Best New Install in Phoenix AZ

Exactly what I was looking for!

My initial consult was with Daniel. He answered every question I had before I had a chance to ask and is clearly experienced in his field. We were able to work out a quote that was the most competitive of the four companies that I met with. The HOA took a while for approval, but Daniel made it clear that he was available to speak with them directly to clear up any questions or concerns. The final product ended up meeting their expectations perfectly.

The installation was completed by David and Donovan. Both were professional and wasted no time in getting the project completed. They laid down mats for the dust, washed all surfaces when complete and made sure to vacuum the floors. I experienced white glove service for sure.

Robert was a great sales person with unlimited knowledge and experience in this field of work. The installation crew was amazing!! cleaned up and very innovative on how to get the windows to be installed when living in an two story condo with and HOA.

The only downfall is the coordination with Stucco repair and having them come out at a particular time!

We had out windows install on a Thursday which all went amazing!! They said they would be out Friday to do the stucco repair. I had to call on Friday to find a time and they said they were now coming Monday! OK no worries.

Then Monday comes I personally had to call and then find out that it might now be Thursday or Friday. Waiting for a screen to come in that was on back order. OK, works for me. Please call me when you are coming and what time. Also, told them I can only do Thursday and Friday.

They call me on Wednesday said can we come out and do it today. I had something cancel on us so I said fine. What time are they coming out? They said between 12 to 3. I said OK works for me.

Then they show up an 45 min later and have no clue that they have to do stucco repair!!

Everything was amazing!! Except up to them coordinating the finishing aspects!! Would defiantly recommend they no doubt about that!

Moral of the story is to just make sure you follow up and be ready for them to show up without either calling saying they are almost there or don't follow there promise time!

We ordered our first door in January of 2021. We were just delivered our 4th defective door today (3/1/2022). Paint was chipping horribly off the first 3 doors so they sold us a door that cost over twice as much because they said the paint would be better. Of course this door came today with a defective/broken frame. I am beyond frustrated with this company.

The only reason I gave a second star is because some of this might not be their fault. If the places they order these doors are this bad, please stop selling them. After being out thousands of dollars for these doors, I expect something to be done about my experience.

Our experience with True View was excellent. Not only were they by far the most reasonably priced for installation but they were reliable, efficient and careful. Chad answered all my questions, and was very helpful. They focused on the job I needed done and didn’t try to sell me more than what I wanted at the time! We had two enormous windows and they did an amazing job getting them set with precision!! Thanks True View. I have already started telling my friends. We will definitely use them again in the future.

Awesome service he came within an hour and wasted no time we could barely even tell he was there!! The window is beautiful!! He also made everything super easy. Highly recommend Dwayne and Sunny State glass.

Both for the estimate and the actual installment, the guy was early. Dude was very friendly, professional, and made the whole process fast and easy. No waiting around for 4 hours for someone to show up and it took less than an hour for 2 windows to be replaced. We are happy with the services provided!

I can’t say enough good things about this company. They were the 6th company I called (I never get that many quotes for a job) because I just couldn’t get on board with the other companies. Thank goodness I didn’t give up and tried one last company. They’re extremely responsive, kind, patient, and knowledgeable and offer great prices for their products, definitely not inflated like several of the other companies I talked to and the doors were ready to install in less than 4 weeks after ordering. They are not hard sellers but will any questions you have and offer advice if needed. They replaced 2 sets of very old French doors (one set included a sidelight) in my condo with new fiberglass ones and I could not be happier. They also replaced door sweeps and weatherstripping on two other doors as well as fixed a sticky patio door just because Craig noticed it sticking as he opened it. Kris also left the place as clean as when he came. Craig and Kris are just genuinely nice people with fair prices, incredibly hard workers, and are very meticulous in what they do. I will go to them for all of my future door and window needs as well as recommend them to anyone who needs windows and doors. You will not regret it!

When I first met Greg I jokingly asked him if he wrote his own reviews because they were so good. I will happily add an additional excellent review. Greg and his team do exceptional work. The Infinity by Marvin windows are top notch windows. The Capstone Windows team are even more top notch. I’m not a fan of letting a group strangers into my house, but the Capstone team would be invited to a barbecue! Real professional, punctual, polite, smart…all around really great team. I’d highly recommend Capstone, but I’d also highly recommend the fiber glass framed Infinity by Marvin windows.

While the company came out and did the job in one day they did a horrible job at making sure their work was quality. 1 month after install of the new doors the hinges started coming off, the wood started splitting on the frame, the locks were so tight that the interior handle broke. Fine, things happen. I called them to come back out and fix it and they wanted to charge me another fee to fix it. I was in dismay over that response. I fixed the door handles and locks myself but now I am going to have to re-frame the door again since the wood is split. We'll just say I am not a happy camper but I guess that's just the level of service I should expect these days.

Chris was informative and very professional, also Chris was so educational and we are going to go with Windows after HOA approval and I talk with my husband. Thank you Chris for being the most Knowledgeable person on Windows we had out and We had 5 different quotes.

Amazing window and door installers! They were fast, professional and safe. I’m so happy with my new custom steel interior doors, it completely transformed the look of my house.

Well, I can honestly say that Renewal by Andersen has been an extremely positive experience, starting with
the sales representative, whose name is Kate. She was such a wonderful person and knew her stuff, and was very helpful when it came to helping me choose. When it came time for installation, Bruce Tuia and his crew were fantastic. Professional, respectful and they got the job done, and they didn't mind the hundred questions that my husband and I had. The job was done, neat and clean, it looked like nobody was there working on tearing out old doors and windows, putting in new. They did everything! I still have 4 more windows and 1 more door that needs replaced and when the funds are available, I know I will be calling back Renewal by Andersen, and requesting Bruce Tuia and his crew! Met Brian the owner and had Britt (one of the employees there) help us with setting up for a project. I spent a lot of time working with Britt on deciding on the options, estimate, etc. At the 11th hour, Britt jacked up the estimate by 20% and refused to explain why. Brian would not return our calls. If this is how the business deals with you before they get your money, don’t walk, run away!
