Peak Cleaning Service

I've been using Peak for a few months now at one of my AirBNBs. They have been great to work with so far. The communication is super thorough and they sync right up with the calendar for a hands off approach to cleaning. I can rest assured that they will show up when they are supposed to and the cleans have been done right every time. Highly recommend!

Hired Peak for Airbnb services for the past couple of months.

Pros:
-Adequate cleaning
-Timely
-Easy integration with Airbnb calendar
-Fair pricing
-Decent presentation of home

Cons:
-Unsatisfactory communication, not clear when cleaning team would finish or if there were issues with the home. Had to reach out persistently to get information. One instance we had a damaged coffee table and it was not mentioned to us. Luckily we checked on the home before the next guest checked in.
-Inconsistent cleaning, specifically vacuuming all areas of home (carpet vs rug vs hardwood)
-Lack of organization/management of off-site laundry: cleaning team requested we allow them to finish extra loads of laundry due to number of towels used by guest. They were not returned or communicated that they were done within 48hrs as they stated. Had to hassle in order to make sure towels were returned.

This service is fantastic! They are the most communicative cleaning company that we have ever worked with and we work with over 8 different companies being that we are property managers. We rely heavily on Peak for the success of our business and they always help out as much as they can.
Liza is one of their best cleaners, she has rental properties herself so she knows what she is doing to make our guests and customers happy!

The peak team is very friendly, professional, and reliable - all key things that are critical for a short term rental cleaning company. The quality of the work is very good overall and on the occasional time it’s not, they’re very responsive to fix it immediately and care deeply about making things right. That’s a winning formula! They did the most amazing job!! I had Casandra do deep clean on my brothers house. I could not believe how clean they got the bathrooms. My brother had been sick for a while and it not been cleaned in some time, she made it look brand new, it was unbelievable. I will continue to use this service for a long time, they are just so good and so professional. They are the best and Casandra was amazing.

Peak Cleaning has been servicing our condo in Scottsdale for the last 5 years. When we first met Patrick (owner) and his team we were impressed with their professionalism, and organization of services, to the point that we were referring the company to other Airbnb owners in Scottsdale. Sadly, in the last year and a half, we have found the exact opposite. Poor communication, and poor quality of service and non-responsive to our concerns. After numerous emails and phone calls to discuss the concerns, Patrick and management have still yet to call back.

Our last two guests have brought numerous items to our attention, all related to cleaning. Upon doing a surprise visit this month when my spouse and I checked in, we also noticed the same list of concerns (e.g., floors not washed, garbages not emptied) so badly that white socks were black after the first day.

Unfortunately, this is NOT the first time we have ran into issues with the cleaning quality at Peak Cleaning and have therefore hired another company.

Do not recommend this company anymore.

We just started using Peak for an Airbnb listing. They have been excellent so far, they connect directly to the platform and clean automatically, communicate often to make sure service is up to standards, and have done an excellent job with our 2 cleans.

Excellent service with can-do attitude, reliability and quality - staff is always responsive and respectful of space and time. Special mention to Michael whose consistent capacity for common sense and detail frequently exceed expectations. Courteous and affable in each encounter, I highly recommend!

We started using Peak for a short-term rental type service for a new company house. I was impressed with my initial walk-thru with them but then I was even more impressed when I saw the house after the first cleaning. I tried several cleaning companies before I hired Peak and none of them even compare to the quality that Peak provides!
Even the executive that stayed at the house commented whoever cleaned this house is legit!
Their staff is also very responsive with emails and texts. I'm so happy I found them!

Team was prompt, professional and courteous. Our team was efficient and went above and beyond expectations. Booking is easy and the office can be reached via text, email or phone which I love the flexibility in communication style! A little pricier than others but the quality of work makes up for it.

NIGHTMARE ! This company is seriously a joke . We have work with so many crews over 10 years but never anything like that we experienced . We have been more then patient with them for over 8 months but unfortunately they are extremely unreasonable and we terminated our relationship instantly . One of critical issues ; they did not show up 3 times and our vacation home was not ready for guests so they walked in to dirty place . That costed us around 3k with refunds . They are NEVER on time ! The quality of cleaning is less them poor . They simply do not finish their job . Do not even ask about staging your house . That simply is above their skill level . They constantly were leaving 5-8 towels for 14 guests , no hand paper , no wash clothes left even thought they would have brand new ones delivered . They will not inform you that there is no toilet paper or anything else in the house . They will simply leave the house without proper set up so no communication ! They were also constantly stealing our cleaning supplies , mop , broom until we told them not to do so . Again ; ZERO communication between the cleaners . They would take a whole bag of dirty towels and comforters to wash and never brought it back ! Then , new cleaners comes in and starts complaining they have no towels and sheets so they can not finalize cleaning , they left the same dirty sheets on the beds due to that . When you call office Brenda is the rudest , pretentious person you have ever talked to . All the staff is simply disrespectful . No customer service and all kind of excuses only. They also almost 90 % of the time send you one overwhelmed cleaner for 3000 sqft house after 14 guests staying . Also it looks like that is her first time cleaning . They just do not care and its unreal how they run this company !!! When few things were missing in our house, they told us they though owners took it . Why would the owners took a nightstand lamp perhaps ??? When we asked why there is so many hair on the floor they said they DO NOT use vacuum - yes correct they do not use vacuum !! I have never in entire life seen cleaning company without a vaccum . They have dry mop and wet mop and floor was always left in ridiculous condition which had to be re mopped each time after they left as it would be embarrassing to check guests. They do not have system in place , cleaners are amateurs and its simply disaster !!!! Its a nightmare !!! They blow your phone off constantly because they always have issues ; they showing up last min and tell you they wont be done on time . On the top they keep complaining while cleaning how dirty it is and that they need to charge us more . They do not provide any pictures even though they will charge you more . They would call you 5 times with the same question as they do not communicate ; example ; what is the house code - which you just had someone calling about it few min before . They withdraw random money from your account without our permission. They charged us $980 for 3 hours of cleaning because they said it was in bad condition . Yes , correct your heard it right $980 and our usual services are $400 . This is some sort of absolute joke and I can go on and on with so many additional details ....
Never worked with anyone like that and we will not be recommending Peak Cleaning to anyone ! It was 8 months of struggle and disaster . They never improved their services after many conversations . After all we were able to find a crew with 3 ladies for $250 and they would even change our AC filters !!! Please make yourself a favor and shop around well as the cleaning scene in Scottsdale is huge and you can certainly find many others for half price with a great customer service and cleaning skills .

