This company has been absolutely amazing to work! Extremely responsive and professional. They have done a great job on several of my roofs as well as gutter repair. I recommend them ?!! You will not be disappointed in their workmanship.

Customer service needs improvement. I was asking questions about my roof damage from the recent storms. The rep interrupts me and and asks me if I want to set up the inspection or not because she has other callers waiting. I decided to go with a different company that had time to answer my questions.

After having a slow, drawn out experience with another roofing company and not getting any results, we were searching for another roofing company. Through family connections we found out about TSM and it was highly recommended to us. We called them and they promptly sent Sheldon Murphy out to inspect our roof and afterward, he sat down with us, gave us a quote and answered all of our questions. We decided right away to go with TSM and were impressed with their timely and well organized way of setting things up to begin the process. The shingles were delivered and the roof was started and completed the next day by an amazing crew who did a great clean up job as well. A couple of days later Dustin inspected the completed work and made sure we were satisfied. My roof had storm damage. My patio roof was falling apart from termites. I found out from my next door neighbor that Stonecreek replaced her roof. They did a good job and no complaints.

Prompt and professional roof repair.

Kevin and his crew repaired shingles that had blown off and came back to find a leak that had been pledging the building for over 5 years. Kevin found 2 areas that where probable leaks were. He repaired both and charged me a reasonable price!! I will never call another roofer!! (We have even used Kyko roofing; paid a ton!)

I have worked with Castile Roofing twice. Both times required me to provide oversight. When the incorrect color was installed, I had to call and they replaced the roof. When they left my bare roof uncovered during a rainstorm, I had to call for them to put up a tarp. When the interior of my house was damaged from the rain, I had to demand that they help.

They have now made efforts to get me squared away. The new roof looks good and hopefully every thing works out.

William did an excellent job at my house! He knew exactly what I was asking for. Before he started working they knocked on my door let me know! Once they were done did the same! No mess nothing, it’s like they weren’t even there! I definitely recommend him he’s great!

On Aug 15th Zachary Tomlinson and his crew installed a new roof . From the first day Zachary assisted John and I through the steps to get our claim to our insurance company. Zachary is so friendly and professional and knowledgeable helping us through the procedure from start to finish. He even meet with our insurance adjuster at our house. The crew was so prompt arriving earlier and very organized and worked so hard until job was complete in 1 day. The roof looks great! Zachary is so an asset to this company! GREAT JOB ZACH and CREW.

Clyde showed up unannounced, looked at the roof and gave me a reasonable bid. The repair consisted of a one inch bed of black tar paste and a common two-by-six from Home Depot that didn’t match anything else on the house. The worker did not inform me that the job was done nor that he was leaving. I just get a call to pay. Horrible work and customer service just as bad. Had several other companies come out to give me quotes to repair the bad job that Hardacher did. They were all very surprised! Buyer beware! You get what you pay for sometimes.

Came assessed what caused the leak fixed it and guaranteed the work! Very friendly and professional. He got the job done!

Parking. Your wrapped vehicles have been parking in no parking zones along Creston in Mesa for 3 straight days now. The residents of the apartments you are blocking cant see the road when they are attempting to pull out because your trucks are illegally parked.
