Was amazed by the quality and teamwork by the crew. The crew was a huge team who all knew their roles and they worked efficiently together, so impressed with all aspects of this company!

Mark and Richard from service just came out and repaired a couple of surface bubbles in a very timely fashion. I appreciate their helpfulness and professional work.

Two weeks ago I scheduled a roof repair with American Roofing your company. I am beginning to think that was a bad choice. Today was the day someone from your company was to show up between 7AM and 4PM to complete the repairs. I called this morning and spoke to a Ashley in customer service to find out what time the roofer could possibly show up. She said they would be there between 7AM and 4PM. At 2:30 I called back because your hours are from 6AM to PM. All I got was a voice mail. No one returned my call in fact it is after 4PM and NO one has shown up or called. I would call that VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Especially because I took the day off from work to acommadate their schedule. I would rate your company zero today but there is a space for zero so I guess I must give you a ONE. Hopefully this email rating will be read by other people who like me expected PROFESSIONAL SERVICE AND FOLLOW THROUGH. Oh it's Friday so now I have to wait until Monday to see if anyone from your company actually reads these responses. Good Day

Had to reschedule 5 times. Kept giving excuses. It just shows that they are not professional. I wouldn't waste time.

Kevin with Almeida did not fulfill contract installation of critical parts of the Roof work wich caused future leaks. When called upon to warranty the work or finish the installation of work that was supposed to have been done he was aggressive and unprofessional. A simple resolution could have been achieved but they did not want to fullfil the contract or do what is right. WARNING! do not use this company..... Poor work and require Yearly maintenance work to hold a warranty they won't stand behind.

This was a Fantastic experience from start to finish. We had several roofing companies come out to give us estimates and tried to talk us into their more expensive products and time frames were 9-12 weeks. We got in touch with Castiler Roofing and spoke with Alex who pulled satellite as we were on the phone and was able to look at our patio roof and give me a real time quote on the phone. He let me know they could have this done in one day and that it would be a week out and he would call me. He followed up with pictures of a similar home/job they did and called me the day he said he would to tell me that his guys would be out the next day. Yonathan and his crew showed up, got their materials, and got everything done. They were unbelievably professional and explained what they were doing, made recommendations for what really needed to be done and worked the entire day getting everything done. It was a GREAT job, exactly what we needed, and the guys cleaned everything before they left. Alex and Yonathan were both very knowledgeable, professional, and did exactly what they said they were going to do. They really listened to what I was asking them for and delivered. The next day after working with Alex was amazing getting our roof inspection report and invoices. I would recommend this company hands down and plan on working with them in the future.

On Aug 15th Zachary Tomlinson and his crew installed a new roof . From the first day Zachary assisted John and I through the steps to get our claim to our insurance company. Zachary is so friendly and professional and knowledgeable helping us through the procedure from start to finish. He even meet with our insurance adjuster at our house. The crew was so prompt arriving earlier and very organized and worked so hard until job was complete in 1 day. The roof looks great! Zachary is so an asset to this company! GREAT JOB ZACH and CREW.

I'm very satisfied with the way that Stapleton Roofing addressed the replacement of my roof. They were very professional and very timely, even though my shingles had to be ordered. Even though they weren't the least expensive, the finished job was worth the money spent. I would highly recommend them.

These guys were nothing short of awesome. My project ended up getting delayed due to some unforeseen issues and I was notified immediately of the delay and the updated schedule. they ended up getting me in sooner than expected and getting the roof done quickly and professionally. they even fixed some rotted facia on the front and back and did not overcharge for that. highly recommend and will be using them in the future for any needs.

I called Zona and worked with Erika L and Dave. Both were professional and yet kind and concerned about my issues. I got a full inspection with a fair appraisal of the situation and good news about the state of my roof. Repair work was done on time and I’ve had no problems since then. I have referred them to family and friends since then. Five star service start to finish from everyone.

I love my new roof. This roofing company provided quality product and service. I have a FrenchTraditional style home , so my roof is enormous. His crew was very professional and efficient. Not only did they do a terrific job on the roof, but they cleaned up so I didn't have to come behind them to get everything in order. I chose the architectural tiles and they look tremendous! They really upgrade the appearance of my home. With all the rain we are having, I am so glad I have my new roof and don't have any worries about leaks or damage.

Todd Bandy was terrifc to task with. They did quality work and did I asked. Suzy Corbet was also helpful with follow up.

Referred my real estate client for repairs needed on his rental property he was selling. Jack the roofer company gave an estimate, and when they did the repairs they did not notify my client or myself there were former old beehives on the corner of the roof/garage area. They did not close up that area properly ( 1/2 inch gap). Within 3 weeks there was a swarm of bees that came through that gap that had to be removed professionally. When my client and I tried to contact Jack on the phone about this, instead of listening, Jack became very verbally inappropriate and rude. Both my client and I were literally speechless. My client ended up having to hire another roofer to put the roof back together because the buyer did not want Jack to come back to that property again after the mistake they had made prior. My client had to pay an additional &1700 to another roofer, $650 for the bee removal and $350 for drywall repair in the garage. Jack the Roofer's mission statement says their employees are trained to pay attention to detail and also to alert an owner of any conditions that are pre-existing that may cause issues. Neither of those things was done! At the very minimum they should have reimbursed my client for the bee removal and repair. I do not recommend this company.

Happy Anniversary to Starkweather Roofing! 20 years ago today on 3/7/1997, we were awarded our first job - an asphalt built-up roof on a Boston Market located at the southwest corner of S. Alma School Rd. and W. Main St. in Mesa, AZ. It's now a Burger King, but that roof is still on the building keeping the inside dry... so they can enjoy the rain.

We were recommended by a neighbor to fix our roof. We check with 4 companies and Centrik stood out. They were prompt, professional, honest and fair. I like that they are family owned, use quality materials and fair price!! I would highly recommend them to friends and neighbors. Ask for Agusto!
