Changed from one star to 5! Bill’s came through for us in the end. They sent a big truck and spent over 4 hours spraying and treating termites in the attic and throughout the home. Initially we were told they don’t go in the attic, but the guy who came out was very thorough and went all up in all the spots of the attic. Perhaps there was a miscommunication with office personnel but the job was done and the technician was extremely kind and professional. Thanks Bill for handling this for my mom!

Like clockwork Brad and his team come to treat the three ways, at the fence, outside walls, and interior of our house. At the beginning of May, my wife found a bark scorpion in the garage and another in our master bath. After contracting Brad, he was out to service our home again at our convenience, free of charge. Urban Desert lives customer service and customer satisfaction! He now takes care of my parents home and any of our friends in need of pest prevention! Burns is part of our family. Russell is our rep, and he is the most dedicated professional young man - always so courteous and will go above and beyond to please. Burns participated in an effort to feed homeless pets at a shelter, but did not ask for money. They asked for pet food. We were so impressed and touched. AZ Organic Pest Control is great. Our technician, Justin, was extremely thorough. My wife was very concerned about toxic chemical exposure. He explained, in detail, everything he was going to do and the products he was using. He made her feel comfortable with the whole process. He even came back out on his day off to deal with a scorpion issue we had. Great service!

Poor customer service as well as unprofessional tech they had come out to my property.

I was fighting a bed bug issue for about 3 weeks to a month. Was informed heat is the best way to eradicate these pests. I schedule an appointment with EcoForce and a week later they came to my home . Zach was super professional and even folded the sheets on my bed! Thank again! 10/10

Quick response. Nice people on the phone and at the house. They had to come back to get all the bees/hive, but after some troubleshooting, bees no longer in my family room! Would definitely call them again if needed. Lots of honey bees in my neighborhood; generally harmless, just did not want them inside my house!

I have used AZEX for over 3 years. Since they have been spraying, we have not had any problems with any bugs. This includes the recurring ant problem we used to have in the spring. In addition, their personnel are always professional, friendly, and knowledgeable - especially Dallas, who is our current tech. AZEX is the only pest control company I will ever use.

These guys were great. Took care of a bee hive that had gotten up under my stucco. Scott did a great job explaining everything to me along the way and Dan did a great job patching up the hole. Hopefully I never need to use these guys again but I would if I got some more bees.

As requested by me, Tech Greg called in advance with his arrival time. Greg was prompt and greeted me at the front door. Greg asked if I had any special areas of concern, then went to work. Greg noticed I had glue boards in the garage. He replaced my glue boards and gave me extras. Previous Service providers (not Bulwark) usually ignored the important glue boards and never replaced them. Greg rang my doorbell when he was done. He asked if I had any other requests or treatments areas. I said he had covered everything. Greg thanked me for using Bulwark. I was greatly impressed by the very polite, helpful attitude. I am pleased to give Greg an excellent rating. Good job, Greg !!

Unfortunately, I had bed bugs at two different apartments with the same rental company. They didn't offer me any solutions, but luckily I found Action. They explained the process very simply, and we're prompt and professional in their execution. They supplied me with a one year guarantee and I never had a problem with bed bugs after they came in and did their heat treatment service. I would recommend them to anyone with an issue.

I cannot say enough about David from Responsible Pest Control. When we moved into our house, we had a significant scorpion problem (in drawers, dropping out of bathroom fan grates, and in every room). When we called, and David came out, he told us he would make it his goal to get rid of this infestation.

It took some work, and he responded every time we called, and even followed up! Totally unexpected. We haven't seen a single scorpion, or other pest, since he took over.
