I cannot even list out all of the issues I've had with this company. My husband and I have used TCS off and on for several years, and it's always been using their promotion of buy 3 vouchers, get 1 free. Prior to the last year and 1/2, services were always okay. About what you would expect for discounted services, etc.
My list of concerns/grievances with this company are extensive in the last year, year and a half. I'll try to keep it brief and factual just in order to help you make a good decision when choosing.
1- while speaking with the receptionist to adjust our schedule in august, 2018 (needed to change an already scheduled cleaning and wanted to schedule out the future vouchers), the conversation devolved to the point where the receptionist used the phrase 'you people' when addressing me. I assume she was referring to 'us people' as folks who took advantage of the voucher as opposed to having signed a contract with them. If you are not willing to honor, in good faith, something you've sold (they called US about the promotion), why even offer it? Also, the judgement behind the whole conversation was just absurd in a industry where competition is high, and customer service should be priority. I tried to demand (which i hate doing) a refund of the unused portion of our vouchers just to be DONE with them, but obviously it was denied.
2 - scheduling is ABYSMAL, which you will see in other reviews. During the same phone call, i was told that voucher customers were given last priority and that she couldn't schedule out beyond 2 months because they were 'upgrading' their scheduling system. The end result is that in august i attempted to schedule november and december cleanings and was REFUSED services in November due to non availability. Maybe its just my opinion, but 3 months out i should have been able to get something considering we have 100% availability during the week most times.
3 - in March we attempted to schedule our final voucher and the first availability was 5/9/19. The icing on the cake was that the cleaners arrived at 12:48pm and left at 1:58pm (verified by my ring camera). The voucher was 2 cleaners for 2 hours. They came with 2 cleaners and a trainer, but we were never notified of this and that still isn't comparable in my estimation.
4 - only once in the last 2 years have i felt that the cleaning was competent. We had an experience with two women, one of whom seemed to be an in field manager/trainer, and they came out the cleaning after i had the altercation with the receptionist. (i'm very much just assuming the two things are related - they may not be). Every other time it's been mediocre at best. I've not filed formal complaints because i do recognize that i have signed up for discounted services, but given all the other issues, it's just the final straw, you know?
To sum it up? Just depressing, condescending, and unacceptable customer service, almost 1 year to schedule 4 cleanings because we're voucher customers, and mediocre cleaning at the end of the day. Additionally, they called us recently to try to resell us the voucher deal (you have GOT to be kidding me), and they told my husband that now they're requiring a membership fee to get the deal. It's almost laughable. Keep searching if you're looking for cleaners, its not worth the headache.
