I hired Alan to demo shower tile & reinstall new tile in our bathroom. From start to finish Alan & his sister were very professional. I made a mistake with tile & they were very understanding. Great products but don't bother when you're in a hurry. They tell you that they have the product in stock just to get the sale then give you the run around with the product not being anywhere close to be in stock.
