cleaning and it got to a point where we became overwhelmed with where to start cleaning, which caused it to get worse. I walked them through my home to let them know what was a priority, and without judgment or hesitation, they jumped right into it. They asked questions on where I wanted things or how I wanted things done, and it came with such relief knowing that they were doing it according to my wishes. I felt comfortable talking to them about how I wanted things done, and they took my requests in stride and without hesitating. Now with a clean environment, I feel so much relief and clarity, which wouldn't have been possible without them both. I highly recommend this team, as they were communicative, responsive to my needs and professional in their tasks. They handled my items with care, and not once did I feel that they were judging me or my situation. Highly, highly recommend!!

Kattie and Emma came and did not disappoint! They went above and beyond and made sure everything that I wanted to be done was taken care of, and taken care of well. They are also very personable, which is so important to me. This was the first time we have ever had someone clean our home and we are soooo pleased. Jessica and Crystal did a fantastic job! They were able to clean my entire (2600Sft) house in 3 hours and were even able to remove some stains on the counter I haven’t been able to! I would highly recommend you reach out to these two!

Denise did a wonderful job deep cleaning my apartment. She even offered to and did a wonderful job organizing some of my shelves that were cluttered. I didn’t expect that and it left me with no follow-up work after she cleaned my place. I really appreciate her thoughtfulness and how thorough she was.

We had Pam and Jess for our move out cleaning and they were absolutely wonderful! I even messed up and gave them the wrong address, I felt awful, they totally didn’t have to drive 30 minutes right then to go to the other house. But they did drive all the way over there and on top of that did an amazing job. Incredibly nice women, thank you!

Our tile has never looked so good! Valley's Best did a fantastic job on our tile and grout. Scheduling was quick and easy, they were prompt, accommodating and thorough. We will definitely use their services again.

They are prompt and professional. I had left my apt unlocked for them but the complex had inspected and locked it. The cleaner was patient enough to call me and allow me the opportunity to call the office and get her access. They could very easily have left and charged me some B.S. fee.
The apt and rug cleaning was perfect. She even cleaned out the storage unit to make sure there were no issues with my deposit.
I would be more than happy to recommend and hire them again.

I had them come out to clean my tile and one small little spot on my carpet where a friends dog peed. The carpets looked great for a week and then the area where the spot was is not gray (my carpet is white). They also deep cleaned my tile but what ever they put on the tile took the finish off of my composite floor. I called them back out and he said he didn't do it. I will never ever use them again and I recommend that you don't select them. I would have been better off not doing anything because everything looks worse now.

We used valleys best carpet and tile cleaning yesterday. The tech arrived on time and was knowledgeable. The quote I got on the phone was the price I paid. No hidden fees!! Carpet and tile look amazing. Would definitely recommend. We will be using them again!!

Greg, with Valleys best carpet and tile did an outstanding job! He was very thorough and even helped me move furniture to get areas that otherwise never would have been cleaned! To top it all off, they beat all the bids I received from other competitors. I would recommend these guys across the board!

They did a horrible job with our carpets and house cleaning. I honestly wish I had cameras to show the work that was not done. I contacted to try to get a refund and was ignored. My son has asthma and is allergic to dogs /cats, the previous owners had them so we were doing a carpet and house clean for his health. I am so upset and frustrated with their services. I would not recommend.

Valley's Best made my tile look new! They were available same day and charged reasonable prices. I added on a couple bedrooms & a closet of carpet shampooing and those came out beautifully as well. I will be using their services again!

Called for an appointment yesterday afternoon and they were able to fit me in today. Greg arrived 30 minutes early and did a great job cleaning the carpet. He was even able to get out some really bad stains. Will definitely use Valley's Best Carpet Cleaning again!

Excellent cleaning company. Everyone is very nice and professional! Flexible with scheduling and services. I've had Pam come out and clean my house several times now, she is super sweet very efficient and does a great job! She also gets along great with dogs so it made it easy for both my miniature daushound and I!

I would give 0 stars to represent their reliability and communication. Scheduled for an AM arrival and they are a no show. Told they are stuck until 430. How does scheduling work exactly? Who wants cleaners to show up at dinner time? My job is to have my house ready to be cleaned, theirs is to manage their team. Poor, in my opinion keep looking.

We were told by the company we had to book a deep clean for the first time, which is more money. We agreed and scheduled a date. When the cleaners arrived they said no they were not doing a deep clean, which was fine with us. But when they were done the price was the same! The cleaners claimed the price is always the same, it just takes more time for a deep clean - which makes no sense... if that were the case everyone would do the deep clean EVERY time since they're paying the same either way. And the job they did was bad all around. They didn't vacuum the stairs at all, didn't wipe down the outside of appliances, missed areas on the counters and floor, and complained most of the time they were here. And it cost us nearly $300. Definitely not the Valley's Best cleaner.

