Nice guys all around. Easy to deal with and very responsive. We've dealt with them three times-first time was a perimeter chainlink with barbed wire, second was a wrought iron fence, and most recently the repair of the original chainlink after it was heavily damaged in an accident. Each time has been a breeze to take care of-nothing to worry about during the entire process. This time, we had damage on Sunday and after estimates and quotes, they were out by Thursday (right before a holiday weekend) repairing it. Quality work and we've always had quick turnaround. Highly recommended.

DCS built a security gate for my patio. I am so happy with results. Zak & the other guy (sorry I forgot his name) were very friendly & did a great job! Maradith in the office was very easy to work with also. I would highly recommend them

We were looking for a company to install an iron fence on our patio to protect against our 18 month accidentally falling into the pool and Gate Repairs Mobile Welding was the first company to respond back to us to schedule a time to come see the property and provide an estimate. Considering some companies did not even bother to respond to our request and some came to the property to take measurements and never even provided a response it was refreshing that Gate Repairs did what they said they would on time and communicated with us professionally and in a timely manner.

We appreciate that Alex came out to the house (during Covid) and stayed socially distanced with a face mask and was very attentive to our requests. He asked a lot of questions about our preferences for the installation that other companies did not bother to ask and they could install the fence within a few weeks. They were also very accommodating to our request for a custom design to incorporate at the top of the fence.

On the day of the install, the team was courteous, on time, and installed the fence rather quickly. Overall, we're extremely happy with the entire process and would recommend them to anyone looking to have an iron fence installed.

Great company. Rudy was our salesman and he knows his stuff. They promised me a date and were able to keep it with no problem. I expected the job to take a couple of days, they finished in one day and everything worked perfect. I am very please with this company and their quality of service.

From start to finish everything was amazing and my new gate looks beautiful!! I got a single swing gate for my backyard. They carry away the old gate which is helpful. Everyone was professional and easy to work with. My work schedule is not easy and they always answered and communicated with me. They text, call and email. It’s nice having a variety of ways to communicate being a teacher and long/late hours. I did a ton of research before deciding on them. Their pricing was the exact same as other companies I called and it ended up being a bit cheaper in the end. I went with them for the customer service and how many reviews they had online. Excellent company; you will not be disappointed!!

Called out Elite garage doors for a free estimate. They came out quickly, gave a clear quote on the spot. The technician walked me through all the things he checked for and what he may have to replace as he takes it apart which he assured me he would show me any broken part before he replaced them. Very trustworthy company!

This is the WORST service I have received in a very long time. I was given their contact info by the mesh manufacturer as I was very excited to use their product (and still am).
1. Damen was a no show the first estimate appointment and texted 30 min after our set time to tell me he was on the other side of town and would not make it.
2. Rescheduled with Damen and texted to ensure he was still coming about 15 min after appointment. He responded with I just left my first meeting a little behind this am. I'm about 25 min out which felt a bit like a cop out and that he actually forgot.
3. In between when the first appointment was supposed to happen and the second Damen and I had many texts back and forth about what I was looking for as well as a satellite version of my yard with my desired fence layout. Upon him arriving for the second appointment he was asking me all the same questions we had talked about via text as if we had never talked before. At this point I wasn't even sure if I was dealing with the same person...I reexplained and finished the appointment.
4. I called their office and talked to Rick (the owner) to see about getting a different sales person as I was really unimpressed with Damen. He seemed unsure but agreed to let me work with someone else.
5. I was called back a few days later (9/20) for a deposit ($700+) and told they would get me on the schedule. I received an email stating that install would happen Tuesday 10/19 at 7am and that I would get a call the night before with more details.
6. No call and no show on install day, so I called (8am) and the receptionist told me the scheduler would call me back as she was unsure what happened.
7. No call by 11:30am so I called back and the scheduler answered. When I asked what happened she said that she never received my layout and therefore never ordered my fencing. She said someone named Brian would be in touch.
8. No call from Brian, so I called back today (10/20) and was told that Rick would call me.
9. Brian calls me this afternoon and asks me what is happening as he has a note to call me. I explain what is going on and ultimately just tell him I would like a refund. He said okay and hung up on me.

All of this without a single apology or recognition of their fault in this. I will update on the refund process.

CALLED FOR A QUOTE AND RUDE RECEPTIONIST INTERRUPTED ME AND WAS NOT HELPFUL

Needed to share my experience with Fence Builders of Arizona for our Desert Mountain Home, we needed a quality wrought iron fence that looked good and kept the coyotes out of our yard, as we live backed up to the golf coarse. Armando came out and provided some creative ideas to keep the critters out, but still not loose the view. We love our fence and their team of installers are the best in the business. Thanks again!
