Eric and Toby were really great. They did an exterior clean of my house, exterior windows, screens, and our patio to help us prepare to move out. They were really nice and professionally. Walked the house and gave me a summary of the work afterwards. Only reason for 4 stars was they arrived an hour later than the start time but with the Phoenix traffic I get it. Overall great experience and would hire this company again. If you need exterior cleaning they were quick, responsive and priced well.
Carlos did an incredible job removing battery acid stains and tire marks from our driveway. He’s knowledgeable and detail oriented. I knew I was in good hands and that the job would be done right. Super impressed by the entire team - from scheduling the work to final payment - each step of the process was very easy. Highly recommend and will use you again!

We hired AZ Power Wash Pros (American Maintenance Professionals) to clean our townhome's two patios. They were both sorely in need of a thorough cleaning - something we found difficult to do ourselves given that our building doesn't have a hose hook up available for resident use. Fortunately AZ Power Wash Pros have their own water tank on their truck, and combined with hundreds of feet of hosing, they're able to get in just about anywhere. The two men were prompt, professional, and very pleasant, and less than an hour later, both patios looked amazing - 100% improvement. I felt the pricing was fair given the end result, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing power-wash services.
Carlos and Frances did an excellent job cleaning our concrete. We bought a 38 yr. old horse property, with concrete that has never been cleaned, with layers of dirt. We recently had landscape construction, which added more dirt and gravel dust to the concrete. AZ Power Wash cleaned 130 feet of driveway, 2 large patios, a large front porch, lots of sidewalks, a water fountain with calcium build up, a paver pad by the fountain, and the garage floor. It took all day. They were committed to get it as clean as possible. I will definitely hire them again!

Eric & Tony were the technicians who were assigned to clean my rear patio that was stained from all the residual rainfall over the years. In addition I needed to have 60 windows cleaned. In about 3 hours they had everything completed and everything looked clean and fresh.

Crew of two power washed my cement areas and cool deck in back of our house. Showed up on time. Courteous and professional. Cleaned a couple extra areas which I asked about last minute. They were great. I’ll definitely hire them again.

I was so bummed after we just had new pavers installed and then they resurfaced our road which meant TAR! ⬛️ Tanya in the office was so patient with me and helped me understand the process. He worked hard and communicated the process well.

I’m a relatively new homeowner and had no idea what to expect from having my home power washed. American Maintenance Professionals are just that! Professional. They were quick to respond to every inquiry. They showed on time. They followed the notes left by the office to lock my back gate etc. I got home and pulled into my carport and was instantly glad I had the house washed. I hadn’t even gotten out of my car and was already impressed. I continued being impressed as I walked around to my front door and patio. I kept saying aloud to myself how much I loved it! This was my 1st time using a power washing company, but the experience was great. I hired them to help wash the tons of cobwebs and spiders off my grandparents exterior house, the spiders were everywhere! gutters, ceilings, walls, windows etc. They did a great job and washed it all away. I felt like they were diligent in their job, they washed the driveway and patio of all the soap and debris. There was a nurse caring for my grandpa at the time and said it smells nice! in regards to the detergents they were using. I would use them again!

After leaving messages with other providers and getting no response I wondered if we’d ever find someone to clean our windows and pressure wash the exterior. American Maintenance responded to us almost immediately. They arrived on time the next day and did a beautiful job with everything. The windows sparkle. There is something cheerful about clean windows. The park model is shiny and clean. Prices were very reasonable. They had planned to clean the gutters as well but showed us we have small gutter openings that will require a spoon to clean them or a gutter specialist. They gave us the name of a gutter specialist to contact. Very professional and helpful. Will use them again.

The work done today by AZ Power Wash Pros was great! I am retired and live on a fixed income so letting go of money isn't an easy thing for me. The technician did a great job and even took an extra moment to come to the door and make certain my bird was in a safe area before he applied the chemicals. Manny did a great job power washing my back patio, pool deck, and getting a bad chemical stain lifted from the concrete outside. He was friendly, timely, and did a thorough job. He pointed out the risk of power washing a couple things and sought my approval before I gave him the go ahead to do it anyway, which I really appreciated. Other companies seemed very afraid of this stain that hardened on my concrete and prompted me to reach out, and Manny got it up within minutes. They were so easy to work with, very timely, sent me a proposal and had a fair price. Did I mention they were also available same day? Will definitely hire them again. The driveway of our rental was badly stained with oil from my car. I need this job done quickly because we were moving to our new home, and only had a couple of days left living at our rental. My first mistake was hiring another power washer I found on Facebook trying to save some money. Ultimately it cost me even more money since the guy I hired on FB did a horrible job and I didn't realize until later after I had already paid him and he was gone. I was preparing for party and and needed to get my house and patio washed before the party. Thankfully I found this AMAZING company. The office staff was very friendly and helpful in getting me on the schedule quickly and thoroughly explained their process. The two gentlemen who showed up in a truck with much larger professional equipment than the guy from Facebook and they were very polite and did an excellent job cleaning my property. Once they completed the work they walked me around the property to make sure I was satisfied with the work they did. Talk about great customer service. This company is definitely a diamond and wonderful to work with. Trust me and save yourself the mistake I made and just hire this company.

I was looking for a good pressure washing company in Scottsdale to clean the exterior of my house .After calling many companies listed in Scottsdale with no response I came across AZ Power Wash Pros. The entire process from the gal who answered the phone to the guys who did the work was excellent. They were very informative and provided great communication. While they did end up being a little late because of a previous job taking a little long the office called to let me know they were running a little behind ahead of time as well as the guys calling to let me know when they were on the way. Superb communication in my book. They guys were meticulous with the detail of cleaning and exceeded my expectations. I will definately be using this company again.