So I just had my carpet cleaned 2 days ago and my husband and I were very pleased to say the least. Valley's Best had great availability for me scheduling only 4 days before wanting it done! I had to find a new cleaning company because my old company, who shall remain nameless, only cleans vacant homes now! I found them on Yelp in which I chatted on Yelp to get a quote prior to scheduling!! So awesome I didn't know I could do that. I searched around with about 7 other companies & the existing reviews played a huge role in my decision. With that being said, I felt a very detailed review is important for others. The technician Greg was great! He was nice, very professional & a hard worker. We stumbled upon a scheduling conflict the day of due to a job he did before mine but was able to move things around to keep my appointment time. This was perfect because I also just replaced carpet in one room & I wanted scotch guard before putting anything on the new carpet. My house is pretty big so the 1.5 hr difference would've caused me to have to reschedule. The only thing I didn't like was the long drying time. It took about 6 hours to dry enough to where we felt comfortable walking on it but they did warn me 4-6 hrs so I didn't feel that was worthy of reducing to 4 stars instead of 5. So going forward I do plan on sticking with Valley's Best next year I will just schedule much earlier. I may also push my appt back to a cooler month since my front door had to remain open for the hose during the cleaning. The price was FANTASTIC for the size of my home (like 7 areas plus a staircase) & they give military discount. I love companies who honor veterans!!! I recommend this company to everyone! ??

Hello Brian. I am posting since I sent to you and have not received a follow up.
RE: June 18, 2020 appointment. A couple of things to address. PLEASE DO NOT take this as a NEGATIVE review of Carrie. It is meant as a suggestion for her future assignments.
I had already cleaned most of the items in the house, days before Carrie’s scheduled date. She was very pleasant and accommodating, worked straight through for 4 hours even refusing an offer of a break, and as a result, I had no qualms about paying her. She did kindly offer to accept only 3 hours since she was late, however I declined her offer because she was here 4 hours!! Among many of the things that Carrie did was wiping the baseboards, window sills, cleaned several windows (she forgot I said that was not needed) cleaned a couple of the light fixtures and a glass top table in addition to some other things. However, after paying and checking the house once I spoke to you and after Carrie left, I discovered a few things that disappointed me.
(1) The stand-alone shower in master bath had not been touched. (Which means it was not completed)
(2) The clear plastic shower curtain in guest bath was not cleaned. (Which means it was not completed)
(3) The top vented area of the microwave still had as much buildup of grease as previously. (Which means it was not completed) I did bring this to her attention, and she said she had cleaned it, but it required more than one cleaning.
(4) The kitchen appliances did not look much better than before her arrival
I did NOT follow her around but took her word that she had completed the tasks that I had discussed and written down for her.
My sense is that the assignment was too large, she needs a bit more training or requires another person to accompany her as a helper.

I looked everywhere for a company that could come last minute to clean my carpets since I had family coming to town. Valleys best cleaners came with a 48 hr notice and did a fantastic job! I will always use them to clean my carpets ! I am very happy thank you again

My husband got me this cleaning service for Mother’s Day and all I can say is DO NOT HIRE!
They showed up 3 hours late and we’re there for 5 hours. My house does not look clean.
They chatted the whole time and use dollar store cleaners for everything.
My baseboards are still dusty & charged us about $200 OVER what we were quoted for everything.
They took forever to do everything and I have numerous pictures showing my dusty shelves & dust on my carpets still in all the corners.

Originally hired them for carpet cleaning and house cleaning. There house cleaning is not strong. Employees are not happy working for them and it shows. Owner followed up with me about the service and I told them the truth and sent pictures of the quality. The female owner apologized and sent another cleaner out free of charge. I was impressed and hired them again months later. They never showed up and when I called to ask where they were he said he showed up and no one was there. I had a full house of people all day and never heard the door ring. I asked them what door they went to because we do have a large property and a guest house and the male responded rude and said it was the second time I didn’t answer wich wasn’t true. I’m not sure if he confused me with someone else but his behavior on the phone tuned me off enough to not use them anymore. Carpet companies are almost all the same in quality of the cleaning and price so the employees are really what make the difference and this company is lacking in quality customer service. I tried giving them chances but it’s clear there employees are not happy and they run a messy business. I hoped on Craigslist and got another cleaner the next morning who arrived 8am sharp on a Saturday $10 less than them.

Expensive did horrible job and refused to do anything about it. Water stains left on cushions, and were still dirty. Had it vaccumed few days after and this shows how well a job was done

I have used this company a few times, and they deliver every single time! I had old dirty carpet when I first moved in and they got it so clean! I was definitely satisfied, now I have them come just to do regular cleaning and I would definitely recommend! This will be my go to company for anything I need cleaned!

This company is a scam and is under horrible management. We hired them for post-construction cleaning. They claimed they are very familiar and confident in their service to complete the job.

They showed up with a team of two and worked for 6 hours and accomplished almost nothing. They were cleaning their dust mops by shaking the dust off inside the house. Simple surfaces like thermostats, window ledges, doorknobs, bathrooms, and windows were left untouched.

I had a single housemaid to come after they finished. She did more work in 2 hours than Valley Best did in 6. Do yourself a favor and hire someone else. I was able to get a partial refund and am still so disappointed and disgusted by the customer service and experience.

I used them for a thorough cleaning at a client's home. They were on time and did a great job. They were originally hired for 3 hours but they stayed until the job was done! I would definitely recommend them.

I hired this company the other day for a one time deep clean I informed them ahead of time that I would only be there to let them in when I returned home I couldn’t Even tell that anybody had been in my house especially cleaners the toilets were disgusting the floors were sticky in one of my bedrooms I had Christmas gifts that I had not wrapped yet and I can’t prove it because I didn’t see it but I know there’s some things missing I will never use this company again

They treat your house like theirs; there is a difference between a professional cleaner and a professional cleaner who is a caretaker--they can clean around toys, identify better areas for optimization, and leave it how you would - if you were a master of cleaning and organization who never forgot to bring extra lysol
