I utilized this company for concrete work and they did an excellent job I would highly recommend them.

I love it when a company has the integrity to tell me the issue that I called about is most likely NOT an issue, and offers guidance on how to appropriately address the concern. Ryan took the time to answer my questions, and tell me what kind of symptoms he would normally see if I had a (significant) foundation issue. He also advised me on what future analysis his company could provide if the root cause of my issue is not solved. Often, the best customer service is pointing the customer in the right direction. My wife and I moved to the area from Chicago recently. While researching epoxy floor covering contractors I made inquiries to several and Alan from AZ Polished Concrete was the only person to consistently answer my e-mails both during the week and on weekends. The work was performed last weekend and it turned out great! He showed up when he said he was going to and explained the procedure. We're very happy with the quality as well as the communication Alan provided throughout the process. I have a friend down the street that Alan is going to do work for and I'm going to recommend him to all my neighbors.

We had Galaxy Concrete do our 2 1/2 car driveway, sidewalks and front entryway. They were very professional in their work. However, after starting the work, David,our applicator experienced a mechanical breakdown and halted the work for that day. He was very apologetic and gave a full explanation. We called our sales representative Jesse Chavez and he responded immediately and resolved the situation to our complete satisfaction. David returned the following morning and completed the job. My mom went out of town and I went to check on her home. Her toilet had been overflowing for some time and had flooded her bathroom and hallway. I called Swyft restoration and they were there within the hour. They cleaned up the standing water and applied some sort of vacuum suckers to the drywall. Within a couple days all was dry and no wall or floor damage. No drywall repairs needed. I definitely would recommend this company and will use them again if needed.

Called 5/20 to schedule sprinkler valve repair. Scheduled for 3 p.m. on 5/21. Texted company owner at 1:21 p.m. Are you or one of your guys still planning on coming to our house at three? Just making sure that somebody will be there when you come. Received no response. Texted owner again at 3:17 p.m. Where are you? He responded I'm sorry one of my workers had an accident. I'm not going to be able to make it. Would have been nice to have been notified of his inability to come *prior to* the actual appointment time, and without me having to contact him to find out they weren't coming. Very unprofessional.

If I could give less than one star, I would. I requested a quote on Tuesday. They sent a guy out Wednesday morning who told me I would get the quote later that afternoon or Thursday at the latest. It's now Friday evening and no quote. When I called to ask for an update, the lady i think he name was Candy was rude and disrespectful. My sister then called to get a quote for her house, but the lady automatically assumed she was calling to check on my quote and was rude to my sister. She didn't let her finish saying that she was looking for a quote and cut her off and said, I already told your sister the quote is on the owners desk. A respectful customer service person would have let her finish and realized she was not calling to follow up on my quote; she was trying to get a quote of her own.

This company called asking for my father whom passed away. My mother told thefthe employee hewhe available and asked who was calling. The employee the asked when my dad will be back if it would be 10 minutes or so. MY mother proceeded to inform the employee my father has passed and the employee just hung up.
I was sitting right beside her when this happened and we are both in shock a company could treat people so horrible. All that had to be said was something like oh I didn't know thank you for your time. But just to hang up .

I had submitted an inquiry online because I am interested in replacing the flooring in my home and have no idea what the cost is, not even generally. It was my hope to have someone give me a ballpark and then come to my home for a quote. Tom Alan responded and left a voicemail. When I called him back he was unprofessional and dismissive and - it seemed - bothered by the call. First impression is critical for any business. Lost sale.