Be aware this company will do 3-5 great cleanings . Then ask for review and things goes down the hill very quick . We experienced very unprofessional and poor services . High employees that were stilling staff from the property and supplies . If you want total disaster in your vacation rental ; hire them !

Peak cleans my airbnb property. They always do an excellent job. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because one time they did have to reschedule my clean two days later and they did not tell me until they missed the arrival time. Not critical if this was my home, but my airbnb guests have an expectation that I try to meet. One other time, they had an issue with scheduling and the owner Patrick showed up to clean himself.

I used Peak cleaning as I moved into a new apartment for a deep clean. I’m never one to write a review or complain but wow I have never been so disappointed in a service before. They gave me an estimation on how long it would take (3 hours) and then reached out twice adding 30 minutes each time, which resulted in adding $60 to my bill. If you’re going to add time you might as well keep adding time until the job is done. I had to walk around the apartment and point out multiple spots they missed. If I wasn’t there these pictures would be way worse. Being that I’m in customer service it is sad to see how other companies treat their customers who are paying a lot of money for a service. I will be posting on my groups page to avoid peak cleaning. You can find a better deal/service else where.

Ordered a move-out clean for a 2 bedroom condo. They did a great job the place was absolutely spotless!

I live in Canada and have an Airbnb in Scottsdale and would not be able to do it without Peak Cleaning. I looked everywhere for a good cleaning company and came across Peak Cleaning and gave them a shot. When we first started I was just looking for a cleaner and thought that was going to be it, it turns out over the last 3 months of using this company they have turned into my go to for everything and that goes far past just cleaning. They help me out with managing the property, keeping me updated with repairs, helping Guests check in, keeping my supplies stalked and doing damage assessments if there is any from the guest.

On every single review our guests leave on Airbnb they always commenting on how sparkling clean our place is.The customer service they offer is out of this world, they always make sure I am looked after wether I call them at 10AM or at 10PM. Their prices are very fair for the quality of work that they do and I couldn't be happier.

I honestly could not manage my business across the boarder if it was not for these guys. I am not one to write reviews online but I feel like these guys truly deserved it. Definitely give them a call if you need just a regular cleaning or if you are like me and need a little bit of everything!

This was the worst money I have ever spent. I have had my house cleaned twice a month since we moved in unfortunately my cleaning lady I’ve used for years relocated. I came across Peak Cleaning and thought I’d give them a go. It had been about a month since my house was cleaned professionally, my husband and I keep and very clean and tidy house. In the lapse of a house cleaner we still cleaned ie. vacuumed, moped, dusted, cleaned surfaces, toilets etc. So when I called and they suggested a ‘deep clean’ I thought it sounded like a good idea. I spent 3 times the amount I spent with my previous cleaning lady and got the same if not worse results. Not sure what they think a deep clean is but if it means that I have to go back over what they did or missed (even after they sent someone back out to fix what the first crew did) then I guess their description is accurate. And on top of everything they asked me to pay more than what I was quoted because the first crew spent more time at my house without getting approval from Peak Cleaning to go over their time! I’m embarrassed at what I spent with them and extremely disappointed. And heads up everyone they use are subcontracted.

Just moved in to my house that was empty for some time, so I requested a deep clean. Laura and her team came in and went above and beyond to give the house and really good clean. They were very friendly and accommodating with my requests..... absolutly amazing job!

So I recently moved out of a house I was renting. I called them to come do a move out clean. I was told all I had to worry about was the fridge and oven and windows. Knowing that put me at so much ease so me and my husband made plans for the 4th of July. We head over there on Friday to check how they did and I was very disappointed. The only thing that looked clean to me was the fans, the bathrooms and floors. I was told it was every nook and cranny should have been cleaned. The cabinets were still dirty, the baseboards weren’t touched, walls were not wiped down when needed. Mind me they called me the day after the clean to tell me it took 7 hours to clean my house instead of the 5-6 I was paying for. So I called, I was supposed to get a call back the same day but it’s been two days and still haven’t talked to anyone. Maybe a smaller job would be better but I am very disappointed and won’t be using again or recommending to anyone.

From scheduling the appointment to the end of the cleaning, everything went so smooth and my bedroom/bathroom looked brand new!

“Move-in Ready” is the best way to describe how clean everything was afterwards.
