Great company. I called all around to have a septic company come out and this company was able to come out within the week to inspect and pump out my septic. The owner is really nice and got back to me in a timely manner. Was very professional and quick. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs there septic pumped or inspected.

We had emergency overflow with our septic tank. We called Quality and spoke to Vince and he was on time explained what could be the issue/issues the worst to the best scenarios and luckily it was not as bad as he thought he pumped our septic tank and drains and we are good to go! Will definitely use him and Quality again!! Thank you!

This team is passionate about helping people understand their waste water system and keeping them from throwing money at it needlessly. I called to have my septic pumped because all of my drains were clogged. As soon as he said they didn’t pump I thought I was off to the next number but I was wrong. He walked me through my septic system from drain field to clean outs to be sure I needed the system pumped and helped me figure out that I had a clog at the septic intake. Ernie came out and did an excellent job cleaning my drain. His service was definitely five stars +. He was very fast and efficient! I will be using this company for all my plumbing needs. Since the begining the receptionist was very helpful and set up an appointment right away for us. Ernie came out immediately and took care of my family and I in no time. I hired Clint to convert the plumbing of a single sink into a double sink vanity set up. This was an involved project consisting of two separate visits. Clint arrived on time and completed the pipe conversion and then returned after our drywall was completed to install the vanity, p-traps, and faucets. They where on time , Ben takes care of everything with his machinery, we are building a new home and he’s prices for graveling where very fair compared to others, it did not make sense for us to rent the machinery and do it ourself. The other good part it’s that we found out he actually does demo and hauling too, definitely will use him again!

We searched around for a septic contractor that could do a turnkey septic system for our new house in Scottsdale, and could not find anyone that could do the soils perc testing, design, excavate and install the septic tank as well as the leach field needed. A friend gave me Arizona septic tank information and we hired them to do our system and were very happy with how these guys handled everything.

Make sure when you call for pumping service that you ask what you get for the $225.00. I paid for a 1000 gallon pump out. The tech didn't agitate the solids to break them up and left a 1 foot layer on the bottom. When I asked why he wasn't removing the solids, he told me that they only pump the liquid and pumping the solids would cost up to $700.00. Are you kidding me? That makes no sense. You are here to pump the solids! Wally didn't tell me that on the phone. I will never use them again.

Everyone I worked with was fantastic. The office staff went above and beyond to help me and kept me up to date through the entire process and there were no surprises. On both visits to the home they explained everything that was gonna be happening as well as educate me on how to maintain the septic properly going forward.
Other companies can take a lesson from them on customer service too!

Had them pump the tank because I had used them twice before, price had doubled since last time. I understand because of the economy. 14 days later toilet backed up, opened tank and it was full again. Inspection and found a toilet Had been leaking from the fill/foat device. Definitely not their fault but when I called the office to get it emptied again the female who answered the phone was real short and said it would be another 500 dollars to emptied again. Felt that since it was only water in the tank they would be a little cheaper. When I mentioned my thoughts to her she said it will be 500 we have fees to pay too. So I called another company and gave my money to them. Will not be calling them again because of the female in the office.

As what normally happens, Fourth of July weekend rolls around and (Saturday) I step out into the garage to find it flooded; water gushing from the now defunct water heater. I have Old Republic insurance and I called them. They emailed Jay's Plumbing Service and AOC-Arizona Plumbing...In addition to the Old Republic email, I also called Jay's Plumbing and AOC-Arizona Plumbing and got recordings, left a message...That was Saturday, it's now Monday, still waiting on a phone call. (Thankfully I don't need them anymore!) Because I have an elderly parent living with me, this water heater had to be fixed the same day. I called Valleywide Plumbing. Matthew Kondrath answered (Yes, a real person answered the phone!) There was no B.S. with Matthew. He told me the time he would be out and how much the cost was to replace the water heater. No hidden fees or holiday up-charges were loaded into the cost. In fact, the cost was barely higher than what I had paid for the previous hot water tank eight years earlier. Matthew told me he had another job he was finishing up on. He said he would pick up the new hot water tank from his supplier and be at my property by noon (which, btw, was on the other side of town from where Matthew was working.) I felt like a ton of bricks had been lifted from my back when he said he would be out. Two hours later, Matthew was at my house at noon, right on time as discussed. He was kind enough to work with me and interact with the pain-in-the-neck Old Republic Insurance people needing tons of information in order to process a partial refund to me through my insurance. Matthew drained and hauled out the old, broken water heater. Put in the new one, did some pipefitting, wrote up the order/receipt and left around an hour or so later. All of this was in 110 degrees by the way. Matthew was pleasant, knowledgable, kind and efficient I had never used this company before, I will use them for any and all services they provide. Thank you Matthew for taking time out of your holiday weekend to help me and my family...it is truly appreciated and will not be forgotten.

Noticed my clean out was slightly leaking. I called Cooper's Sewer and Drain and had a truck here within the hour on a Saturday. Our septic was full. The price I got on the phone is the price I paid. Very friendly driver, and gave me really good tips on how we can conserve the unit. I called 4 other companies and got 100-250.00 higher quotes. I would HIGHLY recommend this company, best service and best prices.
