Best R O Installation in Phoenix AZ

We had all of our windows and two sliding doors replaced by Desert King Windows and we could not be happier!! The installation process took less than two days. The technicians were friendly, efficient and even cleaned up when they were done. We would highly recommend Desert King Windows!!

I ordered my French Doors and a Doggy Door in May and was set an install date of Aug 13th. I was warned that door production was behind and my doors did come in a week late. However, my issue is that it took 5 weeks for my install to get rescheduled, even with me calling every week for an update. When I finally got rescheduled, I received an install date of Dec. 9. So I was quoted 12 weeks. What has happened: 12 weeks lead time, 1 week delay on the doors, 5 weeks to get rescheduled and another 11 weeks for the install. What was quoted 3 months is now at 8 months, if the schedule holds. I am very disappointed. I will update on quality of install once it happens.

UPDATE: So I was contacted by the new Operations Manager shortly after my post and it appears the previous manager had made an error on my order and the company thought I needed a whole wall removed. They apologized for the error and promptly had me scheduled within the week. The crew was very friendly, answered all my questions and were quick with the installation. The only reason for 4 stars is just the bit of frustration and hassle I had to get things done.

My experience with Vision was top notch from start to finish. They really know how to take care of their customers. After comparing many other companies I went with Vision because they offered the best value. Product and installation were excellent and everyone was very professional. We like our windows; Greg Johnson was good to work with and Kenny the installer was great as well. We had a little issue with the screens (regular screen and high transparency screen). Greg worked out the issue. There is a small difference between the regular screen and high transparency screen. I'm not sure if it's worth paying for the high transparency screen but we love our windows.

As a high end contractor in the valley, it is hard to find a good sub but given in finding a great sub like Alex and his team at Everlasting Window & Door they provided competitive pricing and quality work!

Chip Marvin and his crew at Freelite were a pleasure to work with. Dealing with Angel, Tiffany and Lori was very enjoyable and they never allowed the light atmosphere they created to overshadow their professionalism.

Our new front door and security screen door were beautifully manufactured. Though we had a few bumps during the process (scratched surfaces, ill fitting jam, an unavoidable delay of installation), in the end, every situation was handled responsibly, in a timely manner, and to our satisfaction.

After living in our 1980 home for 27 years, my husband & I got numerous estimates to replace every original window & sliding door in our 2400 sq ft home. The most affordable bid by far came from a local owner/operator business: Econ Windows. Although a small operation compared to more well known options, we found Jason (the owner) and his assistant, Jay, to be consummate professionals. They brought our project in on budget, customized our windows where needed, were super considerate of issues with our rescue pups & were absolutely fastidious about cleaning up any debris created during the process. My concerns undertaking this job during extreme summer temperatures was soon put to rest as only one window was replaced at a time &, as their process was fine tuned, each opening was quickly replaced with a beautiful new window or door. We loved the individualized treatment we received, knowing that we were more than a number on an invoice!!

Windows took about three months to make. From quote to install it was great. They called us to see if we would like to install the windows due to a back order on the screen door. So we paid in full for everything and now over a month later still waiting for the screen door. Yet there was never any mention of this when we placed the orders on the window or even during the process there was a back order. I called to get an update on the screen door and was pretty much told, We don't know when it will come in and that was it. I checked with our rep that sold the windows to us and said I need the call the office, which I have already done. We should have waited to pay for everything since technically the job is not complete, we might have gotten our screen door sooner. There also was no offer to refund the screen door or make accommodations until it comes in. Please make sure you get everything you pay for before you pay for it all.

Cannot be more pleased with the results! After getting quotes from four different companies, was referred to Red Rock Windows by a realtor friend. Product selections were same quality level as other companies, yet with referral discount and financing options Red Rock Windows costs were more aligned to my needs compared with the others. Thomas (owner) and his staff were great to work with.
Twenty windows and a sliding glass door were installed in TWO days. Blake and his partner did a fantastic job with installation and were very personable. They were even able to answer my questions about the windows. Appreciated their clean-up efforts. You’d have never known they were there!

We moved into our house the 7th of June, Hot! All the windows rattled all the time, single panes, aluminum frames. Our 1st SRP electric bill was $388. A full month after window installation our bill dropped to $209. All installers were great. Cleaned up after install, including taking away the metal wrought iron we requested be removed from over the windows. Leo the owner has verified we are happy with our windows and sliding patio door. We prefer family owned and operated businesses. We highly recommend LJ Neal and sons. Definitely worth the cost.

The fact that it took 4 times and 18 months to get my windows correct. Can I also add that I was fined from my HOA because of it as well for not being in compliance. I think that says enough.
