I can’t say enough good things about James, Terry, Chris and this company. They just wrapped a ten-location flooring project for one of our customers in the Phoenix Area and throughout the whole process, they maintained excellent communication in relaying project progress, details and completion photos to us at our offices here in Ohio. They even handled the logistics for us regarding the placement and relocating of the refrigeration trucks needed for perishables to be stored while the restaurant coolers were getting their new floors. They worked with us and our customer to schedule and complete these jobs at a time and in a manner that was the least disruptive to our customer’s business so I would highly recommend them for any flooring job needed and look forward to working with them again in the future.

The Flooring Professionals crew was amazing! I used FP for a 1900 sq ft floor leveling and vinyl plank flooring install. The FP processes are truly dust free and of exceptional quality. The crew was always on time, they worked carefully throughout the home, answered all my questions throughout the process and completed the projects on time. I would absolutely recommend FP for any floor leveling project, they are truly experts!

Had two rooms that I wanted to replace the carpet with tile that matched what the home builder had installed. Got several quotes, the price was reasonable plus Alan and his team were able to get to work with in a few days of receiving their bid, which in the mess of post COVID scheduling was amazing! We had a very pleasant experience working with Heath and Rachel. We ran into problems with the floor vendor early on, but Heath took charge and dealt with the company while also facilitating an order from a new company. We also discovered asbestos in two of the bedrooms. Heath worked with a company to come out quickly and cost effectively to remove it. Despite the installation process taking longer than expected due to outside factors, Urban Customs was reliable and we couldn't be happier with the look and layout of our new floors.

Dan and Mark did an amazing job. Our request for a beveled chevron pattern is a demanding flooring install. They jumped on the opportunity the next day (again, a demanding request). My wife and I have done a lot of home projects over the years and are accustom to dealing with typical contractor issues. On the contrary, Phoenix Flooring exceeded our expectations, demonstrated incredible flooring/wood knowledge and also showed great attention to detail. In the end, we were ecstatic about the transformation of our basic wood flooring to the elegant chevron pattern that we are certain very few craftsmen could install correctly.

I called Vinny at Royal Wood Flooring to come out and give us a quote to repair some wood floor boards that were loose and others were severely damaged by termites. From the first visit we liked him because he didn’t try to sell us some products we didn’t need. He explained to us that the damaged boards had to be removed completely and replaced with new wood flooring planks. Once they replaced the boards Vinny’s crew sanded the entire wood flooring area so that the newly installed hardwood flooring match the existing hardwood.
The wood flooring looks great. There are not enough words to describe how happy we are for choosing this company to repair our floors. Not only did we save money on this wood flooring project we also learned a lot about how to maintain the floors’ surface and its luster for a long time.
