I tried calling to get some pricing for a key to my vehicle. Whoever answered the phone was very pushy and insistent on getting my address immediately when I wanted some questions answered before continuing. When I pressed on with questions the response I got was beyond rude. Rather then deal with the attitude I hung up and dialed another locksmith.

I had a Kwikset Smartkey deadbolt that I needed to rekey, but had lost the working key. A couple of YouTube videos later about how to rekey without a working key, I gave it a try. Couldn’t get it to work, but did manage to get it jammed. Took it to Acme Locksmith at 12th st. and Glendale. Brian there said no problem, I can fix it. Upon returning, the lock was in perfect working order. Excellent company. You need to use these guys.

Total A Hole, called in to see what he could do and he said that he could try, but had to charge me an hourly fee for trying. They also don't do installs of keyless entry or push button starts. Also he hung up on me.
