Best New Install in Phoenix AZ

Brandon was over and changed out an old bathroom exhaust fan. He was very professional and friendly. He was running ahead of schedule so called to see if he could stop by early. He cleaned up everything and made the whole process super easy.
I would recommend Sponte and will use them again in the future.

Greg came over to repair drywall in a tiny closet in my bathroom and did a great job. Not sure how he moved around in there but he figured it out. Best thing is my front door had been sticking from the heat so I asked him how to fix it and he showed me. That was awesome just in itself BUT as he walked out he said your door is fixed too. Like the superhero slowly walking away from an explosion hahaha

We have several residential rentals that need repairs from time to time. Johnny C's is simply the best repair service in town. One call and the issue is off my plate. Small or large, It's Johnny C for the job!

I was so excited after reading all the great reviews. I called Mr. Ruiz on Wednesday to do a new vanity install in my bathroom. He said he would be here the following Monday. Unfortunately after several text messages and phone calls, he was a no show. I was very disappointment, but found someone else to do the jog.

Can't say enough about this company! On time reasonable prices and great customer service. Will definitely use them again!

I saw the before and after and I was stun in disbelief when I witnessed how much the house has developed. You can tell how passionate the employees were through their work. I don't know why Jeremy is getting good reviews. Where to begin. He overcharged me for materials and admitted it to my face, left a huge mess in my yard and I had to make him redo work that he did wrong. I paid for two guys and his assistant left at noon. That left Jeremy working until 7pm because he didn't want to come back the next day. I called him to come back and clean up the mess he left in my yard and he said he was too busy and might come the following week. He also stated that I don't sit around on disability like some people, I have to work for a living. basically mocking my disability. He did not come back for over a week to clean up the huge mess of concrete slurry, broken glass, etc. only because I lured him there with a promise of more work (but I will never hire him again). When Jeremy finally did show up with his assistant, they made a token effort at cleaning up my yard and I had to go behind the two of them three times and point out all the mess they didn't pick up. I shouldn't have to babysit someone who is supposed to be a licensed bonded contractor. My 75 year old neighbor does better work than he does. Do not hire this guy...he promises a lot and smiles a lot - trying to be charming - but he doesn't deliver. He is VERY shady.

Kurt did a great job fixing numerous jobs around our school. He fixed the ice maker in our fridge, painted our trash enclosure, replaced all the missing parts on our busy board, fixed one of our drinking fountains and a classroom door-stopper. Quality work all completed with a great attitude!

I have used Chris several times for different jobs and always happy with the results. A nice guy who is very knowledgeable.

Very pleased with prompt communication from Derek, he sent John out to give me an estimate; but I got so much more, a lot of new ideas about how to solve a limited space problem. The washing machine I purchased was too deep for the laundry space available. (Other contractor insisted I needed a wall extension with new framing & drywall) John suggested an alternate arrangement of hoses & cords! We squeezed an extra inch and a half out of the space allowing him to hang new doors and trim the space without new drywall, paint & extensive carpentry. Non- smoker, quick, quiet & clean; but John's willingness to think outside the box was the winning quality. Very pleased, will hire them again & tell my friends.

McGriff Flips has an amazing team who get the job done right. I had their team come in for a small remodel on my kitchen and they got the job done efficiently and effectively in the timeframe alotted. I will definitely hire them again in the near future.

I have used the Happy Handyman for several projects between 2 of my homes over the last 8years. Brad is very friendly and reasonable with his service quotes. These guys have painted, hung lights and fans, replaced toilets, built a patio cover, installed dog doors and done tiling for me.

Marcus painted our interior walls, hung pendant lighting, ceiling fan, as well as a chandelier. I would recommend Marcus to anyone looking to have any project completed. Very down to earth and honest. He cleaned every area he worked in, and it looks beautiful! Thank you, again!
