What a terrible experience. I scheduled a cleaning with Bruni and her team. Conversations were difficult from the start, I should've seen that as a red flag. She was spotty on getting back to me, but I saw all the 5 star reviews, so I held out. Then today, the day of the cleaning, her team was supposed to arrive at 10. At 10:30, when I hadn't heard anything, I messaged her. They were running behind, and she said they would be there between 11:30-12. 12:00 rolls around, and no one was there. I messaged her again. Now, it would be 1 before they got there. There was absolutely no communication unless I reached out. Then, I wasn't having the whole house cleaned, just a few areas. It took 3 cleaners, 4 hours to clean 3 rooms and a half bath. After the first hour, I walked out to see how it was going, and it literally looked like nothing had been done at all during that hour. Then they FINALLY finished, and when Bruni called me for payment, she tried to charge me twice the max she had originally quoted me! After they took my payment, the girls let me know that they had broken a glass figurine. I will never use this company, Bruni, or her team again!

Her response is just another example of how communication was never there. I told her from the very start that I was not available at 8 am. I never changed anything. She was the one who suggested 10 am, and then never communicated they would be running behind.

I have been a customer for 8 years and have never had a problem. If you are looking for a company that uses green products and leaves your house sparkling clean without the lingering chemical smell, then they are your match! We love Arizona Cleaning!

I’ve used this service twice and am very satisfied with the results. The ladies that have come over are friendly, efficient, and professional. Also super fast. It would take me all day to do what they do in a couple hours. I love it and am very grateful to them. My apartment is 2 stories but that doesn’t cost more or slow them down. It’s such a great privilege to have this kind of help at a very affordable price.

They removed a ring of mineral buildup from our toilets that not even the apartment complex people had been able to remove and neither had we regardless of what we did for the past 5 years!

They are friendly, polite, hard working, and miracle workers! 15/5 would highly recommend!

Someone driving one of their company vans nearly killed me tonight on 17 heading south! They merged into my lane while I was still beside them nearly side swiping me and forced me over into the lane to the left of me nearly causing me to side swipe someone else. You need to teach your workers or whoever is driving about road safety and watching their surroundings! You’re lucky my child was not in the car.

I have had Cleaning Solutions for many years and have had mostly the same cleaners who are totally awesome. The ones I didn’t care for, they made sure didn’t return. Their fees are reasonable compared to other companies( be sure and tip the ladies!). They do a good job and I enjoy their company. If I have a special request, the company has been very accommodating as have the cleaners as long as it was reasonable. I highly recommend them and, frankly, I don’t know what I would do without them!

Denise did an excellent job cleaning my apartment. She was thorough and efficient. Valley’s Best Cleaners were able to send someone out very quickly. My apartment looks awesome!

At 44p/hr per person with a 3 person team I'm flabbergasted that it took them hours to clean a newly remodeled home, not completely furnished, with no kids and only a small dog. At that rate, number of people, and time spent I would expect my house and appliances completely spotless and my walls, baseboards, window tracks, vents, etc. to be thoroughly cleaned (they weren't). The job completed was just barely better than what I do on my own and some products used actually destroyed the type of finishing I had in the bathrooms which I didn't notice until later that evening. I paid hundreds of dollars for this. I suppose if you've never cleaned a day in your life, have kids and animals tearing up the house and needed a basic cleaning the service would be worth it. The initial room took 20 minutes which is the most used and has the most stuff. Yet rooms that are barely touched with all new and clean items took longer? I cannot justify the cost with the quality and time spent. I chose this company because of the name, description, and what was promised. False advertising and highway robbery. It looks decent til you look at the details. I wish I had paid more attention to them but being they are professionals, I thought they knew best.

I've tried other cleaning services and they cannot compare to Peak Cleaning.
Peak is flexible if you have a conflict. They have been very accommodating in that respect.
Peak is personable, punctual, and thorough.

I was so bummed after we just had new pavers installed and then they resurfaced our road which meant TAR! ⬛️ Tanya in the office was so patient with me and helped me understand the process. The office was responsive and quick to get me on the schedule. Carlos with American Maitenance Professionals did fantastic work and was a joy to meet. He worked hard and communicated the process well.

This was my first time ever having my driveway power washed and cleaned and I’m so glad I used them. This time it was because of the tar, but I’m going put it on my calendar for routine home care!

Peter was a gem. He contacted me when he was 30 minutes out and was eight on time. The work he did and the photos he sent when he was done were amazing. I have all carpet and three small children and the carpets looked like new. Peter let me know what he did and why he did it. No odors or residue left behind. Michael was very punctual and communicated very well. Over all the company is phenomenal. See you guys again in 5 months!

I hired them a week ago to do a cleaning for my new place before I moved in. They did such good job that I’ve scheduled them to clean my place once a month on the regular.
