About 2.5 years ago, my experience with TruView was excellent. The gentlemen who installed my 2 bathrooms seamless glass enclosures was top notched. The courteous gentlemen arrived on time, they delivered the job and made sure everything was clean when they were done. They were very professional. They came back again for another item but again, the gentlemen were very professional and very nice.

I know for any glass needs of any type, True View would be company I would use for any work because there is no guessing of what you will get.

The sales team (a loud shout out to Corena) were awesome making sure there was constant followup. Well, almost 2.5 years later (today) I had some of my documents lost/damaged and had to go back and ask a few Vendors for a copy of my bill back in the fall of 2016. Well, all I did was leave a message in the evening with TrueView's answering service and then in the morning I had it in my inbox. Amazing.

Top notch Customer service!! They are the benchmark of customer service. I would recommend using this company for any glass need because service and delivery outweighs the cost of your time and hoping for a quality product with another merchant. You get what you pay for and when it comes to using a product everyday that you look out of, it is worth getting the best.

We are a licensed general contractor and after being duped by another less reputable company I found valley wide glass and they are by far the best glass and window company I have had the pleasure to work with. Their staff is highly knowledgeable and incredibly professional. I highly recommend valley wide glass and will not go any where else in the valley!

So happy with Superior Glass! They were quick to respond and I was surprised at how much better their price was than the other company I called. The guys did an excellent job and had my 2 home windows back to normal that day. My wife even commented about how professional and respectful they were while in our home. I recently purchased my first vacation home in Scottsdale that needed a little TLC and being brand new to the area and out-of-state, I was nervous and stressed having to shop around locally to find out how to update about a dozen windows and sliding doors since it is easy to be taken advantage of when you clearly don't know anything. After calling around to get some quotes and advice since I know nothing about windows and glass, the reps at Freelite were the only ones that were genuine and patient with me by being willing to help me through my dumb questions and even go out of their way to educate me based on what would work best for my specific home and style, all while actually giving me the most competitive price around! I worked with Tony who I couldn't recommend enough. It's clear he takes pride in his work and provides a great service making sure you are 110% happy. We had about 10 windows replaced and 2 sliding glass doors and they were able to complete it faster than expected and with great communication and coordination, and no surprise hidden costs or any bs at the end. Very stress free experience unlike some of the other local contractors and businesses I have been working with to rehab my new home. Shane is FANTASTIC! I called him on Friday morning and he fit me in on Monday afternoon. One of my windows was off track and I couldn't open it. He fixed it in minutes. He is fair, honest, nice, efficient, and knowledgeable! Great customer service, you could ask for nothing more! Everyone else wants to sell you new windows and Shane will fix them.

I had a situation where their was a disagreement on the amount charged. Logan the General Manager called and was very concerned and they refunded me the amount that was over the amount agreed. I am giving them 5 stars because anyone can make a mistake or have an honest miscommunication, however, if they make it right they get bonus points!

I got a crack in my windshield and within the same day Star Glass Company had already set an appointment up for me to get it replaced! They were very quick and efficient which I appreciated with my busy schedule. Clayton, who did the service had great communication with me; he made sure I knew what time he was arriving and went over everything when he was done. Will definitely be using them again!

While out of town, a window broke at my tenants' rental, Roberto showed up and fixed the damage on his word. I paid him a day later as agreed, but the point being you rarely get a contractor to lift a finger without immediate payment. Much respect for R&J Glass, honest people are hard to find.

I locked myself out of my workshop outback, before I gave it too much thought I tried to pick the lock myself using YouTube tutorials, and ended up breaking the window to get in. Then I realized just how extensively I had damaged the lock and window by breaking in. I was so sure I'd be paying a bunch of money to a locksmith and glass repair company to get them fixed, that when my brother told me about a shop that did both I was so relieved. I thought it'd cost an arm and a leg to get them done separately so I figured if I could save one or the other by using a2z service pros, I then it'd worth it.

Let me just say that the technician was very kind and didn't even laugh, (despite a hilarious situation) and got the window fixed and the lock replaced in no time. I barely felt a dent in my wallet and I will be contacting them anytime I need handyman! They really do provide services from A to Z!

Terrible Experience the guy that replaced the window didn't put the correct window or tint. Never once mentioned he would have a problem doing the job. Took advantage of the situation and did not return as he said he would to fix his mistake. Very dishonest company I would be very cautious. This can be perceived as misleading, deceptive and can be considered False advertisement. ? I think your company should do a bit more research before conducting business.