I bought a house and the driveway was just disgusting. It was covered in oil and as soon as we bought the house, we already had a request from the HOA to have it cleaned. We tried power washing it ourselves with a power washer we bought from Amazon but it didn’t make a dent. We had these guys come out and the driveway looks like brand new cement was poured. It’s really unbelievable to see this kind of transformation in just a couple hours. Highly recommend!!

We have a fountain on our campus that was built in 1993. We are trying to refurbish it. The problem: The precast veneer was so calcified with 28 years of lime scale I was considering replacing it. However, I called AZ Exterior Cleaning and had them give me a quote for cleaning it. It was a very difficult job, but they stuck with it and got it done. The price was right, they were on time and professional and the quality if their work was amazing!! I would recommend their services to any and all!!

Overpriced! I would never use them again. A technician came out to power wash our garage/driveway area. He was there for an hour and 15 minutes and this company had the audacity to send me a bill for $425! Their pricing is outrageous especially since our garage/driveway isn’t that big of an area. I can see adding maybe a $50 additional charge to do the driveway but that’s it. We have two cars and you can probably fit a motorcycle in the garage too if you wanted too, but not a 3rd car. Only 2 cars can fit in the driveway not 3. So we shouldn’t be paying for a 3 car garage/driveway price. Maybe they should have someone come out to take a look at the space instead of just Google mapping the address for a more accurate quote.

When I drained my Pond to do some minor repair of leaks, I found that some of the paint that was used in one area had bubbled and become unattached to the cement under the water. I also found that the original waterproofing epoxy in the main river and pond had some chips that needed repairing. I decided to have all of the old paint and epoxy removed and the surface acid washed so I could apply a new epoxy to the cement surface. After several weeks of research on what kind of epoxy prep work I needed, I contacted AZ Power Wash Pros. The next day the Owner came to my house and gave me an estimate to remove all of the old paint and epoxy, along with doing an acid wash. Brandon took the time to listen to what I needed, answered all of my questions and offered additional advice, and was extremely courteous. He was able to start the job as soon as I wanted and worked it around my schedule. We setup a date and time to have one of his Technicians - Carlos - start the job. Carlos came to my house, he was friendly, explained what he was going to do, then he got to work removing all of the epoxy and paint from the cement in my river and pond. He also did an acid wash to remove years of hard water buildup. When the job was completed, every bit of paint, epoxy, and hard water calcium had been removed. It looked like my pond and waterfall had just been built. The job was finished in the amount of time and for the quoted dollar amount which was very important to my budget.
I will forever keep AZ Power Wash Pros as my go to company for any and all of my power washing needs. I will recommend AZ Power Wash Pros to my family, friends, and anyone who wants a company they can trust to do the job right.

AZ Exterior Cleaning did a great job on our roof, we live in Goodyear near the farms and have lots of pigeons that are a major nuisance. Our roof and solar panels were covered with bird droppings, and they cleaned and sprayed the entire roof and cleaned all the solar leaving it spotless. They were on time and did good work, and were very communicative.

I was not present for the service. But the founder of the nonprofit, OPERATION ENDURING GRATITUDE, was at the home the entire time and sent me numerous videos of the entire process. Not only did they power wash and steam clean the interior floors and walls but they went outside and did the exterior of the house, the patio, sidewalk, and driveway. They did an amazing job!!!

These guys are professionals. I went through another vendor prior to them for power washing on my driveway from an escrow violation for closing of my house and they did poorly, charged alot and stated the stain cannot be removed.

I contacted them and spoke with phone Rep Tanya, who is very friendly and flexible to meet guest needs, especially myself as I desperately needed this escrow violation removed. I hired AZ exterior cleaning to do window washing for my commercial building they gave me a great price. But when it came time for them to actually do the work. They sent 4 people to start and shortly after arriving 3 of them left because they weren’t going to get paid enough. So that leaves one guy. He did half the job and never showed back up. So I called Nate Williams the sales manager to ask why no one was on the job and he told me. They were not going to finish the job. None of their employees wanted to do it because Nate didn’t bid the job high enough and they weren’t going to get paid what they think they should, so now I have a building that is only half clean and I have to find real professionals to finish the job
They pressure washed the driveway and left a powder residue on my driveway. They should have rinsed the driveway after they completed the job. I had powder residue in my and my wife’s car and had to get the cars cleaned. The service technician had a different idea on what was to be performed. I had to notify management to clarify with the technician.
I had them come out to do my windows and they did an amazing job. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Had some stubborn stains that I was worried wouldn’t come out of my #driveway. Fortunately, Eric came out and took care of it and left it spotless! Definitely would use again.
When you look at the 'before & after' pictures, here is what you need to know. They use a 'scrubber' on your cement drive that takes off just a little concrete and mixes it with water. So, what you are seeing in the 'after' picture is this white cement 'paste' on your driveway and it looks GREAT...untill you hose your driveway down a week later and see all this milky white water run down your street. When it dries, your bad spot is still there..not quite as bad..but still there. What you are seeing here is a classic 'bait and switch'. When you call to have them do it again because they didn't do what they said they would do to your driveway, they will quote you a price (over $100 ) to come and so it again...and the spot is still there!
They did a great job of power washing my garage door and floors. I would recommend them highly!!

He broke one of my Vertical Blinds and gave me a hard time on the phone, a couple of weeks later about calling his Boss to Complain about it. I would Not Hire Again.
I was going to paint my house but they washed it so well it looks like new paint!
My driveway also looks brand new!
The guy that came was very professional and got right to work!

Excellent Service!!!! I got my entire outside of my house cleaned along with my driveway, patio, pool deck and ALSO my WINDOWS!!! They do an amazing job, are super helpful and knowledgeable.
