AFS completed my northeast stem wall repairs and installed a dual moisture system ; my service team Brian (sales rep), Sarah (foundation repairs) and Anthony (moisture system installation) were all prompt, professional and explained the work they were going to do, as well as reviewed it with me when it was complete - everything looks great! The only area of improvement would be scheduling, which Brian was great at reconnecting on his end to have it taken care of.

We recently had Phoenix Concrete & Paving Contractors install a stamped concrete patio, and it looks fantastic! The work was of high quality, and they paid close attention to detail. Throughout the process, they were professional and courteous, and they kept us updated on their progress. We are now overjoyed with the end result. We had a great time working with them.

Ociel came by my home to look over the stucco we wanted. I guess because our home is super small and built in 1925 he prejudged and felt that providing a quote would not be beneficial to him or company. He promised to give me a quote in the evening and did not. I followed up with him couple days later and asked if he had the quote, and chose to not respond back. Not professional, not a great way to earn business. If he could not do it whether it be because of the house, neighborhood, or just cant do it! Then a simple message back of letting me know would have sufficed. What a waste of time and what a shame to ignore customers.

Brian Patrick, a Foundation Repair Specialist with Ram Jack of Arizona, arrived at my home in Chandler to assess a large crack in my home's exterior stucco wall. Brian arrived on time, wore Covid protective gear and performed a full inspection of the home both interior and exterior. He wrote up an inspection sheet and reviewed his findings with me in detail. Was working their up until today.. Had been their 3 days and not once was i acknowledge or regarded as an employee... I would ask for direction or instruction and was put on a broom, having 5+ yrs experience in Construction..I contacted Cesar Villalpando about my role and was notified that I had been terminated because I walked off the job site.. I was misplaced by im assuming a foreman in an area were I couldnt be found on purpose.. When the Superintendent was aware that i felt this way i became an inconvenience... HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND.. THE DISAPPOINTING ISSUE IS THAT IM MEXICAN AND GOT TREATED THIS WAY BY MY OWN RACE...

I had them pour me a new slab for an 18x20 shed. They were up to date on the code and permits in Scottsdale which made it a smooth process.

When I choose a company to do major concrete work on my home or offices I do my homework and suggest you do as well. Always choose a licensed and insured contractor. When making my selection I found this company to be using another companies ROC number. I have submitted this to contractor bored, the chamber of commerce and The BBB. Just doing my good deed for the day

Marcos was very professional and quick to respond to our messages. He added a sidewalk to our side gate and built our flooring for the back patio. Everything came out beautifully!
