Hiring Maid Easy was one of the best decisions I've ever made! The staff are trustworthy and professional. The women that cleaned my home went above and beyond to make sure everything was spotless. With having two dogs in the house, the floors are quite a chore to keep clean and they were immaculate! They really take pride in their work and treat your home as if it were their own.

Dawn is the BEST ever. You can definitely tell when she's been in your home!!

Had hip replacement surgery in July there were things I couldn't do yet so I called Tidy Casa and they sent a team over. Just had my apartment cleaned by Susana Gutierrez team from Tidy Casa, they did a fabulous job I was very impressed they called me ahead of arrival and arrive on time. I would highly recommend Tidy Casa and will be using them again in November. I would give them 5+ stars.

I scheduled my move-out cleaning with Leslie’s house cleaning and couldn’t be happier! I added carpet cleaning and my carpets look and smell amazing. I would definitely call back again.

Amazing job!! They were super professional, very detail oriented, and asked how I preferred certain things. They even moved my couch to clean behind it! Every room was perfect when they were finished!

They walked me through each room after the deep cleaning to see if I had any questions or concerns. And the booking process was also quite simple. If I need another deep clean, I will call A+ Quality House Cleaning Phoenix AZ again!

Used their service for the first time last month. They performed a deep clean as I was a new customer, with a few extras I requested (patio, fridge, window cleaning). They sent two cleaning personnel, as its a fairly large house. One was able to start an hour early (with a call to ensure it was ok), which was nice. They two did a terrific job. My shower doors never looked so clean! They are coming for a 2nd time soon. Will update review if needed.

Professional service, excellent experience

I am so disappointed. I was so excited for Merry Maids to come out and clean. I had used them years ago, and they were just amazing.

I spent months organizing my house in preparation for a deep clean from Merry Maids. I saved and scheduled my appointment. We scheduled 2 people for 6 hours, for a deep clean.

The day arrived and 2 ladies came to my home, Sonja and Nicole. Casey came over to the home to let me know that it would actually need to be 2 days with 6 hours each day...a total of 24 hrs man power (2 people for 12 hours total). I agreed and Casey left.

At one point Nicole needed to use the restroom. She was in the bathroom for about 40 minutes and my entire downstairs smelled horrible. I had poopourri in the bathroom, a febrezze spay and a fan. She didn't use any of them and she didn't clean the bathroom after she used it. Shortly after this Nicole had to leave. It was only part way into the 6 hours. I noticed a lot of things were done poorly, like wiping fans and baseboards, dusting etc. It turns out those were the things Nicole had done.

Sonja stayed and redid these things. Sonja was just awesome, BTW.

So, the second day arrives and Nicole and Sonja come over again, but this time Nicole came took payment (cash) and immediately left. She did no cleaning.

Here's the worst part. After she left I realized that $300 was missing out of my wallet. The only person that was near it was Nicole. It was by my front door and when Mona came over to pick Nicole up, she had access to my purse and saw me put money into my wallet when, I paid her. I also have a recording on my ring doorbell of her putting something in her apron pocket after she passed my purse and went outside.

I sent this footage to Casey (assistant manager) upon her request. Later she let me know that she asked Nicole if she took and Nicole said no. I can't believe she would just expect her to admit to that. I never expected someone to steal from me, but that was my own  naivity, I suppose. I should have been more careful. I am still shocked and upset, none the less.

The third day (it turned into 3 days), Sonja came alone and finished cleaning. As stated she was amazing and did a great job. However, this was a two person job (6 hours each day) and it's awful that she had to do it alone. She did her best, but a lot of attention to detail was missed due lack to time and man power.

I paid for a lot of extras, in addition to the deep cleaning and a lot of them didn't happen.

I even cleaned with Sonja on the second and third day. The whole point was for me not to clean.

So, I didn't get what I asked for. I didn't get what I paid for. Money was stolen from me, which makes me feel sick. My entire downstairs smelled horrible while getting it my home cleaned. Nicole did close to nothing and stole from me and I still have a lot to clean, myself, even though I paid close to $1000.00.

I gave Casey the chance to make this right before I wrote a review, but she simply didn't make it right.

I was so excited for Merry Maids to come and it ended up being an expensive nightmare.

I just wanted a clean house :(

Fantastic company. I live out of town and have a house on Airbnb in Peoria. I have no worries knowing that Maid brigade is doing the cleaning. Based on our reviews, almost all the guests write how clean the house is. Thank You Maid Brigade

I like that they have a cleaning system that breaks the house into areas and then they deep clean each area in rotation along with the regular week to week clean.
Its so easy to keep up with the house in between their visits.

This is our third posting. As a regular client for many years I have to give many kudos this week to Anahi who, due to illness of another employee, cleaned our house by herself. It was a large undertaking for one person, but Anahi worked tirelessly doing the job of two people. When she was finished the place was, as always, spotless. We want to recognize Anahi for her hard work, her attention to every detail in making our house spotless, and her overall professionalism. Thank you Ramirez and Thank You Anahi.
