My service technician was Oscar Linares. He was extremely knowledgeable and took pictures of my roof and chimney and showed me where the problem was. It wasn't the roof leaking, but most likely water getting in the holes left by a shoddy job by the previous homeowner of attempting to put up a satellite dish. He even called 10 minutes earlier that his scheduled time to say he was in the area and asked if he could come early. Who does that? I was very happy with Ky-Ko, and Oscar.

We used Patterson Roofing recently for three of our branches. One being storm damage and the other two being leaks. William was responsive to our requests and all repairs were completed timely and without issue.

These guys are awesome. They just put a new roof on my house and built a patio overhang. The finished product is great. They showed a lot of character in dealing with the insurance claim specialist after the claim was initially denied they met with them and looked closer. After a meeting with PHX R&R and the insurance adjuster the insurance claim went through. I think the claim was accepted in part due to how professional and polite they were in pointing out some 50/50 items on my roof to the insurance adjuster. To finish it off they got my roof done for me before Thanksgiving and in between rain storms. Thank you Phoenix R&R!!

On March 04, 2022 Multi-Pro Roof Solutions replaced my roof.
I had a great experience with Zachary Tomlinson, Project Manager at Multi-Pro Roof Solutions. From start to finish, communication with Zachery was easy and professional at all levels. He was exceptional and helped me through the process of making a claim with my insurance company and even met with my insurance adjuster at my house. His crew was very organized, professional and safe and replaced my roof in one day. Thank you for all your hard work!

First I have to say its always a challenge to find a good, honest company and good pricing. After a few quotes from other companies and finally reaching out to Hardacker roofing I realized they are one of the good ones out there. They exceeded my expectations based on the quality of their work, price, follow up and scheduling to complete the job. They held to the price from their original estimate. I also understand that things could have come up during the new install that could have changed that but not in this case. They identified faulty work on the original install and put down a great new roof on my garage quickly and efficiently repairing only what was needed. They were polite and professional and even helped with a concern on another part of the roof which ended up being just a shifted tile and was quick to fix. The jobsite was cleaned up in the end like they were never there after leaving the house. Excellent roofing company to work with A+ Job location Waddell AZ.

In monsoon season 2017 , we had two crazy storms that gave us roof issues, but Star Roofing came out and fixed them right away each time. They also gave us some good recommendations and quotes on anything that could be a future issue and they fixed that also. I was very impressed with the workmanship expanded basically on a regular reroofing job although it was done to facilitate installation of solar panels. The crew corrected an imperfection on the front eaves of the house which had nothing to do with the structural stability of the roof but was a huge eyesore to it’s appearance. The materials used will undoubtedly prevent the common problems of high winds damaging the roofing materials used. Overall I am more than satisfied with the roofing job done to my house and would highly recommend this group of workers.
